[0:13] Mind control. Colossians 3. Colossians 3 verse 2. Our world and its affections are at war with God.

[0:37] Forces that are hateful to God are working overtime today. Their work is hidden, undercover, occult. Their tentacles reach the masses across the world's media and secular systems.

[0:51] And our Lord forewarns us of this time of deception. We read in 2 Timothy 3 verse 13. Deception will mark the closing days of the world as we know it.

[1:04] 2 Timothy 3 verse 13 it says, But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived.

[1:16] As Christians we're meant to be on the alert to deception. Particularly in the last days of the world. Powerful people today talk about a new world order.

[1:30] Forming this world management system that will dominate everything and everybody. You can search for their quotes. Here's a quote from a man who was acknowledged as humanist of the year.

[1:44] He says that humanists, to achieve world government, he says, It is necessary to remove from the minds of men their individualism, loyalty to family tradition, national patriotism and religious dogmas.

[2:03] They put it in writing. You can read it for yourself. Here's another quote. Anthony Sutton writes in a book called An Introduction to the Order of Skull and Bones.

[2:14] He writes how evil men who are bent on changing civilisation are infiltrating and controlling today's systems of society.

[2:27] With an occult agenda. They influence things such as education. How the population will behave. Law. Law. The authority to enforce the will of the state.

[2:41] Politics. The direction of the state. History. What people believe happened in the past. They want to rewrite that. Psychology. The control of how people think.

[2:54] Medicine. The power over health, life and death. Medicine. Relentment. People's spiritual beliefs. The spur to action for many.

[3:05] And media. What people know and learn of current events. All of these aspects of society. Behind it all, there is an ultimate puppet master.

[3:17] Hiding behind the curtain. Pulling the strings. He's hidden. He's camouflaged. And he's working secretly. His ambition is ultimately to deceive the whole world.

[3:31] Revelation 12 verse 9. Says just that. Our world is at war with God. There's a battle on for your affections people today.

[3:45] We must decide where will we place our affection. Our love. Where will we place it? Will we obey Colossians 3 verse 2.

[3:55] Set your affection on things above. Love not on things on the earth. 1 John 2 tells us love not the world. Neither the things that are in the world.

[4:09] If any man love the world. The love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world. The lust of the flesh.

[4:21] The lust of the eyes. And the pride of life. Is not of the Father. But is of the world. And the world passeth away. And the lust thereof.

[4:33] But he that doeth the will of the Father. Of God. Abideth forever. Little children. It is the last time. And as you have heard.

[4:44] That antichrists shall come. Even now are there many antichrists. Whereby we know it is the last time. It is the last time.

[4:56] The final conflict. There's a battle on. For the souls of men and women. There's a war on for your mind. And as Christians. We know that the ultimate mind control.

[5:09] Comes from the one. Who the Bible tells us. Is the blinder of minds. In 2 Corinthians 4 verse 3. It says. But if our gospel is hid.

[5:20] It is hid to them that are lost. In whom the God of this world. Hath blinded the minds. Of them which believe not.

[5:30] Lest. The light of the glorious gospel. Of Christ. Who is the image of God. Should shine unto them. The blinding of minds.

[5:42] Is by the ultimate mind controller. The God. Small g. Of this world. Who holds the world. In his nefarious grip. And its philosophies.

[5:53] In this present time. He uses various deceptions. Strategies. And mind games. He's not. Inactive. He's very much. Alive.

[6:03] And well. On planet earth. And he wages an unholy war. On many fronts. We're just going to look at. Three of them. Today. Three of these. Fronts.

[6:13] In this. Battle. This unholy war. Number one. The education system. The education system. System. Here's a quote. From a famous person.

[6:25] An infamous person. He said. He alone. Who owns the youth. Gains the future. Adolf Hitler. Another quote.

[6:36] Education is a weapon. Whose effect depends on who holds it. In his hands. And at whom. It is aimed. So said communist dictator. Joseph Stalin.

[6:48] Education. The education system. There's a battle. Raging. For the hearts and minds. Of our nation's children. They will be the leaders.

[6:59] And teachers. And parents of tomorrow. And Satan wants to capture. Their hearts. And souls. A man called Potter. Author of Humanism.

[7:09] A New Religion. Said this. He said. Education is a most powerful. Ally. Of humanism. And every American public school. Is a school.

[7:20] Of humanism. What can the theistic. Sunday schools. Meeting for an hour a week. And teaching only a fraction. Of the children. Do. To stem the tide.

[7:31] Of a five day program. Of humanistic. Teaching. End quote. What matters is that our children. And our young people. Learn the vital truths.

[7:42] Of salvation. Of God. Of the kingdom of God. Of seeking that first. Of God's righteousness. To make that their priority. For their learning today.

[7:52] And so we thank God. For youth groups. And Sunday schools. We thank God. For godly parents. Giving their children. Instruction in the home. Set your affection on things. Above not.

[8:03] On things. On the earth. We see the humanist. Propaganda. Machine. Promoting their agenda. From preschool. Through university.

[8:15] It's an intentional. Learning. A learning. And lifestyle. That's devoid. Of God. God is. Conspicuously. Purposefully. Missing. And during those formative years.

[8:28] Friends. The minds and souls of children. Their personalities. Their beliefs. Are being shaped. And moulded. Not by godly parents.

[8:39] But by a secular system. The education system. Friends. We need to be alerted. It uses worldly ways. To program our children. To manipulate their opinions.

[8:51] Their views. And values. And to break down that parent. Child communication. To destroy the family structure. To condition children. To accept the new world order.

[9:02] And new age religions. It's mind control. Mind control. As godly parents. We all need to be alerted. To these things. We're witnessing.

[9:12] A deliberate dumbing down. Of the masses. A nose dive. In academic standards. It's been said. That a dumbed down population. Is much easier to control.

[9:23] To manipulate. To deceive. And to brainwash. We're seeing that. Happening. Right now. Education. Aims at transformation. It aims at.

[9:35] Undermining traditional. Authorities. And values. The teachings of the secular school system. The values that they.

[9:46] Espouse. Are things such as. Open mindedness. You know. I heard it said. We can have our minds so open. That our brains fall out. Open mindedness. Tolerance.

[9:57] That's their buzzword. Dialogue. Consensus. But where is it heading? The education system. Is leading many away. From biblical. Christianity.

[10:08] From morals. From values. From standards. Because our world. Is at war. With God. Love not. The world. Set your affection. On things above.

[10:19] Not. On things. On the earth. This unholy war. Is being. Waged. On many fronts. We've heard. About the education system.

[10:30] Here's another battle front. The media system. The media system. Many people. Never open a book. These days. Isn't that true? Mass media.

[10:42] Has got people's attention. Today people are so busy. Watching. So called reality TV. They're overlooking reality. They've lost touch with reality.

[10:56] Mass media is geared. In. Its various forms. To reach the maximum. Number. Of people. Whether it be through television. Radio.

[11:06] Newspapers. Magazines. Books. Video games. And the internet. Satan. Is described.

[11:18] In Ephesians 2. Verse 2. As the prince. Of the power. Of. The air. The spirit. That now worketh. In the children. Of.

[11:28] Disobedience. Interesting. Isn't it? Is there some correlation there? What travels through the airwaves? Could it be that transmission. That broadcasting.

[11:40] In its various forms. That the devil. Has got his grip. On even that. The prince of the power. Of the air. Mass media today. Is concentrated.

[11:51] Only in the hands. Of a. Small but powerful. Group of people. You know. The media ownership. It's often in the newspapers. Isn't it? Because. The world knows.

[12:04] That you concentrate. The power. In the hands of a few. And it's controlled. Isn't it? It's. It's. It's. It's got a monopoly. And.

[12:14] These. Few. These powerful. Few. Exert. A powerful influence. Across the whole world. They've been called. The architects.

[12:25] Of control. What. What. If. The messages. That they are sending. Through media. While they have a ring. Of truth to them.

[12:36] Are actually communicating. Messages. That are contrary. To what God wants us to hear. And follow. Hidden. Subliminal messages. We see today.

[12:47] A controlled press. Controls the information flow. And news that's transmitted to us. Has a bias. Often a bias that's. Blatantly. Anti-Christian.

[12:57] Mocking Christianity. Our entertainment system. What is it filled. Filled with. What is sick. Swearing. And sinful. The cartoons.

[13:08] The cartoons. The cartoons are. Some of the worst. Things. That you can put your eyes on. Young people today. What is behind the cartoons.

[13:24] Many cartoons today. Are full of occult imagery. Magic. Magical powers. New age philosophies.

[13:40] Look into it. Look into it. There's a philosophy behind. Many of these things. Even what we would think is. Innocent.

[13:50] Harmless fun. Cartoons. Come on. No. It's real. It's mind control. When the media is concentrated. In the hands of a few. It becomes a disinformation system.

[14:03] Designed by the godless. To communicate. To communicate. To communicate. Their philosophies. To push. Their own specific agenda. To shape and mould public opinion. To indoctrinate and manipulate the masses.

[14:16] Because whoever continually controls the flow of information. Controls the people. Who absorb that information. The information that we get from television.

[14:27] And other media. Is controlled. It's controlled. It's filtered. It's doctored. It's controlled. It's engineered. By a small elite group.

[14:41] And these powerful few. Control all the information. By and large. All the information. That streams into millions. Of homes. Across the planet.

[14:53] Every day. Of the week. That's right. Don't you think it has an influence? I believe it very much does have an influence.

[15:04] It has an influence. Whether we even realise it or not. On our thinking. It's being shaped. And it's being guided. Someone has said. There's a coordinated script.

[15:16] That has been in place for a very long time. With the goal to turn the human race. Into non-thinking automartons. That sounds a bit strong doesn't it? But maybe that's true.

[15:28] Maybe unknowingly we're being programmed. By a mind control agenda. A deliberate propaganda. And it's beyond just. Hey.

[15:39] Come and buy this product. Some kind of advertising campaign. It's much much more than. Buying and selling products. And advertising. Things that.

[15:51] People want to sell you. Really. It's a conditioning of our thinking. Of our views. And of our behaviour. A systematic desensitisation of a nation.

[16:04] Of a nation's morals. Of a nation's values. Perhaps in order to take back our lives. We need to unplug the signal. Unplug the signal.

[16:16] Amen. Amen. It's time. Now. I know. There's some in our number here. When I preach things like this. They go and sell their TVs. And then they change their mind. And go and buy them again.

[16:27] But I'm not saying that. I'm just saying. Unplug it. Unplug it. You can control it. Instead of it controlling you. Unplug the signal. You may ask. What about movies?

[16:38] What about movies? The media today portrays the modern idols of sports stars. And screens celebrities. It puts them on a pedestal. For everyone to bow down and worship them.

[16:51] The big names of sport. Of film. Celebrities to look up to. But are they really? Should we be looking up to them? Should we? We need to set your affection on things above God.

[17:03] On things on the earth. These things are an attractive distraction to you. And to me.

[17:14] They're a distraction. To distract you away from what really matters. The latest hit movie. What is it filled with? What does it fill your minds with?

[17:26] More and more profanity. Sexual innuendos. Graphic portrayals that masquerade as entertainment. And by and large we just lap it up.

[17:37] We are being trained. Along with our children. Just accept it. Just excuse it. Just enjoy it.

[17:48] Just follow the crowd. Just follow the Pied Piper. Friends, it's apparent that movies today. Maybe I'm being too general here.

[18:00] But I believe that you could say 99% of movies today. I don't think that would be overstating you. That movies today communicate a message that is contrary to the Bible.

[18:15] People. And people. We could get emotionally connected to the hero that's on the screen. We could get emotionally connected. Whether it's the soap opera. You want to know what's going to happen next week.

[18:28] To Jill and Brian. Poor. I can't wait until the next episode. Of whatever it is. The young and the stupid. Or whatever it is we want to watch.

[18:39] You know, you get sucked in. Emotionally connected to the hero that's on the screen. Whether they're killing someone. Whether they're fornicating. Whether they're blaspheming.

[18:51] We get emotionally connected. We get tied in. We get controlled. Drawn in. Imagining ourselves as part of the script. As part of the screen.

[19:03] As part of the scene. It's ever so subtle. But it is so real. Very real. A continual exposure will mean that the mind gets hardened by sin.

[19:14] I read this about the power of television. I quote. Many people may not realise that when they turn on the television in their home. What they see as a constant flow of images is actually flickering.

[19:27] Yeah. True. Although we do not see this consciously. The repetitive pattern of flickering images creates a state that is similar to hypnosis.

[19:39] It alters the alpha brainwaves and literally lulls you to sleep. This is what happens with television. Alpha brainwaves. Those thinking patterns are affected and controlled.

[19:54] What about computers? Computers. A computer's flicker rate is less. But through video games. I'm quoting still. Through video games, social networks and a basic structure which overloads the brain with information.

[20:06] The rapid pace of modern communication induces an ADHD state. Computers too. Can lull us. Moving on to video games.

[20:19] I'm still quoting. A study of video games revealed that extended play can result in lower blood flow to the brain, sapping emotional control. Furthermore, role playing games of lifelike war scenarios serve to desensitise a connection to reality.

[20:37] Role playing games desensitise a connection to reality. Friends, role playing games. People shoot them ups. Kill them all. Bang, bang, bang.

[20:48] It desensitises people to reality. It takes people's minds and hearts away. And the masses are lulled into this passive acceptance, this receptiveness to these messages.

[21:02] Friends, we need to be very, very much aware of this dangerous thing. I've not even talked about rock music. I won't go there today. Save that for another time.

[21:13] There's a war on for your mind. People is a war on for your minds. There's much more we could say about global governance, about new world order, about the agenda that people, these few elite, and the ultimate puppet master, the ultimate puppet master wants to impose.

[21:36] A framework for control. And how is it happening? Bit by bit by bit. It's called gradualism. Gradualism.

[21:47] Inch by inch. By stealth it's being introduced. We're not even aware of it. Christians, people worldwide are not aware of these things.

[21:58] What doesn't fit with their agenda will be labelled hate and intolerance.

[22:10] And it will be declared illegal as if intimated. Things that we have, freedoms we have now, may not be there in the future.

[22:20] We've seen that there is a war on. I put it to you that there is a war on. This is not some make-believe. There's much material, there's much research and quotes I could give to substantiate what I'm saying here today.

[22:37] But there is a definite campaign. A war that is being waged in the education system from the very young. Right through. Lifelong learning.

[22:49] It's being waged in the media system. In all of its array of media. There's a battle front that people are just not aware of.

[23:01] Mind control. And thirdly, the third area, the religious system. The religious system. You know, the devil can't beat you. He's going to join you. The religious system.

[23:12] There's a danger today from mixing of biblical truth with falsehood. It's a mixture that's deadly. It's a deadly, subtle, hidden mixture. A deception that is abounding today.

[23:27] As our Lord said, deception will be a feature of the last days. And we see that deception is often cloaked with truth. Satan duked Adam and Eve in the garden right back then.

[23:41] The Hebrews fired an imposter, Korah, to their own destruction in number 16. Saul was tricked by the witch of Endor in 1 Samuel 28. Jeremiah warned of false and wicked shepherds who would deceive and destroy the sheep in Jeremiah 23.

[23:58] There's many examples we could give. Deception. It's right through from Genesis. 1 Timothy 4 verse 1. It says, Notice that we're not just talking about people with different viewpoints.

[24:24] Different differences of interpretation that might be petty. We all have that. I disagree with myself sometimes. You know, I look at some of the things I've printed or said and I think, Oh, I don't agree with that anymore.

[24:38] You know, that's false teaching. You know, we've got to be careful. We've all got to look out for what's wrong and what's right and try to learn and grow as Christians. We're talking here about devilish teachings, about demonic teachings, about seducing spirits.

[24:54] 1 Timothy 4 says it's going to be an apparent feature of the end times. Where there's a blatant distorting of the word of God. They're going to rewrite it for us.

[25:06] Twist it and pervert it to the extent that people will no longer have a real Bible in their hands. The truth is fallen in the streets. That's how they treat the word of God.

[25:19] The truth is fallen in the streets. People would prefer their altered states of consciousness, their illusions and deceptions, their emotional highs. People are searching in vain for the next new thing, the next anointing, the fresh fire.

[25:36] Today we have much talk about the wild manifestations, the extravagant claims, precious jewels or gold flakes falling from the ceiling upon the people.

[25:47] People are saying, oh my God. Prosperity preachers claim trips to heaven. Smooth words. Doctrines of devils. Revival. mind control. Many of the TV preachers you can switch on do not preach the genuine gospel.

[26:34] They do not preach the truth that sets men free, but a substitute, a blatant error. We need to be very, very careful and discerning. They preach an experience-based religion, an emotionalism, a performance-based, a works-based salvation. Satan loves to deceive people.

[26:55] He loves it. He always has. He loves religion. He's not an atheist. He's religious. He's religious. He wants you to be religious. Religious enough to think you're going to heaven. Religious enough to think you've got all the good works. Oh, I'm not as bad as the next guy or girl.

[27:17] I try my best. I do my good works. You're deceived. You're deceived. Wake up. Wake up.

[27:29] We heard there's only one way. One way. One Lord. One salvation. Christ Jesus is your only hope. Set your affection on things above. Look to Him. Put your love on Him. Give Him your love not on the things on the earth. Exercise biblical discernment. Get back to an obedience to the Word of God to separate from well-beingness and false doctrine. Friends, the enemy is busy today on the religious front. He sows tears among the we. In 2 Corinthians 11.14 we read that Satan himself. He's transformed into an angel of light. I'm sure he's got a great big halo around his head. I'm sure he's got beautiful golden glowing features. Can't you see that there's a war on for your mind? We need to regain control. We need to realize what is happening. Just to recap quickly in closing. In terms of the education system. The education system. As godly parents. Train up your children. Counteract the ungodly influences while you can that will enslave your children and take away their gospel liberty. Urge your children to set their affection on things above.

[28:51] parents, fathers, fathers, your children. Regain control. In terms of the media system. Be aware that much of the modern media is geared to the flesh and the things of the world. Satan is pulling out all the stops now. So that there will be no restraint. There's virtually no restraint now. Let's face it. Unplug the signal. Unplug the signal. Set your affection on things above. Regain control. And thirdly in terms of the religious system. Be prayerful. Be in the word. Find the saviour of the bible and make him yours now and forever. Don't put it off another day, another moment. Put your trust in Christ. Be where you can be blessed in your soul. In fellowship, in worship, in worship, in edifying yourself and others. Building up your spiritual muscles.

[29:50] Don't neglect to fellowship. Set your affection on things above. 2 Corinthians 10 tells us of the weaponry that we need in these days that we face. We wore not after the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds, casting down imaginations and every high thing that exalted itself against the knowledge of God.

[30:19] And bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ. There's a good mind control. It's when we bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ. Spiritual deceptions abound today. The gullible, biblically illiterate masses are swallowing them hook, line and sinker.

[30:44] We must have the word of God. Wear the spiritual armour of Ephesians 6. And that includes prayer. Men ought always to pray and not to faint. Luke 18. There's a war on for your mind. Take heart in the word of God.

[31:03] Friends, just to wrap up. Even in this conflict that I've been talking about. I don't want to leave you feeling hopeless today. There is great hope. Great, great hope. Eternal hope. An assured, confident, certain hope that we can know in Christ today. If you're not saved, please I urge you, come to him. He invites you. He receives still those that will come by faith.

[31:37] Philippians 4 verse 7, and the peace of God which passeth all understanding shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report, if there be any virtue, if there be any praise, think on these things. Think on these things. Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. Whether it's the education, whether it's the media, whether it's the religious scene, ensure that your mind is bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ. Find that liberty wherewith he makes us free. You shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free. There's a wonderful, glorious freedom we can know. Friends, find Christ today.
