At the Cross

[0:00] Three things that were nailed at the cross.

[0:13] At the cross of Christ was nailed our sin.! Our sin was nailed at the cross.! It says, Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, and we, being dead to sin, should live unto righteousness, by whose stripes you are healed.

[0:33] Whom his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree. At the cross was a bleeding, dying lamb, the Son of God, and in his body, it says, was our sin.

[0:46] Our sin was there, publicly exposed in all of its shameful detail, ugly, repulsive, vile. So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of men, and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time unto salvation.

[1:06] Offered to bear the sins of men. All we, like sheep, have gone astray. We have turned everyone's head his own way.

[1:18] And the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity, the sin of us all. The sin of us all laid on him, laid on him, in him.

[1:32] Behold him there. Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world. John saw that. John the Baptist. Behold the Lamb. Behold him today. It says, he who knew no sin became sin for us.

[1:48] Became sin. Him who was sinless, who knew no sin. Our sin was nailed there. On that cross. At the cross.

[2:00] Secondly, at the cross. Our sentence was there. Our sentence was nailed there. Our sin was nailed there. And our sentence was nailed there.

[2:13] Sin, our sin. And it's judgment. No believer will stand at the great white throne judgment, which is just for the lost.

[2:25] We will stand before the judgment seat of Christ. But our sin has already been judged. At the cross. At that rugged place.

[2:36] That ugly cross. Our sin was nailed there. Sin was nailed there. And it's judgment. God's judgment against us. And you being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh.

[2:51] Had he quickened, made alive together with him. Having forgiven you all trespasses. Blotting out. So erasing. Blotting it out. Forever gone.

[3:02] Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us. Which was contrary to us.

[3:13] Nailing it. To his cross. Our sentence. The guilty verdict. The record. Guilty. And our sentence.

[3:24] Our death sentence. It was nailed there. Nailed there. The cross was like a signpost on which was nailed our guilty verdict. Guilty. Condemned to hell. Condemned to God's judgment. God's wrath. The righteous decree of the Almighty God was against us. Against our sin. And it was nailed there.

[3:35] The handwriting. The decree. The ordinance. The ordinance. The judgment. The finding of judgment. The written record. Written out. And all it's ugliness. The legal document. That says we are guilty.

[3:46] No question. This decree. This judgment. This sentence. Held in the hand of God's wrath. Condemned to hell. Condemned to hell. Condemned to God's judgment. God's wrath. The righteous decree. Of the Almighty God was against us.

[3:57] Against our sin. And it was nailed there. The handwriting. The decree. The ordinances. The judgment. The finding of judgment. This written record. Written out. The decree. This judgment.

[4:08] This sentence. Held in the hand of our great judge. All the charges brought against us. Yet the words were obliterated by the blood. Obliterated. Cancelled.

[4:19] By the blood. Wiped out. Our debt in full. Paved in full. He's cancelled it. Cancelled it. Taken it out of the way. Glory to God.

[4:31] We are forgiven. It says there. We are forgiven. Now forgiven. It says. Having forgiven you. All trespasses. And nailed it. He's nailed it to the cross. Taken it away. There's no grave judgment hanging over our heads now.

[4:45] The penalty. Has been paid in full. His death was for our sin. He nailed it. Our death penalty. The guilty verdict against us. Nailed to his cross.

[4:56] It's gone. And in its place. We know forgiveness today. Because of his death. We can know life. And at the cross. Our sin. Our sentence. Was nailed. And as believers. We look back at the cross now.

[5:08] And know that we have a new standing. At the cross. We can reckon. A death to self happened there. And the reality of the new life we have in Christ. At the cross was our sin. Our sentence. And our self. Our self.

[5:19] Now we can look back at the cross. And see. Our sin. Our sentence. And our self. Our self. Now we can look back at the cross. And see. That our sin was nailed there. Our sentence was paid there.

[5:30] God's judgment against us. Fully vented. And dealt with. And are saved men and women now. Looking back at the cross. We see. And reckon. Our selves dead. Our selves.

[5:41] Nailed. Our selves. Crucified. The old man. The old sinful nature. Romans 6. Nailed this. That our old man. Is crucified. With him.

[5:53] That the body. Of sin. Might be destroyed. That henceforth. We should not. Serve sin. Our old sinner man. Was there. At the cross. He is dead. You can reckon.

[6:15] At Calvary's hill. Way back. 30,000 years ago. We can reckon. Our self. Our sinful self. Our old man. Crucified with him. Dead. Killed. Buried.

[6:26] Alongside of him. The I. The ego. The self. Was crucified. With Christ. So reckon yourselves. Dead. Indeed to sin. And alive. Unto God.

[6:37] You know. As believers. Salvation. Cursed. Cursed. Cursed. with him. Our mate righteous is because of Calvary's cross and the body of sin destroyed.

[6:50] Paul said, I am crucified with Christ. The thieves that were crucified with him in his company alongside of him they were not alone. You were there.

[7:02] If you're a believer today, you can reckon your old self, your old life, your old man as it were the old sinful you was nailed back there. Nailed. Our self was nailed there. And he's raised us now to nearness of life, to walk rightly with him. So at the cross, brothers and sisters, as believers I urge you to see it today.

[7:24] That at the cross we can see nailed our sin, our sentence and our self. It was all finished there and everything starts at the cross too. It was accomplished there. Our salvation paid in full and our sanctification our being made righteous and holy walking in truth and life and godliness is because of the cross today.
