[0:00] All right, so we're going to be continuing in the last days, lessons that we've been going through. So, and the book of Revelation is an amazing book.

[0:12] We're going to be jumping into it tonight. We're going to go through about the first eight chapters of it. It's an amazing book that God gave John an example and experiences that he was able to share with us that explains many things that we've been talking about.

[0:31] Well, Revelation is the big book when it comes to prophecies and things like that. And we're going to be jumping in.

[0:41] So, Revelation further reveals who Jesus is. We're going to be talking about that today. And then also that Jesus was God manifested in the flesh. And all this connects the dots between the Old Testament prophets and the New Testament apostles and the great promises of the things to come.

[0:59] These are all things that John got to see. And so, in these last days that we're talking about, this is the revelation of Jesus Christ and the seven seals. Revelation gives us the tools that we need to understand that and what is coming.

[1:15] And we should be thankful to God that he allowed John to see all these things and to share it with us. It was God's intent to do so.

[1:25] And so, we should not avoid coming to an understanding of the book of Revelation. We shouldn't avoid the book in the Bible, any books in the Bible. And we definitely shouldn't avoid the book of Revelation.

[1:38] But we should try to come to an understanding of it. We should embrace it. We should study it and study it diligently. So, let's begin in Revelation 1, verses 1-3.

[1:52] The revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him to show unto his servants things, which must shortly come to pass. And he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John, who bear record of the word of God and of the testimony of Jesus Christ and of all the things that he saw.

[2:17] Blessed is he that readeth and they that hear the words of the prophecy and keep those things which are written therein, for the time is at hand.

[2:27] And that's the first chapter, first three verses of Revelation. If you jump to the last chapter in Revelation, chapter 22, and look at verse 7, it says, Behold, I come quickly.

[2:43] Blessed is he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book. So, in chapter 1, verse 3, it says, Blessed is he that readeth and they that hear the words of this prophecy and keep those things which are written therein, for the time is at hand.

[3:00] And then it ends in the back of the book. And chapter 22, it says, Behold, I come quickly. Blessed is he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book. So, there's a promise of blessing at the beginning of the book and at the end of this book that promises us that we would be blessed if we would understand it, hear it, see it, read it, apply it to our lives, keep the things of the book.

[3:34] There's a double blessing here. Kind of like bookends on one book. A blessing in the beginning of the book, a blessing at the end of the book. And it's unique. It's a unique book in that way. So, for our notes for Revelation chapter 1, verse 1 through 3 and 22 and 7, Revelation is the revelation of Jesus Christ.

[3:56] The book is called Revelation because it is the revelation of Jesus Christ. And there's a double blessing if we read, hear, and keep the words of the book of Revelation.

[4:10] A double blessing. Revelation chapter 1, verse 19. Write the things which thou hast seen, and the things which are, and the things which shall be hereafter.

[4:25] Write the things which thou hast seen, the things which are, and the things that shall be hereafter. And so, I brought that verse out specifically and have a couple notes for that.

[4:40] Revelation includes events of the past, the present, and the future. So, things that has seen, things which are, and things which shall be.

[4:54] So, it's past, present, and future. And the book of Revelation is relevant for us today. It's just as relevant to us today as it's ever been, as is the rest of the Bible.

[5:08] It's not something that's just specific to certain groups of people at certain times, although it could be literally written to them. But it's for all churches.

[5:18] It's for all churches of all age. It includes us. And so, it's pretty amazing that God used John to give him all these things for us to be able to read and understand here today.

[5:37] So, what I want to do is read Revelation chapter 1, verses 5 through 18. We're going to do a lot of reading today.

[5:49] Revelation chapter 1, verses 5 through 18. And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the king of the earth, unto him that loved us and washed us from our sins in his own blood, and hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father, to him be glory and dominion forever.

[6:18] Amen. Behold, he cometh with clouds, and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him, and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him, even so.

[6:31] Amen. It's talking about the end time at the last trump when Jesus is returning in the clouds, and every eye is going to see him on that day.

[6:42] And then, if you have a red letter addition, this is Jesus speaking. He says, I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is and which was and which is to come, the Almighty.

[6:54] Okay? Okay? Okay? Right there, plain and simple. Jesus proclaims to be the Almighty, the Almighty God. Okay? And we're talking about the Alpha and Omega.

[7:07] He said, I am the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is and which was and which is to come, the Almighty. Verse 8. Verse 8. I, John, who also am your brother and companion in tribulation and in the kingdom of patience of Jesus Christ, was in the isle that is called Patmos for the word of God and for the testimony of Jesus Christ.

[7:31] I was in the Spirit on the Lord's day and heard behind me a great voice as of a trumpet, saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last, and what thou seest, write in a book, and send it unto the seven churches which are in Asia, unto Ephesus, unto Samirna, unto Pergamos, unto Thyatira, unto Sardis, unto Philadelphia, and unto Laodicea.

[7:56] And I turned to see the voice that spake with me. And being turned, I saw seven golden candlesticks. So he wants to see the voice that's speaking to him.

[8:07] And he turns and he sees seven golden candlesticks. And in the midst of the seven candlesticks, one like unto the Son of Man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps of the golden girdle.

[8:20] And his head and his hairs were white like wool and white as snow. And his eyes were as a flame of fire. And his feet like undefined brass, as if they burned in a furnace. And his voice as the sound of many waters.

[8:33] And he had in his right hand seven stars. And out of his mouth went a sharp two-edged sword. And his countenance was as the sun shineth in its strength. And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead.

[8:47] And he laid his right hand upon me and saying unto me, Fear not, I am the first and the last. I am he that liveth and was dead. And behold, I am alive forevermore. Forevermore. Amen.

[8:58] And have the keys of hell and death. Write the things which thou hast seen, and the things which are, and the things which shall be hereafter. Okay?

[9:09] And so, Jesus is revealing himself in this book of Revelation. That's why it's called the Revelation of Jesus Christ. He's revealing himself to John.

[9:20] John got to see Jesus. John was there when Jesus called him to follow him in the flesh. He got to see him.

[9:31] He got to behold him. And here John is hearing a voice behind him, like a trumpet. And he turns. He's in the spirit on the Lord's day. Okay?

[9:41] So he's in the spirit. And he turns and he sees somebody that looks magnificent, I guess, in a sense, all the descriptions. But John didn't recognize who he was speaking to or who was speaking to him at first.

[9:58] It wasn't the Jesus he remembered in the flesh. This is a glorified Jesus that he's seeing. That's why at first he is not sure what he's seeing or who's talking to him.

[10:10] Okay? So for our notes and for Revelation chapter 1, verse 5 through 18, Jesus is the Almighty. Remember, that was in verse 8. Jesus is the Almighty. And John saw these prophecies while in the spirit on the Lord's day.

[10:25] Okay? The Lord's day is the day that he returns. The Lord's day is the day that is the culmination of everything that we've been talking about. It's the end, the last day that when Jesus returns and sets up his kingdom on earth.

[10:43] That's the Lord's day. And so John is in the spirit on the Lord's day. John, this happened. John wrote these words 2,000 years ago.

[10:53] But he was in the spirit. And he got to see all these things in heaven and see what was coming. He was in the spirit on the Lord's day. And John didn't recognize Jesus at first because he saw the glorified Jesus as the expressed image of God.

[11:11] That's the first time that there's a description. That's the first time anybody has seen Jesus in his glorified state. And John describes it to us here in the Word of God.

[11:24] And then following the introduction of the glorified Jesus, specific messages were delivered to the seven churches of that current time in chapters 2 and chapters 3 of Revelation.

[11:39] So chapter 2 and chapter 3 of Revelation, we're not going to read. Those were specific messages that were delivered to those churches. We can learn from those things.

[11:52] And there's a lot of things in there about the church and the different seasons that a church goes through. And there's correction and things in there. We cannot conclude that the teachings to those seven churches were only for the seven churches.

[12:07] At that specific time, the things taught in chapters 2 and 3 to those seven churches are still relevant for us today as well. But the teachings were mostly corrections on what pitfalls to avoid as a church body in the last days.

[12:26] So it's good teaching, but we're not going there today. Okay, so the next thing I want to talk about is the throne of God. Okay, and that's where we pick up. And so we got through the introduction in chapter 1.

[12:39] And we see that Jesus is the Alpha and Omega. He's the Almighty. He's glorified. He's the glorified, expressed image of God. And John's in the Spirit on the Lord's Day.

[12:52] And he's given us all this information for us. And then chapter 2 and chapter 3 is letters to the seven churches. And then we're going to pick up in chapter 4.

[13:04] Let's read chapter 4. It's not very long. After this I looked, and behold, the door was opened in heaven. And the first voice which I heard was, as it were, a trumpet talking with me.

[13:20] Now that's the voice of Jesus. Jesus, which said, Come up hither, and I will show thee things which must be hereafter. And immediately I was in the Spirit. And behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one set on the throne.

[13:36] And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone. And there was a rainbow around about the throne, and sight like unto an emerald.

[13:50] And round about the throne were four and twenty seats. And upon the seats I saw four and twenty elders sitting, clothed in white raiment. And they had on their heads crowns of gold.

[14:03] And out of the throne proceeded lightnings and thunderings and voices. And there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven spirits of God.

[14:16] And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal. And in the midst of the throne and around about the throne were four beasts full of eyes before and behind.

[14:28] And the first beast was like a lion, the second beast like a calf, and the third beast had a face of a man. And the fourth beast was like a flying eagle.

[14:39] Verse 8. And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him, and they were full of eyes within. And they rest not day or night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was and is to come.

[14:55] And when those beasts give glory and honor and thanks to him that sat on the throne, who liveth forever and ever. Verse 10. The four and twenty elders fall down before him that sat on the throne and worship him that liveth forever and ever.

[15:14] And cast their crowns before the throne, saying, Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honor and power. For thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.

[15:29] Okay. So, let's get some notes out of this. First of all, there's a single throne, and there's one that sits on the throne.

[15:42] Okay. And it's Jesus. There's a single throne in heaven, and there's one that's sitting on it. Okay. And then there's 24 seats around the throne.

[15:54] And on the seats are 24 elders around the throne. And we can break that down in a further study, but I've done it.

[16:04] I can tell you what it represents. Friends, the 24 elders around the throne represent all the saved of all the ages. They're in white robes. They have gold crowns.

[16:16] Okay. They receive the reward. These are saints of all ages that have received the reward. And the 24 elders, the number 24, it represents the 12 children of Israel, the 12 tribes of Israel that we talked about last week.

[16:33] And it represents the 12 apostles. Okay. So, you have all the church, all the saved of all ages represented in those 24 elders around the throne.

[16:45] You have the 12 tribes represents the first covenant that we talked about last week. And we have the 12 apostles that represent the new covenant that we talked about last week.

[16:58] And together, there's 24 elders around the throne. Now, whether they're literally the 12 sons of Israel and the 12 apostles, we don't know. But there's 12 elders.

[17:10] They're not named. They're wearing white robes and gold crowns. And they represent all the saved of all time. Okay. And then the seven spirits. When it says the seven spirits of God, we know from Ephesians and other places in Scripture, there's only one spirit of God.

[17:28] There's different workings of the spirit, but it's all the one same spirit. Okay. The seven spirits is the perfect ministry of the Holy Ghost. Okay. When you look at the tabernacle, the tabernacle plan, and it's talked about it already a couple times in Revelation, the golden lampstand, the menorah, where there's seven golden candlesticks.

[17:49] If you look at how that was made, it was one piece. It was one piece of gold beaten down into a lampstand that had seven lamps on it, seven flames.

[18:03] Okay. But it's one piece. And we know from studying the tabernacle plan, the Moses' tabernacle, and the furniture pieces, we know that the golden menorah represents the Holy Ghost.

[18:15] It represents the Holy Spirit of God. Okay. And there's seven flames of fire on there, and it represents the seven spirits or the perfect ministry of the Holy Ghost.

[18:27] And that's a whole other study that we're not going to go into. I'm giving you the answers to the test without studying. Okay. Okay. And then the other thing that's mentioned in chapter 4 is the four beasts.

[18:41] And these are angels that never stop saying, holy, holy, holy, around the throne of God. They're there, and we can go into all the allegories of why one's a lion, one's a calf, one has the face of a man, and one has the face of an eagle.

[19:00] We can go into all that, but we're not going to study that today. Okay. But it basically represents all of creation. It is crying, holy, holy, holy unto God, around the throne, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

[19:16] Okay. So the seven spirits are not the seven churches. If you read in chapter 2 and 3, it's talking about the angel being sent to the church, each church, a messenger angel.

[19:32] Okay. The angel of the church, right into the angel of the church. It's not the seven spirits. The seven spirits are not the seven churches God gave messages to in Revelation chapter 2 and 3 themselves. But the sevenfold fullness of the spirit of God sent forth into all the earth through the seven golden candlesticks, which are the seven churches in Revelation 1 and 20.

[19:53] And in allegory, it represents the whole church and her completeness throughout the age. Okay. So that's what that represents.

[20:03] So I want to talk about the book sealed with the seven seals and the worthy Lamb of God. Let's look at chapter 5 now.

[20:16] Chapter 5, beginning in verse 1. And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the backside sealed with seven seals.

[20:28] And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book and to loose the seals thereof? And no man in heaven nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon.

[20:45] And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon. And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not, behold, the lion of the tribe of Judah, the root of David, hath prevailed to open the book and to loose the seven seals thereof.

[21:06] Verse 6. And I beheld, and lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, And in the midst of the elders stood a lamb as it had been slain, Having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven spirits of God, sent forth into all the earth.

[21:24] And he came and took the book out of the right hand of him that sat upon the throne. And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and the four and twenty elders fell down before the lamb, Having every one of them harps and golden vials full of odors, which are the prayers of the saints.

[21:41] And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book and to open the seals thereof, For thou wast slain and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred and tongue and people and nation, And hast made us unto our God kings and priests, and we shall reign on the earth.

[22:04] Verse 11. And I beheld and I heard the voice of many angels around about the throne and the beasts and the elders, And the number of them was ten thousand times thousand and thousands of thousands.

[22:18] It's innumerable. It's innumerable. Saying, With a loud voice, Worthy is the lamb that was slain to receive power and riches and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and blessing.

[22:31] And every creature which is in heaven and on earth and under the earth and such as are in the sea and all that are in them, Heard I saying, Blessing and honor and glory and power be unto him that sitteth upon the throne and unto the lamb forever and ever.

[22:49] And the four beasts said, Amen. And the four and twenty elders fell down and worshipped him that liveth forever and ever. What an amazing scene in heaven where there's this book that has seven seals on it.

[23:06] And John weeps because they all through history and time look for a man that would be someone that would be worthy to even it says not even worthy to look at the book.

[23:20] And it has seven seals on it and and no one could be found worthy. But all of a sudden it's found that that the lamb that was slain was is worthy to pick up the book and to open the seals of the book.

[23:36] That's amen. God is worthy. Jesus is worthy. He was the lamb that was slain. And he he is he was he's the worthy lamb of God. And he's worthy to pick up the book and to open the seals.

[23:50] And that's what we get to find out and see. Amen. So for our notes for chapter five. It's the lamb that redeemed humanity.

[24:01] The lamb of God redeemed humanity. Only the lamb that was slain is worthy to open the seals of the book. And when God did his work through the man Christ Jesus and that lamb was slain and was worthy to open the book.

[24:21] All of heaven erupts and worship that the lamb is worthy. The lamb is worthy. The worthy lamb is, of course, Jesus.

[24:32] He was the the man Christ Jesus. Jesus, the flesh was the lamb of God. And he was a sacrifice for us for our sins. He was sinless and he was unjustly killed.

[24:46] But it was to be he was our redeemer. And in that act being obedient to the cross, he was he became obviously glorified.

[24:59] And that flesh became glorified. He's the firstborn of the dead. And he is the lamb that's worthy to open the book with the seven seals.

[25:09] So the seven spirits are the perfect sevenfold ministry of the Holy Ghost. Burning as seven lamps. It's because it mentioned the seven spirits again.

[25:22] Burning the seven lamps before the throne and going forth as the seven eyes of the lamb through the seven churches, which in the sevenfold witness set forth the whole church of God on earth.

[25:33] Okay, that's that's how I explain what it's saying is basically it's when it talks about the lamb with seven horns and and and seven eyes.

[25:48] It's the seven spirits of God. And it's talking about the Holy Ghost that works through. Because it was after Jesus was crucified that we were and rose again that we were able to get the Holy Ghost.

[26:00] And since then, that spirit has been working in the world through the church. Amen. And we're moving on to the four horsemen, winds or spirits.

[26:13] So we're taking a diversion here real quick to because when we we just finished Revelation chapter five and we're about to get into Revelation chapter six.

[26:23] And it opens up with where we get to see the lamb that was worthy. He begins to open the seals of the book. And the first four seals.

[26:35] I need to set a foundation to be able to explain that to you. OK, so I want to take a little diversion out of Revelation. We're going to go back to Daniel. We've read this before. Daniel chapter seven.

[26:47] Verse two and three. And then we're going to hit verse 17. OK, verse two. Daniel spake and said, I saw in my vision by night and behold, the four winds of the heaven strove upon the great sea.

[27:04] And four great beasts came up from the sea. The verse one from another. These great beasts, which are four, are four kings, which shall arise out of the earth.

[27:17] OK, and so for our notes for Daniel's chapter seven, verse two through three and 17 is there are four winds that strive and fight for all of humanity.

[27:29] OK, there's four winds that strive and fight for all of humanity. And the four winds are all different from each other. The Bible says that they're they're diverse one from another means they're all different.

[27:41] These four different winds. They're vastly different from each other. And they're striving. Fighting for. Humanity.

[27:53] And that the four winds are like kings. The Bible says that there are four kings which shall arise out of the earth. So four winds are like kings and that they rule the earth.

[28:05] These are four winds that are completely different from one another. And they're striving for humanity. They're fighting for humanity.

[28:16] And they they do rule. They are kings. OK, these are four major powers. I want to direct your attention to Zechariah chapter six.

[28:29] Verses one through eight. And I turned and lifted up mine eyes and looked and behold, there came four chariots out from between two mountains.

[28:40] And the mountains were mounds of brass. And in the first chariot were red horses. And in the second chariot, black horses. And in the third chariot, white horses. And the fourth chariot, grizzled and bay horses.

[28:54] Then I answered and said unto the angel that talked with me, what are these, my Lord? And the angel answered and said unto me, these are the four spirits of the heavens which go forth from standing before the Lord of all the earth.

[29:09] OK. So here's our notes for Zechariah. Six, one through five. There's four spirits that go forth over the earth.

[29:23] They're represented as horses. There's a white horse, a red horse, a black horse and a green horse. Grizzled and bay is not a color. When you research that, it's green.

[29:36] OK, so there's. We're seeing the similarities here. Daniel's prophecy, the four winds that are striving for humanity all over the earth. Zechariah, the Lord reveals a vision of four spirits.

[29:51] Zechariah, the Lord, with horses. Yeah. That go over the earth. And now with that context and foundation, there's so much more we can go into that, but we're not going to do that.

[30:06] Yeah. So. We're going to start looking now in chapter six of Revelation. We'll go back to Revelation chapter six.

[30:17] And so I just want to say that, you know, we understand that the timing of the seals. So what was it that made. Jesus, the lamb of God that was slain.

[30:30] What was it that made him worthy to open the seals on the book? It was the fact that he was obedient to the cross, willing to die. For our sins.

[30:41] It made him worthy to be able to open the book. No man, no nowhere at no time was found worthy to open that book with the seven seals. But then all of a sudden, Jesus is worthy because he was that lamb that was a sacrifice for us.

[30:57] OK. And so we understand that the timing of the seals of the book as being opened by Jesus is after he has already been our sacrifice. Our sacrifice. OK. So this is this happened 2000 years ago.

[31:10] And the lamb was already slain. And that that's when that is what made him worthy to open the seals of the book. OK. So when we see these seals start to be opened, we know that this is after Jesus has been crucified, resurrected, glorified.

[31:29] OK. That these seals would be opened. All right. Revelation chapter six, verse one through two. And I saw when the lamb opened one of the seals and I heard, as it were, the noise of thunder of the four beasts saying, come and see.

[31:45] And I saw and behold, a white horse and he that sat on him had a bow and a crown was given unto him. And he went forth conquering and to conquer.

[31:56] OK. So we the first seal is. A white horse with. Someone sitting on it with with a bow and a crown was given unto him and he went forth conquering to conquer.

[32:13] OK, so the first wind, the first spirit or the first seal is one of those horsemen. Or spirits. OK. And so the first seal, the notes is the white horse rider is a false Christ, because when you read later on when Jesus returns, it's like he's he's returning on a on a white horse.

[32:33] OK, so this is an this is an antichrist figure. This is this white horse rider is a false Christ. OK. OK. And there's key differences.

[32:47] Christ is coming back with a sword. A two edged sword. Here he has a this false Christ has a bow. OK. But he goes forth conquering.

[32:59] And now we've already studied the. The great harlot of the Bible, the horror. Church, the false teachings of Trinity and all of that.

[33:14] And the iron and clay feet. And this is right in there with that. OK, so remember, these are four powers that we're going to see that are striving for domination or ruling over the earth.

[33:27] OK. And so the the immediately after the. Crucifixion, resurrection of Jesus Christ, what it was during the Roman Empire, as we we learned before.

[33:40] And the next great power that comes into play is is from the Roman Empire, from the Caesars, ended up being the Holy Roman Empire. Today's Roman, which is today's Roman Catholic Church is the root of that.

[33:54] The root of the Roman Catholic Church today is the that Holy Roman Empire, which was the Roman Empire, which is the iron and clay feet. OK. And the pope is considered Christ's representative on earth.

[34:07] That's what they believe that that to the point that the pope can change scripture. OK. We believe that. But that's that's what they believe, that the pope is literally Christ's representative on the earth.

[34:22] And so the the. The first seal, the white horse is a false Christ. It's not just the Roman Catholic Church, but or I guess it could be Catholicism.

[34:36] But it's that. Remember, Catholicism, the Roman Catholic Church is the first. Church that that's. It's a mother of harlots is what we studied a couple of weeks ago.

[34:49] All the false doctrine, all the Trinitarian doctrine comes from that. It was rooted and hatched in the pits of hell, a false doctrine that leads millions of people to a hell's death, thinking that they're saved, thinking that there's a Trinity.

[35:05] And they die, thinking that they're saved and they're not. And so it's the worst thing in the in the in the earth today, I believe, is the the false doctrine of the Roman Catholic Church.

[35:17] OK. And there's great power, as we've learned about before with the Roman Catholic Church and the pope. And this is one of the great powers of the world.

[35:28] The Vatican City has annual income of three trillion dollars. There's most countries don't compete with that. There's Catholics in every country and high in the hierarchies of every country is represented by.

[35:46] Catholics, we have them in our White House. They're all over the world in powerful, prominent positions. And he was given the pope was given a crown. It's called the triple tiara.

[35:58] There's three tiaras and one crown. And it they don't wear it no more. They keep it in a glass case. I forget exactly which pope broke the tradition of wearing it.

[36:08] But the pope was the in the day. OK. And of the iron and clay feet, which where we're at right now, when it was transitioning from the Roman Empire to the Roman Holy Empire, the Holy Roman Empire.

[36:22] The pope, they had so much power that he would be the one that crowns kings. Other kings of other nations. He was the one that would crown them.

[36:33] He was the king of kings. OK. This is a direct against who Jesus is, who God is. Jesus is the king of kings.

[36:44] OK. But the pope tries to take the place of Jesus. And he they think he's the king of kings and can crown kings. OK.

[36:54] So this is this white horse is the first seal is the rise in power of the Roman Catholic Church. Catholicism. OK. Let's look at the second seal.

[37:07] Revelation chapter six, verse three through four. And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast say, come and see. And there went out another horse that was red and power was given to him that sat there on to take peace from the earth and that they should kill one another.

[37:27] Underline take peace from the earth. Underline that they should kill one another. And there was given unto him a great sword. The second seal notes is.

[37:41] Communism is a world is that world power. Communism is responsible for taking away peace and they kill each other. They kill their own people, Lenin, Stalin, Mao from China.

[37:55] Fifty million murders. Just it's just it's crazy how much killing has happened with communism. And the Bible says this is thousands over over two thousand years ago.

[38:12] There's a prophecy that of these. Seals that would come to place these powers that would come into place the end time powers that would be ruling the earth. OK.

[38:23] Catholicism. And now we see communism. It's a red horse. Red is the color of communism and socialism. Every communist country has a red flag.

[38:36] North Korea, Vietnam, Russia, China, socialism. All is represented by the color red. How is it not amazing that John saw this in a vision two thousand years ago before there ever was such thing as communism or socialism?

[38:56] It's amazing. OK. And it's one of the four major global powers today. OK. So that's and it came.

[39:07] It's come into existence since the Holy Roman Empire. OK. So this is the seals are being revealed to us in order.

[39:19] In chronological order. OK. And let's look at the third seal. The third seal is from Revelations chapter six, verse five through six. And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, come and see.

[39:35] And I beheld and low a black horse. And he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand like scales. And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, a measure of wheat for a penny and three measures of barley for a penny.

[39:53] And see, thou hurt not the oil and the wine. OK. This has to do. This is very unique. Wording that John's hearing in heaven and seeing as he's in the spirit on the Lord's day.

[40:08] But then times as the seals are being revealed. Very unique wording. It has to do with economy. And the description, it sounds like a commodities report or a stock market exchange or something.

[40:21] OK. And so capitalism is the black horse spirit and power. That has come on the scene even since and after communism.

[40:34] OK. Capitalism is a major power. It's a Western power. The United States is a capitalist country. Donald Trump is the epitome of capitalism.

[40:47] OK. And black is the color of capitalism. We even have a Black Friday, folks. Do you know why it's called Black Friday? It's because it's the first day of the year most businesses go into the black.

[41:02] Before that, up to that point, they've lost money for the year. It's usually around Thanksgiving time, right before Christmas, when all most retail businesses go into the black for the first time.

[41:14] And that's where they start making their money ahead for Christmas and the Christmas season. It's all about retail. It's all about money. OK. Black is the color of capitalism.

[41:26] OK. Big businesses. Big pharma. Big ag. All these big businesses. All these big companies.

[41:37] And it's all about capitalism. Money. It is a spirit. OK. Now let's look at the fourth seal. Sound in Revelation chapter 6, verse 7 through 8.

[41:48] Chapter 6, verse 7. And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, come and see. And I looked and behold, a pale horse.

[41:59] And his name that sat on him was death. And hell followed him. And power was given unto him over a fourth part of the earth to kill with sword and with hunger and with death and with beasts of the earth.

[42:14] OK. OK. And so for your notes, I put in the first one for you because it's a big note. And it's these descriptions from scriptures are the fourth chariot that we talked about.

[42:28] It was grizzled and bay. Had bay grizzled and bay horses. This seal has a pale horse, which is translated from the Greek word chloros. OK. This is where we get the root word chlorophyll.

[42:40] It's what makes grass green. It's what makes plants green. OK. All other interpretations where this word chloros is found in the Greek has to do with the green grass.

[42:51] Or there's three other, at least three other places in scripture and even in Revelation that this word, same exact word is used and translated green. So it's very easy to find.

[43:02] Obviously, a pale is not a color. Grizzled and bay is not a color. But it's a green horse. And this also has unique language in it.

[43:16] And one-fourth of the world. Islam right now represents one-fourth of the world, a quarter of the world. And the color of Islam is green. And they value death over life.

[43:28] We don't value death over life. We, you know, we, we, we, our society, our Western society. We want to live.

[43:39] Right. But Islam is one that they value death, actually. OK. And green is the color all over the world of Islam.

[43:50] OK. And on their flags, you're always going to see an AK-47 or swords. Because they worship death.

[44:02] OK. And as the scripture said, a pale horse on his name sat was death. And hell followed him. Power is given him over the fourth part of the earth to kill with sword and with hunger and with death.

[44:13] OK. OK. So here's here's the four horsemen, the four winds, the four spirits, the force, the first four seals that as Jesus is opening the seals, revealing to us the powers of the world and the end times.

[44:30] We have Catholicism and that false doctrine spirit. And counter to that, we have. So if you look at it, we have two religious spirits and two social spirits.

[44:47] OK. Or economical, political spirits. You have Catholicism and Islam. And you have communism and capitalism. And about 92 percent of the world's population fall into these four categories right now today.

[45:05] When you put all this together, this is the world. Either you're under political capitalism or socialism and communism.

[45:17] Or you're under some false form of Christianity. Christianity or Islam. OK. This makes up 92 percent or more of the world today.

[45:29] These are the four powers, the four winds that patrol the earth and strive for men. They're striving for humanity.

[45:41] And they're giving crowns as rulers. Capitalism rules. Islam rules. Communism rules. Catholicism is ruling.

[45:52] OK. Now, let's look at the fifth seal. The fifth seal is found in Revelation 6, verse 9 through 11. And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God and for the testimony which they held.

[46:08] And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth? And the white robes were given unto them.

[46:20] And it was said unto them that they should rest yet for a little season until their fellow servants also and their brethren that should be killed as they were should be fulfilled.

[46:33] OK. OK. So that's that's that's the revealing of the seventh seal. It's the martyrdom of the saints of all ages, really. But specifically, we're talking about the end times.

[46:46] This would be the tribulation that's coming. And Jesus's name, Christians that reject the new world order, that would reject whatever image that remember the beast and the image creates the pope's going to create a image of the beast.

[47:04] And we're going to have to worship it.

[47:34] And the sun became black as sackcloth of hair and the moon became as blood and the stars of heaven fell onto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs when she is shaken of a mighty wind.

[47:48] And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together and every mountain and island were moved out of their places. And the kings of the earth and the great men and the rich men and the chief captains and the mighty men and every bondman and every free man hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains and set unto the mountains and rocks fall on us and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne and from the wrath of the lamb.

[48:18] For the great day of his wrath is come and who shall be able to stand? And so notes for the sixth seal is that this is going to be during the tribulation and God's going to unleash his wrath upon the earth.

[48:37] And this is also the time when the 144,000 are going to be sealed that we learned about last week. The 144,000, the 12,000 from the 12 tribes of Israel will be sealed.

[48:55] There's going to be a Holy Ghost revival in Israel. And 12,000 from every tribe are going to be sealed with the Holy Ghost during these last days during the tribulation.

[49:10] This is the same time, you know, the sixth seal. There's going to be a lot of stuff going on, a lot of bad stuff. The world's going to be in an uproar. It's going to be a bad deal. And so then Revelation chapter 7 all speaks of the 144,000, which we learned about last week.

[49:28] And also the second half of chapter 7 speaks of us Christians that are sealed. So when we die, we're going to be given white robes and crowns.

[49:44] So let's jump to verse. So this is kind of John takes a detour in chapter 7 and talks about the 144,000 that are sealed and then the church that's sealed.

[49:58] But then the seventh seal picks up in Revelation chapter 8. So let's look at the last and seventh seal. Revelation chapter 8 verse 1. And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven about the space of half an hour.

[50:11] And I saw the seven angels which stood before God, and to them were given seven trumpets. And another angel came and stood at the altar, having a golden censer.

[50:23] And there was given unto him much incense, that he should offer it with the prayers of all the saints upon the golden altar which was before the throne. And the smoke of the incense which came with the prayers of the saints ascended up before God out of the angel's hand.

[50:40] And the angel took the censer and filled it with fire of the altar and cast it into the earth. And there were voices and thunderings and lightnings and earthquakes.

[50:50] And the seven angels which had the seven trumpets prepared themselves to sound. Okay? So your notes for the seventh seal is that you've got to remember the four beasts are around the throne saying what for all of time?

[51:08] Holy, holy, holy, right? And who's worthy to open the book? And the lamb is worthy. And they're just crying holy, holy, holy.

[51:19] And the 24 elders are casting down their crowns and worshiping the lamb. And all this worship and praise is always constantly going on around the throne in heaven.

[51:31] And then the seventh and final seal is about to be opened on this book. And then all of a sudden there's silence. These angels that have been crying holy, holy, holy for thousands of years nonstop around the throne.

[51:48] Everything goes silent for the Bible says a space of a half hour as that seventh seal is being opened. And this is where the seven trumpets are introduced.

[52:02] The seventh seal reveals the final judgments of God on the earth. So next week we're going to learn about the seven trumpets and the seven vials of God's wrath.

[52:17] Let's pray. Lord Jesus, I thank you for your word. Amen.
