We thank God you've tuned into this message by David Entry at Caris Church. No hand can help you with the fulfillment of your destiny, but the Word of God. May God's hand align you further into your destiny through this Word. [0:16] I was just, I needed to just mention these few things quickly. As to the work of God, the move of God. [0:30] The move of God. When God moves upon a people, you cannot pray and say, because I'm praying there will be revival. [0:42] Revival is when God is moving in town. Your prayer is too small to move God. So, you will often hear people that, some people say they are praying for revival. [0:55] How can you be praying for revival? Oh, yes, you can. Because even when Jesus was coming, there are people who were praying. They didn't make him come. But God doesn't do anything on earth until somebody prays. [1:09] But what he does is, when it's time for him to do something, he will prompt the heart of some people to pray. He will stare their hearts. He said, and the people whose hearts God has stared. [1:20] God, by the time Paul and his companions, his missionary companions, by the time they got to Macedonia, people like Lydia and their households were prepared by God, ready for what they have brought. [1:40] So, God has a way of moving, pressing things on people's hearts. That's why sometimes a miracle is about to happen for, let's say, a miracle job. [1:53] You go for an interview, and they say, for some reason. We don't want to interview anybody. You are the only one we want to give. You are the only one we want to give. You are the only one we want to give. You are the only one we want to give the job to. [2:03] How? How come? Because God has a way of pressing things on people's hearts when his time comes. Now, to see a move of the spirit amongst the people, I've been talking about this always, and I'm repeating it over and over. [2:20] Today being the next Monday, we are stepping into the upper room experience. So, from Monday, it changes. We continue until Easter. [2:32] Hey! Hey! Hey! We'll be there. Hey! We'll be there. [2:44] God will give you the enablement. Amen. Tomorrow in my teaching at KP2, I will explain some things even better. Now, listen to this. [3:00] So, when God wants to start something, our covenant scripture is, Joel chapter 2, verse 28, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh. That I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh. [3:12] That I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh. And your sons and your daughters shall profess us. And your old men shall dream dreams. Your young men shall see visions. [3:24] God said, I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh. I will. I will. That's a promise. That's a promise. That's a promise. And God is a God of promise. And when he gives a promise, he wants to make sure that you know that he's going to fulfill his promise. [3:39] He's a gentleman, if I should put it that way. God doesn't give a word and not do it. To the extent, the Bible said when he even gave a word to Abraham, he gave him a promise. [3:51] He had to swear just to make it certain. Hebrews chapter 6, from verse 13 and 14. Just to make it certain to Abraham that this thing I've said, I will do it. [4:03] God made a promise. Because he could swear by no one, he swore no one greater. He swore by himself saying that, surely blessing will bless you. Why did he have to do that? [4:15] Verse 15. So that by two immutable things. So after a patient, he endured. Verse 16 says, why is he doing that? So that by two immutable, unchanging, those things are not variable. It's certain. [4:26] Two immutable things. The promise of God and when God makes an oath. He swore by myself. I covenant. Right? Those things you can't change it. He told the children of Israel, if you cannot change the day and night, you can't change my covenant. [4:44] David actually. My covenant of peace with David, it cannot be changed. Because when God makes covenant, he keeps covenant to thousands of generations. And so he said, by two immutable things in which it's impossible for God to lie, we might have strong consolation who have fled for refuge to lay hold on the promise said before. [5:07] So God, when he promises, he just wants to make sure that you know this promise way. He goes as far as even adding an oath. Look at verse 15 again. Is it verse, sorry, verse 16. [5:19] Verse 16. Verse 17. Verse 17. Yes. So God willing more abundantly to show to all the heirs of the promise. [5:30] Those who have inherited the promise, God wants to show to you that this thing I'm going to do it. So when he promised in George chapter 2 verse 28 that our power of my spirit was a promise. Say the promise. [5:41] Say the promise. And then Jesus shows up. Jesus shows up on the scene and he said, wait in Jerusalem until you receive the promise. Luke chapter 24 verse 49. Wait till you receive the promise. [5:53] So he was making reference to that promise. God has promised it. Now, promise the flow of his spirit. So on the day of Pentacles, when the people were mocking them, in Acts chapter 2 verse 4 and 5, they all began to, they filled their hopes and began to speak in tongues. [6:07] And when it was noise abroad, verse 5, and it was noise abroad, it says that now when it was noise abroad, the multitudes came together and were confounded because everyone heard them speaking their own language. [6:18] That was the promise. That was the promise. The promise said the Holy Spirit comes and when the Holy Spirit shows up, the manifestations are this will notice it. It was a promise. [6:29] So they said these were drunk. Peter says verse 14, these boys are not drunk as you suppose. Then verse 16 to 18 said, this is that which was spoken by Joel. So that's the promise. The promise is what was manifested in the book of, in the chapter verse, verse 4. [6:43] They were all filled with the Holy Spirit. It was a promise. I'll pour out my spirit. But now I want you to notice a few points there. That when the Holy Spirit comes upon a people, there are things that make him come, one, and there are things that show he has come. [6:58] But Saman, the Sosra, verse 17, of Acts chapter 8, when he saw that the Holy Ghost was given, hey a ha he he, when Saman the Sosra, verse 18 rather, saw that the Holy Ghost was given, he must have seen something to make him know the Holy Ghost has been given. [7:16] Is it so? He must have seen something to know that the Holy Ghost has been given to these people. Because then he wouldn't have known. [7:28] So then when the Holy Spirit is given to people, there are manifested things that show that, ah, these guys have also received it. Peter in Acts chapter 11 said that when I was speaking, I think from verse 14, 14, 15 somewhere, it says that the Holy Spirit came up, God gave them the Holy Spirit just as he gave to us in the beginning. [7:44] The Holy Spirit fell on them as I was speaking. He fell on them as I began to speak. The Holy Ghost fell on them as on us in the beginning. How did he know? How did he know? [7:57] That means when the Holy Spirit comes, there are characteristic attendant manifestations. And there are things that bring the Holy Spirit. One, as I taught you, number one is what? [8:10] No, there are things that bring the Holy Spirit. Prayer. Number two is preaching. Acts chapter 2. They were praying when the day of prayer was fully coming. They were in the upper room praying. [8:22] They didn't stop. I'm sure. It's likely. As they kept praying, some people left. Because over 500 people saw Jesus when he was alive. How come only 120 were in the room? [8:35] How come only 120 were in the room when the Holy Ghost came? It could be that people prayed and prayed and after first day, they were tired. [8:46] They stopped coming. Others stopped coming. Others stopped. But they went to it. They kept praying. Kept going. Kept going. And God said, okay, now these people are serious enough. I'm ready to pour out my spirit. Prayer. So, prayer. [9:00] Prayer. Incessant prayer. Constant. We will give ourselves continually. That's what guarantees the manifestation of the Holy Spirit. Number two, as the Word of God is taught in its neatness. [9:13] Because you can teach the Word of God neatly. Or you can teach it dirtily. Neatly means that rightly dividing. Second Timothy chapter 2 verse 15. [9:25] Rightly dividing the Word of truth. You rightly divide it. That's when you are teaching it. The Bible says that we speak about things that is accords with godliness. [9:37] It says the doctrine of Christ. First Timothy chapter 1 verse 10. Verse 10. Or 3 verse 10. I forgot. Yeah, 1, 10, 11. That accords with the teachings of Christ. [9:49] The words of Christ. These are the kind of teaching. First Timothy chapter 1 verse 3. It told him that watch your doctrine. Be careful that no people, nobody, watch that people don't come and teach anything. But they must teach things that is in accordance with the truth. [10:03] Right? Sound doctrine I'm talking about. So, when you teach sound doctrine cleanly and you stay on it, it creates a room for the Spirit of God to come. And especially a doctrine that is heavily Christ-centered. [10:16] Christ-centered doctrine. Christ-centered doctrine. Christ-centered doctrine makes people lose interest in what they want. Their personal ambitions, personal agendas, personal aspirations. [10:31] The more you hear Christ-centered message, the more you get tired of your own desires. And all you want is what you want Christ and what Christ wants. [10:43] That is some of the things that bring revival. It brings down the Holy Spirit. And then when a group of people have gathered consistently with a desire for the Holy Spirit. [10:55] Holy Spirit can never turn it down. When people gather consistently praying, oh Lord, send your Spirit. That in itself cannot be natural. [11:07] He said, the Spirit who the, John chapter 14 verse 18. Whom the world cannot receive. Because they know Him not. They do not know Him. [11:19] They do not see Him. So, it's not everybody who can be praying, Holy Spirit come. Holy Spirit come. Canna people cannot pray for the Holy Spirit to come. They might pray, but they don't mean it. [11:31] And they will be tired very quickly. Holy Spirit, Holy Spirit. Ah, this thing is too much now. Everything, Holy Spirit. You can't pray constantly for Holy Spirit in carnality. [11:45] That kind of desire is given from above. It's given from above. When it is born in the heart of not only one. [11:56] Sometimes it can start with one. But as it begins to pursue it, it can be very infectious. It's infectious to other people who have similar calling, similar life assignment and mandates. [12:10] They see you, they feel like, ah, this is what I want. This is what I want. So, when God impresses on people's hearts, a person, it can start with a person. [12:22] But as the person, listen, you can't do for the Holy Spirit. All he needs from you is to yield to him. Sometimes you don't even understand everything. Just yield. God, God thrives on your yieldedness. [12:39] On your yield. There are people in church who don't yield to the Holy Spirit. How can Holy Spirit use a person for revival who doesn't yield? But when God sparks a desire in a person, and the person yields, and they begin to do it. [12:56] Most of you are here in church. You are very wild people, never church people. You are very wild until you saw somebody who preached to you. You see how this gentleman is yielded to church. [13:08] Most of these young men here, one of the things that attract them so strong to this house and church, is they said, the way pastor is giving himself to God. The way pastor is giving himself to God. [13:22] They said, this is what I know I'm supposed to be like. So when one person yields himself, that's why I know there are so many congregational preachers in this building. [13:35] My time is up. Is someone learning something? Let me, let me, I need to run up now. Good morning, sir. So, when a group of people, one heart moves, God doesn't need everybody. [13:51] All he needs is a dividend ahorita. For this Karis move, he's not everybody he needs. [14:05] For this Karis pursuing revival in the United Kingdom, which is going to spread across the world, he does not need everybody. He needs one person who will be so well yielded to him, then when he's yielded to him, there are people who are already part of what he's doing, that yieldedness attracts them. [14:24] By the time we are going, we are attracting. It's coming from every corner. They are coming. Look at William Booth, better this impacted. [14:35] John Wesley, heavily impacted by George Whitefield. George Whitefield, impacted by the revival in Wales. [14:48] Different people, different people, dividendially impacted by different streams. So I'm not operating just from somewhere. [14:58] I came and plopped into the wells that have been flowing in this land. That has always flowed out. The wells that flow in the United Kingdom never stay in the United Kingdom. [15:11] It always flows out, especially London is a central city in the world. London. So what we are doing here, don't underestimate what God is about to use you for. [15:24] It's not a bunch of young people or people who are coming, they are excited about it. No, no, no, no. That's also true. But that's all you see. It's a global move. It's a global move. It's a global move. [15:34] It's a global move. It's a global move. It's a global move. It's a global move. Just live long and you'll see it. Amen. [15:45] It's a global move. So shall we be. Sit down please. So those are the things that attract the presence of the Holy Spirit upon the people for revival. [15:58] And when the Holy Spirit comes, you always hear a sound. Oh yeah. It's not a natural sound. It's an inaudible sound. The Bible says it was noise abroad and everybody was coming. [16:10] What did they hear? They heard them speaking their own language. That was not the first thing. They heard a sound. People were praying. But when people are saying something, you can't go on. Why do you stop work at 9 a.m.? [16:21] Stop work. Stop your farm. Close the farm for the day because some people are praying. And then they guarded. And then they guarded and then they were hearing these people talking in their language. [16:35] This is not normal. Why are they speaking their language? Are these not, are not all these that speak Galileans? How can we hear them in our own language? [16:47] Manifestation. Manifestation. When you come into an atmosphere where the Holy Spirit is visiting, you will hear God's voice. You come here, you know that, hmm, hmm, God is here. [16:59] Something is drawing me here. I know this is where I've been, my life I've been looking for. And then number two. Number two. What is it? A desire. So you come in and by that time you realize you are not doing it more than the people who invited you. [17:22] I don't have a witness here right there. You are not doing it anymore. A desire to do greater things for God. A desire to live for God. A desire to be yielded to God. A desire to obey God. A desire to turn away from sin. A desire to bring yourself, another word is compliance. You want to yield to God and comply with what he's doing in your life. [17:45] And then number three, when the Holy Ghost comes out, you make decisions. You make, you take decisions that from today I'm going to do this, I'm today. Number four. [17:56] When the, the manifestation of the Holy Spirit. Gifts, healings. Look at the healings that we had. So as soon as I heard that about 10 minutes later, the pastor said, everyone who is, you think your health is a better, get up. [18:07] And he says particularly someone with arthritis. Arthritis. Some of arthritis. How would I know? These are the manifestations. Some of you, if the Holy Spirit is working on your life, it begins to show. [18:23] When you pray for people, when you speak to people, they just begin, people who used to say, what are you saying? I can't. So you speak to two, one says, oh, all this rubbish. But the other one says, can you tell me more? And they start crying, they start crying and you are confused. [18:36] What did I, what did I say? I get what I'm saying. Manifestation of the Spirit. Healings. Miracles. Please, don't shy away from God using you for miracles. [18:50] If you have, if you have been in an atmosphere like this, don't shy away. Because you can't do it, he will do it. Amen. The only condition is, don't aim to take their credit. [19:04] Don't aim to take their credit. Leave it for him. But make yourself available. Don't think, now I'm very powerful. You prophesy, you think, now I'm a prophet. No. No, no, no. He doesn't make you a prophet. [19:16] You evangelize someone who gave their life to Christ. Okay. You evangelize someone who gave their life to Christ. Now you say, I'm an evangelist. Which, you do business card. Put your name evangelist. Really? [19:27] Evangelist. So, manifestations. Manifestations. What's the next point I mean? Natural. Unnatural move. Unnatural move. Unnatural move. [19:38] I see the Holy Spirit in power. In the name of Jesus. Amen. Did you receive something? Amen. the name of Jesus. Did you receive something? [19:49] Thank you for listening to this message by David Entry. We pray you have been strengthened and enlightened.
