00:05:48.860 And there are some places in our world that operate like this today. 00:05:48.860 --> 00:05:50.699 Inevitably, 00:05:50.699 --> 00:05:53.240 inevitably, the strongest and most powerful rise to the top, 00:05:53.420 --> 00:05:54.960 and they rule oppressively 00:05:54.960 --> 00:05:57.400 over those who are weaker 00:05:57.400 --> 00:05:59.139 through violence. 00:06:00.400 -->
