him as your Savior, you're chosen by the Father. 00:04:58.680 --> 00:05:05.420 That you're sanctified by the Spirit, that God's Spirit works in you and is moving in your life even today. 00:05:05.420 we are and what we have, we just need to be reminded how precious it is. 00:06:05.860 --> 00:06:11.620 We looked at last time we were together in the book of Peter that what you possess, if you know Christ as your Savior, 00:06:11.900 --> 00:06:13.300 the prophets were searching for. 00:06:13.300 --> 00:06:17.480 They were prophesying, and they were still trying to figure out exactly what it meant, 00:06:17.660 --> 00:06:21.400 and the apostles proclaimed it, and angels marvel at it. 00:06:22.420 --> 00:06:27.560 But by the time we come to verse number 13, it kind of has this idea, and Peter is saying, 00:06:27.900 --> 00:06:35.300 if all that's true, if the first 12 verses are true, and it is, then it should change the way that you live. 00:06:36.120 --> 00:06:37.840 That's really but when they would have ran, or maybe they needed a fight or in a situation like that, 00:08:04.160 --> 00:08:08.560 they would kind of bring their loins up, and they would gird them about.
