strike him with the tongue, 00:08:23.859 --> 00:08:26.579 and let us not pay attention to any of his words. 00:08:27.659 --> 00:08:29.060 Striking with the tongue means 00:08:29.060 --> 00:08:31.199 broken pottery being dumped there, 00:13:08.200 --> 00:13:10.220 but also because years back 00:13:10.220 --> 00:13:13.020 in 2 Chronicles 28 and 33, 00:13:13.220 --> 00:13:15.560 it's recorded that two of the most wicked kings 00:13:15.560 --> 00:13:17.180 of Judah, Ahaz, 00:13:17.340 --> 00:13:18.440 and his grandson Manasseh, 00:13:18.440 --> 00:13:21.020 they burned their own sons 00:13:21.020 --> 00:13:23.660 as sacrifice to an idol named Baal 00:13:23.660 --> 00:13:25.880 at this very place, 00:13:26.560 --> 00:13:29.000 at the valley of the son of Hinnom. 00:13:29.760 --> 00:13:31.300 And so this is a symbolically 00:13:31.300 --> 00:13:33.460 very important place. 00:13:33.820 --> 00:13:35.420 And there Jeremiah's next 00:13:35.420 --> 00:13:36.800 prophetic
