00:04:16.459 --> 00:04:33.139 And then at the very end, this beautiful reference to Jesus as the shepherd and overseer or in some other verses, the shepherd and guardian of our souls. 00:04:33.139 --> 00:04:43.519 And I suppose I just want to make the point, I've been challenged about the point about as we work, we need to watch our souls. 00:04:44.599 --> 00:04:54.099 I wonder if we maybe don't hear as much as we might about the soul nowadays or necessarily think as much about it. 00:04:54.100 --> 00:05:02.600 But even those two verses convey a sense of the things that would seek to destroy to this great encouragement 00:05:43.139 --> 00:05:50.079 as we look at those final verses about who Jesus is and what he's done for us, 00:05:50.079 --> 00:05:53.680 about how we were going astray. 00:05:54.139 --> 00:05:57.860 But I just trust this will define us all as Christians, 00:05:58.439 --> 00:06:04.240 people who have returned to the shepherd and guardian of our souls, 00:06:04.719 --> work, 00:07:05.740 --> 00:07:09.319 whether you're out of work and seeking to find employment. 00:07:09.720 --> 00:07:16.220 The first negative that I think comes over really clearly and importantly from this passage about work is, 00:07:16.680 --> 00:07:21.280 we must not be defined by our work. 00:07:22.100 --> 00:07:26.160 Dare I say that might even include those who are the pastors and the
