[0:00] Amen. That's good to be in the house of the Lord today, isn't it? Has that got you charged up and ready to sing, Tori?
[0:14] Not that charged yet. How about it, Amy? Huh? Still getting over the last time?
[0:30] Well, I'm glad I belong to a Bible-believing church. Amen. Thank you, sir. It's good today to have Robert Stone back with us.
[0:45] He's been gone for, I thought it was about 10, he said about 8 years that he's been gone. It's good to have you home, brother. We haven't changed.
[0:56] Amen. Amen. Still the same thing. I haven't changed a bit. Maybe he got a better looking. But then I doubt it.
[1:09] It's good to see Mrs. Wilson back in church. Amen. And good to see the folks from North Carolina. I'm with Mr. Gendler. I got to count up.
[1:21] Say it again. I got the Lord's ability to revive. I feel it. And you feel it. And you know it. You know it. That's now.
[1:32] All right, buddy. Amen. Racket chain binder. Yes, sir. All right. There's something in here to preach.
[1:43] If I can find it. Amen. Oh, here it is. Didn't have to turn, but a few pages. If you'll just read it, it'll jump out there to you.
[1:56] Are y'all doing well? Yes. You ready to be preached to? Yes. I'm still mad. Amen. I'll try to hold it down. I am on television, so I'll try to hold it down.
[2:07] But we'll just preach and we'll see how it goes from there. Exodus chapter 33. Exodus chapter 33.
[2:20] I want to preach on this subject today. Outside the camp. Outside the camp. That is outside the established church.
[2:36] The established political environment. The established morality of the day. Outside the camp.
[2:47] Exodus chapter 33. Verse 4. And when the people heard these evil tidings, they mourned. And no man did put on his ornaments.
[3:00] For the Lord had said unto Moses, Say unto the children of Israel, Ye are a stiff-necked people. I will come up into the midst of thee in a moment and consume thee.
[3:11] What a threat. Therefore now put off thine ornaments from thee, that I may know what to do unto thee.
[3:22] And the children of Israel stripped themselves of their ornaments, by the Mount Horde. And Moses took the tabernacle and pitched it without the camp.
[3:34] Notice that. The camp wasn't worthy to have the tabernacle. Moses pitched it without the camp. Far off from the camp.
[3:46] And called it the tabernacle of the congregation. And it came to pass that everyone which sought the Lord went out unto the tabernacle of the congregation, which was, again, without the camp.
[4:01] And it came to pass when Moses went out unto the tabernacle, that all the people rose up and stood every man at his tent door and looked after Moses until he was gone into the tabernacle.
[4:15] And it came to pass as Moses entered into the tabernacle, the cloudy pillar descended and stood at the door of the tabernacle, and the Lord talked with Moses.
[4:27] And all the people saw the cloudy pillar stand at the tabernacle door, and all the people rose up and worshipped every man in his tent door.
[4:37] Let's pray together. Heavenly Father, today, I thank you, God, for the privilege to pray. I thank you, Lord, that we are still allowed to pray. I do not know how long we'll be allowed to pray openly, but, Father, they'll never stop us from praying.
[4:55] Lord, we thank you that you're able to lock lions' mouths. You're able to quench the violence of fire, cause people's dead to be raised again.
[5:06] You're able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we're able to ask or think. And so, Lord, I pray your protection today. I pray, God, for your people, their safety, revival to come.
[5:20] Help us, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen. Now, I want to set this just before you for you to think about. When idolatry is enthroned in a society, of whenever idolatry is enthroned in a church or a state or a nation or a denomination, it is the responsibility of God's people to come outside the established bounds.
[5:57] Bible-believing Baptists are well aware of that. Amen. Amen. They say the fundamentalist movement started with a man named J. Frank Norris down in Texas back in the 20s and 30s.
[6:12] But Baptists have been the target since the beginning of the church. Amen. Amen. Amen. Trace our heritage not to Texas or not to some man, but we can trace our heritage to the upper room.
[6:28] Amen. Whenever the Lord Jesus breathed on those disciples and said, Receive ye the Holy God. Amen. Now, the Protestants can trace theirs to the Reformation.
[6:39] Amen. The Catholics can trace theirs to Constantine. Amen. But I'm glad tonight that I can trace mine to Jerusalem. Amen. Amen. And when Jesus breathed on the disciples and said, Receive ye the Holy Ghost.
[6:54] We is there when it happened. Amen. Amen. I'm the man what rode the mule around the world. I was there when it happened. Amen. Baptist people were there at the start.
[7:06] Amen. And they'll be here at the end. Amen. Amen. Amen. Now, God calls true worshipers out of the system that is set up in this world.
[7:17] But actually, God set up the nation of Israel. And because of their idolatry, He called His children out and had Moses to set that tabernacle up outside the camp.
[7:36] Israel is the first and only liberation theology. Amen. It lived and died with the liberation of Israel.
[7:47] Amen. And whenever you hear a people preaching about liberation politically today, you can mark it down. There are a bunch of blind guides leading blind guides.
[7:58] And everybody involved is going into this. Amen. People who preach it today are setting themselves up for destruction. People who follow it today are blind leading the blind, resting and stealing the scriptures, lying about God's scripture, blaspheming the word of God.
[8:15] And that goes for everybody that's involved with liberation theology. Amen. Who are you talking about? I'm talking about Jeremiah Wright. And I'm talking about Martin Luther King.
[8:26] Amen. And I'm talking about the president, Osama, or whatever his name is. Yeah. Amen. Everybody that's involved in liberation theology is asking for the judgment of God.
[8:38] Amen. It's a good thing. It's a good thing that I have a care for my church or I'd bust open. We got a hero day for Martin Luther King.
[8:50] Amen. Amen. He's not no hero. Mark that down. Amen. As far as his theology, he'd make Joel Osteen look like a fundamental baby. Amen. As far as his morality, he was a fornicating womanizer that had girls with him the night before he was assassinated in Memphis.
[9:10] Amen. Amen. As far as him politically, he was a communist. He never was an American. Amen. Amen. The only good thing about that day is it's Stonewall Jackson's birthday.
[9:23] So I can celebrate it. Amen. Amen. All right. I'll back off of that. But what I'm saying is the providence has got something to do with folks.
[9:35] It was the will of the people, they said. It was the will of the people to set O.J. Simpson free. But providence had something to say about that.
[9:46] Amen. And it's not over yet. God's not weighed in on the issue yet. Now God set up Israel. And yet because of their sins, he called the righteous people out of Israel and said, Come out from among them and come out here to the tabernacle that I've set up.
[10:07] He gave orders to abandon the camp and come outside because of its apostasy. Are you ready to do that? Are you ready to do that today?
[10:19] Now we need to be sure that we're on the Lord's side. The prophet said famine's coming. And until we get a clear lead in from God, I'm not aiming to take no Mayflower and sail nowhere.
[10:33] Until we get some kind of a clear lead in from God. I'll just go ahead and stick with America even if it is sinking. But what I'm saying is whenever Napoleon captured that English army and he pulled a little drummer boy in front of him.
[10:52] And he said, I want you to play retreat. And the little boy looked at him and he said, they never did teach it. I don't know how. So if you think that your preacher is going to back up for the next four years, you've got another thing coming.
[11:10] I haven't learned that song yet. Don't know how to play. I'm reminded that America was founded for the propagation of the gospel.
[11:24] That's what they said. And it was ruled for years to be a Christian nation where God was honored and where prayer was everywhere. And we acknowledged that God was sovereign over everything.
[11:39] And this bunch of infidels that we've allowed to come in our government, amen, and throw God out of everything. No wonder we're having the problems we're having. Did you ever study about King James?
[11:52] The man we reverence for the Bible heritage. He was King James VI of Scotland. King James I of England. His family was messed up more than a Campbell's Creek family.
[12:03] Everybody was kin to everybody. Amen. His daughters, cousins, uncles, aunts marrying each other. But anyway, he winds up the King of England. And he authorizes the translation we have.
[12:17] But just before he did that, there was a group of Puritans that came to him and said, we need some help with our Bible. He said, I'll harry you out of the land. If you think a preacher is going to run off the king, you've got another thing coming.
[12:31] So I'm not planning on trying to run out the king. And I'm not planning on trying to get harried out of the land. But I'll tell you one thing. As the corruption sets in, brother, we've got to do something.
[12:44] They went off to Holland, didn't they? And looked around at all of the heathen in Holland. We think of this here homeschooling idea, trying to protect our children. We think this is a new thing.
[12:55] But it's not new at all. When they looked around and saw all the corruption there, they said, we've got to go somewhere. And they got this ship, we're going to call it, just to shorten the story, we're going to call it the Mayflower.
[13:06] And they set out to set a nation on a hill that would be a light to everybody in the world. No further back in history than Ronald Reagan.
[13:18] Didn't he claim that America was still a city on a hill? Huh. Now, I'm no advocate of moving as they did in the first place.
[13:29] We ain't got no place to go. I mean, where could we go? Antarctica or somewhere? We don't have a place to go. But, and you know, you don't need to be splitting off everything anyway.
[13:44] We got too many Baptist churches that are splits off of other churches. I mean, every time they have a problem with the tabernacle, one of them grabs them a board or two in a socket and runs over here and sets up another tabernacle somewhere.
[14:00] You ought to check church history on that. If you're thinking about a new doctrine, every doctrine conceivable has already been preached. From origins of Arianism to Jim Jones' Kool-Aid.
[14:13] They've all already been preached. Now, we withdraw without orders to withdraw. That's a coward.
[14:26] Right? Amen. I remember a battle that I was reading about in history that said a soldier saw that they were losing the battle and he pulled down the flag.
[14:38] His commander come over and said, who authorized pulling down that flag? And he said, I did. And he cut his head off. He said, you don't pull down a flag until you get orders to pull down a flag.
[14:51] All right. So we need to think about that. We need to think about what I'm saying here tonight. I'm going to hang with America. Amen. You know what I think?
[15:01] I think we can survive a bad president. What we can't survive is a bad preacher. Amen. Yeah. Amen. Amen.
[15:12] Tim told me the other night. He said, I know God will take care of me, but will he keep me at the same comfort level that I am now? Amen, Tim.
[15:25] I think that's the way we all feel, isn't it? We're persuaded God's able to take care of me, but will he allow me to keep my Rolls Royce? Now, here's the grapevine.
[15:40] Now, this is just the grapevine. I'm not an authority on this. They tell me that in 2007, they were minting what we call Ameros. Have you ever heard of this?
[15:50] This is the coin that's supposed to replace your dollar whenever the dollar goes belly up. Now, pushed by illegals and welfare-riding lazy people for government assistance and the fight of an unwinnable war that cost trillions of dollars over in Iraq and bailing out them rich dogs up there on Wall Street.
[16:15] And America has borrowed trillions and trillions of dollars from, who else? China. And eventually, we'll max out our credit card. And when we max out our credit card and we can't pay, they'll come up with something.
[16:29] What I heard, it was that Amero. And your dollar was going to be worth about two cents. They give you two cents worth of Maros.
[16:40] That's good in Canada and good in America and good in Mexico. Man, that's a big step. I'm not prophesying that's coming soon.
[16:51] But I'm not prophesying it couldn't come soon either. I'll get off. I don't even like that subject. I don't like that. Let me preach. God instructed Moses to move out of that worthless camp.
[17:05] In 2 Peter chapter 3 and verse 9, the Bible says that God is not willing that any should perish. And one thing that I appreciate about God is that He is long-suffering.
[17:17] He's long-suffering with people. He's long-suffering with churches. He's long-suffering with nations. I appreciate. And God's tolerance of my failures convinces me that if there is the slightest possibility that repentance will happen, He'll spare us.
[17:35] Amen. Amen. That's right. Amen. Ever read how His glory lingered over Jerusalem before He parted? You see, He left Jerusalem long before the Lord Jesus showed up.
[17:47] The glory cloud came out of the temple and went over yonder and stayed on the Mount of Olives for a little while, hovered over the city, and then it went back to the glory land.
[17:59] I read in Ezekiel chapter 7 verse 19 that about that time they were throwing their money in the street because it was worthless. No satisfaction found. No satisfaction found. No satisfaction found to a soul.
[18:13] Amen. No satisfaction found to anybody anywhere until they find satisfaction in Jesus Christ. I don't know whether you know it or not, but material possessions will not make you happy.
[18:29] Amen. I mean, happiness is not found in Hollywood stars or fancy cars or strip bars or trips to Mars.
[18:42] Happiness and contentment is only found in Jesus Christ because in Him we're accepted. Amen. We're accepted by God.
[18:54] And I got a home in the glory land that'll outshine the sun. Amen. Now people want acceptance. They'll do anything to get accepted.
[19:06] We are accepted in the beloved. And you know how, watch this, let me preach here for a little while. You know how we're accepted in the beloved?
[19:17] We're accepted because Psalm 22, 16, He was pierced through His hands and His feet. And people today, being ignorant of God's righteousness, set about to establish their own.
[19:34] And they think by piercing their body, they're going to find acceptance in the world. Acceptance is valued.
[19:45] And if I can just make enough holes in my body, people will think I am somebody. Amen. Amen. I'm going to tell you right now, you look at one preacher that don't need no nose ring.
[19:58] He don't need no ear ring, no tongue ring, no jaw ring, eyebrow ring, belly button ring, bone in my nose, or any other place that they want to pierce their body. I'm already accepted.
[20:12] Somebody was piercing my place. So I would never have to be pierced. Jesus did not want to back off and leave them defenseless.
[20:26] But America said, we don't, you know, I was listening to these folks talking about Hurricane Katrina when it hit. And here's their standard baloney. They said, how could God allow such a thing?
[20:41] You ever hear that argument? How could God allow such a thing? Well, now, let me see if I got this right. Didn't we tell God to get out? Didn't we tell God we don't want you in our country?
[20:55] We don't want you in our school. We don't want you in our places of public. We'd rather you just backed off and left us alone. I want to tell you something, brother.
[21:05] There's more than God at work here. When God backs off, Satan comes in. And if I know what I'm talking about, the devil, if he gets his way, he's a liar and a destroyer and a murderer.
[21:21] And he'll kill every one of us. We'll beg God, please come back. Last time he visited the temple, he wept over Jerusalem.
[21:34] He said, how often would I gather you together as a hen gathers her chicks under her wing and you would not. In the book of Exodus, just before chapter 33 here, they voted a golden calf on the throne.
[21:48] Amen. I think, I'll mention a little bit of politics again. Why does Bush and McCain take the blame for an economic crisis that was started by Franklin Delano Roosevelt and supercharged by Lyndon Baines Johnson and applauded by Bill Clinton and Barney Frank, all four of them Democrats.
[22:15] I know why, because the Republicans is into it up to their teeth just as well as the Democrats are. They all want rid of our country. The Laodicean church doesn't help anything.
[22:30] We're partly to blame. We've shut Jesus outside the church house. Didn't it say, I'm standing at the door and I'm knocking. If any man will hear my voice and open the door, I'll come in.
[22:43] Man, I was listening to the weather forecast and the weather man said just as I was preparing this message on Friday, he said, I don't know what to tell you.
[22:55] We've got a hurricane on one coast and a blizzard on the other. Why did God let this happen? Back off, God.
[23:06] Back out. We don't want you. We don't believe in you. We don't want you. We want to run our own lives. We have got it all under control. And so God just pulls his hand away.
[23:20] Amen. He's a gentleman. He don't come crowding in where he's not wanting. Amen. Nahum chapter 1 verse 3 tells me that the clouds of the wind, the dust of his feet, he has his way in the whirlwind.
[23:33] But if you'll read in the book of Job chapter 1 verse 19, whenever God took his hand off, it's whenever the wind come and blowed houses down. Amen. Here's what it's called in the Bible.
[23:49] Sowing and reaping. Amen. That's what it's called. Amen. We don't believe it. We don't believe it. Amen. We think we can sow rotten eggs and get tomatoes.
[23:59] Come on. Amen. Amen. Revelation chapter 16 and verse 6, the Bible said God gave them blood to drink because they was worthy. Amen.
[24:10] Amen. They shed the blood of the prophets and they're worthy to drink the blood. Now, I'll try to give you a little help here.
[24:22] Look in chapter 33 and look at verse 13. When Moses went outside that camp, he said there, talking to God in verse 13, Now therefore I pray thee, if I have found grace in thy sight, show me now thy way, that I may know thee, and I may find grace in thy sight, and consider that this nation is thy people.
[24:52] Now, what I want to do is a little bit of sentence diagram here. He said, If I have, already past tense, if I have found grace, then you show me present tense, now your way, so that future tense, I may find grace in thy sight.
[25:20] Do you see what I've said there? God, if I have already found grace in your sight, if you're willing to forgive me of my sins, show me what I might do right now, that I might have grace in the future.
[25:37] Hallelujah. Man, that's good preaching. I wish I knew how to preach that. Verse 14, God present said, I'll go with you, Moses.
[25:48] It went with him. And Moses, whenever he came down from the mountain, you'll remember, his face shone, because the presence of God was with him.
[25:59] But here's what I want you to see. His face shone, so that the children of Israel couldn't look on him. They had to take a veil, and put over his face, because the glory was so much, that it put their eyes out, if you will.
[26:15] But the apostle Paul said, in the New Testament, he said, hey, we're not looking at the face of Moses. We're looking at the face of Jesus, and we can behold it.
[26:29] And the face of Moses and the law, it drove people away. But the face of Jesus, it draws people in, and says, come unto me, all you that labor, and are heavy laden, and I'll give you rest.
[26:42] And with open face, as beholden in a glass, we're changed from glory to glory. So he says, come out from them, and come to the tabernacle, that God pitched to not man.
[26:59] Now I want to say this, and I found this to be true, and if you try it, you'll find it's true, that whenever, whenever you get in Christ, and you really buckle down to it, Christ will get in you.
[27:17] Amen. I've used this illustration before. You can take a horseshoe, or a piece of iron, and you can put it in the fire, and you leave that horseshoe in the fire, and directly the fire will get in that horseshoe.
[27:35] You understand what I'm talking about? That man will begin to glow. It will begin to shine like the face of Moses, and it's malleable, and workable, because it's built in the fire, thank God.
[27:50] I think the only hope for us, is for us to go to the fire, for God can never be able to use this country again. I'm just praying that God would be merciful for us.
[28:04] I don't like a fire myself. One of the three Hebrew children that said, hey, we're not careful to answer you in this matter. Hey, we're not wanting to come up here, smart you off, but listen, King, though we're not careful to answer you, we're going to answer you, and we're going to tell you this, that God is able to deliver us, but if He doesn't, we are still not going to bow our knees to Baal.
[28:36] Amen. Amen. I want to say that tonight. I want to say that it's possible. I'm not a real prophet, honest. The only way I can prophesy is read you something out of this Bible.
[28:49] I mean, I'm not one of those who comes along and knocks you on the head and says, Philip, tomorrow you're going to eat peaches. I can't do that. He might eat peaches. He might not.
[29:01] And so for me to make a liar out of myself, all I've got to say is he's definitely going to eat peaches. Pizzas or peaches? Which am I preaching? I'm preaching pizzas or I'm preaching peaches.
[29:17] So I'm not claiming to be a prophet. I'm not setting no date. I don't know when any of this stuff might happen. But I'm just simply saying it's a very good possibility because our nation has turned their back on God.
[29:31] Because we've kicked Him out of everywhere we can kick Him out. It would not surprise me if hard times didn't come. Are you ready?
[29:42] Where would I go, preacher? I'm glad you asked. How about coming out from the establishment and coming over there to the tabernacle where people worship God and where people still believe God's on the throne, still rules in the affairs of men, still governs everything in this life.
[30:02] And if we're on the Lord's side, we're on the winning team. Amen. I said this in the school the other night. You ever wonder how come you go over to Babylon and all you see is buildings that used to be?
[30:17] You go down to Egypt and all you see is pyramids that used to be something. You go down to the Aztecs and all you've got is buildings that used to be. The Amalians, Amalians there in Mexico, all you've got are buildings that used to be.
[30:33] What happened to them people? Psalm chapter 9, in verse 7, the wicked will be turned into hell and all nations that forget God. People are gone.
[30:45] Amen. I'd hate to think that America that started out as a Christian nation, I'd hate to think she was wiped off of the pages.
[30:56] Just before the rapture. But you know why? Because I read through the Bible. I can't find America in the tribulation. I don't know what happened to her.
[31:08] Amen. They said, Well, if she'd be free in Israel, she'd be there. I don't even know what we're going to do that. Oh, listen. But I do know this. If we'll come outside the camp, if we'll not be worried about being accepted by everybody, the politically correct, the environmentally green people, if we don't worry about being accepted by them seatbelt wearing, going to protect you if it costs you your life.
[31:39] Am I telling it right? Amen. Amen. If we'll not worry about that politically incorrect crowd that we got down at the state capitol and up at the White House, I'm telling you, the White House can't hurt us, the State House can't hurt us, but the church house can hurt us whenever we get a bunch of liberal compromising preachers in here.
[32:04] Amen. God helped me to keep on preaching. I ain't got much longer, but God helped me ever how much longer I got to keep on preaching. Thank you. Let's bow for a prayer.
[32:20] Heads are bowed. Eyes are closed. No one looking around for just a moment.
