00:08:21.939 --> 00:08:23.860 Now we see him in riches again 00:08:23.860 --> 00:08:25.939 in Pharaoh's palace. 00:08:26.439 --> 00:08:27.680 There's a great drama, 00:08:27.680 --> 00:08:31.920 a great sweep of drama taking place in his story. 00:08:32.399 --> 00:08:35.960 But also the Joseph story is a great illustration for us 00:08:35.960 --> 00:08:37.700 of the Bible's big story. 00:10:39.639 who will bring these seven good years 00:10:39.639 --> 00:10:41.659 and seven years of famine. 00:10:42.399 --> 00:10:45.659 We see in verses 51 and 52 00:10:45.659 --> 00:10:48.419 as Joseph names his sons 00:10:48.419 --> 00:10:51.560 an awareness of God's providence and control. 00:10:51.919 --> 00:10:53.240 God has made me. 00:10:53.639 --> 00:10:55.539 God has made me. --> 00:11:30.419 they don't like this message to say the least. 00:11:30.539 --> 00:11:32.039 They hate Joseph anyway 00:11:32.039 --> 00:11:33.399 because he's the father's favorite. 00:11:33.759 --> 00:11:35.019 They hate him all the more 00:11:35.019 --> 00:11:36.100 because of these dreams 00:11:36.100 --> 00:11:40.980 and so they sell him into slavery in Egypt. 00:11:41.100 --> 00:11:42.600 And while in Egypt, 00:11:42.980 --> 00:11:45.699 he'll go from being a slave to being a prisoner, 00:11:46.179 --> 00:11:47.519 but while he's in prison, 00:11:47.759 --> 00:11:50.100 so somewhere and he too has a dream 00:12:06.019 --> 00:12:08.899 and Joseph interprets that dream 00:12:08.899 --> 00:12:10.500 and it's a favorable interpretation 00:12:10.500 --> 00:12:13.000 because he has returned 00:12:13.000 --> 00:12:16.159 to the place of honor with the Pharaoh. 00:12:16.319 --> 00:12:17.740 God gave him the interpretation. 00:12:18.139 --> 00:12:18.860 God was announcing interpret the dream for you, 00:12:42.919 --> 00:12:43.139 Pharaoh, 00:12:43.139 --> 00:12:46.659 and because of that sequence, 00:12:48.259 --> 00:12:49.419 Joseph finds himself 00:12:49.419 --> 00:12:51.559 in the palace of Pharaoh. 00:12:51.759 --> 00:12:52.799 Joseph finds himself 00:12:52.799 --> 00:12:53.879 in the position 00:12:53.879 --> 00:12:54.879 where he can be, 00:12:55.000 --> 00:13:14.040 --> 00:13:16.700 is beginning to come to pass, 00:13:16.700 --> 00:13:20.200 but it's not fully realized yet. 00:13:20.200 --> 00:13:23.680 God is in control 00:13:23.680 --> 00:13:25.900
