But Thou O Lord

[0:00] Welcome. Thank you for choosing to listen to this Spirit-filled word by David Enshree. When you catch a word, you have caught God. May you catch a word today that will cause God to change your story.

[0:13] Be blessed. There's an anointing for turn around in this atmosphere. There is an anointing.

[0:25] If you came here expecting to receive, you shall receive. Sometimes you need a prophet to tell you that what you are dealing with is more than what you can deal with or what you can see.

[0:42] And then one or two instructions. You see, most of us are raised and tuned not to take instructions from anybody.

[0:57] That's how you begin to get destroyed. For want of instructions. How can you fly without an instructor? You need to go and undergo instructions.

[1:12] So in Pylostean schools, they have instructors. You need to go and undergo instructions in order to fly. Other than that, you'll be caught in congestion.

[1:23] But thank God there is helping God for me. He said, many Davidas said there is no helping God for him by their life.

[1:35] He said, but thou, O Lord, as a shield for me, my glory and the lift all over my head. Shout yes. There is helping God.

[1:47] I said, there is helping God for you. There is helping God for you. There is helping God for you. Many Davidas say, uh-huh, there is no help for him in God.

[2:07] Say, but thou, O Lord, come out, shakataia. But thou, O Lord. Someone say, but thou, O Lord. But thou. Say it like he means he said, but thou, O Lord.

[2:22] You remember, you have to say what the word has said. When you are saying, it's not what you are saying. You are releasing power. This is the best thing you can do anytime you see something in the scripture that you think, this sounds like you.

[2:37] Once you release it, it discharges power. It's like the way you pour ink into clear water. When you are watching it, looking at it in the glass, the way the ink begins. As soon as you say, but that you repeat what God's word has said.

[2:50] You introduce, oh. You introduce a different dimension into the equation. Shut my down, O Lord. Shut my down, O Lord. But as you are saying it, guess what?

[3:02] Your mind is on a situation. Preach verse 2 seems to describe. Maybe yours, it has to do with your job. It has to do with your relationship. It has to do with your marriage and people.

[3:14] And even your situations are telling you no one can help you. Oh, but thou, O God. But thou, O Lord. Sometimes you need to look at the situation and say to the situation, But thou, O Lord.

[3:38] But that's why we come to church. These meetings are not for teachings. But this is what I'm doing.

[3:50] It's to help you. By way of teaching you. How it works. So I'm not going to. I'm not. Let's do teachings on 1 Peter, 2 Peter.

[4:01] This meeting is to cry out to the Lord. Pada, O Lord. That's why I don't see why you should come to a meeting like this And behave like everything is okay in your life.

[4:18] Pada, O Lord. You're a shield for me. You are my glory. You are my glory. People may not understand me, but I know you are my glory.

[4:33] Everything seems to be gloomy, but you are my glory. And the lifter up. Of my head.

[4:47] You've tried enough. Your qualifications, your contacts, everything. It's not helping. But thou, O Lord. It's not just a God who governs somewhere.

[5:02] It's a God who is a shield. For you. So whatever is coming. Pada, O Lord. Pada, O Lord.

[5:14] Pada, O Lord. Why have we come to this prayer meeting? Pada, O Lord. Because Pada, O Lord. You are a shield for me.

[5:29] Listen. The reason why David was able to kill Goliath. Is because. Goliath was coming with that sword. And he ran towards Goliath.

[5:40] Why would you do that? Because. He went. Pada, O Lord. As a shield for me. Let your enemy throw his ways.

[5:53] Pada, O Lord. See. So you see. If you have this mentality and understanding. When we say let's pray. You don't behave like somebody who doesn't.

[6:07] Understand what God can do. If you know what God can do. Then you don't struggle to say. Pada, O Lord. Pada, O Lord.

[6:19] Pada, O Lord. That's a shield for me. It's not only a shield to defend. And to. To protect me from the arrows that are coming.

[6:33] It's not only a shield. But. It's my glory. You might be surrounded with gloom. But God is my glory. Watch this.

[6:46] As long as I can come to church. I hear God's word. I can be beholding the glory. I can be beholding the glory. I see you. When Satan cuts you from receiving.

[6:57] The word of God coming to you. Some of you who don't play church. Sometimes you are not in a good mood. I don't understand how a decent. Wise person.

[7:08] Who is a Christian can say. I'm going through so much. You are going through so much. So you withdraw yourself. From the congregation of the saints. He said may the Lord send you help.

[7:18] Out of Zion. When the help starts from the house. Yes. Psalm 20 verse 2. From his sanctuary. He will send you help.

[7:30] And out of Zion. He says that. Send thee help from the sanctuary. And strengthen thee. Now. You say I'm so low. I'm down. So. You withdraw yourself from Zion. Where are you going?

[7:43] When you come to church. You know. Keep this in your mind. But thou. Oh Lord. I have a shield for me.

[7:54] Kabba dabba. My glory. And the. To love my life. When you come to the house of God. Just. What you should look for is.

[8:05] A word from God. Yes. How many of you have been through something before. And sometimes you feel like. You're alone. You're alone. People don't know what you're going through.

[8:19] That's. That's good. That's okay. As long. As long as. You can just. Just get. You know. When you go to a big. Theater. Or something. Or something. Church. And they show you something on the screen.

[8:31] Somebody with. Big. Giri. You know. Sitting in front of you. And. You are in the crowd. You are trying to see. When you come to church. Try and find.

[8:42] To see. God. Just the word. The word is enough. That. If you can locate a word. There will be a lot of things. That will be blocking your view. And blocking. And distracting your attention.

[8:54] But what you are going through. All you need. Is. The woman. Mark chapter 5. She said. Verse 28. If I may just touch. Just.

[9:05] I don't have to hold him. If I may just. I know. I will be healed. Don't be like. Everybody.

[9:15] When you come. Be like. Someone. Who came to touch. But now. Oh Lord. Sometimes.

[9:26] You know. You deserve. What you are going through. Sometimes. You deserve. What you are going through. Because. They told you.

[9:37] They told you. But you know what. God. Guess it. You can go back. Always to go. I say. But. I know.

[9:48] I'm wrong. I know. I deserve it. But. But. But. Oh Lord. Have a shield. For me. If you can just.

[10:01] Try. Find. Find a ray of light. In God's word. Towards God. He says that. I'll look towards Jerusalem. I will look towards. There's a scripture in Psalms also. I think.

[10:12] By the rubric of Babylon. I lift. I look towards Jerusalem. You have to look towards the direction of God. Because. He's the only one. Who can be.

[10:23] A shield for you. Even in your mess. Shield for me. But thou. Oh Lord. Are a shield.

[10:35] For me. You are. My glory. And the. To help of my. What are you going through? What is bothering you?

[10:46] I'm telling you. If we get to know. Some of the things you have done. None of us will understand you. And all of us. Might take a stone and stone you. But in sometimes.

[10:58] Just need to turn to God. Let those who are throwing the stone. Let them throw. I'll keep looking unto God. Say. Ba da. And then. One stone hits you. Don't.

[11:09] Don't be distracted. Just keep your eye. Ba da. Oh Lord. Because someone was hit by the same stone. They fell. By hit your head. But you are still standing. Ba da.

[11:32] There is hope in God for you. That's why we are here. The psalmist said. Many day beaders say. There is no help for you in God. Sela.

[11:43] He said. Just think about it. Pause and think. They are right. It seems like they are right. Ba da. Oh Lord. Because when they look at what is going on in my life.

[11:53] They can tell. There is no help. They can tell. So that's why things are going the way it's going. Look at how old you are. You are still not married. Listen. People will say their own thing.

[12:15] Ba da. You are the shield for me. My glory. And the lift of my hand. Do you know. Because of that. Do you know what I did. That's what I want us to do. This evening. The verse four.

[12:33] You see. Once you identify God to be your shield. You keep your eye on him. You identify him to be your glory. In spite of the gloom.

[12:46] It's your glory. And the lift of your hand. If you identify that. You will cry. And when you cry. With that mindset. He hears you.

[12:58] Out of his holy hill. Thank you. Jesus. Hallelujah. Shout hallelujah. Hallelujah. You know. In Genesis chapter four verse 26.

[13:12] It says that. And from that time. Then men began to call on the name of the Lord. Then men began to call from Genesis.

[13:26] After the first proper son. Righteous son of Adam was murdered. God Adam gave birth to Seth.

[13:36] And said. This has become the replacement for me. Seth gave birth to Enos. And then from that time. Because the enemy is out to terminate your testimony.

[13:51] But he said from that time. God. Watch this. What does that mean? It looks like there's no hope. We are all congested. We are all down in this congestion. And the enemy is having a failed day.

[14:03] Suddenly. God. Makes a way. That whoever will be able to call on my name. Shall be saved. God. Did you see that? Did you see that?

[14:15] Yeah. So it says from Genesis. People started. God. The only way out. Is God. Yes. But because of sin. We have been separated from God.

[14:26] But God made. An access way. Through prayer. To him. So. If they had called on the name of. The guy sacrificed.

[14:37] Okay. In fact. Hebrews chapter. 11. By faith. Abraham. Enoch. Give an. A more. Excellent. Offering. May your offering be classified.

[14:49] As such. This is why. It's not the amen. That's it. It's their works. Alfred. So. He was accepted of God. In fact. God.

[15:22] Because. He had not mastered the game. Calling on the name of Abel. And then. God gave Seth. Instead of.

[15:32] To replace Abel. Seth also had the sign. Said. No. If we don't find this way out. We will all be victims. From that time.

[15:43] And. Men. Began to call. On the name. Of the Lord. Jesus. Why that.

[15:56] That means that it doesn't matter. What has happened. There's always. There's always one chance. God. Blah. Blah. Blah. Blah. Blah. There's always one chance. When you can say.

[16:24] If you don't have a crisis, if you don't have something that is bothering you, if you don't have anything on your heart, just pray. I'll show you to your prayer topic. Pray. Psalm 19 verse 12.

[16:40] Cleanse me from secret faults. Yeah, secret faults. So if you don't have anything to call on, you see some of you are all the two. But now, oh Lord, and God, deliver me from, cleanse me from secret faults.

[17:00] Yeah. We don't know. When we see, we think you are an angel. Yeah. So can you imagine you jam the two together? You are entertaining secret faults.

[17:14] And at the same time, but now, oh Lord. Why? What are you trying to do? Come on. Swift obedience. Swift obedience. Yeah.

[17:27] Obedience. I don't know who I'm talking to, but I came in the volume of the books. You want to pray.

[17:40] You want to pray. Pray. And ask God. Deliver me. First of all, but now, oh Lord. Look at what's going on in my family. Look at what's going on with my health.

[17:53] Look at what's going on with this accommodation situation. Look at what's going on with the papers. But, oh God. Look at what's going on with my ministry.

[18:06] Sometimes we're laughing, but we don't understand what people are going through. What are going through. But God understands. And then the second prayer, you can add both.
