question of the Bible, which is, in a sense, implicitly a question that we can ask of Buddhism, or Islam, or Hinduism, or scientism, or naturalism, or empiricism, or a whole pile of other isms, or that we understand that hope is something which is significant? 00:11:05.659 --> 00:11:14.740 And if that's the case, well, then what exactly is it that Islam or Hinduism or Buddhism or secularism or system of thinking, a text that talks about hope is something surely that fits in with part of the data that should be important to us when we're trying to figure out what actually is true can do something, that if there is a living God who will bring all things to an end, then perhaps there is meaning in life. 00:12:02.620 --> 00:12:05.799 Perhaps there is meaning even in suffering. 00:13:33.759 So start reading at verse 6. 00:13:34.240 --> 00:13:35.220 Verse 6. 00:13:36.019 --> 00:13:39.419 Now the seven angels who had the seven trumpets prepared to blow them. 00:13:40.200 --> 00:13:46.460 The first angel blew his trumpet and there followed hail and fire mixed with blood. 00:13:47.159 --> 00:13:48.939 And these were thrown upon the earth. 00:13:49.740 --> 00:13:52.740 And a
