There are many ways that God can allow Himself to impart Himself into someone. God joins Himself to man and man joins Himself to God - this happens more as the believer starts to mature in their Christian walk. As you become more constituted of God, the more God is able to use you, express Himself in you and speak through you to nations.

A blessing is the outflow of God unto other people. The genuine blessing of God is God-centred, for His own purpose and plan, and isn’t only material acquisition. It is the riches of Christ being dispensed into us. This is what God wants from us, to bless us and allow us to be a blessing to other people.
