[0:00] My interest in smart cities and its implications only really started a few months back where I happened to attend a meeting of a local citizens at Salisbury at a time when the neighbouring council was going through some moves in that direction. [0:37] And as a local councillor, I'm at the city of Playford and I put it out there I'm not speaking on behalf of city of Playford, but I am elected by the city of Playford, by people, ratepayers like you, who live in Playford. [0:50] And so I've got that interest. And also as a local pastor too, I delivered a sermon that attracted some interest, touching on these issues. And at the time, the media called me a bit of a nutter, and probably I am. [1:04] And they called what I said a wild conspiracy sermon. I'm not going to give you a sermon so much this evening, but at the time they're describing as one of the agitators about such things. [1:15] But I was simply really an interested person going along to hear more about the issue. And of course the media blows things up like they do. But just a brief plug, if you bear with me, I can't help myself being a pastor of this church. [1:29] I really would welcome anyone who is interested in a church, who'd like to find a good church, then I can't recommend one better than this one. And naturally, as a born-again Christian, and I know many of you are too, I have the sense that some of these trends are part of a global control that I see ultimately, ultimately as in the emerging one world governor, the Antichrist. [1:54] Now of course some of you don't believe that, that's understood. But as a believer, I would appeal to you, to everyone, to look into such things. And as a church, we'd be glad indeed to encourage anyone to put their trust in Christ as their Lord and Saviour. [2:08] That's the ultimate hope that we can know when there are scary things happening. For me, that is the ultimate hope that we can know. So here endeth my sermon. So please just reach out. [2:19] I'm not going to preach at you tonight. But just let me know and I will preach at you if you want to follow up with me later. I suppose now I do qualify as an agitator, because I've called this meeting, and with all you good folk here tonight, really I'm interested in information getting out there, so that people can hear it, make up their own mind. [2:38] The truth should bear some scrutiny. It should bear some airing of different views. And I'm open to learning alongside all of you here tonight. It's been said that today's conspiracy theories have a bad habit of becoming tomorrow's truths. [2:52] So what are we talking about tonight? We're talking about the World Economic Forum, the World Health Organization, the United Nations. They're all in this overdrive now to introduce smart cities. [3:05] S-M-A-R-T. Self-monitoring, analysing, reporting technology. Sounds sinister, doesn't it? Smart cities. Let me introduce that subject of smart cities. [3:19] This is somewhat tongue-in-cheek, of course. This is actually a 1981 movie. 1981. It's called Early Warning. [3:32] It sounds a warning to us, I put to you, about the great reset that we're seeing nowadays, the New World Order agenda, and the events that we're currently living in. It's almost prophetic, isn't it? [3:42] You wonder how we got to this point in time. Let's look back now in time over where we've travelled over just the last few years. We've seen the world radically change through the... [3:52] Everything that's gone along with that. We've seen some harrowing times. And the control that government has exerted over people's lives. [4:02] So we'll cue the next one. I present to you a poem. Anthem for justice. They're often censored. [4:16] You won't get this information readily on the mainstream channels. Search engines and social media platforms are demonetising, delisting, demoting, deplatforming, and deleting content. [4:27] So censorship means the alteration or suppression of information. So you will hear some things tonight that you don't normally hear. There's alternative news here. So I believe, as I say, that the truth does not fear investigation. [4:39] I put to you that a global agenda is being rolled out to decarbonise, de-industrialise, and disempower the Western world. Let's take a look now at what's behind some of these moves by government. [4:51] Here's a brief clip that addresses the question, what is Agenda 21? Agenda 21 is kind of a code name for a master plan originated at the United Nations to change the political and economic system of the world to one of total collectivism. [5:19] And in order to do that, people must not be allowed to have independence. They must be dependent on the state for everything. Otherwise, they won't be easily controlled by the state. [5:34] That means they can't have private property, mostly. They cannot have land of their own. They have to live in, preferably, high-rise apartments that are provided to them by the state as a benefit, so to speak. [5:49] Oh, good, we got a free apartment. But they want, these people at the top, want all humans to be dependent on the largesse of the state. [6:01] That means that they don't want anybody living out in the boonies. Anybody that's got a couple of acres of land and his own water supply and can grow his own food and that kind of thing, or have some sheep or some chickens, these people are a threat to the collectivist society because they aren't going to go to the politicians and say, please feed me, please clothe me, please give me shelter. [6:28] They tend to be independent. That's the secret behind Agenda 21. They want people out of the country. They want corporations out there growing all the food and that kind of thing, but they don't want anybody living out there because that way they cannot be controlled. [6:46] In order to control mankind, we have to get them all into the big cities. We have to rack them up and stack them up, get them dependent on the state for their food, their shelter, their electrical power, their water, everything. [6:59] That's the dirty secret behind Agenda 21. Right. So it's been said that 38 people control the lives of the other 8 billion. [7:12] So said Philippe Argyllier. We're talking the new world order tonight, one world government, and our world is owned and controlled by a handful of super corporations and megalomaniacs. This digital prison is sneaking up on us all. [7:27] There is no need for an implanted chip because everything is being done with facial recognition, which is already plugged into the entire system. America already has more cameras per capita than communist China, and our social credit score is already being logged. [7:45] All we need at this point is a series of events that lead us all into having to make the choice of either accepting the new digital ID or saying no. [7:56] Since the lockdowns, new state-of-the-art LED lights have been replacing streetlights in cities throughout the West. Amman explains that this is all part of the plan. [8:09] These lights will be connected to everything, including your phone and your car. And in new cars, that includes 16 different cameras with LiDAR and sonar. [8:21] These lights are being outfitted with LED incapacitators, which is a light technology that was first announced 15 years ago, back when it caused enough brain damage to make a person sick. [8:34] Another strange weapon in the final stages of development is able to mount an all-out barrage on the optic nerve. The LED incapacitator was developed under the auspices of the Department of Homeland Security for the purposes of creating what we call a non-lethal defense system. [8:51] And this technology consists of a bright set of LED technology, light-emitting diodes, that is designed to create a sort of temporary blindness, meaning temporary ability to not be able to see the person who we're trying to protect. [9:08] If aggressors caught in its bright pulsating glare don't shield their eyes or turn away quick enough, temporary blindness isn't the only effect they'll feel. The first time I saw the LED, I was in a darkened room, and within three or four seconds, I had reached forward and grabbed a hold of a lab bench because I was feeling a little bit dizzy or disoriented. [9:31] The device's combination of different colors and random flashes can induce psychophysical effects, including vertigo and possible nausea. It's been nicknamed the puke light. [9:41] It's been 15 years, and our Silicon Valley whistleblower believes that this technology is now capable of killing people. Ultimately, we can say no to this. [9:53] But if there's a critical mass that doesn't sign on to the digital ID, then this agenda gets weakened substantially. But we will have to first unify and come together. Reporting for InfoWars, this is Greg Rees. [10:06] So this is what they call digital prisons. And some of this information sounds a bit ridiculous almost when you first hear it. But this information is coming out of their own mouths. [10:19] And look at what the government did not that long ago with the COVID lockdowns. The concept of smart cities is already a reality in some places. Just quickly run this one. China. What's happening in China? [10:30] Of course, it's full-on big brother over there. Well, go ahead. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. You're a statistic. [11:07] You're a statistic. You're a statistic. You're a statistic. You're a statistic. You're statistic. You're statistic. You're statistic. You're statistic. You're statistic. You're statistic. You're statistic. You're statistic. You're statistic. of the World Economic Forum is pushing these radical ideas. [11:20] You'll see later tonight, one of the other presenters has got a video from Yuval Noah Harari. He's a significant player within the World Economic Forum. And Harari has declared that the World Economic Forum considers the vast majority of humans expendable and categorizes them as consumers, commodities, slaves, or useless eaters. [11:41] And radical activists are putting the state wants to take control of money. The central bank digital currency. Essentially, they're going to put these things across as safety, security, and convenience. [11:51] But it's all about control. And they want to eliminate paper money. Stay tuned. We don't have it operational yet. But this is something that we're working on. And this is something that we're working on. [12:06] All around the world, central bank digital currencies are either in pilot scheme or executive order stage in the states or they're floating under the radar. Every person that I come in contact with in the public, I ask them, do you know what a CBDC is or a central bank digital currency? [12:23] And nobody knows. The central bank digital currency is basically what we have now. So it's fiat currency. But it's going to be entirely digital, which means absolutely in the control of the government and the central banks. [12:35] Such a system would give the state full access to the details of all transactions, as well as the ability to cut off an individual's money supply with the flick of a digital switch. [12:45] A key difference with the CBDC is that central bank will have absolute control on the rules and regulations that will determine the use of that expression of central bank liability. [13:01] And also, we will have the technology to enforce that. What he just told you is if you're not allowed to buy chocolate, your money won't work to buy chocolate. [13:13] If you're not allowed to go more than five kilometers from your home, your car or your money won't work more than five kilometers from your home. And that those rules can be dictated and controlled at a phenomenally central level. [13:29] Central bank digital currencies are programmable. So it essentially means that it's a much easier way to push agendas, political agendas. For example, the World Economic Forum is talking about implementing a carbon allowance. [13:41] So every individual will be given a certain amount of carbon that they are allowed to emit into the atmosphere. With a central bank digital currency, this becomes far more efficient because with a click of a button, you literally just program the money. And so if for whatever reason you buy too many burgers, too many sausages one week, when you go to fill up your car, your money could be cancelled. [14:00] It could get declined simply because you use too much of your carbon allowance essentially. Or even if you go to buy a plane ticket, it could get cancelled. So it's much easier to push forward political agendas and political ideologies when you have money which is programmable with just a click of a button. [14:15] It actually gives government pretty much total control over our lives because they can just press a button and close our bank accounts. No, they wouldn't do that. Now would they? Well, think about it. [14:26] Those Canadian truckers, they were legally and lawfully going about their business driving trucks, but legislation came in demanding that unless they'd been dubbed, they couldn't continue in their cabins doing long distance lorry driving. [14:40] And they protested. And in the end, their bank accounts were closed down by the Canadian government. Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau invoking emergency powers against the truckers who are protesting vaccine mandates. Banks can now freeze their personal accounts. [14:56] If your truck is being used in these illegal blockades, your corporate accounts will be frozen. With a central bank digital currency, if you do not hold the correct opinion, if you're not a good citizen, then absolutely that money will be programmed to be used against you. [15:13] Our previous chancellor and now unelected prime minister, Rishi Sunak, is clearly a big fan. Central bank digital currencies could be a digital version of money, a bit like a digital banknote. [15:25] It's all part of the wider story of digital innovation that has delivered benefits to millions around the world and in the UK. What would the benefits be to the general public? [15:36] Ease of use, I think, would be the only benefit. Convenience. Convenience, and that's how they're going to sell it. The arguments for it are clear. It'll be quick, easy, cheap to transact. There'll be no problems at all. No loose change lying around. There'll be lots and lots of arguments for it. [15:52] But they won't tell you everything else. They won't tell you how it will be programmed. They won't tell you that it's a spy coin. They won't tell you that they're trying to phase out cash and that they want to track absolutely everything that you're doing. [16:07] The cons definitely outweigh any type of pros when it comes to, you know, programming it for benefits and things like that, because the money can also expire. Not enough people talk about that. [16:18] During times of economic uncertainty, central banks like to print more money in order to stimulate the economy. But we could get to a point where instead of printing money, they say, well, you know, if you don't spend 10 percent of your savings in the next three months, then this money is going to expire simply because they need that money to change hands. If I want to double taxes and just take it out of your account, no problem. They can take your taxes out without you having to bother to pay. [16:41] They can decide what comes to them first. This is Richard Werner, the top academic scholar in the world on central banking. Also, they never talk about the nature of the CBDC. What is it actually going to look like? They never talk about that. But I heard one European central banker tell me what it's going to look like. He saw it. He was invited to one of the old central banks in Europe that are very much promoting this. They showed him. And you know, he's a top executive director of another central bank in Europe. And there's no reason to believe that he was telling me a story. And he was around this large and would be implanted under your skin. So that is the plan. I had a friend, Nick Rockefeller, okay, who was one of the Rockefeller family. And one of the things that we used to talk about was the ultimate plan of the banking industry, what they wanted to accomplish. The ultimate goal that these people have in mind is to create a one world government where everybody has an RFID chip implanted in them. All money is to be in those chips, there'll be no more cash. And this is getting me straight from Rockefeller himself, this is what they want to accomplish. And you become a slave, you become a serf to these people. That's their goal. The goal of this manipulation and has been for a very long time is to get the world population to see as a good idea, or the only option in given circumstances, circumstances that are manipulated into place. The creation of a one world government, a world central bank, which would administer all financial transactions on the planet, a world currency, which wouldn't be coins and notes, it would be merely electronic cashless society for which there are fundamental implications for freedom, and a microchipped population linked to a global computer, the latter of which sounds bizarre to many people on first hearing, except that we are ridiculously close to it and the technology already exists. Tony Danner is standing at a new frontier in technology. [18:54] The chip in his hand allows him to start his car, open doors, log on to his computer, and buy snacks in the break room, all with just a swipe of his hand. I scan it at the kiosk, it comes up on the kiosk, and then to finalise your payment, you'll put your RFID chip. [19:10] The most cutting edge thing about Hannes Hörblad isn't the phone in his hand, it's the microchip actually in his hand. The tiny implant is steadily becoming a part of normal life in Sweden. Thousands already have microchip implants that they use in their daily lives, waving their hand to gain entrance to the gym, confirm their ID or make payments. [19:34] Just watch this guy. This is Canada. When it comes to the 15-minute cities, that's being pushed here now in Canada, it's connected to the digital ID. How do we fight this? Yeah, well, we fight this by continuing to do what we have been doing, and especially what the Canadian truckers have been doing. You do not comply. You just don't back down. [19:57] You stand up and you defend your freedom. And when you think about it, I mean, don't slander it away. Our fathers and forefathers have fought for this. They have literally spilled their blood over this. [20:09] So their children, children's children could enjoy freedom, democracy and the rule of law. And now we are so obnoxious, so spoiled brats, especially in the Western democracies, taking it for granted. Once you start taking it for granted, it's gone. Trust me. There is this saying, if you sleep in a democracy, you will have a very rude awakening and a tyranny. And that's where we're headed. [20:37] Just a real quick wrap up from me. Our streets are going to be spying on us, our mobile phones, our appliances, our cars, our banks. Some are calling it the internet of eyes. Some are calling it the internet of eyes. Some are calling it the internet of eyes. [20:53] Some are calling it the internet of eyes. Some are calling it the internet of eyes. Some are calling it the internet of eyes. Some are calling it the internet of eyes. Some are calling it the internet of eyes. Some are calling it the internet of eyes. Some are calling it the internet of eyes. Some are calling it the internet of eyes. Some are calling it the internet of eyes. Some are calling it the internet of eyes. Some are calling it the internet of eyes. [21:04] Thank you.
