spirituality, we'll talk about all sorts of things, 00:10:33.779 --> 00:10:36.379 but Jesus always attacks the heart. 00:10:36.779 --> 00:10:38.539 He always speaks into the heart, 00:10:38.719 --> 00:10:41.459 and the Bible understands the heart to be the center of who we are. 00:10:41.899 --> 00:10:44.399 Underneath all of our masks, all of our pretensions, 00:10:44.599 --> 00:10:46.860 all of our longings, all of our yearnings, all of our fears, 00:10:46.980 --> 00:10:49.599 the good, the bad, the ugly, everything in between, 00:10:49.959 --> 00:10:51.360 the very center of who we are, 00:10:51.360 --> 00:10:55.000 Jesus always goes right to the heart in the context of the living God, 00:10:55.340 --> 00:10:56.500 and that's what he's talking about here. 00:10:57.600 --> can just continue to speak into our lives? 00:13:28.120 --> 00:13:29.960 How on earth can you possibly believe that? 00:13:30.340 --> 00:13:33.320 You know, science continues, philosophy continues, 00:13:33.320 --> 00:13:37.960 literature, poetry, art continues, technology continues, 00:13:38.260 --> 00:13:40.000 everything continues and develops. 00:13:40.120 --> 00:13:42.860 Isn't it wiser to
