As the people of God, we’re called to the work of building each other up, as God builds us into a glorious temple. But loving and serving each other is hard. How can we find strength to be faithful when we’re tired, frustrated and discouraged? In today’s sermon, we’ll see how a prophecy given to the people of Judah through the prophet Haggai thousands of years ago speaks to us today.
All around the world today, churches are celebrating the resurrection of Christ. One aspect of Christ’s resurrection that is easily overlooked is that it points to an important future event that many people deny or hate to think about: The judgement of the world.
