[1:28] I will be teaching on something very, very important. This month is a month of kingdom investment. Many people don't have investment in life, particularly among certain group of people.

[1:44] All their money is in their dress, their shoes, their food, their house. Let your children come and grow up and say, Mom left us something.

[1:56] By the time your child finishes uni, wants to buy their first house, you have saved some amount of money. Loan is not a breakthrough because you don't pay the same amount.

[2:07] There are people who are married here and their marriages are in turmoil because your husband or your wife has so much loan to be paying debts because of their studies.

[2:20] And it's brought it into their marriage. And you are not happy, but you can't talk about it. I don't know who I'm talking to. Think investment.

[2:32] But Pastor, even water will eat. I don't have it. How are you talking about investment? Most wealthy people save a lot of the pennies. Most poor people don't respect the pound.

[2:46] They don't respect the pound. Oh, this is one pound. But wealthy people, the bank, penny, they will chase you for the penny. So there are ways you can save. But however, because God is a good God, even if you, you see, there are people who have so much investment on earth, but they die.

[3:10] Dried! And they die in fear. And they leave everything for somebody or a dog or a tax man to take it.

[3:23] For your information, those of you who are not aware, I want you to be acutely aware this morning that life does not end with death. After death, there is judgment.

[3:35] It's good to hear that. So that from Monday to Saturday, you think about the things you do and how you do things. Because the tax man may not get you, the policeman may not get you.

[3:50] But when you die, say kingdom investment. Say kingdom investment. If you have not been able to invest much in your life here because of hardships and difficulties, sometimes people have their hearts to invest, but actually they just don't have what it takes.

[4:09] There are people sitting here right now, you don't know how you are going to pay your next rent. And this master is also taking you, investing for your... I can't even pay by the new shoe.

[4:25] My child is now nine years and he's wearing the shoe for six years. See, I'm not only addressing Londoners and people in the UK, people are watching us all over the world.

[4:38] Investment. But what I'm trying to say, even if you can't, at the moment, you are not in the position, you have to invest. It's very important to secure tomorrow at least. Just keep some money aside. Everything you earn is not supposed to enter your stomach or go on your suit or your wig.

[4:53] Some of it. He is working maybe at Sainsbury's, yet they have an investment for their child with an investment company.

[5:05] And they are managing their... So by the time they are retiring, things are comfortable. And you see another person, he's the manager of Sainsbury's. But he's buying big, big cars, which he can't afford.

[5:19] And he's looking at him, but he says, hey, this man is prosperous. He's not. But the point here is, the reason I came into investment is I don't know, because it's for somebody.

[5:30] Why must you be in debt with all these monies that are flowing into your hands? And you are in debt now? How come? How come? Because most of us, let's say you are earning 2,000, you start to earn 3,000, you change where you buy your suits.

[5:44] Primark has been fine. All of a sudden, all of a sudden, you want to wear a swabotin. I'm not saying a swabotin is good, but it's just, some of it, you don't need it.

[5:59] Actually, people don't, they don't want to notice. Many people don't notice. Many people will notice, the designer, say kingdom investment. Kingdom investment. Why would you borrow money for a wedding?

[6:13] 10,000 pounds for a wedding. Are you okay? To impress who? Sort out their marriage. Think about how you make the marriage work. Instead of trying to do a celebrity wedding, you are not a celebrity.

[6:34] Build a good home. Build a good home. Even the celebrities, everybody values good home. What is it if you are a public success by a domestic failure?

[6:49] Manage your life well. 32 in television. We show you the same picture, 60 in television. We show you. the same. The same. Now issue, you have to go to charity.

[7:05] Because you have so much, you are confused. You are still buying some. So now you just have to find a way or send it to charity or something. What you are wearing is okay.

[7:17] Sister, sister, learn how to cook. Outside food is too much. No, no, wait. Take a minute. Let me finish. You are eating too much from outside. You are eating too much.

[7:30] Every time. You find it so easy. I'm buying this. I'm going to buy Chinese. And Chinese. Don't get me wrong. I didn't say Chinese is not good.

[7:42] Nando's is not good. I know. But I think that sometimes it burns a bit more into the realm of irresponsibility for you to always constantly. You have a kitchen constantly just buying food and eating from outside.

[8:08] So you must have investment in life. But peradventure. You are not yet in the fortunate position to have an investment physically. Bible says that you have to make an investment.

[8:21] As for kingdom investment no one can say I can't make investment to the hereafter. You can't. You know one can have an excuse. Financial investment yes, most of us may say I just don't have the money.

[8:35] I can't. But not kingdom investment. Because kingdom investment is not based on your financial or your fortunate position. It's based on the condition of your heart which is informing your activities.

[8:51] So Jesus puts it this way. It's Matthew chapter 6 verse 19 and verse 20. See how Jesus puts it. Do not lay out for yourselves treasures on earth where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal.

[9:09] Now this scripture is not depicting or is not suggesting is not speaking against investment physical investment. That's why I had to make it clear that investing making some investment in life is just common sense.

[9:23] Right? It's just not normal. It's okay to do that. Right? But he says what the problem is most of us all our investment is just here. It is pathetic to have all your investment any investment in life is here.

[9:39] The things you have invested your energy the things you have invested your finances is just here. Go to the next verse and see how he puts it. He says that but lay out for yourself treasures where in heaven treasures where in heaven treasures where in heaven lay out for yourself treasures in heaven where neither moth nor rust destroy and where thieves do not break in and steal.

[10:11] Lay up treasures in heaven for yourself. How is that? I'm thinking how to survive here. You will not be here permanently. You will not be here unless you are going to hell.

[10:22] That's a different matter altogether. Oh it's true some people will go to hell but it's not you say no me. Some people can't say it but say no me. No me.

[10:33] I don't believe in hell. You wait. But the time you believe it's too late. Alright so lay up for yourself treasures in heaven kingdom investment in the book of Luke chapter 12 verse 21 I like the way he puts it.

Let's read it out. he who lays out treasures for himself and is not rich so you can lay treasures for yourself on earth and you are not rich towards God Bible says that if you do that Bible actually calls a fool when you read the scriptures before the text before he's talking about the rich fool who was so wealthy and laid up so much on earth but died broke so long as heaven is concerned so be rich towards God I like that statement those of you here can we read this together let's go one more time so you can be rich in material things but not rich towards God you have to be rich towards God and that one anybody and everybody can do that look at verse 33 verse 33 and verse 34 sell what you have and give arms provide yourself money bags which do not grow old did you see that your investment the things of God did you hear the testimony he said two testimonies he said when I open my house for care group for cell meeting for church people to come and have meetings there when I open my house things have begun to change so kingdom investment does not only pay when you die it pays on earth one of the reasons why I am enjoying good health is because my whole life has been invested in God so there is no space for sickness

[12:41] I can't break down because I am too busy for God my life is God's investment God manages it so the point I am trying to make is that once you make an investment in the things of God God keeps an eye on you God keeps an eye on you sometimes it may look like you are failing or it may look like you are going down oh the story is not yet over the story is not yet over the story is not yet over because you are a kingdom investor you are a kingdom investor you are in partnership with God you are a shareholder in what is happening on earth by God you are a shareholder so when people are being blessed guess what part is going to your account it's going to your account because of your investment you invest your resources your energy your time many people don't have time for God but they believe

[13:48] God owes them every benevolence say kingdom investment kingdom investment look at the verse 34 of Luke chapter 12 verse 34 says that for where your treasure is there your heart will be also so see where people spend their money that tells you what they love oh I mean I love God I love God I love God if you love God it will show where your expenditure goes some of the schools our children must attend maybe at the moment your pocket cannot fund it but kingdom investments can open some doors some serious scholarships one of the daughters here said God mother just decided oh she has a child everything she has money and houses in America bequeathed it all he said everything is for you so God has a way to take care of you invest your time invest your energy invest your resources some people when they hear giving money to church somebody wants no one wants your money you can't take it because God doesn't

[14:52] God doesn't need your help that's the truth before you showed up things have been happening and after you leave things will continue happening whether you whether you join or you don't join things God will do what he has intended to do how can a church like us be able to afford the things that are happening here it must be God it must be God and we are one church that will not be telling hey bring money for what bring your heart God said give me your heart he didn't say give me your cash many people do not invest financially into the things of God because they don't have a heart for God me my mind my life it all belongs to you and that is what determines the things that God the heaven can be committed to you God can commit to you and entrust into your hands your heart for heaven take no investment in Matthew chapter 6 verse 33 it says that seek

[18:08] I'm the brand you are the branches John chapter 5 verse 50 verse 5 said you are the branches and he says that without me you can by yourself do nothing so anything you can do for God has everything to do with your connection with God God empowers you in the book of Philippians chapter 2 verse 13 it says that for it is God who works in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure you can't do to please God by yourself you don't get it you don't get it just like a woman says that I'm going to get pregnant by myself no just like a man says that today I think I've become so powerful I've decided that now I'm going to be pregnant it can't happen some things can't happen you need the assistance now watch this it is a risk to run your life without the involvement of the Holy Spirit it's a risk life is risky without the guidance of the Holy Spirit so when Jesus was about to go to heaven he said hey guys

[19:22] I'm not happy because I'm about to go but you should be happy because if I don't go you are at a disadvantage you are running a risk without securing his company because life is risky life is not certain listen there is nothing certain in life nothing is certain in life America thought everything was together so 9-11 happened you have to you know the laws we have around the world in our country in other places like America they will remain the same they will keep changing because nothing is certain you have to keep changing so if you put yourself the law is good the systems are no system can protect you no system can protect you Bible says that he that dwells in the secret place of the most high shall abide under the shadow of the almighty he says that for in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion

[20:23] God is a protector and in all the good news God will protect you listen there is no need you should be afraid when you are going to work you are going to town join the train go on the train as long as you are there no one can bring a bomb on the train that's what when someone is kingdom investment minded if you're a kingdom investor you go to some place you know that did you hear what the woman said had it not been for God she would have been crying over her son by now I remember she said that God God interrupted me just about two weeks ago and I went there I said mom you will not bury a son you will not bury your child why did I have to say that because she's not the only one with a son or a child but why because it's the only only the Holy Spirit who can tell what is ahead and just through a declaration of a prophetic word can stop it and save someone that's why that's one of the reasons

[21:28] I come to church because it's for our own health and safety hallelujah hallelujah hallelujah hallelujah god will bless someone and so you cannot you cannot live a smooth life without the Holy Spirit on earth nothing is safe your health is not guaranteed you are going to sleep you never know what you wake up what pain you are going to wake up with no doctor can guarantee that no doctor you wake up swell nothing will happen nobody can guarantee your health am I speaking the truth there are wealthy people who can't eat sometimes some of us don't know what it means to be under strict instructions on what you can eat and what you can eat it's not nice I pray that anyone who is suffering from any form of health attack any form of health challenge I prophesy over your life that the power of the Holy Ghost comes upon you now and brings a turn around in the name of Jesus

[22:29] I pray for your healing I pray for your health I pray for your healing in the name of Jesus now the same way I declared there's a lady who was going through the blood issue every time I have to inject some stuff every time I have to take some medication it took one moment in the Holy Ghost presence to take away that problem your sickness is not final because Holy Spirit can heal you and Holy Spirit is healing somebody right now don't allow the devil to tell me knowing so many bad things I don't know if God is interested in helping you it doesn't matter what you did drop that everyone did something and others are doing he said woman John chapter 8 why are your accusers they are not there he said therefore go I also do not condemn you but go and sin no more when you have an encounter with him he's not thinking about your history he's thinking about your future he's not interested in credit check when you come to

[36:15] God said to Moses before then you see when you walk with the holy spirit and you talk with the holy spirit it's not good though in Isaiah chapter 63 verse 10 those who enjoy grieving the holy spirit look at what he says but they rebelled and grieved his holy spirit so he turned himself against them as an enemy when you come to church don't come and grieve the holy spirit and Ananias and Sophia did that and they saw the other side of the holy spirit listen may I submit to someone this is not just an ordinary non alcoholic gathering can I say it again this gathering is not just an ordinary non alcoholic gathering or religious gathering the spirit of God is here God is how can someone can just be healed just by a declaration and is healed something else was operating here because you didn't have to touch the person he says

[39:37] Joshua had an encounter with the captain of the lost horse and when he was coming closer the angel told him take your sandals off your feet for the place where you stand no it's ah so God doesn't want anyone to wear shoes no he said the condition is where you stand it's not about shoes it has to do with connection connection to worldliness connection to the world some of us want to enjoy the Holy Spirit but we are filled with all kinds of emotional baggage all kinds of things all kinds of bitterness all kinds of food all kinds of stuff you can't do that when you are born again the Holy Spirit comes upon your life it comes upon your life for him to work through you something must live your life did you hear that something must live your life oh this one is a holy man everyone everyone is called to be holy as long as you are born again if you are not born again please you don't fall in the category

[40:44] I'm talking about if you have not given and surrendered your life to Jesus you can you can receive healing you can receive miracles you can receive blessings because God is a good God once you come into that atmosphere if it's raining here you'll be soaked as well alright so that's how God works it's general benevolence alright the general grace of God can affect anybody but for the Holy Spirit to use you for him to come upon you and to work with you you first of all must belong to Jesus you first of all want to pave the way for the Holy Spirit to rest upon a person's life and to enjoy communication with the Holy Spirit is number one prayer say prayer say prayer I'm not talking about our father who art in heaven hello be daddy I'm not talking about that I'm talking that is recitation that's recitation you are reciting some stuff can you imagine every day you go to your husband or your wife or your son comes to you then he has written everything he has to talk to you and then come and read it father today I'm going to is that a relationship that's not a relationship you might as well get the computer to do it or your iPad to do it like the woman the husband was struggling with her and they were at loggerheads and the husband had to wake up early he didn't sleep early so he wrote a note when he was going to bed put you on the table that wife told the wife when it's 6 please wake me up and the wife also no problem he saw the note so when it was 6 he also wrote it is 6 wake up you those things are recitation

[42:14] I'm talking about prayer there's no one who is so busy that he can't attend to emergency even our prime minister when he's on holiday and there is an emergency he stops the holidays and comes busy busy you are so busy you can't eat haven't you realized you are dying it happens to a lot of people sometimes we are so busy you can't eat doctors tell you you have to take time to eat you are so busy you can't sleep you will break down there are some things that are non-negotiables in life godliness is non-negotiable spending time with God is non-negotiable as a Christian when you go to church when you pray you are not doing anybody a favor you are not doing a pastor a favor you are just doing yourself a favor so that their comforter will come on you with a unique forte for you to have great achievement in your own life shall I believe say hallelujah if you are sick you are not permitted you are not supposed to take the sickness back home drop it here you are not supposed you have to make a decision that I'm leaving the sickness here

[44:23] Colossians chapter 3 there are some things that need to be put off so that the Holy Spirit can really have a flow in your life some things must be put off sister brother you have to check your practices as a Christian a Christian cannot do anything and everything I don't want to be religious no this is not talking about religious you are creating room for the Spirit of God to be able to work with you to keep his company because for him to work with you and work through you some things must leave you some relationships must go that's when pastors they are always preaching about this you have to do this no no no no no I don't have time for that I am so hungry for the Holy Spirit and I believe that there are people here who want more of the Holy Spirit as well so these are the things that can help you it is listen the presence of the Holy Spirit on people's life is not the exclusive preserve of pastors and ministers because you are a preacher that's why no no no he comes on Christians not preachers
