Control

[0:00] I could say it's a dark day for America, for the world with what's going on over there.

[0:12] ! Of course there's a ripple effect all across the globe. Wake up Australia. Friends, the clock is ticking. The book of Revelation is the apocalypse, which means the unveiling of things yet hidden that lie ahead of us. The Bible shows an unveiling of events yet future. We read of the coming evil one, of the tribulation and of judgement all to come and the triumph of our Lord Jesus Christ. Some things are still out of sight for us, but will shortly come into view. The book of Revelation, it's unfolding before our eyes, isn't it? Right before our eyes. The full title of the book of the Revelation is the book of the Revelation of Jesus Christ. This is our great and blessed hope. And as we prepare for our Lord's coming, the great hope of the believer, the book tells of a control that will come to be exerted over all the globe. I like to kind of picture it here as like the puppet master pulling the strings, as it were, across the globe. Of course we know the Lord God, our

[1:35] Lord Jesus is in control. Yet He has given some temporary limited control to the enemy. We know that's the problem in the world today, in this fallen world. And today I'd like to put to you some trends that I see that I believe set the scene for the coming control system, if you like. When ultimately, when the coming Antichrist will take charge. The Bible tells of a coming Antichrist who will exert world control. We read of his works in Revelation 13. It says this, and he cause of all, both small and great rich and poor, free and by hand, or in their forrests, that no man might sell or buy, say he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

[2:34] Friends, there's a world control system that's ahead of us on planet Earth. And you wonder, how on Earth could it be possible? How could people fall for such a thing? Imagine, if it was about a vote, who would vote for such a person?

[2:53] Well, we see who people do vote for. I'm not talking about necessarily the persons Trump and Biden, I'm talking about right and left. I'm talking about the policies.

[3:08] Why would people vote for policies such as that? But they have done. I believe we're seeing the lead up to this, this control, control. The agenda is control. As we see that kind of picture of the puppet master pulling the strings.

[3:27] Friends, I put to you some things that we see even now, even in our time, where we're seeing this control agenda. These global moves to a cashless society. We're seeing shops putting signs up. Card only. It's happening now. We're seeing massive cultural changes happening.

[3:46] And the shift is, friends, it's much, much more than just cultural. It's spiritual and it's moral. And the eventual New World Order at its heart is rebellion against the Lord Jesus Christ. And the world will bow down to the Antichrist New World Order.

[4:04] Friends, we're seeing the mounting signs of control. They're all around us. If we open our eyes and just be conscious, yes, I see that. It's one of those streams. It's one of those control measures. This control will be especially exerted against the people of God.

[4:23] And a battle is raging for the hearts and minds. The Bible tells us how the world will hate believers. How the world will hate believers. Now, of course, I'm hoping we'll be gone before any of the hotting up happens. Before we go, we'll be seeing some of this mounting hatred. This hatred.

[4:44] It tells us how the Lord says in Matthew 24, then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted and shall kill you. And you shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake. I put to you that it's happening now. They hate Christ. They hate Christ and they hate Christians. The world's media. They actively stereotype people like you and me who stand up for Christ and they mock you. They mock us.

[5:08] There's a growing hostility towards Christians. It's happening now. And the majority of people are going along with all of this, going along with doing what they are being told. They follow like you. They follow like you. We see in the universities, professors mock Bible-believing students. TV show posts ridicule people of faith. There's a propaganda war. And it's all across all kinds of media against Christianity. I hate it. Sometimes it's failed where it's kind of subtle. But it's there.

[5:48] More of Christ's followers have been killed for their faith in the last century than in most of the previous centuries combined. They reckon 165,000 are killed every year of our brothers and sisters. 165,000. We should be alarmed by that.

[6:08] Meanwhile, many churches are silent. And Christians are sleeping. The love of many will grow cold, it says. And the half-hearted will become the cold-hearted. The word tells us of birth pains before our Lord's return.

[6:24] And the world has this seeming lack of control. It's almost like, you know, I was thinking, you know, even just off the corona, I think, where did that come from? It's just, this is out of control. There's this seeming lack of control.

[6:40] And these mounting fears about the virus plague, suppose it. And this control. It's like, we need someone to control. We need someone to take control.

[6:53] Yes, we do. What are we to do? We can wonder, what can I do? What can I do? Who can I trust? And the answer really is, the Lord is on my side.

[7:05] I will not fear. What can man do unto me? Psalm 118, verse 6. It's like the world is out of control. It's like the world is out of control.

[7:17] Yet for the belief of the Lord, our God, he's the master. And people who do not know the Lord think that some impose new world order as the answer. But that will be the answer to men.

[7:29] And many would praise the idea of a socialist state. It's been said that to create a socialist state, you need eight levels of control. This is what scholars have said.

[7:42] And they say there's these eight levels of control. Now, we're not going to talk on these directly, necessarily, all of these. But think of it.

[7:52] This is, I'm quoting now, of the eight levels of control. Eight levels of control to take over a country, a people, by socialist control.

[8:03] Healthcare. Control healthcare and you control the people. Poverty. Increase the poverty level as high as possible. Poor people are easier to control.

[8:14] They will not fight back if you're providing everything for them to live. No, you want your dole, take the mark. Very easy to control people with poverty. Debt.

[8:24] Increase the level of debt to an unsustainable level. That way you're able to increase taxes. This will produce more poverty. Gun control. Remove people's ability to defend themselves from the government.

[8:37] That way you're able to create a police state. Welfare. Take control of every aspect of their lives. Food, housing and income. Education. Take control of what people read and listen to.

[8:50] Take control of what children learn in school. Religion. Remove the belief in God from the government and schools. Class warfare. Divide the people into the wealthy and the poor.

[9:02] This will create more discontent. Make it easier to tax the wealthy with the support of the poor. It's control. It's control. End quote.

[9:12] The Bible tells us of such a time, of such a machinery, of such a system that ultimate control will be in the hands of the Antichrist.

[9:23] I put to you we're seeing these themes already. The Bible tells us ahead lies a time of great rebellion and of deception, much deception. We're already seeing some of this shift to a world that is under control.

[9:38] Oh, we've all got to wear masks. We've all got to conform. We've all got to obey. Like the 1984. It's like we've all got to come under a control.

[9:49] Someone's got to take control. The control ultimately of the devil. People will fall for that. Satan works deception. It's been his way since the beginning of time.

[10:01] And there's a truth crisis. It's like I put to you today. It's like a control grid where we're all gradually being made accustomed to being monitored, herded like sheep.

[10:14] There are control measures on every front, in every sphere of life. We've got basically two options. Deception, go along, or discernment. Say no. Consider what control you will come under.

[10:29] Here's a few controls. These are some thoughts that came to my mind when I was thinking about what's going on on this planet. And a number of controls. Climate control.

[10:40] There's mounting calls to save the planet. Man's got to save the planet. Environmental activists are creating this panic, this mayhem, this alarmism, this panic, this hysteria.

[10:58] Climate control alarmism. As if somehow an increase of carbon dioxide is going to destroy the world. Carbon dioxide is normal.

[11:08] The Bible truth is that ultimately God is in control of the climate. It says, The earth is the Lord, Psalm 24.

[11:19] And the fullness thereof the world and they that dwell therein. Psalm 147, verse 8, it says, Of our Lord, he covers the heaven with clouds. He prepares the rain for the earth.

[11:30] He makes the grass to grow on the mountains. Now that's not to say, I'm saying not that we should be careless or neglect the planet.

[11:41] I'm saying there's some alarmism out there. That's, it's pointing people to control. It's putting people under control.

[11:52] Of course we need to look after our planet. God told Adam, look after the planet. Ten, the planet. Be a good steward. But ultimately our planet and its climate is in God's hands.

[12:05] That's what the Bible tells us. And we can be assured of that. Psalm 135, it says that, Whatsoever the Lord please, that did he in heaven and in earth and in the seas and all deep places.

[12:19] He causeth the vapors to ascend from the ends of the earth. He maketh lightnings for the rain. He bringeth the wind out of his treasuries. That's Psalm 135 verses 637. The real agenda behind this climate control extremism is to shut down industry, to bring the world's economies under control to the ones pulling the strings.

[12:42] That's what the agenda is. Another agenda is population control. We're being told that there's too many of us. There's got to be a culling. There's got to be a culling of the population.

[12:53] Population control. Globalists are promoting these extreme abortion rights so as to reduce the birth rate. There's just too many of us. Stop having children.

[13:06] And then they're pushing open slather euthanasia. Once again, this is not actually about health care. It's perverse, isn't it? They call it health care.

[13:17] The real agenda is about control. And I'm quoting here, As the government begins to define life and humanity, there's no end to the possibilities for subjective and selective determination about who will be allowed to live.

[13:32] Who will be allowed to live? Someone's going to say, You're allowed to. You're not allowed to. It's been reckoned that studies in the US say that the leading cause of death and injury in the US is actually the American medical system.

[13:51] Now, that's what they're saying. That's what a study has found. That people getting pills they don't actually need. Or treatments and procedures they don't actually need.

[14:01] And let's be honest today, people. What we're witnessing today is a devaluation of life. Children are killing children and their parents.

[14:13] Parents are abusing and killing their children. Adult children are killing their elderly parents. Young mothers are killing their babies before they're born. Population control.

[14:25] Like the sign says here. Your body, the body inside your body is not your body. Now, some would say, It's my body. I can do what I want. Well, actually, it's someone else's body.

[14:38] And the Bible calls children a blessing, not a burden. It tells us, Lo, children are an heritage of the Lord. Psalm 127. They're an heritage of the Lord. There's something good in having children.

[14:50] The fruit of the womb is his reward. So, as arrows are in the hand of a mighty man, so are children of the womb. Happy is the man, but now this quiver full of them.

[15:03] And as far as euthanasia or mercy killing goes, the radical's goal is to get rid of people who are a burden to society. The right to die movement is really a right to kill.

[15:17] They want to snuff out people who are feeble and elderly. You know, you're a burden on the tax system. The state can kill you. That's what it's moving to.

[15:29] Now, friends, how we treat the sick and the unborn is not a measure of their humanity, but of our own. Rather, let us, as God's people, we value life. It's God's gift.

[15:40] He sets the time of our birth and of our death. And it tells us, my times are in my hand. Psalm 31, verse 15. So, population control is another one.

[15:50] We're seeing it all around us. It's happening now. Another big one is data control. We live in a surveillance society. Big Brother is watching. Now, much of what we can do is being traced and tracked.

[16:04] Our data is being harvested. When we travel, when we shop, when we entertain ourselves. Here's a quote here. It says, our privacy has been invaded by big government and big business.

[16:17] Tracking and databasing our medical records, employment records, education records, driving records, travel records, library records, financial records, etc.

[16:32] Companies like Google and Facebook provide us free services in exchange for the right to watch and study us, to mine and farm us, to treat us like quarries, like livestock.

[16:52] We are natural resources to be exploited in a brave new world, a brave new digital world of corporate surveillance that threatens our fundamental freedoms.

[17:02] And your smartphones act as a conduit, passing your private information along to those who want it. And the built-in GPS in your phone tracks your every move.

[17:15] This is what's going on, people, isn't it? Imagine the power of all that data in the hands of, in the wrong hands. It would be easy for such data to be taken over by a totalitarian state that dominates its people at a nine-fist.

[17:31] It's happening in China. People are being graded as to whether you're at a certain level.

[17:41] The state will look after you. And those that don't make the mark, they don't look after them. Imagine such a system, imagine such controls in the hand of the Antichrist.

[17:55] You can see it happening, can't you? Another one is information control. You know, Big Brother, the media is dominated by a small number of players.

[18:07] It's owned by just a select number. And everything that we watch is subject to filters and restrictions. They apply to Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, you name it.

[18:17] They're gatekeepers of the information. Now, of course, we put our sermons on YouTube, but the day could come, they'll say this is too hot to handle. And they could just, as they've done with some ministries, they shut them down.

[18:30] Now, we've got probably some 1,200 videos on YouTube now. They could shut us down tomorrow and wipe the whole lot. It's all gone. They've got control.

[18:41] They're the gatekeepers, friends. And these powerful entities, they craft and curate what they let through the pipeline for you to watch and receive.

[18:55] And they'll censor it. They'll suppress the contrary views. So when you do a search on Google, you won't even find those that they don't want you to find. And they'll control through disinformation, fake news, contrived fear, conceal their true agenda to control and dominate the world.

[19:14] Censorship and spin. Much of the news that we watch is designed. It's tailored. It's manipulated.

[19:25] It's engineered. So the population will accept the messaging they want you to hear. And I put to you today, it's never been easier to deceive the masses than it is today, isn't it?

[19:41] You know, something happens in America or wherever, and we hear about it in seconds. And the whole world gets the message at the same time.

[19:54] It sounds like it's going to be just like the Bible tells us will happen. And the Lord Jesus said in Matthew 24, Take heed that no man deceive you.

[20:07] Deception is the end game, isn't it? People don't get news that it's fair, balanced, and in some cases even true. This is what's happening. And the media will tell us what we are allowed to know.

[20:22] Any voices of dissent are muted. Many are clueless as to what's happening around them. No wonder we can see the scene is being set for the Antichrist to take control.

[20:36] I'm quoting here, You may get little bites of truth from time to time in the media, but more often there are huge chunks of truth being withheld from you. The truth gatekeepers are out there.

[20:47] The Google search engine routinely de-indexes websites, reporting truths they don't want you to know. Or they bury in the search results, references to truth you should have access to.

[20:59] One method Google uses is the algorithms about search topics. Recently, Google-owned YouTube has feverishly been removing videos that they consider too sensitive.

[21:15] And this censorship involves thousands, if not tens of thousands of videos. You're not permitted to view. Some of us define propaganda as controlled transmission of one-sided messages.

[21:31] Mass media. This is happening now. And it's an irresistible psychological method. Brainwashing. Manipulating. Affecting our very belief systems.

[21:46] Indoctrination. And young minds are especially at risk. I'm telling you things that it's worldly information, I know, but I believe there's a spiritual impact here.

[22:04] And there is a control system that could readily be taken over by the Antichrist when he assumes control, ultimate control. Another control system is education control.

[22:16] In modern education systems, children are taught values and norms without morals, standards, or restraints. So there's a whole generation, generations of children being systematically conditioned and programmed by a godless state.

[22:32] Now the Bible says, our Lord says, learn not the way of the heathen. Jeremiah 10 verse 2. Now parents, we know, we're going to be so alert to this.

[22:47] Whether you're homeschool, whether you use a Christian school, whatever you do, guard your children. It's a fact that Hitler shut down the homeschooling system when it came to power.

[23:01] And they were told, go to school. State education systems control what your children learn. So they can be programmed efficiently. And the school effectively indoctrinates students.

[23:17] And the state sets the curriculum. You know, what the schools pump out is, it's manipulated by what the state wants to give the children to learn.

[23:28] So it's no wonder children are growing up with a lot of anti-God ideas. Children are being taught things such as Christianity is the root cause of environmental deterioration.

[23:48] Christianity is the cause of homophobic attitudes. You know, Christianity is something distasteful. Children are being taught that.

[23:59] They're brought up to believe that. And then we've got school-based health clinics promoting and providing contraceptives to young students. They don't care what the parents want.

[24:11] And I'm quoting again, Today, a godless education system promotes homosexuality, condom distribution, abortion rights, evolution, and they're calling it character development.

[24:24] Cultural Marxism is swept in, in the mainstream. And now our culture teaches children and many adults that right and wrong are subjective things.

[24:35] And they're saying to us, The state knows better than parents how to raise your children. And if parents allow it, the modern education system promotes a slide into bankruptcy, moral bankruptcy.

[24:53] So we need to be guarded, I'll put to you today, on these things. Another system is family control. Again, where the state exerts its control over your family.

[25:03] Now you can get dobbed in. Family unit is under attack. Parental authority is under attack. Families are being fragmented.

[25:14] No wonder there's abounding lawlessness in society today. Extremists are pushing that women marry women, men marry men. Families are getting so shattered. We wonder why the concept of family is being destroyed, so redefined.

[25:29] But God's plan is for stable families. Where there's godly order. Where we honour the mother, the father. Matthew 19, 19.

[25:41] But we're seeing a control happening. An erosion of family values. Because friends, the devil hates you. And hates your family. The devil wants to destroy the family unit.

[25:52] And you can picture the Antichrist exerting the same ungodly control. Doing the same. Tearing families apart. Adolf Hitler understood that if he were to control the German people, he had to first control the children.

[26:09] And he started first by taking charge of the children. Educating them to follow his racist views. Telling them it was okay to kill and torture Jews. And anyone who shared different ideals.

[26:22] Before it was over, Hitler's youth were turning their own parents over to be in prison. If they shared other values. Children these days, friends, it's happening now.

[26:35] Where children are being empowered through child welfare laws and agencies to turn in offending parents. And pushing all kinds of agenda.

[26:45] You know what it is. Homosexual rights. Making sodomy normal. A moral lifestyle. Accepted. That which is depraved. Is being exalted.

[26:58] And many people simply don't seem to care. They just don't care that this is happening. We are being controlled. Another area is mind control. In the context of the last days.

[27:10] Our Lord repeatedly warned us, as I said before, take heed that no man deceive you. Look at the entertainment industry. It's propaganda. It's designed to keep people amused.

[27:24] Instead of thinking. Critically thinking. Now it's interesting. The word amusement. It comes from a. Which means the opposite of muse. To think upon.

[27:35] It's the opposite of thinking. Amusement. Turn your brain off. Just sit there. Trans like. Staring at the screen like a zombie. Amusement. It's meant to disengage the mind.

[27:46] That's what it's called. It's taking away your mind. It's entertaining you. Without thinking. And so no wonder we see. An escalation of all that is abhorrent.

[27:59] Disgusting. And disgusting to God. Immorality. Abortion. Euthanasia. Drugs. Crime. Rebellion. And people are blindly accepting that.

[28:11] That's just how it is now. Because we've been programmed people. Turn off the programming. The spirit of lawlessness is spreading these messages. And especially to young people.

[28:23] Teenagers are especially at risk of this undermining. Where there's no objective truth anymore.

[28:34] When you would dare to say actually we do have absolute truth. They would mock that idea. That we do actually know there's a difference between good and evil.

[28:44] Because our consciences have been so seared. We've been so perverted by the barraging of misinformation. That we consider all perverted behaviour.

[28:56] It's just natural behaviour now. And it opens the door to more and more wickedness. As we see through our TV screens. Movies.

[29:08] Music. Video games. And it's in business and political bodies. You know. I was in a government role.

[29:19] And the public servants are being brainwashed. In all of this abhorrent stuff. God forbid that we fly the rainbow flag over the city of Playford.

[29:31] God forbid. And yet people would think that's a good thing. And they give it no second thought. Friends. It's serious.

[29:41] It's control. And the Bible says, Woe to them that call evil good and good evil. Isaiah 5 verse 20. And the messaging is there all the time.

[29:52] Stay asleep. Submit. Obey. Conform. Consume. Shock. Woe to them that call evil good and good evil. Another control is police state control.

[30:06] We see. This is a policeman here. Now this is. We're seeing this purposeful militarisation of our police. Now it used to be the Bobby on the beat looking after us. Walking down the street.

[30:17] You know. You know. They used to be the friendly. Good type. Yeah. What did they used to say? I'm trying to think of the.

[30:30] You know. They used to be something that was a friendly, positive face. Isn't it? Keeping law and order. Now we're seeing this militarisation where they're decked out in these helmets and shields and submachine guns.

[30:44] We're seeing this increasing coercion of the citizens to be compliant to the government mandates. Now commentators are saying masks have become a visible sign of submission to authority and a rehearsal for bending your knee to a global authority.

[31:02] It's kind of. It's weird, isn't it? You see people, I mean I'm not, I know that no one's wearing a mask here but you can imagine if you do choose to wear a mask I'm not having a go at you but it's almost like everyone's got to conform.

[31:15] You know. We're seeing people just falling into line and conforming and going along. When the state says something everyone just falls into line.

[31:26] But really our ultimate allegiance is to our God, isn't it? As Peter and the apostles said, we ought to obey God rather than men. When there's any conflict, when there's any question, God has the highest authority and it's time we stand for him.

[31:43] And that might be against ungodly government. When they say that we must do this or that which is of question. And of course I believe we'll be gone.

[31:55] But if the time would come where the authority says worship, something other than God, we'd say no. We obey God rather than men. There's no question of such a thing.

[32:08] But there's a control being exerted where we're being marked, tracked, traced. I'm quoting every person is tracked. Their conversation is recorded.

[32:18] Their purchases monitored. Their social networks map. Their habits studied. Their behaviours even predicted. So that the powers that can better control the human population can be exerted.

[32:32] You know, they're saying they can look at what you're doing on social media or whatever and they can predict, oh, you're going to be a problem. You'll get a black mark.

[32:43] And think of it. These powers, these controls in the hands of the Antichrist. Can you imagine what it's going to be like? That powerful control. And we can see, imagine now, these increasing signs of government adopting ungodly laws.

[32:59] You know, our taxes are paying for ungodly things. They're exerting forceful compliance on citizens. Look at what's happening in Victoria. These are days that call for God's people to stand firm in the faith.

[33:12] Friends, it's going to get more. More so. It's going to get more so. Another area of control, and I'm coming close to the end, is economic control. As we read, it's going to force people to take a mark.

[33:28] It's going to cause them to take a mark. They can't buy or sell without it. So the Bible foretells a monetary system is going to be part of the allegiance to the world, anti-world dictator.

[33:39] And I think we're in the lead-up to this. Think of, for example, the debt systems that we designed to be, as we know, often both couples, both parties in a couple have to slave away, to chip away at that mortgage.

[33:57] We're enslaved to this growing debt. And it's unsustainable. Ultimately, people are destitute, they're desperate.

[34:10] Our government is broke. Our national government, our state government, our local government, they're just spending money out of fashion, and it's not real money.

[34:23] It's debt. It's unsustainable. We're broke. Someone's going to have to come and take control. Someone's going to have to come and take over.

[34:36] And I'm quoting here, in response to the COVID pandemic, governments around the world are hemorrhaging money while revenues are declining. Folks, that's the recipe for bankruptcy. With this affecting the whole world at the same time, that could lead to a total financial collapse and reset of global economies.

[34:53] You know, they're saying maybe it's going to be a universal basic income. You know, your house is going to be taken, you're going to have nothing that you own, and everyone's going to get the same amount of money.

[35:06] What a wonderful idea. Socialism. Economic control. Another subject of control is church control. Think of it. That the church could be under control.

[35:18] That the church could be controlled. That the Bible could be called hate speech. That believers who uphold the absolute truth, the supreme authority of faith and conduct, should be considered wrong.

[35:33] Could it be that the church, by and large, will be compromised and fall into line with all of these mantras of a lost world? Friends, the Bible says it's going to happen.

[35:46] It is happening. But no man deceive you by any means. That day shall not come except become a falling away first, and that man simply revealed the sign of condition.

[35:56] A falling away first. A slide into error. We're seeing it now. The rising of a counterfeit church. Now that's church now. That's church.

[36:08] That's what they're calling it. It was the worldly globalist Rockefeller who funded the National Council of Churches. Rockefeller. Rockefeller funded the National Council of Churches.

[36:23] The World Council of Churches is the devil's idea. Churches who are partying to this false ecumenical church are astray from the Bible. Friends, this is serious.

[36:34] A false world religious system is going to happen. And friends, many are just going to fall into line.

[36:47] In some church circles, experience and emotion is substituted for the word of God as a space of faith. Oh, I've got this feeling. God told me. It's not biblical.

[36:59] Oh, it's okay. God told me. God told me. Emotion. Experience is elevated above the word of God.

[37:11] And the word of God is forgotten. It's substituted. No wonder these churches and Christians are going to be easy praying to false doctrine. Many Christians are driven by happiness, not holiness.

[37:22] The Lord tells us how many false prophets will arise. Friends, we're seeing them on the airwaves, all of these so-called prophets and prophetesses. There's much deception.

[37:34] It's happening now. What then are we to do? Friends, the Bible tells us we should test all religious experiences. Does it match the scriptures? Let no man deceive you.

[37:48] There's a falling way. Paul says, prove all things. Test them. Hold fast that which is good. The word urges us to test our religious experiences.

[38:05] That's not to say we cannot have experiences of God. But we test them. Does it measure up? Is it in accord? God can prompt us, like Roger was talking.

[38:16] God can give us a prompting. He can open his word to us. He can quicken the word to us. He can guide us from his word.

[38:27] All religious experiences must be verified by scripture. And 2 Thessalonians 2 verse 10 says, God's people are marked by a love for the truth.

[38:38] 2 Thessalonians 2 verse 10. Friends, the church must repent. We need to come under the authority of God's word. To fill our mind with the word of God. That will help us to discern error.

[38:51] This must be our absolute guide and authority. And the church has compromised. It's condoning. It's embracing all forms of error.

[39:02] Of evil. And it's stuff that the Bible clearly condemns. And then we're seeing a weakening of the gospel message. A compromise of inclusion.

[39:12] Of tolerance of false religion. Our society now endorses the killing of babies. Homosexuality is an acceptable lifestyle. Even the pagan worship of Mother Earth.

[39:24] There's people who call themselves Christians who are going along with this. They're flying rainbow flags on churches. There's people celebrating moral perversity.

[39:36] And they call themselves Christians. Accepting perversity and abomination. And this is the new normal. This is Christianity today. Of course we know it's not biblical Christianity.

[39:49] And friends, in the days of Noah, God warned a faithless, immoral, violent civilization of a coming catastrophe. But few listened. Days of Noah.

[40:00] Eight. On the whole planet. Save. Many ignore all the signs before us. Lot. He missed it. He weakened.

[40:14] It's time to notice what's going on. Wake up. We need to pray for a spiritual awakening of our country. People here talk like this and reckon it's all conspiracy theory.

[40:25] And disbelieve it. It's not a theory. It's a real and present agenda. This control, this puppet master is already setting the stage. It's already at the doors.

[40:38] The Bible foretells such a time. And it says how in 2 Peter 3, there's going to be scoffers in the last days. People are going to laugh at stuff like this that I'm talking about. In the last days, scoffers are going to come, walking up to their own last sight.

[40:51] Where is the promise of his coming? Some churches are scarcely talk about the coming of Christ. Let alone preparing people for his coming. Many will scoff at the idea of future judgment.

[41:07] They'll laugh at it. This is a laughable thing. They want to follow their own sinful desires. Kingdom now. No, that's what they think. They've rejected the word.

[41:18] And that's the problem in the governments of our day. They're setting policies and laws with no reference point. An ungodly control is being exerted across the planet.

[41:31] It's like in Judges 21 where it talks about there was no king and every man did. That which was right in his own eyes.

[41:42] Friends, an ungodly control is happening. And I urge you today, let's wake up Australia. Let's get ready. Let's realise the controls and deny them and expose them and avoid them.

[41:57] Our Lord tells us be ready. Be ready for such a time. He says kingdom shall rise against kingdom. Our Lord says be not troubled. Don't be alarmed.

[42:09] These are not days for alarm because we face the future with hope. All of these controls, they do not alarm us. We are ready. Amen. We're getting ready. We're preparing. We should be a church preparing.

[42:21] A church with future hope. A church with a steadfast confidence. A people of God who can live by faith. When all these things are going to be dissolved, what manner of persons ought we to be?

[42:34] Ought we to be? We're meant to get ready, people. And when you see all these controls we've talked about, maybe we need to exercise some self-control. Denying ungodly of some worldly lusts.

[42:46] Have some self-control. Have some God control. Come under his yoke. We're talking about that tonight. A few people looking for and hastening unto the coming of the day of God.

[42:56] Friends, we're standing on the brink of the ultimate control. A false Messiah will arise. I think it's close. I think it's close. Because certainly, I can tell you, with authority, it's closer today than it was yesterday.

[43:11] Amen. And tomorrow, if we see tomorrow, it's going to be closer still. Friends, we're getting closer. Amen. I think whatever your doctrinal view, the day is getting closer, people.

[43:26] We ought to get ready because we ought to be getting prepared because it's getting closer. Friends, the ultimate control. We're on the brink. But for us who know the Lord, friends, we've got a joyful hope.

[43:37] We're not looking at our future with misery and despair and with alarm. We're looking forward with hope. Amen. Because it says, It's the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, teaching us that denying self-control, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts we should.

[43:54] Live soberly, righteously and bodily in this present world, looking for the blessed hope. Glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour, Jesus Christ, who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity.

[44:12] Purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works. Friends, we've been talking about some controls. It's a little unsettling. It's a little confronting that there are these controls.

[44:25] It's happening. We're all subject to them. And there's no political solutions for us, spiritual problems. It doesn't matter who's sitting in the White House or in Canberra, really.

[44:36] The ultimate solution is not a political one. It's a spiritual one. And I urge you today, if you're hearing this now, you don't know the Saviour. I urge you, Christ is coming.

[44:49] Get ready. He's preparing for himself a people and we ought to be such a people that are getting ready for his coming. And we ought to know him and we ought to get zealous of good works.

[45:01] It's time to waken up, to repent, to trust the Lord. I urge you today, if you've yet to trust Christ, trust him now. Receive him now. I urge you that.

[45:12] There's only one hope and that is the blessed hope. There's only one Saviour, the one who died on the cross, rose again. He's coming again. The one who died for our sins. He is the one you can have your trust in now.

[45:25] And I urge you to that, to trust him. By faith, believe on Jesus Christ as Lord, as Saviour, his life, his salvation, his eternal life.

[45:37] You can know as a gift today, as you trust him. And I urge you to that. And speak to me if you want to take that step out of a close. I'd welcome you to come and talk with me.

[45:48] Let's pray. I'd welcome you to come and talk with me. Let's pray. Our Lord God, we thank you that you are in absolute control. And the time clock is ticking of humanity's answerable before the coming of the Antichrist.

[46:05] Lord, we know we have a blessed hope in the prospect of that. While the world faces misery, we face hope, the blessed hope of the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour, Jesus Christ.

[46:18] We pray for each one might know him, know you, as our great God and our Saviour. Lord, that we'll be a people preparing, getting ready. We'll be living soberly, righteously, godly, in this present world, looking for that blessed hope.

[46:32] We pray each one might know the comfort of that assurance, of that rest, that trust, of that eternal life that you promise each one. And Lord, help us to live in the light of this knowledge that we can tell others, while we can, of that wonderful Saviour.

[46:51] Lord, that we can be a people, zealous of good works, for your glory and praise. In Jesus' name, amen.
