Description

Faith is a master key to dominate in every aspect of life. Our faith requires us to take steps and movements based on God’s word. In order to live our entire lives in faith, we must be weary of the enemy attacks against it.

[0:00] Welcome. Thank you for choosing to listen to another word-filled message by David Entry. Preaching is the means by which God manifests his word and nourishes our spirits.

[0:12] May the life of God enter into you anew as you listen to this message. Be blessed. I want to talk about violent faith. Wow. All you need is God.

[0:30] And if God is all you need, then all it takes is faith. All you need is God and all it takes is faith.

[0:45] For without faith, it is impossible to please God. Now, I don't want any of us to assume and think that faith is a religious ideology.

[1:01] No, it's not a religious ideology. It's a spiritual reality. It's a master key for spiritual advantage. It's a master key to command dominion in every area of your life.

[1:18] You will dominate. You see, anything you are not willing to confront or any time you are not willing to take charge and take over, take responsibility to confront things, you will be able to dominate things.

[1:31] And we can dominate by faith. We can take over. Now, I want to take this time to just talk to you about if it's going to take faith, then you better engage your faith.

[1:45] In Matthew chapter 14, when the gentleman started sinking in the water, Peter, Matthew chapter 14, verse 28, 29, and 30, he started sinking.

[2:01] And Jesus said, verse 30, and then when he saw it, he started sinking. And he said, save me. Look at verse 31. And then Jesus said, he said, straight for the court, he said, O thou of what?

[2:17] Little faith. Little faith. That means faith is a measure. So little faith. Second Thessalonians chapter one, verse three.

[2:28] Jesus said to them, thou of little faith. He said here, Paul said, we are bound to thank God always for you, brethren, as it is meet.

[2:39] That means it's appropriate. Why? Because that your faith grows. Did you see that? Your faith grows exceedingly. So you can, your faith can grow, even though it's little, it can grow.

[2:54] Some of us, where you are trying to grow, little faith won't work. What God is going to do in your life, you need to grow your faith aggressively and engage in radical faith.

[3:10] So Jesus said, thou of little faith. Why did you doubt? Then here, Paul said, your faith grows exceedingly.

[3:21] And in 1 Timothy chapter one, verse 19, 1 Timothy chapter one, holding faith and good conscience, which have some, which, which some have been put away concerning faith has made shipwreck.

[3:40] You can make shipwreck of your faith. That's when you start attending every party and hanging around with people who say, well, I do all these things. And then when you start hearing negative stories and constantly skipping quiet, hearing them butcher and attack your church, attack Christians.

[3:59] You can't keep hanging around people who constantly are attacking your expressions and means of faith. If it's your mother, if it's your father, that's different.

[4:10] You just, they let, allow them to talk and just continue seeking God. But if it's your friend and you, you are, you are, he said, oh, let's go for the party. So I have to go. So this zoom, stop all this.

[4:21] I'm telling you, it doesn't work. And you have to maintain such a friend. You are not smart. What you end up with is shipwreck of faith. You will shipwreck your faith. So you can have shipwreck of faith.

[4:32] You can have little faith. You can have no faith. No faith. Jesus said to them in the book of Mark chapter four. Why did you doubt?

[4:43] Where is your faith? Where is it? Now, so you can have no faith. You can have a little faith. You can have growing faith.

[4:53] You can have shipwreck faith. And in Romans chapter four, Bible says that Abraham was not weak in faith. Verse 20. No, no, sorry. Verse 19. I'm sorry. Verse 19. Not being weak in faith.

[5:05] Listen, you can't afford to be weak in faith. Yeah. Why? Because we walk by faith and not by sight.

[5:16] If you are walking by faith and you don't have faith, then how are you going to walk? Do you understand what I'm saying? And the Bible says that we also walk by faith.

[5:29] So if your faith is out, if your faith is down, it's definitely going to affect your walk. Let alone your running and let alone your thriving.

[5:40] Wow. So we walk by faith and not by sight. And he says we don't just. How many of you know that when you are asleep, you are not walking unless you have the particular condition called somnambulism.

[5:56] You are walking. A somnambulist is someone who gets up and starts walking when he's still asleep. Okay. But that's a somnambulist. It's a condition.

[6:07] So a somnambulist. But none of us walks when you are asleep. Yeah. When you are asleep, you don't walk. So if we walk by faith, that means when we are sleeping, we are resting, we are actually not walking.

[6:23] So we don't need faith. No. He said just so you understand what I'm talking about. Walking by faith means taking steps. Taking steps and making movement by faith.

[6:34] What if I'm not making movement? You actually live by faith. We don't just only walk, but we live by faith. The just shall live by faith. The just, Hebrews chapter 10 verse 38.

[6:46] The just shall live by faith. The just shall live by faith. The just shall live by faith. You shall live by faith. If you are the one I'm talking about, say, I live by faith.

[7:00] Say, I succeed by faith. I break through by faith. I walk in good health by faith.

[7:12] I excel by faith. I overcome by faith. I do well by faith.

[7:23] I live by faith. I live by faith. We live by faith. We walk by faith.

[7:34] We get healed by faith. We get married by faith. We buy our houses by faith. We do well in our exam by faith. We take new territories by faith.

[7:47] We receive better promotions by faith. We receive opportunities by faith. We thrive. We raise our children by faith. When you are living by faith, everything you do, there is faith involved in it.

[8:01] That's why you can't afford to have, watch this, you can't have a weak faith. Weak faith, poor signal. So you are down on earth.

[8:13] Your communication, your system is being fed from above. You are being fed information to thrive on earth from above. We are the heavenly people. So then the connectivity to heaven is our faith.

[8:27] The weaker your faith, the weaker your connections. But if your faith is in place, does that make sense? When Jesus said, Simon, Simon, Satan has desired to sift you like wheat.

[8:39] But I've prayed for you that your faith will not fail. Because if your faith doesn't fail, you are still in connection and you are still in good shape. You are in very bad shape if your faith is getting weaker and weaker.

[8:49] You are in very bad shape if your faith connectivity is gone. You are in bad shape if the devil hits your faith and your faith begins to go down. But you are in good shape in spite of everything that goes on against you, around you.

[9:03] You stay in good shape if you are in faith. I prophesy that you are going to be in faith and not just in faith. Strong faith! Amen. We take over by faith.

[9:15] So, Bible says, Abraham was not weak in faith. Verse 20. Bible 20 says, Abraham was strong in faith. Instead of being weak in faith, he was strong in faith, giving God glory.

[9:27] Strong in faith, giving glory to God. Strong in faith, giving glory to God. Not weak in faith. Listen, whatever you are going through, you can choose to be strong in faith or allow it to make you weak in faith.

[9:40] He did not stagger at the promise of God through unbelief. But rather strong. So, unbelief is what makes you think, oh, it's gone maybe too well. Oh, God. Today, yeah.

[9:51] Oh, God will do it. I don't think God will do it. That's unbelief. That's unbelief. Unbelief makes you stagger. When you stagger, it's like you are not stable. You are unstable. You are staggering at the promise of God.

[10:04] You are staggering. And Abraham did not stagger at the promise of God. In spite of everything that went on around him, he said, yes, I know it to be. Yes, I believe it to be. Yes, I believe it to be.

[10:15] And I'm prophesying to you that, yes, it shall be for you if you can connect your faith. Hallelujah. Amen. Jesus. They said, Jesus, healer. Jesus said, do you believe I can do this?

[10:26] They said, yeah, Lord. Jesus said, beat unto you according to your faith. Matthew chapter 9 verse 29. Beat unto you according to your faith. Beat unto you according to your faith. Beat unto you according to your faith.

[10:38] Beat unto you according to your faith. We need some radical faith. Some of us are radical when it comes to when you were in the world. See how radical you were.

[10:51] Radical in your behavior. Radical in sinning. Radical in all kinds of stuff. When you are doing things. You've been radical in the things you like doing.

[11:03] And when you were in the world. When you are in Christ. This is even time to be radical. But you can be radical in everything. If you are not radical in this area. You will miss out a lot.

[11:13] You must be radical in your faith. And I'm talking about radical faith. I'm talking about violent faith. The year is about to end. Somebody's violent faith is going to deliver your testimony tonight. Amen.

[11:26] Somebody's violent faith is going to deliver your testimony by tomorrow. Somebody's radical faith. If somebody's violent faith is going to secure the rest of next year. Amen. Before we enter next year.

[11:40] Somebody has already secured it ahead. Amen. We have secured it. And it's not because you are giving some money to down payment for a house or something. You actually made a faith down payment.

[11:52] You have secured it. Oh, I'm preaching to somebody. You have secured your future. You have secured your marriage. You have secured your family. You have secured your health. Bring it on.

[12:03] When you secure it, you can tell the devil. Bring it on. It cannot pull me down. Because I've secured. Oh, come on. I'm preaching to somebody. I've secured the future. He did not stagger at the promise of God through unbelief.

[12:17] But he was stronger in faith. Giving glory to God. He did not stagger at the promise of God through unbelief. You don't relax for faith to grow.

[12:29] You have to actively engage in your growing of your faith. When it comes to, you know, when you are doing certain jobs, you need some skills.

[12:42] So let's say you are an IT professional. You are an engineer. You are a doctor, a nurse, or you are a professional, an accountant, whatever. You need some skills. So that's why you go to school to be trained so you can get the skills.

[12:56] So you can effectively practice a profession. The Bible says that our faith is also a profession. Okay. King James uses Hebrews chapter 10, verse 23 or so.

[13:09] It says that our profession of faith. Cast not therefore your profession of faith. So let's hold fast the profession of our faith.

[13:20] So our faith is a profession. It's like a job. That means that you need to engage in exercises that will make you good at it. And as I said, it takes skill to be able to do well in a particular line of profession.

[13:35] In the same way, when it comes to spiritual things, you need some skills. You have to develop skills to be spiritually strong. Because in Hebrews chapter 5, verse 13, it talks about how the strong myth is for those who have by reason of use.

[13:55] You see, so I said for everyone who uses milk is unskillful. So we need some skills when it comes to spiritual things. As you are growing, you need spiritual skills to be able to work by faith and deal with some things.

[14:12] That's the advantage of receiving wholesome ways. Some people, they are always going around for prayer. Pray for me, pray for me, pray for me. You can never develop your spiritual skills. By always making other people responsible for your spiritual triumph.

[14:25] You need to take in the word of God, wholesome ways, and begin to engage in the word. Faith even doesn't work without the word. Faith comes by hearing and hearing of the word of God.

[14:36] I want your faith to rest in the wisdom of God so that the more you are growing in God's word, the more Satan finds it very difficult and it becomes complex for the devil to mess around with you.

[14:49] I see you, you are about to walk in some radical, right from tonight, you are about to walk in some radical faith. Some violent faith. Violent faith. So God told them, I am giving you 2021.

[15:03] There are some people in the Bible. God told them, I'm giving you 2021. It's called a promised land. The promised land for us, where we are standing, we are about to cross over to the promised land. And God said, I'm giving you 2021.

[15:14] And so God said, Moses sent some spies to go and spy the land and to see, to see, to, you know, to have a forecast of how things are going to be.

[15:25] And he said, the experts began to say that it is not good news. So the people began to cry. All, the Bible said, all Israel. Let me take you to the Bible. Numbers.

[15:38] Thank you, Jesus. Numbers chapter 13. Bible says, after they came back, verse 28. When they came back, nevertheless, the people, this is the report they are giving.

[15:53] Nevertheless, the people be strong that dwell in the land. And the cities are world and very great. And moreover, we saw the children of Anakdeh.

[16:07] The Amalekites dwell in the land, in the land of the south. And the Hittites and the Jebusites and the Amorites dwell in the mountains. And the Canaanites dwell by the sea and by the coast of Jordan.

[16:20] Then, thank God for Caleb. Then, and Caleb said, shut up, shut up. They sent 12 people. 10 of them brought bad reports. 10 of them came back with reports saying that, we can't take it.

[16:34] We can't, we can't make it. It's not, it's not looking good. It's not looking good. How was it? Oh, not good, not good. Stop saying those kind of things. Not good, not good. You must be careful what you are saying.

[16:44] Because you shall have whatever you say. What you say is what you get. What you say is important. And you must learn how not to say. They said, we are like grasshoppers.

[16:55] Watch this. And Caleb said, stop talking what you are. Stop saying what you are. Steal the people before Moses and said, let us go up at once. We are going to 2021. We are going to take over.

[17:06] Yes. He said, let's go up. Let's go up at once and possess it. For we are well able to overcome it. Let's go. We can overcome it. Let's go up at once.

[17:17] For we are well able. Look at the next verse. But the man that went up with him said, we are not able to go up against the people.

[17:27] For they are stronger than we. What they were saying was a fact. They were saying some physical facts. But they were walking by sight.

[17:38] So they were talking by sight. Don't forget the scripture. Numbers 13, 31. Just flip the numbers around. Numbers. A lot of numbers. So 13 and then flip around 31.

[17:49] Numbers 13, 31. He said, the people said, we are not able to go against the people for they are stronger. That is what some forecasters are saying about 2021. All kinds of projections.

[18:02] But I see you proving them wrong. Because you are going to operate by the master key, which is called faith. This thing is too good. I need to. And they look at verse 31.

[18:18] So look at verse 32. And they brought up an evil report of the land which they had searched. So they did a research on the land. There are people who have done research.

[18:30] Extensive research about property markets. Research about educational systems. They've done research. So it says that which they have searched on today. They brought evil reports saying the land through which we have gone to search it is a land that eats up.

[18:47] You can imagine. That's very scary. Who long to go into a land that the land will eat you? People who live there are eating by the land. But you went and met people who have not been eating. Have not been eating up.

[18:59] But you are saying that the land eats the inhabitants thereof. And all the people that we saw in it are men of great stature. They are big.

[19:09] They are tall. Look at verse 33. It says that they said, and there we saw the giant, the son of the anarch, which came of the giant. And we were in our own sight as grasshoppers.

[19:23] So we were in their sight. It's our sight first that determines how we will be in their sight. Hallelujah. And look at the next verse. The congregation began to cry. And all the congregation lived.

[19:35] The mothers, the fathers, the men of war, the uncles, the aunties, the children, grandfather, everybody. They were crying. This is the Bible. All the congregation lifted their voice and cried.

[19:48] And the people wept that night. The whole night. No one was sleeping. Because of time. Look at verse 6. Verse 6 says, and Joshua, the son of Nun, and Caleb, the son of Jephune, were of them that searched the land.

[20:03] They tore their clothes. Why? Go to the next verse. And they spoke unto all the company of the children of Israel, saying, the land which we passed through to search.

[20:13] We also went to search it. It's exceedingly good land. So what they are saying, we agree. The land is good. What's the problem? Go to the next. But they said, we can't take it to us. And look at what they said. If the Lord delights in us, then he will bring us into 2021.

[20:28] Give it to us. Amen. If the Lord delights, he will give it to us. He will give it to us. A land which flows with milk and honey. Hallelujah.

[20:39] Hallelujah. It's a land. So stop the noise. Stop the crying. Stop rebelling against God. And let's go. And they spoke. And Joshua and Caleb spoke unto all the company of the children of Israel, saying, the land which we passed through to search it, it's exceedingly good.

[20:56] If the Lord delights, he will give it to us. Look at verse 9. Only rebel not against the Lord. Neither fear the people of the land, for they are bread for us.

[21:07] Their defense is departed from them, and the Lord is with us. Fear not. That's what I came to tell somebody. Whatever is in 2021, the defense of taking anything that can hurt you, its defense have been taken off.

[21:21] And God is with you. God is with you. I said God is. I'm talking to you. Amen. Amen. Stop fearing. And know that God is with you. You have to depend on God.

[21:33] Joshua said, let's go up at once. Because God has given us their place. This is people. These are people of faith. That is how, when they are speaking negative, you two speak out and take a step.

[21:45] And you know what? All the thousands of people who came out of Egypt, including Moses, none of them made it to the promised land, except Joshua and Caleb. Only those two made it.

[21:57] Only those two made it into the promised land. How about the rest who went there? They were all babies, children who were born not in Egypt. They were born in the wilderness.

[22:08] So it was wilderness babies. The desert babies that made it together with the old guys of faith. It takes faith. And I'm telling you, you will make it. You, 2020.

[22:19] That's why we are gathered on this platform. We are gathering to pray and release our faith. In the book of Daniel chapter 3, it says that, verse 17, the king said, if you do not bow, we will just burn your life.

[22:35] He said, bow. Else we will make sure you burn. And then they said, if it be so, our God who we serve is able to deliver us from the fiery furnace.

[22:46] And they said, listen, and he will deliver us out of your hands, O king, verse 18. But if not, be it known unto you, O king, that we will not serve thy God nor worship thy God in image.

[23:00] He said, God is able to deliver us. Our God who we serve would deliver us. But even if he doesn't do it, forget it. We won't change our position. That's violent faith. Violent faith is not waiting for things to start changing.

[23:13] It begins to take steps as though things have already changed. Take steps. Take steps. So you have to make sure you are not growing weak in faith. Or you are not going hard to have shipwreck of faith.

[23:25] Or your faith is not little. But your faith is growing exceedingly. But your faith is growing strong. You are growing strong in faith. Growing strong in faith. Growing strong in faith. And not just strong in faith.

[23:36] You are going to begin to operate in violent faith. Violent faith is when taking steps against the norm in faith. In trusting God. Taking steps against the norm.

[23:47] We are about, listen, 2020 is virtually done. But we are about to enter 2021. 2021 will be, you will thank God and you will be able to finish. Because every month is loaded with testimonies for people on this platform.

[23:59] Amen. Amen. Amen. Yes. Don't be afraid. Don't be afraid. There are some people, anytime they speak, it's negative news. And some people just tend to like talking about fear and the negative things.

[24:13] Some videos, don't watch. When they send you some rubbish videos about nonsense information that will not build you, that is just going to put fear in you or put lust in you. Sometimes ignore it.

[24:24] Delete it. Block some people. Because you have to guard your faith. Guard it. Guard it. Guard it for it to grow. And invest in building your faith.

[24:34] And listen, faith comes by hearing. After you hear the, listen to me, brothers and sisters. After you hear the word of God, take some steps. Do something. Some of you, you've tried different things since last year, last two years.

[24:49] You believe God, believe God, nothing has happened. Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey. Stay in faith. And actually boost your faith. Do more. Let Satan know that he can intimidate you and stop you.

[25:00] Whatever faith steps you took previously and you didn't see the answer, you didn't see certain moves of God. Do more to prove the devil that he can intimidate you and stop your faith. Act in faith.

[25:11] Faith requires an action. Thank you for listening to this message by David Entry. To hear more from David Entry, follow him on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
