00:04:48.740 Now the same verb is used. 00:04:48.740 --> 00:04:58.420 The prodigal son squanders and wastes the resources given to him by his father publicly and flagrantly. 00:05:00.139 --> one knows that we are misusing, ill-treating, wasting, squandering 00:05:53.660 --> 00:05:57.779 the good things that God has given to us. 00:05:57.779 --> 00:06:11.779 And Jesus is expecting us, I'm in no doubt, to grasp this, that God sees and God knows. 00:06:12.739 --> 00:06:22.959 If we are someone squandering, wasting, abusing the privileges and the resources that he has entrusted to us.
