--> 00:05:31.020 you know, even though that was true to an extent, 00:05:31.199 --> 00:05:33.720 that Paul was still just another mortal man, 00:05:34.079 --> 00:05:35.460 like the rest of us. 00:09:07.539 Crestus to be a reference to Jesus, 00:09:08.039 --> 00:09:08.759 to Christ, 00:09:09.419 --> 00:09:10.979 which shows that Christian Jews 00:09:10.979 --> 00:09:13.240 were bearing witness throughout Rome 00:09:13.240 --> 00:09:14.459 and among the Jews 00:09:14.459 --> 00:09:17.159 and making an impact all throughout the Roman Empire. 00:09:17.379 --> 00:09:20.339 And that, and the resulting turmoil 00:09:20.339 --> 00:09:21.879 within the Jewish community, 00:09:22.559 --> 00:09:23.439 the upheaval there, 00:09:23.679 --> 00:09:26.139 caused the emperor to expel the Jews. as the apostle Paul, 00:10:31.120 --> 00:10:33.279 and that they would be able to partner, 00:10:33.679 --> 00:10:35.080 form a dynamic partnership, 00:10:35.080 --> 00:10:36.799 and they'd be teaching, 00:11:30.720 --> 00:11:32.819 but then they helped Apollos 00:11:32.819 --> 00:11:35.439 to understand the way of God more accurately 00:11:35.439 --> 00:11:37.379 so that they would go on powerfully 00:11:37.379 --> 00:11:39.019 to refute the Jews in public, 00:11:39.179 --> 00:11:41.960 showing by the scriptures that the Christ was Jesus. 00:11:43.559 --> 00:11:46.079 Claudius would
