burning bush. 00:10:43.140 --> 00:10:48.360 And what was striking about this whole situation is that this bush was burning, 00:10:48.360 --> 00:10:51.480 but the bush was not being consumed. 00:10:52.620 --> 00:10:58.940 The flames, the burning was self-perpetuating without consuming the bush. 00:10:59.519 --> 00:11:00.700 It was a sight to behold. 00:11:00.700 --> 00:11:11.400 And out of that burning bush, God speaks to Moses and he commissions Moses to go to Egypt and lead his people out of bondage. 00:11:11.720 --> 00:11:14.320 And so Moses says, okay, I'll do that. 00:11:14.460 --> 00:11:17.040 What if I go and the people ask who sent me? 00:11:17.300 --> 00:11:20.040 By what name do I tell them is sending me? 00:11:20.039 --> 00:11:25.240 And then God says to him, tell them I about that is he's not talking about Abraham as a historical figure. 00:13:38.819 --> 00:13:41.240 He's talking about Abraham as if he knew Abraham. 00:13:41.240 --> 00:13:44.379 So the Jews said to
