Because John 4 is the wonderful star of the river 00:03:27.400 --> 00:03:32.939 that leads to the ocean that is the scene in Revelation 7. 00:03:33.099 --> 00:03:37.759 How is this God going to unite his people from all around the world 00:03:37.759 --> 00:03:39.400 under the banner of his Son? 00:03:39.479 --> 00:03:40.780 How is he going to do it? 00:03:42.259 --> 00:03:46.060 And Jesus continues this conversation with this Samaritan woman. 00:03:46.060 --> 00:03:54.420 And as we're to get the earth-shattering worldview changing enormity of this, 00:03:54.620 --> 00:03:57.360 we need Here's what she says. 00:06:18.039 --> 00:06:20.759 Our ancestors worshipped on this mountain. 00:06:21.419 --> 00:06:24.319 But you Jews claim that the place 00:06:24.319 --> 00:06:26.879 where we must worship is in Jerusalem. 00:06:27.919 --> 00:06:30.120 So the Samaritans go to this place 00:06:30.120 --> 00:06:33.399 called Mount Gerizim to offer their worship. 00:06:33.500 --> 00:06:35.299 That's the monument, sorry, 00:06:35.360 --> 00:06:37.439 the mountain that she's referring to. 00:06:38.319 --> 00:06:40.479 So as well as many other religious things, 00:06:40.480 --> 00:06:45.060
