shares these same pains, 00:01:18.039 --> 00:01:18.840 these same emotions. 00:01:19.700 --> 00:01:21.219 It was written by King David. 00:01:21.219 --> 00:01:23.840 He lived 1,000 years before Jesus, 00:01:24.260 --> 00:01:26.640 which is roughly 3,000 years ago, 00:01:27.299 --> 00:01:30.280 and he experienced similar feelings of pain. 00:01:31.280 --> 00:01:33.280 It appears that in this psalm, 00:01:33.420 --> 00:01:35.840 David is feeling distant from God, 00:01:36.359 --> 00:01:38.620 and he wants to be closer to him. 00:01:38.620 --> 00:01:43.040 And so David rebukes and corrects himself
