[0:00] material in this study on the pure words of the King James Bible and what we did last week we started some comparisons and we ran through a few I'll show you here briefly here's the five categories we ran through the first two where we saw the simplicity of salvation from this book it's called the simplicity that is in Christ and I showed you how that that verse gets twisted and turns into your devotion to Jesus Christ and just gets rid of that very thought of the simplicity that the gospel brings and then we saw the new versions several of them say things like that the way is difficult to eternal life they'll use the term difficult instead of narrow they'll use the term hard how hard to enter the kingdom of God instead of how hard for they that trust in riches to enter the kingdom of God but once you remove that now you've got your Bible saying it's hard to get into the kingdom of God and that's the kind of perversion that these things like they're versions of the Bible but no they're perversions is of the truth the little things I showed you where just one little word missing changes the doctrine the teaching of a passage even one case makes Jesus

[1:11] Christ a deceiver or an outright liar when one of those words is missing and it's true it's in the versions and there was a slew and again this is just a drop in the bucket the little few things and I'm not like picking out the biggest and the baddest to shock you with the wows some of them may be a little more than others that have some real doctrinal implications but overall if you did a thorough study and I don't know if you could really get a super I don't know if anybody has the patience or the time to look at all the changes and see how much is affected in all of this so this is an overview and a synopsis of it all and then tonight we're going to get into what's missing because there's some things that are missing and this is the first place I want to take you in your Bible go to second Timothy please in chapter two and we'll go through just a handful of these things and make a few points I'm going to give you looks like I'll give you four things here that are missing and it's probably out of 40 major things but I'll just give you four and that you'll see these these are enough to make you say why so second Timothy two and I guess it's already up there I'm a little ahead of myself on there but verse 15 our Bible the King James Bible says study to show thyself approved unto God a workman that needeth not to be ashamed rightly dividing the word of truth this is a all-important verse in this book it teaches us it number one it teaches us that there are divisions in our Bible and we wouldn't maybe know that or have that we could it would take a whole lot more to build on but when it says it plainly that the preacher that the pastor Timothy is to rightly divide his Bible that's just case closed there's divisions to be made and to be recognized and he was supposed to do it but what we're getting at is that very first word that very first word says study to show thyself approved unto God this is the only command in the word of God to study the word of God now it says read give exhortation to reading you'll see the the word study show up a few times but the only command for the preacher for the man of God for the pastor or whatever or the the believer to study the word of

[3:42] God this is it and we can't have that if we have a command to study the word of God and somebody starts making changes to the words of God why they might figure it out so what do you think the new versions have to do with this verse the uh which one the new King James instead of telling or commanding the preacher to study this Bible they say be diligent to present yourself approved to God and you could say well it tells them rightly dividing the word of truth so the context is the Bible but it never says study it never tells them how to be diligent NIV says do your best to present yourself to God the ESV same thing the uh what's that the living no TLB today I don't know what that is maybe it's the living Bible usually it's just work hard so God can say to you well done be a good work man you notice notice this here this is a separate point here um I can't really do this from an angle uh the the living Bible at the bottom says be a good work man but notice what right above it the ESV says worker NIV says worker and the new King James at the very top right says a worker who does not need to be ashamed you know your Bible says a work man Paul's writing to Timothy but here's one thing that is very common in the new versions is the gender inclusiveness and back when they're doing this that term wasn't even alive but as you can see the devil is decades ahead of his plan in slowly introducing a gender neutral text for a world that's gonna he's gonna guide that direction and so there it is already in your Bible a reference to a man let's get that out and let's change it to something that's not gender oriented so the what's missing the command to study is missing in the new versions you won't find one you won't find it at all and of course I believe there's a good reason to get rid of that command because once you start studying those versions you study those words you start finding some trouble with the doctrines all right let's take a peek here back at

[5:59] Acts and tell you what get get um first John chapter 5 and then Acts 17 we'll just use the the reference in Acts just as our place to make the point and then we'll draw it out a little bit more so it's Acts 17 and verse number 29 so here's the term you'll see it up there the term Godhead and your Bible says for as much then as we are the offspring of God we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold or silver or stone graven by art or man's device the Godhead is a term that must be offensive to other translations because they remove the term and I'll just pop the versions up here here's a couple the contemporary English version says that we must not think that he is an idol made out of gold or silver or stone and that's a he is a pronoun from God earlier in the verse we are God's children but it's a no Godhead just he

[7:21] NIV says the divine being the deity and finally the divine nature now what's so offensive about the term Godhead that has to be changed you can tell here just because there's different words used this is not a translation out of Greek that was this is a mistake we've got to fix it no this is a change and they all take a different path so this has nothing to do with the Greek manuscripts this is a strictly just trying to this word shows up three times in your Bible Godhead isn't that interesting the three the Trinity of God Father Son Holy Spirit this term that is a oh I have a word here I want to look at I guess it just it embodies the the three distinct persons of God as one a term that is the term Trinity is not in your Bible but what is in your Bible Godhead that's the term and if somebody complains about the doctrine of the Trinity because they don't understand it and I can't say I do either I believe it because it's in my Bible I believe there's three persons of God and the three persons are one now come to first John 5 there's a reason I believe it it's because my Bible teaches that but people don't understand it so they they attack it and they say well the word Trinity is not even in the Bible you guys made up a doctrine there well the word in the Bible is Godhead not he and not the divine being or the deity they're all generic the one Godhead is expressing something more it's embodying three persons and so let me let me continue on here in chapter 5 we'll read this clearly here in chapter 5 verses 6 7 and 8 here is what is the strongest statement about the Godhead the Trinity the three persons verse 6 says this is he that came by water and blood it's back in verse 5 this Jesus the Son of God this is he that came by water and blood even Jesus Christ not by water only but by water and blood and it is the Spirit that beareth witness because the Spirit is truth so these he's introducing a second person the one actually says the Son of God

[9:34] Jesus Christ and it is the Spirit it's even it's including all three persons so let's just put them all together verse 7 for there are three that bear record in heaven the Father the Word and the Holy Ghost and these three are one and there are three that bear witness in earth the Spirit and the water and the blood and these three agree in one now that's a big problem for somebody who doesn't believe in the Trinity and as a matter of fact in most of the Bibles it's gone here's the verse verse 7 that gives us that definitive statement the Father the Word and the Holy Ghost these three they're three persons but they are one and I don't expect you to be able to understand it I just expect you because it's there to believe it so what does the NIV do with this passage it tries to pull a fast one on you if you don't study if you don't study to show yourself approved unto God it completely eliminates verse 7 everything that's highlighted is gone and they took a portion of verse 8 if you look at it closely down in King James Bible verse 8 says there are three that bear witness in earth and it took that line and moved it up to fill it into verse 7 to make it look like there's a 7 if they were honest they would just go 6 blank 8 or if they were real honest they would say 6 and whatever's in 8 would be 7 and whatever's in 9 would be 8 but they're not honest and they want to make their Bibles look like it matches the numbering of the King James Bible and you'll see that anytime a verse is missing in the new versions they don't they completely remove the verse but they leave the order of numbering in to match this one to make it look like so if you look up a verse that farther in the chapter it'll still match the reference and you think it's all there and you'd figure out pretty quickly that they've removed an awful lot more than just a verse so in this passage the new international version gets rid of the entire verse verse 7 and then tries to make you believe that there is a verse 7 there by cutting verse 8 apart where else we got the ESV same thing just to give you another point of reference here they're all in the same category here all in the same boat so what do we have missing?

[11:47] the strongest teaching of the Trinity the word Godhead gone the who God is is just being covered up and is being pulled out and retracted out of his text and it's really setting the stage for something else it's setting the stage of everything true about God just little by little pull it out because in the future the one that will come is going to be something that's going to match all of this it's going to fit like a glove alright let's go to another one Ephesians 3 let's check this out there's more missing than just the command to study there's more missing than some references to the Trinity or the Godhead Ephesians chapter 3 you got it do you?

[12:48] let's have somebody read it Greg you want to read it? verse 9 to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery which from the beginning of the world has been hidden God who created all things by Jesus Christ so who did God create all things by according to your Bible Jesus Christ so let's look what the NIV says about that it omits those three words it ends by saying God who created all things and well that's not a problem right?

[13:23] I mean in the beginning God created so what's the problem? here's what's the problem that I see is what's missing in the new versions is naming Jesus Christ as the creator this is the only verse that names him in the beginning God created the heaven and earth now in John chapter 1 it's identified as the word that created the heaven and all things were created by him in Colossians chapter 1 it's the son and we say this is the only verse that names Jesus Christ as the creator do you understand?

[14:03] Jesus Christ was a man the other verse the other I know you could go to John 1 and say well the word became flesh and dwelt among us see that I get it I understand it but this is the one that says God created all things by Jesus Christ and as he as a man stood in front of the Jews and said believe on me he had reason to tell him that he was the creator he was their God in the flesh this is the only verse that names the creator Jesus Christ now in Hebrews chapter 1 it says his son that he made the world it just says son there and so this is the only time that I know of where Jesus Christ is named as the creator and guess what in the NIV not there it's gone alright this is the last one I'll show here about some things that are missing I think they're important things who would who would want to take away Jesus Christ and a reference to him being the creator to being God in the flesh like we saw last week alright

[15:04] Psalm 12 I wasn't going to put this one on here but if you haven't ever seen this before then this is just one you need to know just this one you need to know so Psalm 12 6 and 7 can I get another reader anybody want to read Randy please 6 and 7 so there on the on the board I highlighted a few things so we can make the point the words of the Lord are pure words so that's synonymous if they're the words of the Lord then they are pure words they wouldn't be impure not if they're the words of the Lord and so then the next verse carrying the thought forward thou shalt keep them what does the them refer to oh Lord thou shalt preserve them from this generation forever the words of the Lord going directly back to the previous verse you gotta go to the closest thing and that's what it is it's a promise to keep and preserve the words the pure words might add that's more important than in my case belief than anything the pure words the New American Standard

[16:22] Bible and all the rest of them the words of the Lord are pure words amen verse number seven you Lord will keep them you will protect him there's a few things strange about this this isn't the only version that messes with the words here but you'll keep them you'll preserve or protect him why did we change from plural to singular them and him you see that right you Lord will keep them the words you will protect him why the change let's see that's it's foolish and the word preserve is gone the promise to preserve the pure words is gone here's another one the New International Version says the words of the Lord are flawless okay I'd say amen they are and in verse seven you Lord will keep the needy safe and protect us forever from the wicked that has nothing to do with the pure words or the flawless words of God keeping the needy safe he'll keep the needy safe so the promise to preserve his words is eliminated from that text if that's your Bible that's what you carry around you don't have a promise in the Old Testament to preserve his words pure and you don't even have a command to study and there's a whole lot more going on the English Standard Version words of the Lord are pure words but what about verse seven you oh Lord will keep them you will guard us from this generation forever no promise to preserve the words of the Lord the pure words last one the Living Bible this one's just whack it really is a different version of all its own

[18:17] I think it was done that way on purpose but you'll preserve your own from the reach of evil men but nothing no promise to preserve the pure words so what's missing that's just a drop in the bucket but that's some things that are missing God's promise to preserve the pure words of scripture now we're going to get something a little further along come to Isaiah 14 who's hiding I believe with all my heart behind this movement of new versions is a being a spirit a mind that's far wiser than any man than any any man I want you also to get Revelation 22 please get Revelation 22 we'll put a connection here Isaiah 14

[19:21] Revelation 22 and this being is working something out that even the church the majority of the church is apparently clueless about Isaiah 14 look at verse number 12 the Bible says how art thou fallen from heaven O Lucifer son of the morning how art thou cut down to the ground which did weaken the nations so who here in this passage is fallen from heaven he's got a name the name is Lucifer it's not a title of some Netflix show it's not some title for a book to capture your eye this is a person he's got a name he was given a name the name means light bearer and he was created Lucifer as a as the anointed cherub that covereth and he was a light bearer he was more than just light and there's a there's a whole series of studies we could do on some of this stuff but this guy gets cut down and he's fallen according to this Bible from heaven his name is Lucifer and there's the term in Isaiah 14

[20:40] Lucifer son of the morning here's a handful of versions and again I try to mix these up so you see I'm not just picking on one or that it's not just one but that they're all in the same boat the I don't know what that contemporary English Bible says how you've fallen from heaven morning star son of the dawn so who felt it's not Lucifer this is the only I might add the only time that name shows up in this Bible it's one time so when you see that name on Netflix and on titles of magazines and books they got it from one place the King James Bible in Isaiah 14 verse 12 they didn't get it from the NIV how you've fallen from heaven morning star son of the dawn international children's Bible king of Babylon morning star you've fallen from heaven I might make a point here well let me get past these two see if I can remember to make a point how you've fallen from heaven oh day star son of the dawn no name just a term here about a star how they've fallen from heaven oh day star son of the morning one thing that is worth mentioning you don't have to know Hebrew but you could do a little study if you want to there is no word star in the Hebrew text in Isaiah 14 verse 12 it's not there at all the word star is not in the Hebrew at all but they translated it to be something to do with the sun the morning star or the day star this was very taking extreme liberty with a text in front of them and just changing it translating it into something that they liked it to be but with no real accuracy or manuscripts or evidence behind it so hold that thought and come to

[22:33] Revelation 22 so Lucifer's gone he's not in the new Bibles Revelation 22 and verse 16 I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches I am the root and the offspring of David and the bright and morning morning star I Jesus speaking first person his own mouth saying I verse 13 I am alpha and omega the beginning and the end the first and the last and then again I Jesus I am the root and offspring of David I am the bright and morning star now that's the truth and most of the new versions don't mess with that verse which is a interesting thing and it's actually a problem it's a real big problem we'll come back to that so where the new versions get rid of

[23:42] Lucifer and put in morning star Jesus Christ says he's the morning star so on one level you can look at it like this and say this is blasphemy the devil is taking the name of Jesus Christ and calling himself the morning star or the day star from 2 Peter chapter 1 verse I think it's 19 18 or 19 the day star rise in your hearts it's a connection to Christ only anyway the morning star on one level that's blasphemous that the devil would take out his name and take the name that Jesus Christ gives himself in Revelation 22 I am the bright and morning star and for the devil to take that that's that's thick that a committee of men and women whatever they profess to be get together and say let's not put Lucifer in there let's say that this should be translated the morning star who put that thought into their mind to translate it when there's no word for star in the text in front of their lap they don't have it and so there they go now what's worse than that in my opinion worse than that is that when the church is gone when this

[25:00] King James Bible is just kicked to the curb and the devil's Bibles are out there and these versions are out there a minister of Satan read your Bible he's got them a false prophet and a false teacher can take the Bible and have this form of godliness and can take the new international version and can go to Revelation 22 and say Jesus said that he's the morning star that's what your Bible says right students Jesus is the morning star guess who fell from heaven and you know what they're going to teach probably in a tribulation they're going to teach that when this guy Jesus showed up doing miracles and healing people that was the devil coming as an angel of light to deceive the Jews to deceive his people and he deceived them and he died on a cross but that was the morning star that was that was

[26:04] God says he was cut down to the earth he was fallen from heaven cut down to the ground and they're going to show from their own scriptures quote I say that loosely obviously that the Lord Jesus Christ that we love and worship that died for our sins they're going to make him out to be the devil that was kicked out of heaven because that's the morning star that was cut down to the ground and so when he showed up on earth doing these signs oh he has power but he wasn't the son of God that was the devil and then the devil and a man the antichrist is going to stand up and show himself that he is God and cause them all to worship him and he's going to have the backing of his bible to do it so I think that makes that a little more scary than just saying it's a blasphemous attempt of giving himself a name of Jesus Christ I think he's setting the stage so he can use it to teach a doctrine and show himself then that he's the God that can save them and there goes the world alright so that's who's hiding want to see something else come to

[27:12] Revelation 12 Revelation 12 verse number 9 says and the great dragon was cast out that old serpent called the devil and satan which deceiveth the whole world he was cast out into the earth and his angels were cast out with him so the Bible doesn't hide who and what satan is he's called here the great dragon he's called that old serpent he's called the devil and those three terms just got my thinking a little bit this week and I went and did a little research and a little counting I should say a little but I should say a lot it took a while and I think these are accurate forgive me if I missed something but here's how many times these three words devil dragon and serpent show up in your

[28:16] King James Bible there's the numbers 53 35 61 I looked in these particular versions and looked through a lot of them and found just really I'm searching on the computer and going through and counting and making sure I'm not missing thing or counted each one individually and double counted it as far as I know this is an accurate number the NIV these others the serpent disappears at least 30 times in the NIV the term serpent gone and then a few others there I just had to put them up because not there one time gone and this Bible here says that he's that old serpent and yet the word disappears in his versions now just the fact that the NIV has it 23 times okay out of 53 30 times they had to get rid of that word like pushing 60% of its occurrences are gone and since our

[29:18] Bible says he's the dragon 35 times the word dragon shows up I realize that there's terms back of the Psalms Old Testament throughout that the word dragon shows up and it may not be a direct reference to Satan and so forth but if he's called the dragon and he's called that several times very directly especially in prophecy and revelation you want to do a study on the dragon you go study your Bible and times you come across it 13 times what's that about 35% of the time it's there the other ones about 50% of the time the Amplified the living Bible and others at least half of its references are gone you won't be able to do a word study nearly as thoroughly about the dragon not when you get those Bibles I mean they're just wiping it out somebody hiding and then the word devil d e v i l 61 times here's what it is in the new versions roughly half the time is gone now you got a new king james version you'll have the word devil in there 35 times but it's not 61 times it's not even close and if they're going to keep pumping these versions out what do you think he's going to start showing back up it's himself right out of the scripture and hiding and now you don't even know his name all right there's more i looked up these three words as well since hell you ought to be afraid of hell and that's a strong term and that's prepared for the devil and his angels 54 times in the bible the word hell shows up 32 times in the new king james so there's 22 times it was changed to the grave or to the hebrew word sheol like you know what that is or the heat the what's the or gehenna or the greek term they say hades but hades what in the world is that some afterlife some afterworld place of greek mythology or something is that what the scriptures teaching us about when we die and so the other ones get further and further away less and less mentions of hell in those versions wonder why how about the word damnation that's a strong english word to describe the judgment the righteous judgment of god on sin and it has other references it even has references to the church if you study your bible but that word is gone i don't i didn't i looked up several and they were just none of them so these are the five or four i put up there new king james some of the more popular versions damnation gone you can't preach damnation when you have a version like that the hellfire and damnation preaching gone you wonder why it's gone it's not even in their bibles that's where it's gone and then devils the devils and there's 55 times that are mentioned in your bible oh gone completely you won't find that word one time what do you find demons and why does your king james bible have devils and not demons the greek word demonion that sounds like demon so we should transliterate that to demon right the king james bible put devils and you get more light there's a reason i because they're connected they're not just his henchmen like one of the versions said they're

[33:18] devils they're a manifestation of himself just like the holy spirit of god can manifest himself in you and you and you and you and you the devil can manifest himself in a plurality and anyway it's completely gone and here's what's interesting with that is the word demons is a Greek word but some of these versions get rid of any reference to devils in the old testament and they put demons back there that's not a Hebrew word they didn't translate that from Hebrew they got it from Greek and went back to the old testament put demons in that doesn't make sense at all but who's checking on them who's studying those versions and preaching and telling the truth about it somebody is just here and we'll wrap this up go to 1 Corinthians 9 there's so many things here worthy of pointing out and studying I hope this is helping you and a benefit to you I know if you're a King James Bible believer then you're not surprised by any of this or maybe you're okay and maybe this is surprising to you how deep this goes and how ugly this truly is but it alright 1 Corinthians 9 27 let's keep reading we need another reader got it thank you so there it is on your

[34:59] Bible or on your screen there your King James Bible says I keep under my body it's a kind of turn of phrase that we don't say much or a little awkward I'm sure but here's what the new versions do with it and then we'll talk about what he's really saying the International Children's Bible said it's my own body that I hit I hit myself they're saying it's my own body that I hit rats let me look here I got some more written down here a lot of them say this I beat my body instead of I keep under my body it says I buffet my body I punish my body other versions say I pummel my body some say I bruise my body some say I chastise my body Paul he says I keep under my body and bring it into subjection there is no reference to self mutilation or indulging in some kind of self harm you're not promoting it although if you haven't if you've been around as you have if you've been aware that's something that in the last 10 20 definitely last 10 years has gotten some traction is cutting burning themselves inflicting pain and suffering on their own bodies because it just distracts them from their stress and kids and

[36:21] I have statistics show it's highest among young ladies to not know how to deal with things and turn to somebody some spirit that's wickedness that's in your bible shows them that they should cut themselves well the new versions tell you you can bruise yourself you can beat yourself and that's a way of getting your body to submit what a sorry wicked statement of the new versions to promote that kind of wickedness satanic stuff that's all that is satanic stuff a spirit trying to lead you into that and there's I can run you through the reference that's devils in the old testament in leviticus it's in in mark five the guy with the devils cutting themselves at the tombs that's satanic stuff and here it is giving you the allowance in the scripture to mess with that all all right Matthew Matthew 9 Matthew 9 we just got a few more here this will be quick Matthew chapter 9 and while we're going

[37:24] Samuel sit up and read Matthew 9 verse 13 you're the only one I called on I'm not coming to call the righteous but sinners to repentance this is strange how do you what do you do with that when you don't have the words to repentance in your bible what did Jesus call he just called the sinners what did he call them what did he call them to what was what is any of that it doesn't make sense there's no connection unless you have those words he's not come to call the righteous but sinners to repentance what's he calling them to to a meal to hanging out with him the NIV gets rid of it and all of the others

[38:25] I'm not come to call the righteous but sinners so Christ came to call sinners and that's fine but if the bible says he's calling them to repentance and you get rid of that again we can start just taking away doctrine taking away repentance just erase it from the text and insert some easy believism or Jesus loves you the way you are and you can just dovey scene today when you start removing words like this all right I said that was fast let's go to Luke chapter four Luke chapter four and verse number four Andrew you got that one no you don't there's two bibles sitting right there all right I'll give this one to Eric amen but by every word of

[39:35] God and that's an important phrase isn't it every word of God that's why I believe you should read your Bible through cover to cover in any way you choose but every word every word of God is pure and the words of the Lord are pure words and they're preserved and you're supposed to live according to Christ by every word of God and yet in the new versions you can't or it's not important enough and of course they take out words and change words and even verses and passages so it is written man shall not live by bread alone period is that what is written is that all that's written and if that's all that's written what's the point because Christ is trying to use scripture against devil and the point's not even clear it's not even made it doesn't it's not final without the last phrase the standoff between him and Satan and his temptations and so every word of God and like I said it's not important to them and there are the new versions that the words of

[40:39] God are just subject to change omission so don't don't put a phrase in there that says every word that suggests there's importance to every single word that God expects you to live by them get that out John chapter five this will be our last reference this evening John chapter five this is not some deep doctrine or something of that nature it's just a change and something that I'm going to compare with I guess a few versions here I think so we've got this passage here about the pool of Bethesda it's called you can see at the end of verse two Bethesda having five porches and these lay a great multitude of impotent folk of blind halt withered waiting for the moving of the water for an angel went down at a certain season into the pool and troubled the water whosoever then first after the troubling of the water stepped in was made whole at whatsoever disease he had and a certain man was there which had an infirmity thirty and eight years and so we'll keep reading here for a minute

[41:49] Jesus saw him lie and knew that he had been now a long time in that case he saith unto him will thou be made hold the impotent man answered him sir I have no man when the water is troubled to put me into the pool but while I'm coming another stebbeth down before me now that's in your head let it sit there for a second backing up to just the verses three four and five there's this great multitude there they're waiting for the moving of the water there's an explanation about the water moving of an angel coming down to the pool troubling the water and first one in gets healed and then it goes on to this man it moves right into this story about the certain man in verse five the new American standard bible gives us nothing about an angel nothing about verse three waiting what they're waiting for they're just sitting there by the side in their disease in their paralyzed form and then 38 years the only thing we know the only thing we know about this pool and the troubling of the water and the angel is because we have a

[43:01] King James Bible if you don't have this you don't have any reference to that you say well so what I know it's not something we worry about or do the fact is this is what happened in the story and this is an which is interesting that we read the impotent man answered him speaking to Christ sir I have no man when the water is trouble to put me in the pool well if you're reading new American standard Jesus would say what are you talking about trouble in the water where did that come from where did you get that idea but our Bible shows us before it even happens what's going on it's there you take it out and then you go into those other versions in verse 7 I have nobody to get me to the water when it's troubled you see how it's not consistent it's incoherent of a text when they remove that and again this is the only time that you have a reference to this it even gives you a light into this how

[44:01] God is operating with his people in the time of Christ and I have in my bio AD 30 that there is literally an angel coming down at a certain season and doing some miraculous thing you just remove that miraculous thing that took place there and you remove that even God was doing that at that time and you are completely removed from it thought never crosses your mind if that is your Bible and that's what you read and that's what you study and so there's just another case and I told you this at the beginning it's just a drop in the bucket of the changes and I'm not even mentioning the verses although this is one but all the verses that are missing the entire passages that are missing and taken out just removed and I could take you to a few of those as well they say this they say things that are different are not the same and I'm showing you that this

[45:01] King James Bible is different from all those other versions and I'm telling you they're not the same right one of them is holy the rest of them I believe with everything I have is are they are profane and how dare anyone write on the cover the holy Bible when they're lying through their teeth about their changes they're lying to you about what they've done and it's just going to get me upset so let's not do that I think we're going to be done with this I told you at the beginning of this study that I wanted to give you some ammunition to strengthen your opinion your faith in the King James Bible and doing that by comparisons was one thing I wanted to parts of speech some of the things that are unique to this Bible that all of our versions just completely get rid of and they trash they attack this

[46:02] Bible because I wanted to offer you those explanations I trust that was a help to you and I also wanted to give you some perspective and I didn't do a whole lot of that yet I still want to and that is the idea that there are statements from sources from learned men of credentials and again I don't want your faith to be in men the Bible says that our faith should not be in man but in the wisdom of God or in God not the wisdom of man something like that while one credible man some scholar some bigwig professor attacks and attacks and attacks and mocks this Bible there are just as qualified just as educated men that will tell you the truth and tell you another thing and I want you to hear what they have to say and this segues right into what's going to happen tomorrow night in my opinion because brother Gipp is going to show up here tomorrow night and the Lord has used him and he's got a sharp mind you may not know it when he gets up and has done some work and he has put in some hours into research and he has pumped out some major materials defending and promoting the

[47:21] King James Bible and exposing the other versions and I'm talking about digging down through the Greek text and the Greek apparatuses and you don't even know what that is he's been there and just went through all of it he's not a beginner and what I'm not shying away at all from somebody attacking the King James Bible he doesn't even flinch he was on a TV show years ago now if you ever looked it up and found it he looks a little bit different but he was on a TV show on one of those I think it was a A Ankerberg right yeah see he was on the show and it never finished but I know he was on this with some of these other guys and they're all going to argue and debate on television set with this guy being the moderator and it went maybe he could tell you about it it it it it it it it it it it it it it it it it it it it it it it it it it it it it it it it it it it it it some peculiar things going on there but the point

[48:43] I'm making is he knows his stuff he's confident in the word of God and he was willing to get on live TV or at least a recording here and be put out there nationwide sitting against some of these big shots and their big brains attacking the Bible and he's ready to go to bat he's not flinching I'm telling you if I got on there I would just be like and you think you just taught all this stuff but yeah but I'd brain freeze right in the set and I just no that's what I'd say no your mom might say that and then no I'd be dismissed but he's sharp and he's going to be here tomorrow night and I don't think he's going to do anything about the King James Bible but he's going to bring some material in he's going to bring some books and I hope you guys eat that stuff up if you haven't already gotten a hold of it so anyway we're going to study yet a little bit more about some perspective on this book so that you don't have to flinch when some big shot runs his mouth and cuts it down and writes books about it and has a little following and has a little church or a big church or has a classroom and puts out all his teaching against the

[49:54] Bible you don't have to flinch at him because there's guys on the other side that are just as smart or better and they believe the word of God you don't have to have smarts either you just have to have faith that's what
