00:09:05.479 The people were expecting and longing 00:09:05.479 --> 00:09:07.959 for God's kingdom to arrive. 00:09:08.759 --> 00:09:09.679 It would be a kingdom 00:09:09.679 --> 00:09:11.819 where God would execute justice, 00:09:12.039 --> 00:09:13.620 and he would establish peace 00:09:13.620 --> 00:09:14.740 and put everything right. 00:09:14.740 --> 00:09:17.639 And so they longed for the coming 00:09:17.639 --> 00:09:18.779 of God's king 00:09:18.779 --> 00:09:20.259 who would establish 00:09:20.259 --> 00:09:21.879 God's eternal kingdom. 00:09:22.580 --> 00:09:24.620 So naturally there's this question, 00:09:25.220 --> 00:09:26.700 when is the kingdom coming? 00:09:26.879 --> 00:09:28.200 And when the kingdom comes, 00:09:28.539 --> 00:09:30.360 when is the king going to come?
