most likely met Jesus, 00:05:06.159 --> 00:05:08.339 heard Jesus, seen him do miracles, 00:05:08.479 --> 00:05:09.579 even followed him, 00:05:10.319 --> 00:05:12.740 and when he grew up, 00:05:13.120 --> 00:05:14.359 he wrote Mark. 00:05:14.360 --> 00:05:17.199 Mark was a scribe. 00:05:18.040 --> 00:05:20.879 A scribe was a professional writer. 00:05:21.379 --> 00:05:23.180 People would pay them Apostle Paul, 00:05:56.160 --> 00:05:57.100 writing a lot of letters, 00:05:57.379 --> 00:06:01.220 and sometime in about 60s AD, 00:06:02.060 --> 00:06:06.360 he helped Peter write his gospel. 00:06:06.360 --> 00:06:09.920 Now, this is most likely how it worked out. 00:06:11.000 --> 00:06:13.620 Peter was the boss of Jesus' disciples. 00:06:13.860 --> 00:06:14.560 He was the leader. 00:06:15.319 --> 00:06:17.340 He had spent the last 30 years 00:06:17.340 --> 00:06:18.600 since Jesus had died. 00:06:18.879 --> 00:06:20.560 Jesus died at the age of 33, 00:06:20.680 --> 00:06:21.740 another 30 years, 00:06:22.259 --> 00:06:25.860 telling the story of his eyewitness account 00:06:25.860 --> 00:06:27.340 of being with Jesus 00:06:27.340 --> 00:06:29.220 and seeing him
