00:01:58.500 --> 00:02:01.740 Last week, Pastor Matt opened up for us the beginning of chapter 49, 00:02:01.739 --> 00:02:05.539 which was all about the glorious servant Messiah who would come 00:02:05.539 --> 00:02:07.859 and bring salvation to the ends of the earth. 00:02:07.959 --> 00:02:08.740 What good news! 00:02:09.780 --> 00:02:13.780 And yet, here the people, upon hearing this good news, 00:02:13.960 --> 00:02:18.180 are so downtrodden, so discouraged, so despondent, 00:02:19.319 --> 00:02:20.759 that they just can't believe it. 00:02:21.859 --> 00:02:24.840 But Zion said, the doesn't just sort of affirm His unforgetting love. 00:04:55.719 --> 00:04:56.639 He unpacks it. 00:04:57.399 --> 00:04:59.899 He wants to come with a healing word, 00:05:00.120 --> 00:05:01.339 with a comforting word, 00:05:01.379 --> 00:05:04.159 to those who are discouraged and despondent and bitter in soul. 00:05:04.259 --> 00:05:06.139 So in the rest of chapter 49 and 50, 00:05:06.300 --> 00:05:08.419 He drills down into this love. 00:05:08.539 --> 00:05:10.539 He sort of picks up the diamond of His love 00:05:10.540 --> 00:05:12.020 and He starts turning it around 00:05:12.020 --> 00:05:15.319 so the rays might continue to reflect out of it 00:05:15.319 --> 00:05:16.400 and capture our gaze 00:05:16.400 --> 00:05:19.360 and so that our downtrodden hearts might believe it again,
