addressing the church in Corinth 00:27:41.079 --> 00:27:42.859 But all the way through here 00:27:42.859 --> 00:27:46.839 He's really dealing with the resurrection of the Lord's people 00:27:46.839 --> 00:27:50.519 And that's in keeping with what you find 00:27:50.519 --> 00:27:52.460 Mostly throughout Scripture 00:27:52.460 --> 00:27:56.079 Scripture has very little, actually, to do with 00:27:56.079 --> 00:27:58.860 The resurrection of the unsaved 00:27:58.860 --> 00:28:02.240 Because the overwhelming emphasis in the Bible 00:28:02.240 --> 00:28:04.120 Is on salvation 00:28:04.120 --> 00:28:07.019 On redemption from sin and from death 00:28:07.019 --> 00:28:10.779 As this passage itself is going to bring us through this evening 00:28:10.779 --> 00:28:14.640 And the emphasis on life and salvation 00:28:14.640 --> 00:28:16.880 Means that that's really what predominates 00:28:16.880 --> 00:28:20.400 That's what really gets the major part of Paul's treatment 00:28:20.400 --> different to the resurrection 00:28:31.720 --> 00:28:33.900 Not in kind, but in result 00:28:33.900 --> 00:28:38.200 To the resurrection of God's redeemed and saved people 00:28:38.200 --> 00:29:07.220 Those who have done good to the resurrection of life 00:29:07.220 --> 00:29:11.380 And those who have done evil to the resurrection of judgment 00:29:11.380 --> 00:29:14.700 Or to the resurrection of condemnation 00:29:14.700 --> 00:29:17.000 Which also is the meaning of the word there 00:29:17.000 --> 00:29:21.220 So that's giving us a very definite truth 00:29:21.220 -->
