a billion of them 00:01:54.280 --> 00:02:00.680 do not have the resources for those things to be addressed well. 00:02:03.680 --> 00:02:06.879 Thankfully, they're working to make changes in that. 00:02:06.879 --> 00:02:09.879 But when we come to the Bible, 00:02:10.340 --> 00:02:13.560 the Bible talks of a more widespread problem 00:02:13.560 --> 00:02:16.740 than physical blindness as --> 00:08:12.300 in the first seven chapters of Mark? 00:08:12.740 --> 00:08:14.600 Jesus over and over again 00:08:14.600 --> 00:08:15.520 doing miracles, 00:08:16.100 --> 00:08:17.120 casting out demons, 00:08:17.460 --> 00:08:18.460 healing people, 00:08:18.900 --> 00:08:20.100 providing bread 00:08:20.100 --> 00:08:22.920 when people were hungry, 00:08:23.080 --> 00:08:24.000 walking on waters. 00:08:24.060 --> 00:08:25.200 What kind of a sign 00:08:25.200 --> 00:08:25.759 do you think 00:08:25.759 --> 00:08:27.020 they were looking for? 00:08:27.019 --> 00:08:29.759 But in fact, kind of sign 00:08:40.639 --> 00:08:42.059 and in the rabbinic tradition 00:08:42.059 --> 00:08:43.179 this sign became 00:08:43.179 --> 00:08:44.220 something like 00:08:44.220 --> 00:08:45.199 moving the stars, 00:08:45.360 --> 00:08:46.879 something so obvious, 00:08:47.240 --> 00:08:48.399 so great 00:08:48.399 --> 00:08:50.039 that it was undeniable 00:08:50.039 --> 00:08:52.120 that anyone who saw it 00:08:52.120 --> 00:08:53.100 would be compelled 00:08:53.100 --> 00:08:54.899 to believe. 00:08:54.899 --> 00:08:56.939 a sign that would overcome 00:08:56.939 --> 00:08:58.659 all
