Thank you for choosing to listen to another word-filled message by David Entry. Preaching is the means by which God manifests His word and nourishes our spirits. May the life of God enter into you and you as you listen to this message. Be blessed. [0:18] I spoke about how we have eternal life. That's when you are born again, you have eternal life. And we have available to us the gift of the Holy Spirit. And we spoke about how we have been sealed with the Holy Spirit of God. [0:34] We have been redeemed. Say, I'm redeemed. Say, I'm redeemed. And we have been made alive in Christ Jesus. So we are alive. Hallelujah. We have the life of Christ. We have been made alive. [0:47] We have been renewed by the Holy Spirit. And I spoke about how we have been born again by the word of God. All right. We have been born again by God's word. [0:58] We have been forgiven. I love that very much. We have been forgiven, washed clean in the blood of Jesus. And I also went on to speak about how we are the sons of God or children of God. [1:14] And I spoke about we have peace with God. We have been reconciled with God. And we have peace with God. All right. That's what we are. When you are a Christian, you don't have a problem with God. [1:28] Or let me put it this way. God has not got a problem with you. You are not wanted. You are not wanted. You are not wanted. [1:39] In other words, God is not after you to punish you. You are, you have peace with God. So when you are born again, when we are, once we are born again, we have peace with God and we have been reconciled with God. [1:52] We have been reconciled to God. Somebody say amen. Amen. And it's so beautiful to also know that not just that we have peace with God, we are co-heirs with Christ. [2:03] So whatever Christ is entitled to, you or we are also entitled to. That's good news. [2:15] That's good news. The one who was born a king, he lived a faultless life. Say faultless. [2:26] Faultless. He lived a faultless life. And he lived all that died for us. [2:37] And at the end of the day, he gained, Bible says that because of that, a dimension of the name is every niche about. Guess what? We are co-heirs with Christ. With all these attainments, he attained it to transfer it to us. [2:51] What a beautiful exchange. So he took our place as criminals and he gave us his place as the innocent. Wow. Hallelujah. [3:02] That should make you say hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. The Bible says, who are you to judge another one's servant? Anyone who is born again, be careful when you are accusing them. [3:14] Be careful when you are saying, hey, it's like this, it's like that. Because Jesus took their place. That's right. And they have the place of Jesus. So when you are pointing that finger of accusation, you may incur the judgment of God. [3:28] And then we are co-heirs with Christ. We explained that. And we also went on to talk about how, I like this, we have been transformed into his likeness with ever increasing glory. [3:39] So we have been transformed from glory to glory. From glory to glory. From where? Glory to glory. We never go back. We are not, it's not in us. [3:52] We are not meant to go backwards. We have been designed to, have you ever seen an aeroplane flying backwards before? In the air, then you have to do reverse. [4:05] No, planes don't operate like that. So the very day you see a plane moving backwards, you must know something is definitely wrong. This is not right. It can't happen. Why is it that when you see that it's a strange thing, but if you see your life moving backwards, yeah, as for me, that's how our family is. [4:20] The devil is a liar. You are not, it's not in us. We are not meant, we are meant to move from glory to glory. From glory to glory. From glory. So what it means is that if your previous condition is, or if what your condition you are in is glorious, then what you are about to enter is supposed to be much more glorious. [4:40] You are not supposed to move from one state of glory to a lower state of glory. Because we are ever increasing from glory to glory. Somebody! [4:51] Glory! Say, I'm moving into glory. I'm moving into glory. I'm not talking about dying now. Okay? Someone has been to glory. I'm moving into a glorious state. [5:01] People look at you and they want what you got. They wish they were like you. They won't look at you and be, I'm sorry for this lady. Oh. No, no, no, no, no. [5:11] That's not your testimony. That's not your portion. So don't go around looking for people to pity you. Because you are not an object of pity. You are an object of envy. [5:23] People should look at you and say, I want to be like her. I want to be like him. I want to be like, hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! This is not cheap talk. It's hard and reality by Christ for us. [5:38] You are born again into something that ordinary men can work in. Say, I'm blessed. I'm blessed. Don't let your situations, don't let your problems, don't let your challenges make you feel less blessed. [5:52] Because the truth of the fact is you are blessed. It may not feel like it. It may not look like it. I like that. [6:03] Maybe you are losing your hair. I'm blessed. Maybe you don't have a job. I'm blessed. Maybe you don't have your own house yet. I'm blessed. Maybe you don't have a car. I'm blessed. Or your car keeps breaking down. [6:14] I'm blessed. Your washing machine is not working. I'm blessed. You don't have many friends. I'm blessed. You really don't have money to afford food. I'm blessed. I'm blessed. Whatever situation you are in. [6:26] I'm blessed. Why? Because you are a child of God. Because you are a child of God. You have to understand that if you are not married, don't think that you are less blessed than someone who is married. [6:40] Because of the way we always use the word blessing. God has blessed me. I've got a new car. I'm doing a new job. Hey, God is blessing me. So most of the time, if people don't see the results of physical signs, the blessing is not a car. [6:57] Because there are people who don't have a car but are even more blessed than someone riding in a jet. So the blessing is not in what you have. It's just that blessing, when it comes on you and you understand it and you practice the terms of the blessing based on the covenant, it makes rich. [7:17] All right? It makes proper rich. The riches that we can. You have the wealth or you have the riches, but you can also sleep comfortably. Many people have it, but they can't sleep. [7:31] They are not happy. We have to define what it really means to be blessed. You have to know it, understand it. We have to understand what it means to be blessed. [7:42] Say, I'm blessed. I also, quickly, I spoke about how we are accepted in the beloved. Say, I'm accepted. Say, I'm accepted. [7:54] I'm accepted. In the beloved. And then, we are alive in Christ, which I've mentioned again. We are members of God's household. And the fellow citizens. [8:07] Say, fellow citizens. Fellow citizens. Now, the Bible is saying that we are citizens of heaven. Yes. Now, does it make sense when Bible says in Psalm 91, I think verse 8, he will give his angels charge over you. [8:23] Yes. Because if our special forces can be released, deployed to go and protect our citizens, then heaven does better. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. He will give his angels charge over you. [8:35] Psalm 91, I think verse 8 and 9. He said, he will give his angels charge over you, lest you dash your foot against them. He said, they will burn you on their wings. Yes. Say, I'm a citizen. [8:46] I am a citizen. Say, I'm a citizen. I am a citizen. Praise God. When you are a citizen of heaven, for he shall give his angels charge over you to keep you in all your ways. [8:59] Angels are on assignment for you. Amen. The truth of the matter is, you love to hear what I'm about to say. The truth of the matter is, every one of us has an angel assigned, specific angel assigned to him or her. [9:13] You have a bodyguard. Amen. Amen. Amen. Because you are an ambassador. Yes. [9:24] So you have a bodyguard always with you, walking around you. They may not see the bodyguard, but he's there. That's right. Angels are on assignment. He said, he will give his angels charge over you. [9:37] That you is not talking about a corporate you, but an individual you. Because he says that, lest you dash your foot against your... How do we all stumble together? He's talking about you, corporate you. [9:50] He that dwells, sorry, an individual you. He that dwells in the secret place of the Mochi. Did he say there that dwells? He. When it comes to enjoying the blessings of the covenant, everything has to do with the individual. [10:04] Well, he will give his angels charge over you. Say, I'm a citizen. I'm a citizen. So, we are citizens of God's kingdom. [10:15] And then I also spoke about how we are ambassadors. I'm an ambassador. And then I also spoke about how we have been set free from the bondage of sin. [10:25] You remember that? Sin doesn't have control over us anymore. And then we have been saved from the consequences of sin. [10:36] We have been made righteous and holy. I like this bit. We have been washed, sanctified, and... We have been washed, sanctified... [10:47] Say it again. We have been washed, sanctified, and justified. We have been washed, sanctified, and justified. Hallelujah. And we are no longer... [11:03] Yeah, to gratify the desires of the flesh. We are no longer objects of wrath. Remember that? God does not murder you. [11:13] God, the justice of God is not against you. Because you are no more the object of God's wrath. And we are complete in Him. Say, we are complete in Him. [11:26] We are complete in Him. Say, I'm complete in Christ. I'm complete in Christ. And I spoke about how our nature has changed. You remember that? Our nature has changed. And then I spoke about how we are healed. [11:42] We have been healed. And we have died to sin and we live to righteousness. And I spoke about how we have been cleansed from past sins. [11:54] And then in conclusion, the few points ending, I spoke about how we have been rescued from dominion of darkness. You remember that? We have been given the hope of glory. [12:06] We are looking forward to a new heaven and a new earth, the home of righteousness. And then finally, I also spoke about how we have overcome the world. [12:18] You remember that? This is who we are. It's who we are. When you know who you are, it informs what you do. Wow. We cannot force people into Christian worship without first letting them have an identity in Christ. [12:36] Because every genuine worship, genuine Christian service flows out of identity in Christ. [12:49] Because genuine Christian worship, you cannot make a donkey to fly. Can you? You can't. What you are not, you cannot be made to do. [13:01] Genuine worship. Watch this. And genuine Christian service. Some people can't serve God. They can't get involved in God's work because there is a problem. [13:14] Spiritual identity. So genuine Christian worship flows out of discovery or identity. Discovery of identity of self in Christ. [13:26] See, that's who I am. Is somebody getting something? And so then knowing who you are is the foundation. But then that's not all. In the book of John, chapter 13, verse 3. [13:39] That's an amazing text. Jesus, knowing that the Father had given all things into his hands and that he had come from God and was going to God. [13:49] He rose from supper, laid aside his garments, took a towel and gated himself. That service. And you know what he began to do? [14:00] He began to wash the feet of his disciples. I mean, which was not the normal thing to do for the leader to be serving them, washing their feet. [14:11] That's for slaves in the house. So when you get into the house, the slaves and servants in the house are the ones who come and wash your feet. And then he comes into the house. Bible says that he takes a towel, wraps it around his waist, and then sits down. [14:23] And then he began to call them, come and let me wash your feet. So Peter said, no, you can't do that, master. This is wrong. All right. But it looked like that's not the right. Peter, you should rather, we should be washing your feet. [14:34] Why are you washing our feet? Verse 3 again. Verse 3 says that Jesus, knowing that the Father had given all things into his hands, he was very secure. [14:44] He knew who he was. So service was not the problem. He knew who he was. So Bible says, and that he had come from God and he was going to, he knew where he was going. [14:57] So he wasn't waiting for people to redefine who he was. He knew who he was. He knew where he was coming from. Service does not actually take from you. It gives to you. [15:10] Service does not take from you. It gives to you. So who you are empowers what you do. [15:21] Or knowing who you are empowers how you serve. If you know who you are in Christ, it doesn't matter whether you are singing or not. That's not the issue. [15:32] It's not the issue. Your heart is poised to serve when opportunity comes. And even if no one calls you to serve, you look for an opportunity that doesn't infringe on authority. [15:42] And yet you serve. Jesus, knowing who, that God has given all things to him. All things to him. [15:54] Everything has been given to his hand. And yet he took a towel. No wonder Peter had confusion. He was, Peter was confused. No, no, master, you can't do this. You can't do this because I have an idea who you are. You can't do this. [16:04] Jesus said, my brother, let me do it. Because it does not take away from who I am. So once you know who you are, it begins to empower what you do and how you do it. [16:21] In the book of Acts chapter 9, verse 6. The first, anytime you find Jesus, when you discover Jesus, the first thing that happens to you, you will always want to know what he wants. [16:34] Anyone who has genuinely encountered Jesus will always be looking for his heart. Not just his hand. As I said the other time, people who go for his heart always get his hand. [16:49] In other words, when you go for what pleases God, he does things for you without even asking you. You don't have to ask. He will do it. People say, before they ask, I will answer. [17:00] He says, oh God, won't you wait for me to ask? You are doing this thing so much. God said, you shall serve me and I'll bless you. Watch this. God, let me put it in this way so that we can just appreciate it. [17:15] It may be an extreme statement, but I just want to find a way to communicate it. So I will say God owes. God doesn't owe anybody. But God owes you. God owes those who serve. [17:27] Bless him. So if you don't serve him, if you are not serving him. I'm not talking about serving him and coming to sing and nightling down and praying that service. That's what I was made to understand. [17:39] The religious folks, I'm serving God. Or we are going to worship God. So your worship is just when you come to church. No wonder they divorce their worship, their spiritual life from their social lives. [17:50] Two compartments. Because worship is just going to church, lift your hand, the church, the sanctuary, finish. You go and live your normal life. No. Christ says worship is the entirety of your life. [18:03] So whether you are in church or you are not in church, you are a true worshiper. Do you understand that? In the same way, when it comes to service, or service someone who serves God, it's not like you've gone to church, you've given your tithes, you've given your offerings, so you've finished. [18:17] No. It's talking about you actually, your energy, you are working for God. You are a worker for God. Do not just a church goer. Am I making sense? [18:28] Not just a church goer, but you are actually, the kingdom of God can count on you that you can do something to make the kingdom keep going. Not only, it's very easy to say my money will do it. [18:41] Service, which is work, it costs you energy. And time, thank you. Time, it will take your time. Tell me which work doesn't take your time. [18:54] Which work doesn't take your mind. No, every work will take your mind actually. Some will not take it too much. Your time, your mind, and your energy. Sometimes people don't sleep. [19:06] What are they doing? They are working. They are making sure that, some people sometimes say, I couldn't leave the office early. I left the office very late. What were you doing? I was making sure, they were saying something I need to finish. [19:19] My business, my job takes me here. I'm traveling here. I'm doing this. There's so much I'm doing. That is how it is. So, in the same way, worshiping God and serving God requires certain levels of input. [19:32] Full input. Not only your physical resources. Because this is how God puts it. The truth of the matter is, he says that the silver and the gold is mine. [19:43] The cattle or the thousand is mine. If I were hungry, are you the one I will come and tell? No. So, what he's trying to say is that what you can give me is not my focus. [19:55] It's you I'm looking for. Amen. That's why Romans chapter 12, which is that, present your bodies. Not your manies. Present your bodies as a living sacrifice. [20:08] Romans chapter 12, verse 2. Romans chapter 12, verse 2. So, present your bodies as a said. Do not, verse 1, verse 1. [20:19] Verse 1 says that, therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's message, to offer, you see, offer your what? As a living sacrifice. Or as living sacrifice. Holy and pleasing to God. [20:30] This is your spiritual act of worship. Put King James and see. New King James. He said, he says that this is your reasonable. So, anything you don't do with your entire, present your body is unreasonable to God. [20:45] It's not, in other words, it's not sensible to be saying that me, I'm a worshiper. New covenant, New Testament worshiper. And only a fraction and an aspect of your life worships God. [20:58] But your, it said, God said, I want your body. Romans chapter 12, verse 1. All right, so, you, it's very important that Paul, when he met Jesus, did we read it? [21:12] We didn't even read it. Acts chapter 9, verse 6. We didn't read it. Yeah, we didn't read it. When Paul had an encounter with Jesus, the first thing that came out of his mouth, Bible says, so he, trembling and astonished, said, Lord, what do you want me to do? [21:28] Now, this is one who was going around killing, stopping people from God's work. When he had, watch this, when he, go to verse 5, and let me show you something there, for you just to make sense to what I was talking about. And he said, so, look, verse 4, so we can get a, okay. [21:43] This Paul, he was traveling to go and persecute the Christians, kill them. When you read from verse 1, Bible says that, verse 1, verse 1, Bible says that, he, he went for, and Saul, still breathing threats and murder against the disciples of who? [21:56] The Lord went to the high priest, for what? Verse 2, went to the high priest and asked, and asked letters from him, from the high priest to the synagogues, synagogues of Damascus, so that if he found any who were of the way, the way means a Christian, right? [22:14] Who were of the way? We are the, say we are the way. Say we are the way. Whether men or women, he might bring them bound to Jerusalem, verse 2. And he, as he journeyed, he came near Damascus, and he came near, suddenly a light shone, shone around him from heaven. [22:32] There is a light in heaven. Don't worry, God knows how to defend his work. God can defend his work. And suddenly a light shone, then he fell, oh. He had a letter, but he fell to the ground. [22:43] I thought he had a letter to go and kill. The letter, power! And so he fell to the, some power, some power, some power, some power. And Bible says that as he journeyed, he was going, he saw a light. [22:56] He fell on the ground. And he heard a voice saying, Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me? You? Who are you? Are you saying I'm persecuting you? I've never met you. Think about it. [23:06] Wait, wait. Think about it. Think about it. You read from verse 1. What was he doing in verse 1? What was he doing in verse 1? He was breeding threats and murder against disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ. [23:21] That's his job. Job description. What do you do? I breed threats and murder against the people of God. So that's his job description. All right? No, he was doing this against the disciple. [23:33] Against who? The disciple. Against who? The disciple. But verse 5, when he met him in verse 5, or is it verse 4? Verse 4. When he met him in verse 4, he felt like, he said, who are you? [23:43] Then the verse 4 said, no, no, verse 4. Why are you persecuting me? Jesus, I haven't touched you. After all, you have died and gone. So I haven't touched you. Anything you do to God's work, you are doing to him. [23:58] Somebody that didn't get it. So he, God, Jesus showed up himself to Paul. He said, listen, this whole thing you didn't know is about me. You. And he fell. And he was blind. Just to let him know that I can do something about you. [24:11] In the same way, God said, Saul, why are you persecuting me? I can't handle you. And he went blind. He fell from his powerful horse. That's why I said that. [24:24] Then he said, who are you, Lord? Because I obviously didn't know you. I've not done anything against you. I'm dealing with these small, small guys. They are not powerful. I know it's not you. [24:35] So who is this powerful one who he's talking about? Then the Lord said, I am Jesus, who you are persecuting. Do you see that? No, it's the church. It's me. Jesus said, I and the church are one. [24:48] And who are persecuting? It is hard for you to kick against the goats. The goats were, it's like thorns. You know, some thorns that usually they, in those days, when a horse is plowing or something, they put it around so that it doesn't turn. [25:02] When it's trying to turn, the thorns. So you can't kick against the goats because they are there to keep you from going as goats. So it's just to keep you. Then he said, you can't kick against the goats. Some of us, God is calling you. [25:13] You are trying to kick against the goats. You know clearly. It's like God is talking to you so vividly and so unambiguously. You can hear his voice. [25:24] And every time you are trying to kick against the goats. He said, Jesus said, it is hard. You can't do that. Your conscience is telling you that God is looking for you. [25:36] Your conscience is telling you that you can do more in this house. You can do more in this church. You can do better. Everything is pointing to you by your kicking against the goat. Oh. Oh. [25:46] He said, it's hard to kick against the goat. Verse 6. Then, when he discovered that, listen to what he said. What did he say? Let's not read it together. Let's go. What do you want me to do? [26:00] Do you see that? Now you see the whole picture. He was trembling. The man with the letter. The man with the letter. And he was blind. He was trembling. [26:12] God, what do you want me to do for you? And I like God. God respects his authority in place. He said, go to Damascus. The place you are going to kill the Christians. [26:24] Now go. The Christians you are going to kill. They will tell you how to do this thing. Yeah. He has troops on the ground. Everybody must be discipled by somebody. [26:38] You got it. So, the point I want to make here is that once you discover who you are in Christ, the next thing that comes automatically is what am I here for? What am I supposed to do with all these resources that have been invested in me? [26:50] And I discovered that has to do with your service, commitment, and your worship. Service. He saved us. He saved us. [27:02] I like the way Paul puts it in Philippians chapter 1 verse 21. Philippians chapter 1 verse 21. He said, for me to live is Christ, to die is gain. [27:13] This morning, what I am just trying to talk about is Christ, my living. Christ is my living. He said, let's read it together out very loud from the screen. [27:23] Let's go. For me, some of you are not reading it. Let's read it out. Let's go. For me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain. One more time. For me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain. [27:36] Please read it out loud. For me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain. For the last time, even how louder. For me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain. To live is Christ. [27:48] Christ is my living. What I'm assuming to live for Christ, or for Christ to be your living. In Galatians chapter 2 verse 20, Paul talks about how I have been crucified with Christ. [28:03] Nevertheless, I live, yet not I, but Christ who lives in me. So he said, I'm crucified with Christ. Yes, not I, but Christ who lives in me. So then, the point here is that when Christ becomes your living, it's like Christ lives in you. [28:22] You have Christ, the life of Christ. Christ lives in me. All right? Christ, watch this. This is very important. Christ was his life. Galatians 2 verse 20. [28:33] Because the life I now live. I live Christ who lives in me. So Christ was his life, and Christ is our life. Now, when Christ becomes our life, he then becomes our living. [28:46] So it's not just one aspect. It's not just the objective aspect. It's also the subjective aspect. [28:58] It's not just the subjective aspect. It's also the objective aspect. The truth of the fact is that when you are born again, Christ lives in you. All right? But then when Christ lives in you, it doesn't end there. [29:09] Christ must be your living. In other words, what does it mean for Christ to be your living? You express Christ. Better still, Christ has the preeminence in your life. [29:20] This is Christianity. So I live for Christ. I live for Christ. No, no. It's not just certain aspects. I live for Christ to dance, and I live for Christ to read my Bible. [29:33] Why am I reading my Bible? So that this whole agenda of God can find an expression in my life. God has got an agenda. Many people didn't know. [29:46] God has got an agenda. Tell someone, God has got an agenda. God has got an agenda. And the good news is that you are a very important aspect of his agenda. [30:00] Amen. So then when you now discover who you are, you now use who you are, what you know about who you are, to fulfill his agenda. He said, I will build my church, but he will not do it. [30:13] He's going to use you and I. Colossians chapter 1 verse 24. I like this scripture. Minister Jehovah, the day I saw this scripture, I was so blessed. Colossians 1 verse 24. [30:25] Listen to how I push. He said, I now rejoice in my sufferings for you. Hey, sufferings. Say sufferings. Most of us don't like suffering. When you become a Christian, you have signed on. [30:38] Really? Yes. How? I thought you'd rather have freedom and breakthrough. I told you the other time. There's nothing like absolute freedom. Let's come back. [30:51] We will come back to this. But Colossians, Philippians 1 verse 29. To settle the matter for some people. Philippians 1 verse 29. How does he put it? Philippians 1 verse 29. What does he say? He said, for to you it has been granted on who? [31:06] Did you see that? What? Not only to believe in him, but also what? Hey, pastor, what didn't you tell us from the beginning? This one is hidden in the fire prince. [31:19] You did have signed on. He said, not only to believe, but also to suffer for his name. Jesus said it when he was making his public announcement. And when he was declaring his manifesto. [31:31] And when he was declaring what he can do. He said that, come unto me. All ye that are heavy laden. And I'll give you rest. [31:41] Then he said, take upon my yoke. For my burden is light and my yoke is easy. So he came with a yoke. He came with a yoke. He came with a yoke. He came with a yoke. [31:53] How come you want to just sleep at home and be. God is blessing me. God, where is your yoke? Carry your own cross. He said, you have to take up your cross. [32:05] And follow me. And so, he says not only to believe. Once you are beginning to believe. Know that suffering is also coming. Now, not suffering to punish you. [32:17] But to polish you. To polish you. To polish you. Do you know why? Because you have been programmed to move from glory to glory. From glory to glory. [32:29] From glory to glory. There is no testimony without a test. There is no triumph without triumph. There is no victory without a battle. The battle has been won. You are just passing through. [32:40] The battle to get your victory. Should I believe? I believe. We are blessed. Amen. Amen. So, Colossians 1.24 says that. I rejoice in my sufferings for you. [32:54] And fill up in my flesh. What is lacking in the affliction of Christ? Something. That means Christ's affliction wasn't complete. Something. After all this suffering Christ went through. [33:07] Paul said something is still lacking inside there. And he said that thing that is lacking in what Christ's affliction. He said, I am filling up in my body, my flesh. [33:18] That's Christianity. So, we have been called to take our share of God's suffering. This is not suffering that humiliates. Suffering that destroys. But it's suffering that prepares you for victory. [33:31] Suffering that prepares you for the crown. Suffering that I want. You want to see how God rewards. I don't have much time to break down into these things. But I want you to know that there is no one who suffers for Christ's invader. [33:43] If you know it is God who gave you that miracle. Then you can depend on him to protect the miracle. She kept doing. Now, what I didn't know. That God had a better plan for her. [33:54] God was about to eradicate the fibroids. And keep the baby. I know people who so miraculously have children with the fibroid. And they give birth. [34:04] And the fibroid is still waiting for the next child. It's still there. But this woman. Even though she had fibroids before she married. And this fibroid threatened her fertility. [34:17] God overruled the bypasses. And then when God saw her faithfulness. Even in states where she could have had a reason to lie down. She said, I will do your work Lord. I will do your work Lord. [34:29] I will do your work Lord. And so God said, fibroid. It is time to leave. Vacate from the womb. When you serve God. He said, it is me you are persecuting. [34:40] So then if you serve him. He will say, it is me you are serving. When you serve God. He will do strange miracles for you. He blesses you in strange ways. When you are committed. [34:51] After you know who you are. You use everything to serve him. You see. So when God is telling you. Serve me with your substance. Serve me with your money. And she said she was faithful. [35:02] Serve you with your money. He already has a bigger financial program and plan for you. But most times. Sometimes some of us. We can't trust him. So we abort his plan. [35:13] And we maintain our own. Meanwhile our own is not taking us any far. But I prophesy that today. From today. As you engage in kingdom service. [35:24] As you engage in doing what he wants done. He will take care of you. In conclusion. When you serve him. When you serve God. Healing is your portion. It is your service that determines your rating. [35:40] It is your service that determines your rating. It is your service that determines your weight. In the kingdom. There is a man called Epaphras. [35:53] Philippians chapter 2. Verse 24. Go to verse 25. Philippians chapter 2 verse 25. It talks about. Yet consider it necessary. Yet I consider it necessary to send to you Epaphras. [36:08] Epaphroditus. In some other translation he uses the word Epaphras. The name Epaphroditus. My brother. Fellow worker. And fellow soldier. But your messenger. And the one who ministered to your needs. [36:20] Did you see that? He is talking about Epaphroditus here. Okay. He ministers. Epaphroditus ministered to your needs. What does he do? He ministers to the needs of the saints. [36:31] Go to the next verse. Verse 26. Since he was not longing for you all. And was distressed. Because you heard that he was sick. Minister sick. [36:44] Sick. And Paul said this thing is true. Go to the next verse. Paul said that. For indeed he was sick almost unto death. The guy was dying. But you know what happened? Bad God. [36:58] Bad God. Bad God. Bad God. Bad God. Bad God. Bad God. When you get the letter from the doctors. [37:08] Look at it and say bad God. And make sure. Get yourself busy about God's work. That gives you the grounds to say bad God. When it comes to benefits in life. [37:20] When it comes to benefits in life. Your only advantage is your engagement with God. That's what authorizes you to say bad God. [37:31] Bad God. When it comes to acceptance in heaven. That one you don't have to do anything. Christ has done everything. Bad God. Because of his love. Christ died. But when it comes to downloading. [37:42] The covenant benefits of the kingdom. You have to say bad God. Based on your engagement with God. Bad God. Had mercy on him. Not only on him. [37:53] But also on me. His pastor. Less. I have sorrow upon. Because the guy is too useful for the work. He supplies your needs. He is meeting your needs. God is needful to you. [38:03] He can die. There is a woman in the Bible called Ducas. Tabitha. She died. The Bible says they sent for Peter in Joppa. In I think Acts. The same Acts chapter 10 or so. [38:15] They sent for Peter. When Peter came. They said look at Ducas. When he was alive. The things he has been doing for us. Ducas cannot die. Ducas cannot die. Ducas. The good wishes of the saints. [38:26] Calls Peter. Peter came. And Peter said. Ducas arise. And presented her alive to them. Amen. Because of her involvement in God's work. Brothers and sisters. [38:36] That's the truth. Many people don't know this. They think. Read your Bible. Pray everything. If you want to grow. Grow where? You know what I'm talking about? Growing. See, the more you are growing, the more you discover, the more you've been saved more. [38:50] Because you grow to be a better servant. So, save. Tell someone to save. Who are you in Christ? Christ must be your living. Once you find who you are in Christ, then Christ becomes your living. [39:03] For me to live is Christ. For me to live is Christ. Christ has the preeminence. Anything that has to do with God has the preeminence. Not even my work. [39:14] Not even my finances. Anything that has to do with Christ has the preeminence. In your finances. I know I am not going down financially. Because God has too much of my financial life. [39:29] My financial life is glued to God. It's hooked. So, I can't go down. Because when I'm going, I can't go down. It's hooked to God. I serve God with my substance. [39:42] Not with my lips. Alone. With my substance. Thank you for listening to this message by David Entry.
