How the World Will End

Matthew chapter 24, beginning in verse 3. And as he sat upon the Mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying,! Tell us, when shall these things be, and what shall be the sign of thy coming in the end of the world?

And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. And so for just a little bit, I want to preach from this thought how the world will end.

How the world will end. Let's pray. Lord Jesus, be in this service today. God, be in the remainder of this service and this message today, God. Let your word come forth, and God, let it be a penetrating word.

Help us to understand what to expect and give us the faith and the strength to get through the things that lay ahead. God, help our relationship with you, God. God, anything we can do to get closer to you, we want to do that today, Jesus.

And we pray, Lord, that you continue reaching for us, God, even when we're not in good places with you, Lord. That you continue to reach for us, that you're long-suffering and patient with us, God.

And that you would help us get through these times that we face. In Jesus' name, amen. Amen. You may be seated. I'm going to read a lot of scripture today, but I will read scripture today.

But due to just the vast number of scriptures, it's overwhelming how many scriptures are actually in your Bible. That gives us the descriptions and warnings about the end times.

And it would be impossible for me to be able to cover all of that just through reading the scripture. So I will give you a narrative. I will state some facts from scripture without always reading the scripture.

And so this message is being recorded and it will be posted online. And so I will say this, that you will not hear me say something that I could not give you several scriptures to support.

And so if there's any questions or there's any clarity needed, I will refer you to the last days series that I taught at the end of last year.

Or we can schedule time to meet and go over any questions you have. We can go over scriptures and I can show you scriptures to support any of my statements that you may not have understood or may even disagree with.

Because you hadn't been taught that way before about the end times. But because of the signs of the time and because God has made me a watchman, I believe I want to tell you about how the world will end.

You may not have asked the question like the disciples did in our opening scripture. But I'm going to tell you anyway from scripture how the world's going to end.

Paul wrote, let us not sleep as others do, but let us watch and be sober. And so that's what we should be doing. We should not be sleeping. We should not be slumbering and being oblivious to the things that are inside this book right here about the times that are ahead for us.

But we should be sober and awake and understand the things that are going to take place. I take that seriously. And as you know, I'm a watcher. I watch current events in the world and I have I've taught on the end times before.

And but but as as as one that watches with the signs of the times, I feel compelled today to bring us a reminder.

Second Peter chapter three, verse three through four says, Knowing this first that there shall come in the last days scoffers walking after their own lusts and saying, where is the promise of this coming?

For since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation. Not everyone thinks on these things. Not everyone knows that what signs to watch for.

Not everyone keeps up with things going on in the world. And there are even those that even scoff at the idea of the end times, meaning they they doubt it.

Or maybe they ridicule the promise of Jesus of his return and the things that Jesus taught about for the end times. Second Peter chapter three, verse three again, or verse four says in the last days scoffers walking after their own lusts.

And see, that's the nature of the scoffers is about to about the return of Jesus in the end times. It's their nature out of their own lusts, their their mockery and the rejection isn't from a place of doubting that comes from a like an intellectual doubting.

And it's it's it's coming from a place that because they don't want it to happen. They they don't want to hear about it because they're too busy following after their own plans of and their own passions.

And they want to live life the way they want to live it guilt free and not have to worry about anything and live that life of lust and and pursuing passions of the world without any morals.

No holiness, no godliness. They want to continue to live that way and they don't want to hear anything about that. And so that's that's where the nature of these scoffers come from.

And I've heard a long time Christians say, yeah, they've they've been talking about the Lord that he was coming back ever since I was a little kid. And you you can hear messages preached from 40, 50, 60 years ago that that would would Jesus could come back before the time the service was over.

And the critics now because they've heard it so many times before and it hasn't happened yet. And so they're critics of this message. And so but but we have to realize that it's it is going to happen.

And and and although God has been long suffering, meaning that he's been putting up with a lot of hogwash, hogwash for a long time. That means, you know, he's putting up with a lot of garbage going on in the world.

That doesn't mean that the Bible, what the Bible says is untrue. The fact of the matter is that we are living in the last days and today we're closer to the end time than we were at the last time you heard someone preach or teach about this.

And so don't be a scoffer that that's just chasing your own lust, chasing your own world and and being a critic. The world is going to end. And and I'm going to tell you how based on what the Bible says about it.

OK, so first of all, before the world ends, there there are some things that are going to take place that you need to be made aware of. Before we get to the end of the world, there's a lot that's going to take place.

And you may not know all these things. And so I'm going to walk you through them today. And there's what is called the beginning of sorrows.

If you read through Matthew, chapter 24, you're going to see all this. I'm taking a lot of reference from there along other places, but a lot of Matthew, chapter 24. And there's going to be a lot of troubles in the world that are ever increasing.

If you want to waste your breath and your time, if you want to waste air, pray prayers of world peace. Pray prayers that God would send peace to the world.

If you want if you want to waste time and effort, pray the world gets better, because I'm going to tell you right now, it's not going to get better. No matter what policies the government's put in place, no matter what peace plans they come up with, they're all going to fail.

The world is only going to continually get worse year after year, day after day. But as the world seemingly spirals out of control and right when you thought it couldn't be worse, then you are shocked by the next thing.

Through all the troubles, you know, you don't need to be troubled. I want you to hear this today. Through all the troubles that this life brings and through all the troubles that we face in the world today, don't be troubled yourself.

Don't be troubled by the troubles is what I'm trying to tell you. Don't be troubled by the troubles around you. And that's the encouragement from the Lord is not to be troubled with these things, because there will be troubles and there will be tribulation that comes.

All of the sorrows have to come, but the end is not yet. They are just the signs of the end. And frankly, it is the increasing trouble in the world that has compelled me to preach to you today about the world will end and how the world will end.

And so there's going to be wars and rumors of wars. And I wonder if you when the last time you thought about the war in Ukraine and with Russia. And do you understand that there has been a war that's raging in Ukraine for the last 1,700 days in a row?

And on average of those 100, I'm sorry, 1,700 days, 500 people have been killed each one of those days. Over a million people, over a million casualties in that war so far since it began.

And it's just getting worse and worse. It's escalated just in the last 24 hours if you take a look at the news. And are you aware that in the last week there is a coordinated effort by over 30 countries, including ours, for emergency preparedness?

And our government has directed us within the last week to maintain emergency supplies of a minimum of three days with the expectation of power grid failures due to what they describe several different things.

But war being one of them and that cyber attacks in that war could bring down our grid system. And there's been an order put out from the Pentagon for all military bases to be able to self-sustain off of the public power grid and not to need anything from the public where they could just shut the gates of a military base for 90 days and be able to survive 90 days without any support from a public power grid.

And they're telling us to prepare for three days. You know, read between the lines there. I mean, maybe we should be concerned about some things that we don't know about that's going on in the world. And, you know, it's and I would say this.

It's not a bad idea to prepare, have some backup water or whatever you need to have. But are you aware that we will be reengaging strikes on Iran any day now?

And that could escalate to who knows what. It's been since April. There's been a ceasefire since April, but we're getting ready to start kinetic warfare again.

Are you aware that there was a 5.0 earthquake recorded in the mountain in Iran where they have their nuclear test sites just yesterday? We've this whole thing with this war in Iran is to prevent them from getting a nuclear weapon because we know that they're crazy enough to use it.

And a 5.0 earthquake is within the range of scale of nuclear tests. And so people are seeing this just in the last 24 hours, just since yesterday, there was a 5.0 earthquake recorded in that mountain in Iran where they have their nuclear test sites.

And so the Bible says it's going to be nation against nation, ethnic against ethnic. There's going to be racism. There's there's we see it right now, the anti-Israel, the Jew haters, the anti-Semites, all this stuff and all the rioters and the protesters.

If you've looked at the news at all, you'll see for the last week to 10 days, there's been for over 400,000 rioters daily on the streets of France and Paris and all the major cities in France and protesting and rioting of waving anti-Israel flags.

It's not just, you know, they say it's because they're not happy with the economy and they're not happy with certain social things that are going on. But but they're waving anti-Israel flags.

There's a spiritual connection to everything that we're seeing that's going on in the world today. And it is perilous times that we live in. The Bible's predicted that there are going to be viruses and food shortages and the prices are going to go up.

There's going to be inflation. All this is predicted in the Bible, earthquakes, the frequency and the magnitude. It has already increased substantially. And all these things, the Jesus describes them as the beginning of sorrows and like labor pains.

They get more frequent and they get harder the closer it gets to delivery. And the labor pains have begun. And we are in a stage of labor in which the pains are starting to get more frequent and to get stronger.

And before the world ends, the love of sin will increase. The love of sin will increase and the love for the things of God will decrease. And you can see this already happening.

It's it's on full scale right before our eyes and all all of media that we could see. I mean, media is just getting worse and worse.

I wish to God that I could literally with the snap of my fingers just eliminate every TV and every cell phone and every thing of social media and this entire earth.

Because for every one minute of something good on any of those things, there's the devil's talking all day long. And it's nastiness and it's viral this and viral that and influencers this and I wish to God the whole thing would just go up in flames.

All every social media, everything is this waste of everybody's time and there's nothing good. There's not an ounce of God in it. And and all this stuff's going on all around us all the time and the love for sins increasing and the things for God is decreasing.

Nobody wants to practice holiness no more. Nobody wants to be worried about what God thinks of things anymore. And people being offended by everything. It's all going to increase.

The Bible says wars, earthquakes, viruses, food shortages, it's all going to increase. And there and there will be an increase of false prophets that deceive people.

And more and more I come across different videos or whatever on YouTube of once professing Jesus name apostolic saying that they quit church completely or now they believe in a Trinity.

And all these things are happening and increasing now. And Jesus called it the beginning of sorrows, the beginning of sorrows. And so it's just the beginning of sorrows. So wait, there's more.

There's there's a great tribulation that's coming. You say, well, Brother Eccles, it sounds like you've been talking about a tribulation. No, no, I'm talking about the beginning of sorrows. This is just a taste.

This is just a little bit. There's a great tribulation that's going to be coming. Everything I have mentioned so far are just the beginning of sorrows. But there will become a point that the Antichrist system begins to take over.

And it is called the great tribulation. One of the greatest signs of the great tribulation will be that the people of the name of Jesus is going to be hated by all nations. We are going to be arrested and we're going to be killed for his name's sake, he said.

And you may think be thinking that there's no way it's going to come to that, especially here in America. It would never get to that point here in America. The targeting of Jesus named people or any type of religious group, it just wouldn't be allowed.

The persecution just wouldn't be allowed. But the Bible says that it will be. And I don't know how it's going to happen or when it's going to happen, but it will happen. It's going to be during the great tribulation. And just last week, there were over 100 Christians killed across three Muslim countries.

On two occasions, last Tuesday and last Friday in Ethiopia, armed attackers went house to house using guns and knives to slaughter worshipers, including several children.

And 20 homes were burned to the ground. In Jordan, which is a country that borders Israel to the east, last Thursday, three gunmen killed nine and wounded 40 Christians.

Attending a funeral of a fellow Christian. And also last Thursday in Nigeria, armed men raided villages targeting and killing 62 Christians and burned down homes.

And they burned down their food supplies and their shops and their businesses and displaced over a thousand people targeting Christians and this whole thing. And it may not be happening here and it may not be targeting Jesus named Christians here or in this moment right now.

But the willingness and ability is being demonstrated across the world today. The Christians are the most persecuted group in the world. And because the Antichrist spirit is already at work in the world.

But there's coming a day when the great tribulation begins and that Antichrist spirit will not be held back anymore. Right now, that spirit is being held back. And I've heard that it's because the church is in the world.

No, that's not why it's because it's all in God's timing. When God is holding back the Antichrist spirit throughout history has tried to raise itself many times prematurely.

And God would slap it back down. And man, thank God for that. It tried to rise through all these old dictators all through history who try to take over the world with Hitler being one that comes to mind right now.

But all through the history of time, the spirit of the Antichrist has tried to rise before its time and it's been slapped back down. But there's going to be coming a day in the future.

And I believe soon that when God is going to allow and release the Antichrist spirit to do his work, to usher in what this whole book is pointing to.

And the whole reason that that we're here today is to make sure that we make it where we need to make it. Amen. And Jesus said, before you see the world in, one of the signs is that they will deliver you up to be afflicted and shall kill you.

And you shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake. Before the world ends, there will be an ever increasing number of false prophets and ever increasing persecution of the people of Jesus name.

And it's called the great tribulation, a tribulation, a time of trouble. Matthew chapter 24, verse 21 through 24 says, for then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, nor ever shall be.

You think of the worst possible times in the history of of this world that we're aware of. You think of World War Two where millions of people were killed. But the scripture says right here for in that time, it's going to be a great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, nor ever shall be.

It's going to get worse and worse and worse. And except the Bible says, except those days should be shortened. There should no flesh be saved. But for the elect's sake, that means for me and you, for our sakes, those days shall be shortened.

And then if any man shall say unto you, lo, here is Christ or believe or there, believe it not. For there shall arise false Christs and false prophets and shall show great signs and wonders insomuch that if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

I don't know how to interpret that scripture five, six, eight years ago. But with the advent of A.I., I can see how there shall be great signs and wonders and people believing lies.

You can't even hardly tell what's true, what's real and what's not real anymore. And it's the A.I. is just getting more and more advanced. But during the great tribulation, if you remain faithful to being a disciple of Jesus Christ and you do do not fall away from the faith for for you, it will be a life of hiding.

It will be a life of hiding. It will be a life of being hunted. And if caught, you will be forced to renounce your faith in Jesus name, being a Jesus name believer.

And if you don't, you may be killed or in prison. They will try to draw us out of hiding by proclaiming that Jesus has returned. And, you know, come see him over here or come see him over there and to try to capture you.

And so that's why it's important to know what your Bible says, because if you know and you understand what the Bible says about the end times, you're not going to be easily deceived.

And even if the false Christ shows great signs and miracles, know that it's the workings and the power of Satan that is being done by. And we're warned to not fall for it.

And if we're true disciples of Jesus Christ and have fallen in love with truth and that last day, we're not going to be deceived. But if you've rejected truth and or maybe you've heard truth and you never really applied it to your life like you should have.

And you've somewhat rejected truth and you haven't fully sold yourself out to truth. I mean, the Bible says that God will send you a strong delusion and that you would believe a lie and that you would be damned.

And so God can send a delusion in that time when the time comes, when when in the great tribulation, if you've rejected truth, he could send you a strong delusion that you would believe a lie and that you would be destroyed.

And it's during the great tribulation that what is called the mark of the beast is implemented. And I'm sure we've all heard of the mark of the beast. And there there's going to be a requirement to receive it in order to do any kind of transactions of buying or selling.

Revelation chapter 13, verse 16 through 18 says, and he causes all both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond to receive a mark in the right hand or in their foreheads.

It's going to be a mark in our right hand or our forehead. And that no man might buy or sell, save that he have the mark. Or the name of the beast or the number of his name.

And the Bible says in verse 18, here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast, for it is the number of man and his number is six hundred three score and six.

And is it going to be a literal six, six, six? Or is it is that just symbolism of some kind of the image or variation of numbers? We don't know.

But it will be some kind of mark that associates you with the beast system, the Antichrist system that will be empowered during the great tribulation.

We have to understand that God is going to allow this to happen. And it's not the wrath of God upon us. It is going to be the wrath of Satan upon us.

And so we can't blame God. It's the wrath of Satan. And we're not going to be subject to the wrath of God is different than the wrath of Satan. And the great tribulation is the wrath of Satan. He's going to be cast out of heaven for the last time.

And he's going to find a place on the earth and he's going to set up shop. And it's going to be a misery for the world from that day forward. And so what happens to you if you take the mark of the beast because you can't buy or sell without it?

In Revelation chapter 14, verses 9 through 11 says, And the third angel followed him, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image and receive his mark in his forehead or in his hand, the same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation.

And he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels in the presence of the Lamb. And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up forever and ever, and they have no rest day nor night who worship the beast and his image and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.

And so that's what happens to you if you take the mark of the beast. And there's going to be a great pressure to do so. You think there was pressure to get the jab during COVID.

You think there was pressure to be vaccinated. You couldn't fly out of town. You couldn't go. You couldn't go anywhere without it. There was great pressure on us to get a vaccination. It's going to be worse than that when the mark of the beast is revealed.

And what happens to you, though, if you reject the mark of the beast? In Revelation chapter 20, verse 4, it says, And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them.

And I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads or in their hands.

And they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. Jesus said that great tribulation is ahead for those that are true disciples. It's something that we're not going to be able to escape.

It's not something that we're going to get raptured out of before it happens. We're going to have to endure to the end. The Bible says, The great tribulation is going to last for three years and six months.

But then Jesus said in Matthew chapter 24, verses 29 through 30, it says, Immediately after, this is Jesus speaking, Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken.

And then shall appear the sign of the Son of Man in heaven. And then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of Man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

Immediately after the tribulation, there will be great cosmic signs in the heavens. Amen. And Luke chapter 21, the same portion of Scripture from Luke's perspective, verse 25 through 28, And there shall be signs in the sun, and the moon, and the stars, and upon the earth, distress of nations with perplexity, the sea and the waves roaring, men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth.

For the powers of heaven shall be shaken. And then, and then, they shall see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.

And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up and lift up your heads for your redemption draweth nigh. It's after the tribulation that we should look up and for our redemption draweth nigh.

And it's after the tribulation that the Son of Man comes in the cloud with great glory. If anyone tells you that you don't have to go through the tribulation, that you don't have to go through a tribulation, you don't have to be bothered by having to choose whether or not to accept the mark of the beast or not, because you're not going to be there, you're going to get raptured out of here before the tribulation, then you need to run away from whoever is teaching you that false doctrine.

It's not true. Jesus wants us prepared to endure until the end and to reject the mark. He wants us to reject the mark. Imagine if your whole life you've been taught that you're not going to have to deal with that and you're going to get raptured out of here and the day comes when that happens, how disillusioned you could be and how your faith could be shaken and very quite likely just accept that mark.

And so I'm here to be a watchman today and to tell you what the Scriptures say, and that is don't take the mark. Jesus wants us prepared to endure to the end. And let's get through the beginning of sorrows that we're now in, and then let's not lose our faith and trust and the truth of oneness.

Amen. Being oneness. Jesus name. Believers. Amen. No matter what the persecution that comes, reject the mark and endure the great tribulation until its end. Amen. Because it will come to an end.

And if we lose our heads over it, don't worry. We're going to rise. Amen. In the last day. You don't have to worry about that. To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Amen. And when will you know the tribulation is over?

There will be great signs in the heavens. The heavens will be shaken, and then shall they see Jesus coming in the cloud with power and authority. That's when the tribulation will be over.

In Matthew 24, verse 30, it says, And then shall appear the sign of the Son of Man in heaven, and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of Man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great authority.

And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from every direction, from one end of heaven to the other, in that moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump, for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout. Amen. With the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God, and the dead in Christ shall rise first.

And then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so shall we ever be with the Lord. How will you know when the great tribulation is over?

If you're dead, you're going to rise up out of your grave. If you're alive, your feet are going to lift off the ground, and you're going to meet the Lord in the air at his return.

And that is how you will know the great tribulation is over. Amen. And then what? Does the world end? Is that when the world ends? No, not yet. I read part of it to you earlier.

Let me read the rest. Revelation 20, beginning of verse 1. And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit, and a great chain in his hand.

Don't confuse the bottomless pit with what we call hell. It's not. It's not the lake of fire. It's a bottomless pit. In verse 2, And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years.

Say that. A thousand years. Verse 3, And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more.

He's going into the bottomless pit for how long? A thousand years. Till the thousand years should be fulfilled. And after that, he must be loosed for a season. Okay?

And I saw thrones, verse 4, And they sat upon them, and judgment was given them. And I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands.

And they lived and reigned with Christ for a thousand years. Verse 5, But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished.

This is the first resurrection. Verse 6, Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection. On such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.

Five consecutive verses say we will live and reign on the earth with Christ for a thousand years. And it's going to be ruling and reigning and being kings and priests unto the unsaved that survived the great tribulation.

And all the, these are the people that remain on the earth that did not accept truth, did not receive the word of God, have not been baptized in the name of Jesus, have not repented of their sins, and have not received the baptism of the Holy Ghost.

They haven't had experienced salvation, but somehow they have survived the great tribulation and all the cosmic events and the wrath of God that's poured out on the earth. And there will be survivors of all that.

And they will be ruled by Jesus from Jerusalem. And we will rule with him. Amen. And then after the thousand years, those that died without accepting truth, the ones that did die, then they will be resurrected to face judgment.

The first resurrection is when Jesus returns. And that is those that died with his spirit inside of them. That's the first resurrection. There are two resurrections. The first resurrection is if you die before Jesus returns and you're in the grave.

If you had that spirit of Christ inside of you, the spirit that raised Christ from the dead is going to raise you from the dead. Men, you have to die right. You have to die with the spirit inside of you.

I mean, you don't know when you're going to die above each and every single one of our heads. Today, there's an invisible timer. It's on a countdown. It's all different for maybe. I don't know. Maybe it's all the same.

Maybe we'll be on a church event. It's going somewhere and who knows what happened. But every one of us has a countdown that we can't see that we don't know. And we can't add one day to it. OK, but when that if that day comes and you die without the spirit of Christ inside of you, if that's why it's important to make sure that you're filled up on the Holy Ghost daily, because you don't know when your time is going to come.

But you better make sure you're right with God. You better make sure you got that Holy Spirit inside of you, because it's the only thing that's going to raise you from the dead when that day comes. And when that trumpet sounds and Jesus returns for his church, I want to be the first one up.

Amen. And that that faces towards the east, towards Jerusalem. And I want to meet Jesus in the air. Amen. As his feet lands and sets foot on the Mount of Olives.

Amen. I want to see it and I'm going to see it. And that's the first resurrection. And the second resurrection happens after the 1000 years on earth. So if you die without the spirit of Christ in you, if you if you die not saved without the faith, you're not going to be resurrected until after the thousand year reign of Christ on the earth.

And the Bible says, Marvel not at this for the hour is coming in which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice and shall come forth. They that have done good unto the resurrection of life.

That's the first resurrection. And they that have done evil unto the resurrection of damnation. That's the second resurrection. A resurrection of life. And then a thousand years on on earth as kings and priests.

And then there's a resurrection of damnation and judgment for all that were not in the first resurrection. And that that's when Satan and his minions and all those that never accepted truth will be cast into the lake of fire for eternity.

And then the world will end. And then the world will end. And it's going to end like this in Revelations chapter 21, 1 through 4. It says, And I saw a new heaven and a new earth for the first heaven and the first earth passed away and there was no more sea.

And I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem coming down from God out of heaven prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, behold, the tabernacle of God is with men and he will dwell with them and they shall be his people.

And God himself shall be with them and be their God. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying.

Neither shall there be any more pain for the former things are passed away. Amen. The Bible says that there's going to be a new heaven and a new earth and the old heaven and the old earth are going to pass away.

And there's going to be a new heaven and a new earth. The beginning of sorrows is where we are now and then coming is the great tribulation. And then after that, at the end, there's the cosmic events in the heavens and the wrath of God on those who took the mark.

And then the first resurrection of the living at the time Jesus returns at the end of the great tribulation. And then the 1000 year rule on earth with Jesus after his return.

And then the world will end and it's going to the Bible says it's going to melt away with a fervent heat. And there will be a fervent heat that melts away the elements and there'll be a new heaven and a new earth.

And if you live and die faithful and filled with his spirit, you will see the end of the world. And you'll be resurrected in that first resurrection when he comes back in the clouds.

You're going to meet him in the air and you're going to land with him in Jerusalem and help him set up his kingdom for a thousand years. And reign with Christ on the earth for a thousand years as kings and priests.

But if you do not live a life of faithfulness and holiness unto God and endure till the end, you will not see the 1000 year reign and you will not see the new heaven and the new earth.

You will only see the eternal place of torment, the lake of fire. And that is how the world will end. Amen. Stand with me today. Second Peter chapter three, verse 11 says, seeing them that all these things shall be dissolved.

All these things shall be dissolved. There's going to be a new heaven and a new earth. And in the current earth and the current heavens are going to melt away with a fervent heat.

The elements are going to melt away. The Bible says, and here's second Peter saying, seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved. What manner of persons ought we be?

What type of person should we be? And how many know, remember what a conversation means in the King James?

I've said it a few times recently. The way we live our life. When it talks about your conversation, it's not just talking about the things you say to people you talk to.

It's talking about the way you live your life. And it says, seeing that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought we to be? A holy conversation and godliness. We should have a holy lifestyle with godliness.

Verse 12, looking for and hastening unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt away with a fervent heat.

And knowing how the world is going to end, what kind of life should you be living? A life of holiness, a life of godliness, and not a life of pursuing the pleasures and the lusts of what this world has to offer now, of pursuing the lusts of the flesh.

Romans 13, 11 says, And that knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep, for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed.

That the night is far spent, the day is at hand. Let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light. Let us walk honestly as in the day, not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying.

But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and take not provision for the flesh to fulfill the lusts thereof. And so that's my message today, is to tell you how the world's going to end.

And it's very important how we live our lives today. It's very important the decisions that we make today. Amen. Grace and mercy, it's free from God.

Our salvation comes free from God. It's a gift. There's nothing you can do to earn your salvation. There's nothing you could have done to be able to hear this word and to be offered the salvation that you have and that we've experienced.

Amen. But with that comes responsibility. With that salvation, there's a responsibility to respect that salvation, to respect the recompense of the reward that I preached about recently, to respect what God has in store for us.

And yes, there's going to be coming. We're living in a time of the beginning of sorrows, and there's coming a great tribulation. And I'm worried today, I'm worried for those that I know, I know a lot of people in church, and I'm not just talking about people in this church, but I know a lot of people in church, and a lot of people that live for God.

I mean, I have family in distant places, and I'm fearful today. I don't want to be fearful, but it does cause me pause.

It does cause me concern to think about the challenges of this life and during this beginning of sorrows time that we face, and we struggle so hard to do what's right, and we struggle so hard to live a faithful life under God that we know we should be living.

And just in these little circumstances that we have now, that I wonder what's going to happen when there's a great tribulation that comes, and when things really do heat up.

And so I want us to think about that today. What's our relationship with God like? I mean, we need to have a prayer life. We need to be on fire for God. We need to be worshipers.

We need to be spreading the gospel. We have family members and friends and loved ones that need to be saved and hear the truth that we have. And so the greatest thing we can do is take someone with us to heaven.

Amen. Amen. That's what we should be trying to do is, one, we need to make sure that we're going to make it to heaven. And if I, I don't know, I don't want to see any hands raised or anything like that if I ask, you know, if we died today, are you confident you're going to make it?

Are you confident that if you died today that when that trumpet sounds that you're going to be part of that first resurrection? If you're not, why not? Do what you need to do to make sure that you have full confidence that you're going to make it.

Amen. You've got to take care of yourself first. You've got to work out your own salvation first. But then after that, we need to be worrying about those around us and helping and leading, guide people to truth and to make sure that they're ready to go to.

The only thing we can take with us at that time is going to be the people that we help bring to the Lord. Amen. That have received salvation experience that we have.

And so it's so important. There's nothing more important in this world right now than to know where we are and know what's ahead and to be prepared for it. Amen. And so that's how the world's going to end. And so I wonder today if you can just find a place and pray and ask God to help you.

Amen. We need to make heaven together. I don't know how much you pay to send kids to private school nowadays. I don't know if it's expensive or what.

I've heard some places they spend $30,000, $40,000 a year to send their kid to like from elementary to through high school. And that's expensive. I don't know.

I don't know how that works. But I think having it's good to have a great education. I'm not against that at all. But, I mean, how much do you think it's worth to make sure your kids make it to heaven?

How much do you think it's worth to make sure? I mean, if you think it's worth that, at least equal amount, you know. And that's really my job as a preacher, as a pastor, is to help lead us and guide us to make heaven together.

And it's your responsibility, your own self. I can't be completely responsible for you. You have to figure that out yourself. But maybe you should at least pay me that much money, you know. That's a pretty valuable job, right?

Don't you want Miles to make heaven, Taylor? I should get paid the top amount that you would pay to any school. Because I'm trying to get your child to heaven.

You should be too. But, yeah, it's a good thing that I work for free for this. I don't get paid at all. I don't want to get paid.

But I was just making that point. Think about it. What's really the most important thing where should our value be placed? It's on who. I want someone that can preach me to heaven.

I want someone that can preach me the truth and tell me what's right and what's wrong. And tell me what I need to do to get to heaven. Because there's nothing more important than me and my family getting to heaven.

Amen? Amen. So let's find a place and pray. Let's pray.
