[0:30] When I got born again, for some reason, God made me see this scripture and I latch onto it. And I realize I'm young, but I can also preach. I'm young. I can do what adults do apart from marriage.

[0:44] And when my time comes, I'll marry. You know, I'm young. I can study. I'm young. I can start something. I'm young. I can write songs. I'm young. I can preach. I'm young. I can pastor a church.

[0:56] Yeah. Some of you are great pastors. I'm praying one of them that we will just have KP2 ordination service.

[1:09] We'll appoint ministers and some pastors just for KP2. Don't let anyone despise your youth.

[1:20] But instead, you have to be an example of, you see, an example of believer. When they say example of something, you are a sample of that thing.

[1:36] Okay. So they want to see what a believer is like that. This example. Have you seen a mobile phone before? This is a sample of a mobile phone with paper in the back. A sample.

[1:48] A sample of a pen that has several calles. This is an example of this. A sample. An example of an example. So when you say be an example of believers, that means that you are a sample.

[2:01] When they want to know how believers look like, in what way, be an example of the believers in your word, when you open your mouth, they say, oh, you're a believer.

[2:13] Other believers can tell, oh, I want to talk like the way he talks. I want to talk like the way she talks. Because that's an example of how a believer should talk. Not only that, but in conversation.

[2:26] Maybe in the weeks to come, I'll take one at a time. But in conversation, conversation is not chatting. It's your lifestyle. The way you conduct your life. The kind of things you wear.

[2:39] Yeah. It's your lifestyle. The kind of place you go. The kind of things you drink. Yeah. A lot of your kind of, your hairstyle. Yeah. Your hairstyle tells a lot about what is in your head.

[2:55] What's on your head is a reflection of what is in your head. Don't dress like a footballer. You are not one.

[3:14] You are not Ronaldo, please. You are not one. You are living in a fantasy world. You are not. You are dressing like Jay-Z, but you are so poor. No.

[3:25] No. No. Oh, that's interesting. Yeah. Even when they are going for awards, they dress properly.

[3:36] Yeah. When you want to get a job at Buckingham Palace, the way you dress for the interview will determine whether you get it or not. Yeah. Yeah. You don't work like someone whose waist is allergic to belt.

[3:49] You know, a dog whose leg has been hit by something. You work like this.

[4:00] You are going for an interview like a dog with a broken leg. I'm just saying some things that some of us, we have to start thinking.

[4:11] Because you are no more a child. You are not that child, that boy. Hello. No, no. Even the eagles, birds, they leave their children to move out of the nest.

[4:25] That's right. Other than they can never fly. So, don't let anyone despise you. But in conversation, be an example in word, in conversation, in charity.

[4:39] Charity is love. You know, when a believer is loving. You should be an example of the way a Christian brother can love a sister as a sister.

[4:51] Yes, you are preaching. As a sister. And a Christian sister will love a brother as a Christian brother.

[5:02] Hey! The sisters are more dangerous. Yeah. You have to be an example of how a sister can love a brother. Not romantic love, but just a family, brotherly love.

[5:16] It's called phileo. Brotherly love. A love that has not got sexual connotations. Attached to it.

[5:27] Attached to it. And then when you are in a romantic relationship, getting ready to marry, you also be an example of how believers can love. So, they love without eating the fruit before they have paid for it.

[5:42] Are you getting something? Yeah. So, in love. But now my main message.

[5:55] Okay. In love, in spirit, in faith. That's where I want to teach on faith. But now the time is gone. So, in faith. So, in faith.

[6:06] And purity. Purity is a big one. I don't think we should even touch on it now. It's a very big, big area. Big area.

[6:19] Somebody say, Lord have mercy. Lord have mercy. So, he said, be an example of the believers in faith. You must be a man of faith.

[6:30] You must be a woman of faith. Not a woman of fear. People must see how you are an example of someone who is walking by faith. Because Christianity is faith.

[6:44] Put your confidence in God. Shout, I'm a woman of faith. I'm a woman of faith. Please, if you're a man, don't say I'm a woman of faith. Shout, I'm a woman of faith.

[6:56] I'm a woman of faith. When you walk in town. You must carry yourself like someone who is a believer in God. You have faith in God.

[7:06] That God will help you. That you will not be a victim. That the negative things that are happening in life. It won't touch you. You are protected. You are covered. You will not fail. You will do well. Do you have faith in God?

[7:19] We come to church because we have faith in God. There's no point being religious. You have to just be a man of faith. You have to be a woman of faith. Religion is full of rules.

[7:32] But when you are a man of faith, your faith is in God. And you obey God's word. You work with God. He said, you have to be an example. Don't let anyone despise your youth.

[7:43] When your mom hears bad news and says, oh, we are dead. Tell mom, no. We are not dead. Mom, don't worry. I'm praying. And my God will show up.

[7:54] I'm praying God will turn it around. She will look at you again and say, what has happened to my daughter? My daughter has become a woman of faith. Yes. When everybody is afraid, put your confidence in God's word and speak God's word.

[8:09] You have to be able to tell people, shh, enough, enough. Enough of the crying. It's okay. One day, I was flying from, I think, Lagos somewhere. And they were in the air.

[8:21] And then the pilot announced that one of the engines of the plane has gone off. And the plane started shaking. And he said, and the other one, too, it looks like it's about to go off. People started screaming.

[8:33] And the plane was screaming. Oh, Jesus. He also said, hey, quiet. I'm on this plane and it cannot crash. That's it.

[8:45] And he said, I command a plane to begin to gain altitude. After a few minutes. A man of faith was on board.

[8:57] You are in church so your family can enjoy some supernatural protection. If you don't walk in faith, your loved ones will still be at risk.

[9:10] Yeah. God needs you to be in faith. Because if you are not in faith, you see, if you are not, if you don't walk by faith, you can't enjoy God.

[9:22] So what they are asking you, where is God? If there is God, why are people suffering on earth? Has anyone believed? Romans chapter 1 verse 16 said, I'm not ashamed of the gospel of Christ.

[9:36] For it is the power of God. Oh, so God has God's power. Yes. So where is the power? Oh, I will show you where the power goes. It's the power of God unto salvation. Ah, so God can save.

[9:47] He has power to save anybody. To save anybody from being destroyed, from being blown apart, from being attacked, from dying from all kinds of sickness. God can save. He has the power.

[9:58] So why doesn't he just do it? No, he can't just do it. Because his power is always targeted somewhere. He says, it is the power of God unto salvation.

[10:09] To who? Not to the whole world. No. Not to humanity. But particularly, it's just targeted to those who, to everyone.

[10:20] Now everyone. Once you believe, the power is coming towards you. Ah. Ah. You can't afford not to be a believer. You can't afford not to walk by faith. You can't afford not to walk by faith.

[10:30] You must learn every time you wake up in the morning when you hear bad news or you're, just say, I'm a believer and I believe God. I believe God. I believe God. You are going for interview. Say, I believe God.

[10:41] When you hear, when you hear what you didn't expect and your heart is feeling down, say, I believe God. I believe God. I believe God. It shall be well with me. It shall be well with me. When your dad, when your dad hears bad news from the doctors and the whole family is crying, you have to say, I believe God.

[10:58] I believe God. I believe God. Shout, I believe God. Believe God. It's about time you put your faith into action.

[11:10] It's about time. It's about time. Don't be wishing. I wish God. God doesn't respond to wishes. He answers prayers. You didn't hear what I said.

[11:23] He doesn't respond to wishes. If wishes were horses, beggars will ride. God doesn't respond to wishes. I wish. I wish.

[11:33] I wish. I was the best person. I wish I got that. I wish I got that. Excuse me. You are wasting your breath. God does not respond to wishes. He responds to faith. You better start acting on faith.

[11:48] How, pastor, how do I act on faith? Faith comes by hearing. Romans chapter 10 verse 17. Please sit down.

[11:59] How does faith come? Let's read it from the screen. Let's go. So that faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Lord. Ah, so faith can come. So don't worry if you don't have it now.

[12:10] You can make it come. Oh, I feel like preaching to some people. I said, don't worry if you don't have faith now.

[12:21] Because you can make it come. Be very concerned and be very worried if you are not making faith come. Because when faith is absent, God is absent. When faith is absent, what?

[12:36] God is absent. When faith is present, God is present. So if you want the presence of God, what do you do? Get faith to come.

[12:47] Because when faith comes, God comes. God doesn't show up in the lives of people who don't believe. Even John 3, 16, for God so loved the world that he gave his only begottenance and death.

[12:58] Whosoever, believe. It's not everybody. It's God only works with believers. God only works for believers. God only works in believers.

[13:12] He works with believers. Works for believers. Work in believers. You can't afford not to have faith.

[13:24] Some of you, all you have is friends. You don't got faith. Yeah. All you have is information on different websites.

[13:39] How to do this shopping. How to do this. You know every law concerning income support. You know all the laws concerning your rights.

[13:59] But you don't know how to make faith come. And so your destiny is at the mercy of what everybody suffers.

[14:12] God can't get involved. God. The only way God can get involved is faith. If what you need is God. Then all it takes is faith.

[14:25] Sit down. And it's about time some people. You begin to be a man of faith.

[14:37] A woman of faith. You have to be a woman of faith. With regards to your health. Don't say that. That is not saying. No.

[14:48] I'm not saying that's what the doctors have said. But God also is saying. So after you've heard what the doctors have said. Hear what God is saying. And choose to also believe what God is saying. If God says I am a healer.

[14:59] Why can't you believe it? You won't believe it. But you want someone to pray for you to be healed. You are joking. Believe God. Believe God for your family.

[15:12] Believe God for your brother. Believe God for your sister. Believe God for your mother. Believe God for your father. Believe God. You are the one they've got. That's why God.

[15:22] God wants to help your mom. So he found a way to move you into a place. Where you can hear a word. So you can rise up in faith. In your family. And serve your family. And help your mother.

[15:33] And help your dad. Shout yes. Yes. Don't know. Your mom is crying. You are so dumb. Oh mom. She's crying. She needs someone to encourage her.

[15:47] To comfort her. Comfort her. And don't just say mom. It will be okay. Start from there. Anyway. You have to say mom. Don't worry. It will be okay. It will be okay. Then.

[15:58] Depending on her level. You can say. I believe my God will do it. Say. Why hasn't he done it all this way? Take it. Take it. Take it. Take it. Take it. Take it. Mom. He didn't cause the problem.

[16:10] God didn't cause this problem. The way dad behaved. God didn't cause it. Because if. When he wanted to go to church. If you had allowed him to go.

[16:21] Maybe you didn't behave like this. So please. Don't blame God. We are always quick to blame God. If there is God. If there is God. Keep blaming him. It doesn't change his status.

[16:32] Huh. See. Don't be so upset. I don't go to church. I won't go to church. Go. Go. Don't come. Go. Go. Go. Go. And give us five years. You will see the difference between you and us.

[16:54] That church doesn't even want you. Because you are not serious. You are not looking for God. You are looking for girls. You are looking for gold.

[17:15] And we will not compromise on our faith. In 1 Timothy chapter 6. I was going to take you from verse 3. But because of time. Let me just jump to verse 11.

[17:29] But down. But down. Oh, woman of God. Oh, man of God. Oh, man of God. Do you know what that means? Sister church.

[17:39] Brother church. That's all it means. When you look at the verse 3. And look. Can I take you. Sit down for. Let me take just five minutes to work through this thing.

[17:53] He said. Listen. Verse 3 said that. If any man teach otherwise. It's not every teaching you give yourself to. There are some teaching. There are otherwise teaching. There are different teachings.

[18:04] So if any man teach otherwise. And the person does not consent to wholesome words. Words of healing. Words of health. Sound words.

[18:15] Words that bring God to you. How do you know that? And does not consent to wholesome words. Even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ. In other words. If Jesus is here. These are the things he will be teaching. The words of our Lord Jesus Christ.

[18:26] And to doctrine. Which accords with what? Godliness. You remember I mentioned godliness. Why godliness? Because godliness is profitable to all things. And every teaching that you are hearing.

[18:37] Must not be telling you. It's okay to fornicate. Those swirly, rolly or those mad people. Don't mind them. They are telling you. God doesn't mind. God does mind. They will tell you. God doesn't hate the sinner.

[18:48] He just hates the sin. But he sends the sinner to hell. Not the sin. Think about it. Think about it. Tell me God hates the sin.

[19:01] Not the sinner. Who does he send to hell? Not the sin. It's the sinner. Wholesome teaching.

[19:12] If anyone teaches otherwise. He said that mark them. Unfriend them. Block them.

[19:25] Don't follow them. Follow them. What they are teaching does not generate and consent to godliness. It doesn't bring godliness.

[19:37] Some teachings distract from godliness. I'm not talking about rules and laws. But I'm talking about teachings that make you want to even do more for God.

[19:47] You are willing to sacrifice more for God. There are some teachings. After you finish hearing it. You feel like you think I need to break up this relationship with this great guy. Because this relationship is messing me up.

[19:59] It's really not helping my spiritual life. You can tell you are sinking because of this friend. You are sinking because of this place you are going. After you hear a message. It trusts you. You develop a greater appetite for God.

[20:12] You feel like. Oh come on. I think this church has to do it better. That is teachings that are called with godliness. It's called wholesome ways.

[20:26] Hey. It's called wholesome. Sound ways. And then the next verse is going to even get stronger.

[20:37] Verse 4 says that anyone who doesn't teach anything in this line. He says he's proud. Knowing nothing. Knowing nothing. But dotting about questions and strifes of ways.

[20:49] They play around ways. After you follow all those ways. Makes sense. But it does. It makes. It depletes you of godliness. Empty. Empty words. It's empty or void of the life of god.

[21:01] Strife. Whereof comes envy. Strife. Railing. Evil. Surmissings. What's the meaning of surmissings? Don't you have a dictionary? Go to the next verse. Google it. Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds.

[21:16] Corrupt minds. Watch this. How do you know them? He said and they are destitute of the truth. Do you know what it means to be destitute of something? You are completely bankrupt of it. And they are teaching online.

[21:27] But they are destitute of the truth. There are people who put themselves out as preachers. They put themselves forth as teachers. They put themselves forth as speakers. But they are destitute of the truth.

[21:42] Destitute of the truth. And supposing that. Oh. Oh. I know you didn't notice it. Their teachings ends up supposing.

[21:53] Purporting. That gain. Is godliness. You bought a new Mercedes Benz. That means god is with you. Oh. Yeah.

[22:05] You got a new car. Is a boyfriend who got it for you? Somebody's father. Somebody's husband bought a car for you. Yes. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

[22:17] Again. Because you have god is with me. Hey. Buying a new car doesn't mean god is with you. Sometimes you can even gain admission to a school. But it doesn't mean god is with you. You can go to Cambridge.

[22:29] It doesn't necessarily mean that god is with you. Because don't use what human beings put premium and value on to judge whether god is with you or not. Don't use that.

[22:43] There are people who have got A stars. But god is not with them. Wow. That's right. And there are others who have got F. But god is with them.

[22:53] That's right. Wow. I'm not saying if god is with you, you get F. Because don't go for F. F is not nice. F is not nice. You should work.

[23:04] Work hard and get A star. It's a function of work. It's not a function of grace. So. They suppose that god.

[23:16] God. Gain. See they flip the thing the other way around. They suppose that gain. What you have is a sign that god is with you. If you have a big congregation, it means that god is with the church.

[23:29] No. No. No. Gain is not godliness. So the fact that you have a great talent doesn't mean god is actually with you.

[23:42] That's why we have so many proud musicians. Proud. Proud. Their P is with their proud is spelled with triple P in front. Proud. Proud. Proud. I was reading proverbs.

[23:53] Was it yesterday? recently, one of the proverbs, it says that, I was shocked to see that in the Bible. It said, it's better to meet a fool than to meet a proud, someone who is proud in his own conscience.

[24:08] I was confused. A proud, because it said, if you meet a fool in his folly, it's better to meet a bear which has been robbed of his calf. So, you see, let a bear rob of her who meets a man rather than a fool in his folly.

[24:27] That means, when a fool is in his folly, yesterday I read, I was it today, a fool in his folly, when you turn it anyway, it's still annoying or something like that. This morning, rather, today's own. But I saw that you are better off dealing with a fool than a proud fool person.

[24:46] I was shocked, that's in the Bible. It's Proverbs chapter 20-something. 26-12. He seeth a man wise in his own conscience.

[24:59] That's a proud person. I know what I'm doing. No one can tell me. I'm wise in my own conscience. Yeah, it's another. He said, there is more hope for a fool than him. That's a serious statement.

[25:12] A proud person and there's more hope. That's why I'm telling you, you say, as of all these things, give us five years and compare the two of us. Five years is even too much. Yeah.

[25:25] Their supposed gain is godliness. Living in a house, a nice house, is godliness. No. Sometimes you can be living in the ghettos, but God is with you.

[25:38] Where was Jesus born? Wasn't he in the animals? In the manger? But God himself, when he came in, went there. So don't let us confuse wealth. What human being said, yay, yay, yay.

[25:49] It doesn't mean God says yay, yay, yay. I'm not saying that nice things are bad, but what I'm saying is, having nice things is not an endorsement of God. Don't let us change doctrine and teach things like, when things are nice for you, that means God is with you.

[26:05] When you are having it better, God is with you. There are people who are living in sin, but things are working. Living in sin. Some of you know, you were living in sin, and some of you, you made more money when you were messing up than when you stopped.

[26:20] Yes. So what I'm trying to say is that, their supposed gain is godliness, but it's not so. I want to show you something. Perverse dispute of men of corrupt mind, destitute of the truth, supposing gain is godliness from such.

[26:39] Block them. Unfriend them. Withdraw yourself. I'm telling you, this is what the word of God says. There are certain people you have to withdraw yourself from. You have to, other than that, you are in deep trouble.

[26:53] Your future is in deep trouble. Some of you, the worst mess in your life is connected to some people. When you started moving around, some people, look at what that has left. Who taught you how to do that thing?

[27:05] Friends. Association. Block some people. If you want to save your future, move away from some people. It just, it is what it is.

[27:17] Some of you, had it not been for a friend, there's no way you would have been here to hear such rich information and message. And Satan will do everything to disconnect you from that friend who brought you here.

[27:33] Because he doesn't want you to be free. He doesn't want you to be free, but you should know you are in bondage. Look at your background. Sometimes, your background tells a lot about where you are coming from.

[27:43] The background. Your background. Some of us look very posh, but your background is very messy. Yeah. The time your mother had you, you are a year away from that time.

[27:57] And it's not going to be your turn. You have to believe God. Yeah. Believe God. And start walking by faith. Cut off all that junk out of your life.

[28:08] You don't need it. You'll be okay without the junk. You will be okay. You will be okay, girl. You will be okay, bro. Hallelujah. In this church, we always make the Bible talk.

[28:24] We will not offend you without offend you. We have to offend you with the gospel. We don't have to be worldly to prove our points to the world.

[28:42] We have to be godly. We have to be people of God. People of faith. Even if we don't have money, we have faith. Silver and gold have I none. Search as I have. Give I thee.

[29:18] I don't know why people don't see those things when they read the Bible. If you are a genuine Christian, you will withdraw yourself from some people. It's not anti-socialism, but it's incompatibility.

[29:29] you just don't gel the parties the kind of parties he likes going no that's not no no when he wants to celebrate their birthday they won't go to Soho Soho strip club it's no more me you have to say no more me you have to disassociate yourself from people other than that your destiny is at stake you have to that's the only way forward you don't have a choice you have to learn how to disconnect from some people because you have negative influence on your life they break negative energy look at the way since you started hanging around with them look at the way you have changed and sometimes you are wondering is this me how but sometimes you want to man up so you pretend that you're fine you're fine but deep inside you you know something something warm said from such some of them can say

[30:43] I'm also going to church my father is a pastor but they have bad influence on you from such redraw yourself it's in your bible don't let anyone despise your youth master the game of withdrawing yourself from some people from such can I go further look at the next statement he said but ah godly have you noticed the godliness godliness godliness godliness godliness with contentment is a big breakthrough gain is not godliness but rather godliness with so you are you know you are a woman of faith you are growing in faith you are a man of faith you are growing in faith you are doing well in christ you are doing well in church but nowadays you can't afford those trainers you can't you don't have that money anymore and stuff like that but you are happy you have god that's what's called contentment feed your faith build yourself up and get some good contacts and good association get some good association form some good alliance holy alliance let me

[31:51] I really want to finish that word I'm teaching you it says that godliness with contentment is great gain so what does that mean even though you feel like heaven and you can't have the fact that you have god you are happy it's great gain some of you wish that guy was still in your life because you really do miss him but guess what he's gone and I'm happy he's gone because he was he was never a positive yes he was never a positive influence a godly influence on me I'm glad he's gone and I'm glad I have god I feel the pain but I'll be okay I feel the pain but I'll be okay she's gone I feel the pain but I'll be okay my friends have abandoned me I feel the pain but I'll be okay sometimes you feel you have been marginalized you feel you have been abandoned you feel you have been left out and you feel it they formed a whatsapp group without you you feel it sometimes you feel it but you know what that is why you must have contentment with this your godliness that is how so it means that

[33:00] I don't have something I feel it but I have god so I'm at peace my mom might not have all the money my mom can't afford to take me to this holiday to that holiday but I'm very happy my mom is a good woman and I like I like my mom see that's contentment you are not hoping to change your mom to change your dad to change your sister you are content with your portion contentment is I am happy I wish I could get something else but for now it's okay it's okay whatever I have it's okay I'm grateful for even having that you are not good in one subject but at least you are the best in another subject you might not be the best in academics but you are very good with something else so you are content and then work on what you need to be don't envy so it says because we did not come into this world with anything and one day you are dying without it it says certainly we carry nothing out that means we are on our way out we are on our way out and there's one certain thing that will never join us out whatever we are gaining that Gucci belt will not follow you yeah yeah yeah that Armani trainers will not follow you the Balancs Yaga will not follow you it will not follow you

[34:33] I know some of you because of landing you might have one or two friends or a friend who have died young but you know they had some stuff they never took it why are you going to take it if they laugh and you bury him with a Rolex watch it will get to be rotten down it's gone we are not taking anything out when a plane crashes you can imagine the rich people on playing with first class and all the bags expensive bags and expensive watches they all perish wow these are material things so having them is not a sign that you have God but when you have God and you are content it's the biggest gain in life the biggest gain can I end this thing verse the next verse hey you can get food to eat but I don't have I can't eat in any restaurant but you can buy mollies at least if you can buy mollies you don't need to buy

[35:40] McDonald's is it one pound chicken and chips two pounds you can get something to eat this is what you can buy you can get because you won't be here if you have not gotten anything to eat yesterday or the day before so you always get some especially you can you can get something to eat let that dare with so what should determine how satisfied you are in life is when you have God that you can have something to eat because God will always provide something for you to eat I know you haven't paid the bills but you have something to eat yeah don't worry they can't throw you in prison because you have not paid bills they can't take away your destiny go to the next verse let's finish this thing thank you Jesus hey there that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare and into many not only one many foolish and hurtful lust which draw men into destruction and perdition it's drawing you it's like they have put a rope on your neck and it's drawing you see you want to be rich don't jump just follow me it is drawing you into perdition so it is determining where you are going some people their future is already predetermined by virtue of the lust and they want to be rich they fall into temptation look at verse 10 for the love of money uh-huh it's the root it's behind all that all right let's move on from there let me share which many have coveted after have erred from the ah faith now they are no more in church they err from the faith and what pierce themselves with many sorrows they look okay but they are very sorrowful behind closed doors they are very empty some of you used to be like that and there are people
