How To Fulfil Your Destiny In God

[0:11] May your knowledge of Jesus Christ increase as you listen. Be blessed. When Jesus was leaving, he said something to his disciples.

[0:22] He said, I would not leave you as orphans, but I will pray the Father to send the Holy Spirit. And he said, when the Spirit comes, he calls him, in the Greek, he is Alos Paracletus.

[0:41] Another, Paracletus is Comforter. It's translated Helper. It's translated Standby. It's translated Counselor.

[0:52] Counselor. It's translated Intercessor. It's translated Advocate. It's translated Strengthener. Comforter.

[1:04] That's Paracletus. Paracletus. The Greek word is Paracletus. Made up of two words. Para and Keletus.

[1:16] Klet. Klet. Paraclet. So, Klet. The church, the Greek word for the church is Ekklesia. Ekk. You know, exit. Exit.

[1:27] Or out of. Any word that is E-X. It's like, okay, your ex. Some of you know what it means to have an ex. You know, your ex.

[1:38] Your ex-friend. Your ex-school. Or your ex-job. Or ex-out. Okay, so ex. So, Ekkileo is out.

[1:49] Called out of. Kleto is called. So, Ekkileo. Ekkileo is called out of something. So, the church is a called out people.

[2:01] We have been called out of the people of the world. Out of the population in the world. We are a chosen generation. A called out.

[2:12] So, Ekklesia. Now, so, Kleto is the roots. Are the roots of what we are talking about. And then when we talk about Parakeleo. Paraclet. All right.

[2:23] Paraclet is para. You know, paramedics. Not paracetamol, please. But paramedic. Paralegal. All right.

[2:33] So, when we say something. Paral. Parallel lines. Para. Parallel. So, para means something that runs along. So, parallel lines. If they are truly parallel.

[2:45] They will never meet. It runs along each other. Alongside. So, para is to run alongside something. Okay. For instance.

[2:55] Para bowl. You know, Jesus told a para bowl. Bowl is like to throw something. And so, para. So, it throws something alongside a story. So, it is saying something. But there is a key point alongside.

[3:08] It is para. So, paraclet is called alongside. So, when God calls you. He also calls. The Holy Spirit is called to go alongside you.

[3:18] As your standby. When we say we have a standby generator. It is most of our TV. We don't. Most of us. Some of our gadgets. We don't turn it off. We put it on standby. So, standby is really not off.

[3:30] It is still consuming electricity. But potentially minimal. But it is still on. So, standby. So, the Holy Spirit is not off. He is just always standby. He is just alongside you.

[3:41] So, that means that we must learn how to engage him. Because parallel lines are lines that are alongside each other. They don't meet. So, if you want them to meet. You have to find a way of turning the other one alongside.

[3:55] Or changing the angle. Some of us. Some of us. If you want the Holy Spirit to engage. If you want to experience the Holy Spirit. You have to engage the Holy Spirit. How do you engage the Holy Spirit? You change your angle.

[4:05] Change your position. And then get into his direction. Because he is alongside you. He is your helper. He is your advocate. He is your strengthener. He is your standby.

[4:16] Listen. The only way you can fulfill your destiny in God is the Holy Spirit. We saw it in Luke chapter 1. Jesus was led by the Holy Spirit into the wilderness. And verse 14 says that. Did I say Luke chapter 1?

[4:27] I mean Luke chapter 4. Verse 14 says that. He came out of the. Jesus returned in the power of the Holy Ghost. And guess what? This morning in our devotion. I was telling the children.

[4:37] And Bible says in verse 16. That he went to his hometown in Nazareth. And where he had been brought up. And as his custom was. I like that. That was the key of my devotion this morning.

[4:48] As his custom was. He went to the synagogue. On the Sabbath day. And stood. He went. He went. He didn't go to go and sit down. He went to work. He went to work. He was a church worker.

[4:59] And I realized. There were about five or so. Synagogue. Mention of synagogue. In this one chapter. He went to the synagogue. Different synagogue. He went there. In fact. The chapter ends with.

[5:10] And he went and preached in the synagogues. Not even one. The chapter. I think there's 44. He went and preached. In the synagogues. Synagogues. Synagogues of Judea. Or Galilee.

[5:21] Synagogues. Synagogues. Of Galilee. So. He went. To. If a synagogue. To a syn. And a synagogue. Okay. Let's leave that.

[5:32] Syn. I almost got distracted. To also go into another Greek. So. He went and preached. In the synagogues. So. When he went. Did you see that? He was preaching. He wasn't sitting.

[5:43] And being taught. He wasn't sitting. And to receive treatment. And receive some ministry. Wow. Wow. Read it. He always was serving. In the church.

[5:54] Or in the gathering. Of God's people. He was always. And he was always. He will always go. That is why. I'm a firm believer. Of. We. Being. Workers. In.

[6:04] The church. In. The assembly. Of the. God. The believers. The gathering. Of the believers. We should. Because. That was Jesus's model. He always went. But anyway. And there are so many things.

[6:15] That happened. In the synagogue. Because the synagogue. Was in the old setting. And he was still going there. Lifting it to a new setting. And you know what. Permit me to digress. A little bit. In.

[6:25] In the verse. 32. Or 31. The Bible says that. And in the synagogue. Can you imagine. The synagogue was. Accommodating all kinds of people. There was a man there.

[6:36] In the synagogue. And he had devils inside him. You will never know. He was in there. Now in the synagogue. There was a man. Who had the spirit. Of unclean demon. He was inside.

[6:47] But when Jesus preached. He cried out. They always make a lot. The loudest noise. In the church. When I. I don't mean the shout hallelujah. But the. The throat tantrums. When they upset. Everybody will know they upset. When they.

[6:59] When they are leaving. Everybody will know. We are leaving. A lot of noise. Sometimes. These things are demonic reactions. They are the ones. Who are louder. On social media. Blasting the church. Most of those things.

[7:10] I don't say all of it. But most of those things. Are demonic reactions. Blasting the church. And. And. And. There are some people. Who said. Oh this church has blessed me. Later on. When demonic reactions.

[7:21] Starts. They go. They. See. When you go and attack. A church. On social media. That means you are shouting out loud. That's. Usually. That's not the work of the Holy Ghost.

[7:31] Please. I beg you. I beg you. The Holy Ghost doesn't behave like that. It is never the work of the Holy Spirit. It is usually. And even usually. You are not. You are. You are not yourself. You are besides yourself.

[7:42] It is the spirit. It is the spirit that is manifesting. It is the spirit. The way you are. Blasting pastors on social media. On YouTube. The way you are blasting pastors on Facebook. The way you have done a whole article to attack.

[7:55] You have done a whole article to attack. You have done a whole article to attack. Master. Matthew Ashimolo. A whole article to attack.

[8:06] Bishop Duncan Williams. To attack Benin. It is a devil. It is a devil at work inside you. You are not a pastor.

[8:17] You were a pastor. Maybe. But you have lost your track. Because you are Simon the sorcerer. Your heart is not right. Why did I go into this? So. He went to the synagogue.

[8:32] To go and serve. And he read. And when he read. The Bible says it was given to him to read from the scroll. Verse 18. He read where it is written. The spirit of the Lord is upon me. Now remember.

[8:42] Yesterday my teaching. The only way God can use you. The only way you can be used of God. Is number one. When you put aside the flesh. And number two. When the spirit comes upon you. Upon you.

[8:53] Nobody in themselves. No human being by themselves. Can operate on the behalf of God. No. We don't have what it takes. So it requires the spirit. If you want to fulfill your destiny in God.

[9:05] Number one thing you need. How do you fulfill your destiny in God? Number one. Holy Spirit. Number two. The Holy Spirit. Number three. The Holy Spirit. And then learning how to flow in the Holy Spirit. That's it.

[9:15] Number one. The Holy Spirit. Number two. The Holy Spirit. Number three. The Holy Spirit. I was having a chat with somebody. I think. Somebody. I forgot it. And he said. When. Normally in the property market.

[9:27] When you are looking for property. They said. Number one thing that determines the price of a property. Number one. Location. Number two. Location. Number three. Location. I'm telling you.

[9:38] The one thing. Or what will. Three things. That will make you fulfill your destiny. In God. In Christ. In life. Effectively. Number one. Is the Holy Spirit. Number two.

[9:49] The Holy Spirit. Number three. The Holy Spirit. Even Jesus. Oh. Pastor. You should have added fasting. No. It was the Holy Spirit. Who drive Jesus into the wilderness. Look at Luke chapter four. He couldn't do anything.

[10:00] He just went to be baptized. Baptism is put aside the flesh. So he put aside the flesh. But after the flesh has been put aside. You can't do squat for God. If the Holy Ghost that comes. It doesn't come on you.

[10:11] Jesus himself said. In John chapter three. Chapter six. Verse 63. He said it is the spirit that profited. Is that? Clear. It is the spirit that profited. It is the Holy Spirit that makes the difference.

[10:22] Now you can put it in that quickness. You can put it in. It is the spirit that quickness. It is the spirit that makes the difference. It is the spirit that brings the profit. It is the spirit that makes all the difference. It is the Holy Spirit.

[10:33] So when he was sending his disciples. He said wait until you are endued with power. In Luke chapter 24. Verse 49. Wait. Tarry ye. Tarry ye. I send you the promise of that.

[10:45] But tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem until you are endued with power. With power from on high. That is talking about the Holy Spirit. He says that stay in Jerusalem. Don't go. I want you to preach.

[10:55] But don't go. Wait for the Holy Spirit to come. The Holy Spirit is the beautifier of the destinies of men. You can't have the Holy Spirit and be put to shame. You remember I said that you.

[11:06] My people shall not be put to shame. According to Joel chapter 2 verse 26. My people shall not be put to shame. And he repeated it. But between the repetition. My people shall not be put to shame.

[11:17] Verse 26. My people shall not be put to shame. Look at verse 27. Look at verse 27. Then you shall know that I am in the midst of Israel. I am the Lord your God. And there is no other.

[11:28] My people. Did you see that? My people shall not be put to shame. My people. Then see the next verse. See the next verse. It shall come to pass. Afterwards that I will pour all. This is the secret.

[11:38] This is the secret to bail your destiny from shame. The secret. God's secret to bail your destiny. To bail your marital destiny. To bail. To excuse your financial destiny.

[11:50] Your academic destiny. Your career destiny. Your family destiny. To excuse your destiny. Your health destiny from shame. It will take the Holy Spirit. He said I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh.

[12:01] Your sons and your daughters shall prosper. And your old man shall dream. Your young men shall see visions. Verse 29. And also my man's servants and my maid said I will pour out my spirit in those days.

[12:15] It's the spirit. When he was talking about verse 1. Sorry. Verse 21. That God said I will do wondrous things. Don't be afraid. For be glad and rejoice. For I will do wondrous things. Verse 23. He says that.

[12:28] 23. Be glad. Rejoice. I will give you the former rain and the latter rain in the first month. Verse 25. It says that. What the canker worm has eaten.

[12:39] I will restore. What the locusts and the canker worm and the palm of the earth have eaten. I will restore it. Then 26. He said my people shall not be ashamed. Verse 27. My people shall not be ashamed. Verse 28. Then he says that.

[12:50] That's what is going to happen. I'll pour out my spirit. 29. He said I'll pour out my spirit upon my people. Verse 30 and 31. Look at verse 30. Verse 30 says that. And I will show wonders in the heavens and in the earth.

[13:03] Blood and fire and piliers. These are things that God will do as a function of his spirit. And people will say we have never seen anything like this. And look at the next verse. Verse 31. For whoever.

[13:13] They shall return to darkness. They move before the coming of the great and also day of the Lord. There will be strange things happening before the coming of the Lord. But it's all a function of the Holy Spirit coming upon his people.

[13:25] And look at the next verse. And it shall come to pass. That whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved. Whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.

[13:38] And he said for in Mount Zion there shall be. In Mount Zion in Jerusalem there shall be deliverance. As the Lord has said. Amongst the remnant whom the Lord has called.

[13:49] God calls us to show his glory in us. But all these. All these things that he does. Is a function of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit was given to us by God.

[14:00] He was sent to us to be our helper. To be our standby. To be our advocate. He will show you what to say. He says that for the spirit himself will tell you what to say.

[14:11] Your enemies. You. Your enemies will not be able to gain sin. What the wisdom that God will give you. For the Holy Spirit himself will show you what to say.

[14:21] Will tell you what to say. So the Holy Spirit is given by God. To beautify your marriage. To beautify your destiny. To beautify your career. To beautify your health.

[14:32] He is the. He is God with us. He is God with us. He is God with us. God in us. God for us. God through us.

[14:42] That is the Holy Spirit. God with us. God in us. God for us. God through us. God at work. Is the Holy Spirit. And if there is anything we need.

[14:54] Brothers and sisters. In any church. Wherever. Wherever we marginalize. The move of the Holy Spirit. The church begins to die. But when we open up to the Holy Spirit.

[15:05] All this encounter phase. Is about the Holy Spirit. Having his way. In our lives. And my brothers and sisters. I want to encourage you. That if there is anything you need more. In your life. Is for the presence of the Holy Spirit.

[15:17] Is the presence of the Holy Spirit. Is the presence. Pay any price. For the presence of the Holy Spirit. Because. If you want to profit in life. He is here. For the profit. He is here to profit us.

[15:27] First Corinthians chapter 12 verse 7. He said the spirit of the. But the manifestation of the spirit. Is given. For the profit of all. Did you see that. He said. But the manifestation of the spirit. Is given to each one.

[15:39] For the. Oh man. How can you profit. Without the Holy Spirit. How can. Jesus said. It is the spirit. That quickenance. How can you profit. Without the Holy Spirit. If there is a. There is a way.

[15:50] Your destiny will change. Your destiny will be. Heavily profited. It takes the Holy Spirit. God has given us. The Holy Spirit. Without the Holy Spirit. You are. You are nothing. Bible.

[16:01] Bible says. God created man. From the dust of the earth. And. Genesis chapter 2. Verse 7. And God breathed into man. And. His spirit. God. Is the breath.

[16:11] The Holy Spirit. Is the breath of man. Of God. In man. God breathed into man. And he breathed into man. The nostrils. The breath of life. Is. Is. Is. Is. Is. Is. Is. Like. The kiss of life.

[16:23] You know. I'm talking about. Uh. Uh. CPR. God gave us CPR. By giving us. The Holy Spirit. He gave us. This breath. To be. To bring us.

[16:34] Into life. So. Without the spirit. According to. James. Chapter. Chapter 2. Verse. 26. It says that. The body without the spirit. Is dead. The body without the spirit.

[16:45] The body without the spirit. Is dead. The body without the spirit. Is dead. You need the Holy Spirit. On your life. Mom. You need the Holy Spirit.

[16:55] On your life. In the. In raising of your children. In raising of your children. You need. Even walking by faith. Is a function of the Holy Spirit. In the mighty name of Jesus. And I prophesy. That may you be empowered.

[17:08] May your eyes be enlightened. By the spirit. To desire more of his spirit. And to engage him. You have to learn how to tell. Bible says that. The Lord.

[17:18] Second Corinthians. Chapter 3. Verse 7. The Lord. Is the spirit. The Lord. Is the spirit. And where the spirit. Of the Lord. Is. Hallelujah.

[17:28] Hallelujah. The Lord. Is the spirit. The Lord. Is the spirit. The Lord. Is the spirit. The Lord. Is the spirit. And it says.

[17:39] In the verse 16. But if we turn to the Lord. Never delay. If one turns to the Lord. If one. That means. Turn to the spirit. Turn to the spirit. Turn to the spirit. The veil is taken away.

[17:50] All that is blocking your vision. All that is blocking you. From properly seeing your true husband. Your true wife. Your future husband. Your future wife. What name to give to your children.

[18:01] What schools to choose. Which house to go. What to. You need your. The veil to be taken. So you can see clearly. He said. How does it get taken? When you turn. To the spirit.

[18:12] You have to learn how to turn. When one turns to the Lord. But in verse 17. It says. The Lord is the. Oh. I feel like preaching. The Lord is the spirit. When we turn.

[18:23] To the spirit. When we turn. To the Lord. It says that. The Lord is the spirit. And. Where. Kadababahondalaya. Where the spirit of the Lord is. There is liberty.

[18:34] I see you being liberated. I see you being liberated. Because of the. Of the flow. Of the Holy Ghost. On your life. I see you being liberated. I see you being liberated.

[18:44] You can't end this. Encounter service. Encounter nights. Encounter fest meetings. We can't end it. Without the flow of the Holy Ghost. Without the flow of the Holy Ghost.

[18:55] He said. The Holy Ghost shall come upon you. And the power of the highest. Shall overshadow you. Mary. Luke chapter 1. Verse 35. Mary said. How can these things be? Since I know no man.

[19:07] How can I achieve these things? How can this practically. This happen practically. In my life. Oh my God. Thank you Jesus. And the Holy Spirit said to Mary. The angel said to Mary.

[19:19] The Holy Ghost shall come upon you. And the power of the highest. Shall overshadow you. Ha ha ha. Thank you. If there is anything we need. More than every other thing.

[19:31] It's the Holy Spirit. Yes. It's the Holy Spirit. The angel told Mary. Mary said. How can these things be? Since I know no man. The angel said.

[19:42] The Holy Ghost shall come upon you. And the power of the highest. Shall overshadow you. Hey. The Holy Ghost shall come upon you. You are asking.

[19:53] How can these things be? Tonight. I want you to know. This afternoon. This morning. Whatever time you are watching. And wherever you are. The Holy Ghost shall come upon you.
