What You Say Matters

[0:01] Welcome. Thank you for choosing to listen to this spirit-filled word by David Enshie. When you catch a word, you have caught God. May you catch a word today that will cause God to change your story.

[0:13] Be blessed. Matthew chapter 12, verse 36 or so. So what you are saying, the amen you are saying is determining whether God can say angels do it for him.

[0:27] Or angels do it for him. By your words. Whose words? Your words. Not the pastor's words, your words. By your words, you will be justified. And by your words, you will be condemned. What you are saying matters.

[0:40] I know you've been through a lot. So much has happened in your life. So much has happened in your family. And sometimes you are very down. Things have happened, but they don't just change.

[0:51] You have to make them change. And one of the ways you have to cause things to change is by provoking the blessing of God into your life. How do you do that? When the word is being spoken in the name of God from the prophets, it carries power.

[1:04] When you say amen, you drag it towards you. Yeah. Then when you say amen, until a word of God enters you willingly, there's no way God can deliver your life.

[1:16] God can deliver your life without his word coming. In the beginning, God said. Genesis chapter 1 verse 3. Then God said, let there be light, and there was light.

[1:28] Genesis chapter 1 verse 6. Then God said. Verse 9. Then God said. Verse 11. Then God said. Verse 14. Then God said. Verse 16. Then God said. Verse 20. Then God said. Verse 26.

[1:39] Verse 24. Then God said. 26. Then God said. 29 then God said 31 then God sold God does by speaking without the word of God he can't help you so the more you open yourself to God's word the more God can do a lot in your life a lot of people want prayer a lot of prayers don't work yeah a lot of prayers don't work because for it to work it must have an agreement in your heart there must be a deposit inside you which will make the word of God I'm speaking and prophesying to work there must be something what are you bringing to the table that's why we teach God's word listen your story will be different from any other person in your family and watch this when I say your story will be different I'm talking about it will be more beautiful look at your cousins look at your other siblings you will be far better in the name of Jesus

[2:58] I am very much aware and confident that there are people here who are going to make global news I know I'm telling you there are millionaires sitting here there are bishops sitting here there are apostles sitting here there are great men and women sitting here I know you are going to be great I know you'll be great I know you will do well you will do well you will do well in the name of Jesus if you believe in înhă Please sit down.

[3:40] I feel like we are doing welfare this afternoon. I know what I'm doing. We are fighting and dealing with things that have vowed not to let you go.

[3:53] Yeah. So if you are proud, I'm sorry. I can't help you. I can't help you. That's why I have to say some things to remind you you are not that pretty. So humble yourself.

[4:05] So I just want someone to humbly receive the word of God because God gives grace to the humble. Gives grace. There are too many people walking on our streets and sometimes they find themselves in church and they think, I don't need this.

[4:23] Let me tell you, you need it more urgently because your life is almost like a life support machine. You need God's life to come back into you so you can start living.

[4:36] You can start living again. Live, live. You can start living. Because you are living a borrowed life. It's not your own life. The Bible talks about how 1 John, 1 John chapter 5 verse 19, it says that, let's speak from verse 18.

[4:56] Let's read it out loud. Let's go. Let's read it out loud. Let's read it out loud. It's not everybody Satan can touch.

[5:11] It said the wicked one cannot. It didn't say the wicked one will not try. It just can't touch you.

[5:24] It can't touch you. you can't see high tension power and say oh don't worry I can't no you can't you won't be alive to tell the story so he says the wicked one I don't know what wickedness is ravaging people in your family some of you when you look at your father's life it breaks your heart when you look at your mother's oh man sometimes you take on so much of your mother's frustration that now you are aging very quick but it's not you because you are not happy when you look at your family why why always there's something look at your mother so you're not happy and you can tell the enemy the wicked one has attacked it's afflicting your mother afflicting your father afflicting your sister afflicting your brother where's your brother?

[6:20] look at your brother's condition look very intelligent boy doing so well maths English any subject he will stop doing so well now look at him almost like a madman and your mother is perhaps is breaking it's frustrating the entire family and it disturbs you it's like the wicked one has put his hand on your brother like your wicked one has put his hand on your mother's health the wicked one has put his hand on your mother's finances your father's health your father's finances the wicked one has put his hand on your sister the wicked one has put his hand on your education the wicked one has put his hand on your health and it's the devil always wants more he always wants more when it takes he will take away your education and he wants to take away your mental health He would like to take away your potential of having a good relationship with a family relationship.

[7:22] He would take away your relationship with your dad. He would take away your relationship with your dad. He would take away your ability to study and do well in your exam. He would take away your virginity. He would take away your distancing, your innocence from drugs.

[7:34] He is taking so much. He's giving you drugs. He's like he should leave you so you can study. No, he wants to take away your education too. No, he wants to take away your credit history, good credit history, like a good credit report.

[7:47] He wants to take everything. The Bible says that the enemy does not come but to kill, steal, and destroy. He wants to steal. He wants to kill.

[7:57] John 10.10. He wants to kill. He wants to steal. He wants to destroy. He's apt to destroy you. And if you don't wake up, he says that, but if you are born of God, the wicked one cannot touch you. Oh, I'm preaching now.

[8:12] That begs the question, are you born of God? Because it's not everybody who can be a victim. No. It's not everybody who can be a victim in life. It's not everybody.

[8:25] I can't die. I can't die. The wicked one cannot touch me. He cannot touch me. Some of you, when you look at your health conditions in your family, diabetes, arthritis, high blood pressure, it's in your bloodline.

[8:45] When you went to the GP, they told you, it's in your bloodline. The enemy should not be able to, maybe touch your mom, touch your sisters, but not you. But not you. But not you.

[8:55] But not you. But not you. But not you. In the name of Jesus. You won't drop out of school. I said you won't drop out of school.

[9:11] Say the wicked one cannot touch me. The wicked one cannot touch me. I'm not saying it for you. You can say it yourself. If you choose not to say it, it's up to you. If you want, if you believe that devil shouldn't be able to touch you, say it for yourself.

[9:24] Say the wicked one cannot touch me. The wicked one cannot touch me. He can't touch you. He said whoever is born of God, that's no sin.

[9:37] But he who has been born of God keeps himself and the wicked one does not touch him. Look at the next verse. Sorry. Look at the next verse. It says that we know that we are of God.

[9:50] When you say something is of God, like we belong to God. We are the people of God. We know we are of God. And the whole world lies under the sway. See, like Mexican wave, sway.

[10:03] A whole section of people, they are all going like this. So the whole world lies under the sway. Everybody, if you are not in Christ, Satan has control over your life.

[10:20] Pastor, I don't believe it. Why are you struggling for addiction? Why are you addicted? You are not in charge, you see? The other time he said, oh, I'm not going to do it.

[10:32] But he ended up doing it. He said, oh, okay, I will stop. When I want to stop. I dare you. Stop and see. Let's see if you are in charge. I dare you to stop if you are really in charge. Stop it. You can't.

[10:43] You can't. Last year he said you are going to stop. You didn't stop. Look at the way you've been drinking alcohol like a sponge. You can't. Your life is at stake. Oh, you are at risk.

[10:54] Why are you not being realized it? That's the more dangerous thing about life. That when you are at risk and you don't know it. You don't know it. You are in danger, but you don't know. Someone is giving you a hug.

[11:08] And there's tight bumps around you. It's about to go. But you don't know. And you can feel some things by saying, oh, I'm hoping. Listen. Listen. You don't escape danger by hoping.

[11:22] There are things you have to do so you cannot be in danger. He said the whole world lies under the sway. It lies under the sway of the wicked one.

[11:37] But he can't touch you. So it's not everybody the devil can touch. Oh, yeah. All those people who have made themselves like preachers. But they are almost like agents of the devil.

[11:53] No power. No word of God in their mouth. Nothing Christ comes from them. But religion. Religion.

[12:04] Religion. Going to church doesn't mean you're a Christian. Excuse me. My parents are all Christians. My father is a bishop. You will end up being like a bookshop. Bookshops don't read books.

[12:18] They have books, but they don't read books. My father is a bishop. Isn't it what? The fact that your father is a male doesn't mean you'll be a male.

[12:29] That's right. That is true. So, I mean, stop that. It doesn't depict intelligence. To say my father is a bishop, so I'm fine.

[12:41] My father is a pastor. My mother is a pastor, so I'm fine. My people, my friends, we all go to church. We do my devotion. But look at your life. Are you born of God?

[12:52] You, you, you. I'm asking you. You have to settle this you and God relationship. Settle it. Settle it before it's too late. Because Satan has a very big appetite for you.

[13:09] When you see it coming. But most of it, most times, people don't wake up until Satan has chopped their head off. But you will not be a victim.

[13:20] Amen. Amen. So, he says that the whole world lies under the sway of the wicked one. I like the verse 20. That's what I want to talk about. Ah.

[13:30] This is all I've been trying to preach. And look, it's taking me so, so long. Wow. Amen. We love it. We love it. And we know. Did you see that we know, we know, we know?

[13:41] Yeah. Look at verse 18. How does this start? We know. Verse 19. We know. Verse 20. And we know. You see?

[13:52] We know, we know, and we know. I think we have to do a song. Yeah. We know, we know, and we know. Listen, you can't afford to remain ignorant. Amen. Don't go to church and not learn.

[14:04] Amen. Amen. It's too expensive to be walking around and walking in church. You become a spiritual ignoramus. Wow. Get something into your heart.

[14:17] Amen. An ignorant worship is not genuine worship. Wow. You can't worship God, worship this ignorantly.

[14:30] You have to know. So He said we know. That's why I'm taking my time to tell you what the word is saying. So you will know what is said. You can't even know.

[15:18] Bible app. And when you're in trouble, you want God. When you're in trouble, you want God to help you. God doesn't have time for people who don't have time for him.

[15:32] Wow. Did you hear what I said? Break my lips. God does not have time for people who don't have time for him. So choose your choice.

[15:48] I don't believe it. It doesn't change anything. I don't believe you are under the sway of the wicked one.

[16:00] He said, and we know that the son of God has come and has given us an understanding that we may know him who is true.

[16:18] Do you know him who is true? People know all kinds of things, but they don't know Jesus. But we may know him who is true, and we are in him who is true.

[16:32] In his son, Jesus. We are in Jesus. We know him, and we are inside him. He is true. John chapter 14, verse 6, he said, I am the way, the truth, and I am the life.

[16:44] He said, I am the way, I am the life, I am the truth. He is life. And we know him who is the truth, and we are in him who is true.

[16:58] In his son, Jesus Christ, watch this, this is the true God and eternal, Jesus is the true God, and he is the eternal life. Eternal life.

[17:10] What is eternal life? This morning I was talking about it. The God kind of life. It's not everlasting life. It's different from everlasting life. Eternal life is everlasting. So when you have eternal life, you have everlasting life.

[17:21] But eternal life is not some life that afterwards. Eternal life is the God kind of life oozing out of you whilst you are on earth. So that is when you can say, the wicked one cannot touch me.

[17:33] Why? Because it's like God's electric current is on you. Electric power, super, super power, turbo charged, it's on you. Yes.

[17:45] Sometimes when you, you should charge yourself so much that when you are running out of battery, you can put your phone there on your head. I need to charge. Yes. We have eternal life.

[17:57] We have it. Yes. There is a supernatural element about progress in life, certain progress in life, which is not common. So even if they have, they have relegated you and, and thus, your poverty and your, your suffering, once God's hand comes upon you, look at Joseph.

[18:17] He was in prison and yet he was prospering. He was in prison by prospering. Prisoner, prospering. He went to a foreign land. Immigration is not a problem.

[18:27] Wow. When God is with you, when God is with you, there is no immigration demon that can stop you from rising. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

[18:38] Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yes. Yes. Wow. Wow. Immigration can stop you. Yes. Wow. Wow. When God is with you. Yes. Because he said, if God be for us, you will be a best for us.

[18:52] What you need is not the support of some friends. What you need is the blessing of God. Amen. That's what you need. That's what you need. Because sometimes, some of us, we can look very polished.

[20:01] Oh, you don't know? It doesn't ring, it doesn't charge, you don't charge it, he has a screen and everything, but it doesn't do anything. Like some people's Rolex watches.

[20:16] So, those phones, when you are not in Christ, in the world, it doesn't matter how spiritual you look, you are just like that. When you are in Christ, you have the Zoe, it's called Zoe, the life of God, the life of God is in you. You are working as a simple lady, as a young lady, as a young man, as a simple man, and you carry supernatural power inside you.

[20:40] Supernatural power inside you. Some things can happen. I'm a Nazarite. Yes. Yes. So, some things can, when you have the life of God, it's that this life, how do you find it?

[20:57] It's in Jesus. Go for Christ, and the life of God is in you. Start, attempt the courses you couldn't finish. Start again. God, God, now, you are coming at it with the life, oh, with the life of God.

[21:13] Yes, with the life of God. You are tackling that issue that used to be an addiction, with the life of God. When you feel the edge, the life of God is in you.

[21:25] The edge will quench, because the life is in you. Yeah. Are you getting something? Yes. Don't feel sorry for yourself. Okay, you can feel sorry for yourself when you are not in Christ.

[21:40] You don't even have to, we feel sorry for you. Yes. Yeah. But I see your story is changing. Amen. Listen, you will not fail, okay?

[21:52] Amen. You will not fail. Amen. It might look like you've been through a lot and things are not working. Don't worry. Things are going to change. Why? Because Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life.
