[0:48] Before you think about compensation. Your faith, your confidence, okay, you see, what version is that? Amplify, thank you. It says that, Do not, therefore, fling away your fearless confidence, for it carries a great and glorious, I like that one, great and glorious compensation.

[1:10] Right? Don't miss the word compensation. Compensation means being given something in line with what you have lost.

[1:22] So they are giving you something to appease you and to make up for what was lost. And here, he says that our confidence, so embedded or implicit or implied in this text means that your confidence will cost you some losses.

[2:51] You can do things for God at your own expense. It's in your Bible. It's just that you don't know. Because we read 1 Corinthians recently. You didn't see it. 1 Corinthians 9. It says, who goes to war at his own expense?

[3:04] No. Who plants a vineyard and does not eat the fruit? So don't mind those who say that. But why are you giving this to the church? Why are you giving this to the pastor? You are the vineyard of the church.

[3:41] And then when you get the marriage, you become a problem for the church and you are no more around. No. I am. When I'm praying and if God blesses you, you actually use your marriage and family life to build God's work.

[3:53] Amen. When God blesses you with a good job, when you get a good job, do you know how it sounds? It should sound in the spirit. The church has got a good job. Wow. So it's not you.

[4:05] It's the church. It's not you. It's the house of God. So it says that who plants a vineyard and does not eat of the fruits thereof? When you plant it, you must know that you are about to eat of the fruits, its fruit.

[4:20] Or who ters the flock and does not drink the milk of the flock? Milk of the flock will also go to the one who is tending the flock. And this is not saying, I'm telling you that you don't go to war at your own expense.

[4:33] So when you take steps of faith, when you walk with God and you do what is spiritual, any losses that come through your spiritual activities, Bible says that it will be factored in the reward time.

[4:47] Hallelujah. Do not cast away your great confidence. Your confidence is your trust in God. That is why you are doing this fasting. You are doing this fasting and then your very good friend said that, you know, it's my, I want to go for lunch with you.

[5:03] And he said, no, I'm fasting. He said, if you don't go, then forget it. We are no more friends that loss that you sustain because of your fasting, your pursuit towards God. When the reward time comes, it will be factored in the reward.

[6:52] Who is the beginner and the finisher of the faith. And so at the end of the faith, there are many other things that are waiting. Watch this. There are people who have walked by faith or tried to believe God and have suffered some losses.

[7:05] But unfortunately, they did not endure to the end. Matthew chapter 10 verse 22. It says that he that endures to the end. To the end.

[7:16] To the end. He that endures. We will come back to Hebrew very soon. But he, Matthew chapter 10 verse 22. It said, and ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake.

[7:26] But he that endures to the end shall be saved. Amen. So it's not this. Oh, Jesus.

[7:37] It's not only he who calls on the name of the Lord. It's he who. You know, I was teaching the other time. And I told you salvation. In fact, yesterday's message. Salvation is, it takes a whole lifetime.

[7:50] Salvation is just not an instant. Salvation has stages. Stages. So he that he who, the Bible says that whoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. That's the first one.

[8:02] But this endurance who will endure to the end is the other salvation we are talking about. Okay. He that shall endure to the end shall be saved. And I can guarantee you the first salvation is not as sweet as the last one.

[8:15] The last one is far better. It's far better. Because you got the first salvation to prep you, to prepare you, to prime you, to program you, to get you ready for the real salvation that is coming.

[8:29] That is why in 1 Peter 1 verse 13, I like that scripture so much. It has become one of my favorite scriptures for this season. It says that set your hope on the grace that is to be revealed or grace that is to come at the revelation of Jesus Christ.

[8:47] Get up the loins of your mind. Oh, my God. My God. I am. Therefore, get up the loins of your mind. Make up your mind.

[8:58] Be sober and hope to the end for the grace. Oh, grace is coming. For the grace that is to be brought to you and the revelation. There is something better.

[9:09] But it will come to you if you don't make up your mind. Listen, the faith walk will come with some challenges to you. Yes. I don't know how many of you have believed God to pass an exam and you failed before.

[9:20] You feel like God. Why? God, this interview. I sowed a seed. I did everything. I sowed my seed.

[9:31] I did this. I did this. How? How God? God, you have let me know. Listen, if you cry because something went wrong when you believe in God, you are not the only one who has done it.

[18:09] If you don't do it, I won't go to church again. If you don't go to church again. If you don't do it, even if my leader calls me, I won't pick it again because I'm upset. I'm upset. When you hear someone say, I'm upset with God.

[18:22] Sometimes, listen. Sometimes it feels like that and it's okay. If you're a human being, there are times you feel like that. You feel, Eli, Eli, why, my God, my God, why have you forsaken me?

[18:37] You will feel it, though. You will feel it. In Psalm 22, verse, somewhere there. He said in verse 2, Eli, Eli, Lamach, Sabachthani. Jesus had to come and repeat it on the cross. He was so beaten.

[33:01] God's time don't use the chronos use the kairos kairos is God's time babies when they are ready to be born they don't care what time it is they don't care what day of the week or the month they don't care they operate with their timing not based on chronos childbirth always operates with kairos not chronos in the same way your testimony in God operates with kairos even though you are operating within chronos like now I have to be getting ready to end because we are operating within chronos some of us by the time we finish you have other things doing so I can't be going and going and going we are living in heaven's time no no heaven even respects human time so there's time for everything can you imagine if you have an exam tomorrow morning you're coming for fasting prayer and now this pastor is preaching and preaching for three hours because he believes that don't worry God will take care of you no you have to be worried if you are not learning preparing for the exam no there's no way a hands can be laid for you to do a pass exam and lay my hands receive it doesn't work like that anyone who has failed exam is because of what you wrote this is so much basic common sense it is abnormal to think otherwise that

[34:31] Buddhist that Buddhist has not prayed or you know they pray but it's the only prayer in the name of Jesus that matters okay any other prayer Satan doesn't mind as long as you don't do it in the name of Jesus Satan can even pay you to do it why is it that Buddhist or that one who calls himself atheist why I say you have failed listen it's not because something was helping her because she prayed and she studied and you didn't pass because she potentially studied and understood more than you even though you prayed so pastor why should we be praying prayer is just your normal day because when you pray it helps you to bring your life in alignment with God's purpose for your time for your hour and to be in your testimony this week this week alone many people have contacted me pastor thank you my testimony

[35:57] I'm hearing some life transforming testimony this fasting has changed a lot of things and your own is going to be part of it before the end of this year before the end of this year you receive your testimony you receive your ministry minus and so these someone receiving something.

[36:27] We are receiving. Thank you, Jesus. Hebrews chapter 10, verse 35. Oh my God, I love you, Lord Jesus.

[36:40] Cast not away therefore your confidence which has great recompense of reward. For ye have need of patience, but after ye have done the will of God. After. Someone say after. After. So finish the will of God before you expect.

[36:53] You haven't worked and you are expecting salary. Wow. You got the job. They gave you the interview. They said, you've got a job. And they send you an email or a letter on the 27th of September that you've got the job.

[37:12] On the 30th of September you are expecting your salary. Please, why am I my salary not count? No. You haven't started working yet. You have to work. In the same way, you see, do it goes time and then you, the Bible said that if you do the will of God, after you have done the will of God, it says that for you have need of patience.

[37:33] Wait, finish doing what God has told you. Finish doing it. Said after you have done the will of God, you might receive the promise. Verse 37. For yet a little while and he that shall come will come and will see the notary has appeared here again.

[37:50] That's right. They're tarry. He said, it won't tarry. Human beings may think it's delaying by doing delaying. Let them laugh at you. The day they will hear about you. They will see your wedding pictures on social media.

[38:02] Yeah. And they will see how God has honored you with such a good man. Yeah. In 20 years later, they will see how you have such a beautiful, stable family.

[38:13] You are enjoying your marriage. Your husband still after 20 years. He still calls you, my darling. Amen. My darling. You will have a husband who 25 years later, people will say, this is a husband.

[38:25] Yes. Yes. Not a cowboy. Yes. So don't worry. At the end, it will speak. You may not have a boyfriend yet. But 25 years later, it is whether you have got a good husband, not whether you have a good boyfriend.

[38:39] Some of the boyfriends, boyfriend, you can't take them anywhere. Wow. Wow. It's a message. It's a great message. Somebody's blessed. Amen.

[38:49] I am here. I am here. I want you to pray one prayer. I have to stop because of time. I want you to pray one prayer. That God, give me grace so our faith to the end and our hope to the end and our love to the end.
