00:05:01.459 for their own glory 00:05:01.459 --> 00:05:03.840 and so that they don't have to be scattered 00:05:03.840 --> 00:05:04.660 throughout the earth, 00:05:05.379 --> 00:05:09.620 which is in direct affront to God's glory 00:05:09.620 --> 00:05:12.060 and in direct violation of God's command 00:05:12.060 --> 00:05:13.240 to spread throughout the earth. 00:05:13.240 --> 00:05:16.860 So God --> 00:09:06.379 because the king was viewed 00:09:06.379 --> 00:09:07.860 not as a sovereign ruler, 00:09:08.420 --> 00:09:09.940 but as God's representative. 00:09:10.220 --> 00:09:12.440 He ruled
