The second half, including Ephesians 6, describes the conduct of believers. Paul references the fifth commandment; these instructions are based on God's word. Paul uses the commandments to illustrate how Christians should live before God. The law is a guide for living; salvation is by faith in Christ. Pharisees' religious performance obscured God's radical message. The law can on be followed by living the life in Christ, having received Him.</p>
