Accessing The Kingdom Of God

[0:00] Welcome. Thank you for choosing to listen to another faith-building message by Pastor David Entry. Faith comes by hearing and by hearing the Word of God.

[0:12] May your knowledge of Jesus Christ increase as you listen. Be blessed. I know somebody is set. I know somebody is set for another touch or an encounter.

[0:32] Amen. I know somebody is set. And do you know the kind of people Jesus likes touching? Jesus likes touching certain kind of people.

[0:46] And the kind of people Jesus likes touching are in Mark chapter 10 verse 13. They brought some young children.

[0:59] They brought little children to Him that He might touch them. I believe just a little touch will change in your life.

[1:12] That He might touch them. But the disciples, I think they felt that these children are not. No, no, no. They shouldn't come.

[1:23] Let children go somewhere. And so the disciples rebuked those who brought them. They said, why do you bring these children here? For Him to touch them.

[1:35] They are going to make noise because they are not diplomatic enough. They don't know how to tick the boxes well. And then Jesus said, when Jesus saw that, He wasn't happy at all.

[1:47] When Jesus saw it, He was greatly displeased. He was greatly displeased. Why are you doing that? And He said to them, let the little children come to Me.

[2:02] And do not stop them. Why? Because the kingdom belongs to such. Ah. So Jesus was more willing to touch these ones because the kingdom belongs to such.

[2:19] The rulership, the display of the glory of God is always committed to certain people who are very genuine and innocent in their approach to God.

[2:35] Very genuine. Very innocent. They said, give you a wave. They are quick to give the wave. They said, shout hallelujah. They shout even stronger.

[2:46] Hallelujah. They said, let's pray. They begin to pray. They said, clap your hands. They are willing to clap. They are not reading into it. They are not reading.

[2:57] Oh, clap. Why should I? Do I really need to clap? Aha. The kingdom of God doesn't belong to such. Do I really need to clap? Okay. If you are believing God for healing.

[3:08] If you are believing God for a miracle. They said, put your hand on your chest. But why? Do I have to put my hand on my chest for God to give? You see the problem there?

[3:22] So, little children are willing to do as they are told. And guess what? It was certainly poor who brought the little children. It wasn't even there that came by themselves.

[3:33] Some people brought their children. And by God, I believe God has sent some of us to take you to Jesus that he will touch you.

[3:44] Amen. But it is your, not childish, not childish. There is a difference between childishness and childlikeness.

[3:57] Childishness is negative. So, he says that, put in Ephesians chapter 4, verse 16, that you no longer be children.

[4:13] Or some translation says infants. Children tossed to and fro. From verse 41. That you no longer be children tossed to and fro by every weed of doctrine.

[4:25] But the trickery of men in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting. So, this is childishness.

[4:35] He said, when I was a child. 1 Corinthians chapter 13. Somewhere there. When I was a child, I speak like a child. But when I became an adult, I put away childishness.

[4:49] So, you see, when I was a child, I spoke as a child. I understood as a child. I thought as a child. But when I became a man, I put away childishness.

[4:59] So, childishness is, please, is different from childlikeness. Childlikeness is trustworthiness.

[5:10] Childlikeness is not skeptical. Childlikeness is humility. Childlikeness finds it easy to give God what belongs to God.

[5:28] But childishness can be naughty. Can be silly. And you can see there is service. And someone tells you, you don't need to go to service every time.

[5:42] Ah, I think so. Yeah, that's true. You see, that's childishness. That's childishness. Someone just, you're on your way to doing something right. Someone just comes to interrupt you and divert you.

[5:54] And your attention span is so short. It's so flaky. It's so inconstant. It's so unreliable. You know, children have very short attention span.

[6:04] And you have to do different things to keep them entertained. So, that is, that's childishness. But Jesus said, childlikeness entitles you to the kingdom. Jesus was not happy.

[6:18] Don't go, someone is bringing them to me to touch. I am happy to touch such people first. Ah. That is what, what explains why some people get touched easily and others don't get touched that quickly.

[6:33] Sometimes, you don't even need to be in church long enough to receive a great and a fast touch. Sometimes, in my journey in Christ, I've actually seen that the longer people are in church and church activities, the more people are involved in church activities without necessarily feeding their spirit to be charged, the more they trivialize the things of church.

[7:00] There are a lot of people who get closer to a man of God and they don't receive so much like those who are very far. Those who are very far receive it faster than those who are very close.

[7:16] Most of the time. Most of, I'm not saying all the time. Most of the time. Why? Because the more you become, the more you are around something, the more you are likely to become familiar.

[7:27] So, Jesus said, the kingdom belongs to people who are so genuine and open, easily open. They are willing. They are willing to give God more.

[7:40] Do more. He said, let the little children come to me and do not hinder them. For the kingdom of God belongs to such as this. Such as this. They brought them for him to touch them.

[7:53] And some of the disciples who were around Pastor Jesus said, oh no, no, you are breaking protocol. He said, please, don't bring protocol in this thing. Because there are people on this Zoom who don't mind that if we are staying till 10, they don't mind.

[8:07] If we are staying till 11, even though we won't do that, they don't mind. Sometimes, they don't mind. They just say, Pastor, just preach. They said, and when we say shout, they are the first to shout, hallelujah.

[8:20] Hallelujah. Jesus said, please, put protocol aside. The kingdom belongs to such ones as this. And those of you who are on, I'm telling you, the kingdom belongs to you and God is touching you tonight.

[8:33] Amen. God is touching you tonight. I receive it. God is touching you tonight. Yes, Lord. And driving out of your system, anything that has been imposed by the devil to destabilize your peace, I see it being flashed out of your system.

[8:50] Flashed out from your territory. Flashed out in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen. Wherever you are watching from, outside, outside London, outside UK, any part of the world, I want you to know that you are also entitled to this because there are some people who will not pay any price to push towards God.

[9:16] Let the little children come to me for such the kingdom of God belongs their own. The kingdom, the Greek word translated kingdom is Basileia, which is more about the rule.

[9:37] The rule, the rule of God, not the rules. The rule, the rulership, not, not the, when we talk about, it's not like a geographical terrain or territory.

[9:53] Well, okay, it's more about dos and don'ts, but it's about when God is now taking over. So for God to take over, that's what Jesus said, if I, Luke chapter 11, verse 24, I think so, he said, if I, by the finger of God, cast out devils, then you should know that the kingdom of God or kingdom of heaven is in your midst.

[10:21] so what Jesus was saying in Luke chapter 11, verse 20, but if I cast out demons, what are demons supposed to be, how are demons supposed to be dealt with?

[10:36] Cast out. Rikitamo demoni. Divils are supposed to be cast out. He said, if I, by the finger, listen, it doesn't take your education.

[10:47] It doesn't take your information. It takes the finger of God, please. That's, it's very important. So he said, if I cast out, if I, with the finger of God, cast out devils, I like devils.

[10:59] Cast out, when I say I like the word devils, I mean, I like the word devils. I can never like devil. I can never like a devil.

[11:10] I mean, I prefer the word devils to devils. That's an interesting one. Please. I don't like devils. Okay. I hate devils.

[11:23] That's why I am on this platform. Every evening, I'm screaming my lungs out. Why? Because I hate devils who have taken over people's, aspects of people's life, people's marriages, people's health, people's peace, people's family, people's jobs, demons.

[11:41] I hate them. Anyway, so if I, with the finger of God, cast out devils, no doubt, the kingdom of God, where, is come upon you.

[11:52] So, when I do that now, the, the, the, the, the, new, new, new King James, the kingdom of God, the kingdom of God, is come upon you. Because I am doing, what I am doing is, casting out devils, or casting out demons.

[12:07] Now, the point I'm trying to make here, is that, when God is ruling, demons get cast out. When God, begins to rule, some things, can prevail.

[12:20] So, Bible says that, it has given us authority, over dominions, and principalities. So, things that dominate your life, things that dominate people's lives, and people's families.

[12:32] Once, kingdom of God comes, those things, can stay. Because, it is, Jesus put it this way again. If, a, a strong man, keeps his house, the house, is intact.

[12:45] Matthew 12, 28, or Mark 12, 28. The house, is intact. But, if, a stronger than he, someone who is stronger, comes in, then he will, overpower him.

[12:57] And, Jesus puts it this way. You, cannot go to a strong man's house, and take over. Except, you, bind that strong man. So, you cannot just, go into a territory, Satan opposes like a strong man.

[13:11] Okay. Oh, let's read from verse 28. But, it is the same thing. You see where, you are coming from. We read Luke, the previous one. If, I cast out demons, by the spirit of God, surely, the kingdom of God, has come upon you.

[13:27] That means, God has taken over now. God has taken over. I know you didn't realize, I'm telling you, God is taking over. He's taking over, in that case, God is taking over, in that situation in your life.

[13:38] Amen. He said, if I cast out devils, so when you look, the way you see, the demons living, miracles happening, testimonies happening, that tells you, kingdom of God is at hand.

[13:49] Okay. Look at the next verse. Now, this is how he oppresses. Or, how can one, enter a strong man's house, and plunder his goods, unless he first, bind the strong man, and then he will plunder, his house.

[14:04] So, what, look at the next verse. Plunder his house. He is not with me, he's against me. All right. All right. So, what is, Jesus is saying is that, you can, if I cast out devils, I'm casting out devils, by the finger of God, it's because, the devils won't go, because they are the strong man, in charge of that family.

[14:23] They are the strong man, in charge of that lady's health, or that gentleman's health, that lady's marriage, that gentleman's situation. There was, there is a strong man, listen, every unpleasant situation, in anybody's life, every unpleasant situation, Satan is behind.

[14:39] There is a demon, who is assigned, to oversee it. Yeah. There's a demon, assigned to oversee it. There was a time, some time ago, I was talking to a certain, lady.

[14:56] She's been believing, God for marriage. And the Lord showed me, there are forces behind her, behind her, in her family. Her mother's background, her father's background, that fight marriages. He began to pray, began to pray.

[15:08] We dealt with that, and we took over, and God turned the situation. But even that, do you know what? When they were about to, he was about to get married, when the man, they were like, traveling from, London to Southampton, okay, to go and meet family, and the occasion, was happening there.

[15:28] On the way, when the gentleman, was traveling to meet, there, go and meet the family, and the family, everybody was going, the gentleman, was in the car, do you know what happened? The day of, the marriage, the gentleman, said he was traveling, when he got, halfway, he parked the car.

[15:47] He doesn't know, what's happening, he started crying. there's some overwhelming, sense of awe, fear, that he's beginning to, he's putting his life, in harm's way.

[16:04] Yeah, the guy was crying, the guy was crying, the guy cried, and cried, they cried, and then the lady said, I think, if this thing is too much for you, I think we should, we should call it a quit, because, the guy said, no, I love you, but I don't know why, I don't, I know, it's like I'm getting myself, into trouble.

[16:24] Listen, there, there are devils, that are assigned, to stand against your marriage. Wow. Yeah, there are devils, that are assigned, to stand against your fruitfulness, and your fertility.

[16:34] There are devils, that are assigned, are assigned, look, sometimes you will see, the trend, in other members, of your family, that, why is it that, every time they, they start, working professionally, something interrupts, with their career, and eventually, they have to, leave the profession, and they become like, purpose, and live in, it's like, there is a trend, why is it that, every time, married, somebody is getting, close to marriage, something happens, something gets triggered, look, a family of seven people, no one is married, wow, and the youngest one, is 38, ah, wow, no, Jesus said, an enemy, has done this, because, from the beginning, it was not so, today we read, in Mark chapter 10, from the beginning, it was not so, from the beginning, it was not so, now, so, Satan, Satan assigns, demons, and some of them, legions, it's a whole, battalion, team, they are, they can all be in one person, or be on one person's case,

[17:39] Satan is wicked, though, that's why, Jesus said, if I am doing this, I'm casting, the, the, the, the devils, by the finger of God, then you should know, the kingdom of God is in your midst, now, what am I trying to say, what we are seeing, happening in our midst, in this encounter phase, should, should let us know, that, you can't just go to a strong man's house, and take over, it's a manifestation, of the finger of God, it's a manifestation, of the finger of God, and now, if it's a manifestation, of the finger of God, the finger of God, means that, the rulership of God, so the kingdom of God, is upon us, hallelujah, that's what I'm trying to say, brothers and sisters, the kingdom of God, is upon us, and counterforce, the kingdom of God, is upon us, the kingdom of God, is upon us, the kingdom of God, is upon us, and it is, it's your responsibility, and my responsibility, to press into it, to press into it, to press into it, to press into it.

[18:40] And everybody must press like a child who all you know is just one thing. This is the one thing I'm targeting and I'm going for it. I won't be distracted. Press into it. He said, you cannot take over a strong man's house except you bind a strong man.

[18:59] Or how can one enter a strong man's house and plunder his goods unless he first binds a strong man's house.

[19:10] So if I am plundering, that's what Jesus said in verse 28, if I'm plundering the goods of the devil, of evil ones, then you must know the kingdom of God, a stronger one, has come in our midst.

[19:23] That is why people have been set free. And now, how do you access the kingdom of God? You have to access the kingdom of God with childlike attitude.

[19:33] Sometimes we hear so much negative information about church, about churches, about church, about ministers of God, pastors, to the extent that everyone they say, God is lifting your burden.

[19:55] You believe it, but you are thinking, is it real? Or is it just maybe? So people, see, the more, that's what Ananias said to God, that God, I've heard so many things about the man you are sending me to.

[20:10] Ah, God is sending you. You are telling God, I've heard some things about him, so I don't want to go. Can you imagine? He said, I've heard, Lord, I've heard from many about this man. You want me to go there, you'll kill me.

[20:24] What you hear has the propensity to affect your ability to flow with God or the negative things you hear. That's why he just said, be careful what you hear.

[20:36] Be careful what you hear. Now, what am I trying to suppose? The kingdom of God is upon us. That's good news. Someone say good news. Good news.

[20:48] Say good news again. Good news. So the kingdom of God is upon us. Now, what do we have to do? It takes a certain level of childlike trust in God.

[21:05] Childlike trust in God. In this word. I usually tend to digress a little bit. Let me digress and I'll come back.

[21:16] Anybody who tells you, I can't believe, I don't believe everything in the Bible, is not a Christian. You can't work with God without his word.

[21:32] So it requires a childlike appreciation. A childlike trust in God and his word.

[21:44] A childlike trust in God and his word. And Jesus said, watch this, the kingdom of God belongs to such as this.

[21:55] Yeah. He said, the kingdom of God belongs to such as this. Those who approach God with a certain childlike trust. Childlike trust and belief and confidence in his word.

[22:10] In his word. In his word. When you believe in God's word, you will believe in good preaching. True, clean preaching. When you believe in God's word, you will believe in prayer.

[22:20] When you believe in God's word, you will believe in praises. When praising God. When you believe in God's word, you will believe in giving. When you believe in God's word, you will believe in fasting. When you believe in God's word, you will believe in gathering together like what we are doing.

[22:34] When you believe when you believe in God's word, you will be you will believe in. Um. In forgiving others. When you believe in God's word, you will believe in.

[22:47] Say hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Praise God. When you believe in God's word, there are certain things that you cannot but believe in because God's word teaches us that.

[22:59] One of the fundamental things the word of God teaches us and the word of God demands from us, doesn't suggest to us. The word of God demands some things from us.

[23:10] You want me to tell you what fundamental thing the word of God demands from us? Yes, please. Yes, please. The most fundamental of all things, the word of God, demands from us is for us to believe.

[23:25] For us. How many of you know it's easier for children to believe? Yes. Yeah. The fundamental thing the word of God demands from us is for us to believe.

[23:36] So the Bible is written and the last word in the Bible is amen. That means I agree. So shall we be. Amen. Because Jesus, John chapter 20 says that Jesus did so many things.

[23:49] That could not be written. Everything cannot be written. Only a few have been written. Why? That you will believe that Jesus is the son of God. So you will believe. For God so loved the word that he gave his son because of the whole story of my beliefs.

[24:01] So believing is fundamental in anything that God can do for you. Hebrews chapter 11 verse 6 said, For without faith, it's impossible to believe God. And for whoever comes, and without faith, it's possible to believe God.

[24:14] And whoever, for whoever comes to God, must do what? Must believe. Why are you applying for the job and you don't have the qualification that is needed? They brought a big account, like accounting firm.

[24:27] It's looking, there's a vacancy for a chartered accountant. You have never studied accounting. You don't know anything about it. Even your math is very bad. And yet, you believe by faith you are applying.

[24:42] You are applying. No. Look at the requirement. They said applicants must be an chartered accountant. ACCA.

[24:53] Applicants must have ACCA. Applicant is a math. So the Bible says that anyone who is also coming to God, as you are coming on the Zoom, I know I'm talking to somebody who is believing God for a miracle.

[25:06] You know, let me say this. Sometimes anointed men of God can unconsciously be treated by many as though their power belongs to them.

[25:20] But the power is from God through them to people who believe. So the fact that the pastor has said, it is well with you, doesn't mean it's well with you, if you don't believe in his word.

[25:33] So we can say things and it won't happen for you, because your level, your, one of the things that is causing a lot of people harm, with the coronavirus, is oxygen levels in their blood, goes very low.

[25:49] Now when the oxygen level in your blood goes low, it goes beyond a certain point, you are likely to die. Oxygen level. The oxygen level in your faith, okay, so your faith, your faith is, can be equated to the oxygen level for you to be strong and be able to do in your blood.

[26:07] The faith you have in your work with God, it determines the quality of your work with God. That determines the miracles. And so, when we say have faith in God, it's the same, another way of saying, trust God.

[26:22] I know, I know a few things have happened. Listen, God is telling me to tell somebody, don't worry, just trust God. Believe God, and do what you can, and don't be worried. Jesus said, why are you so fearful?

[26:34] You are in a boat, and there's a storm. Have you forgotten you are with me? Have you forgotten I am with you? But where are you, Jesus? Yeah, he's sleeping. Don't worry. He's still in your boat.

[26:45] Have you started, have you become an unbeliever? No. You believe in Jesus, he's with you. Yeah, don't worry. What is going on, just keep trusting him. You'll be okay. You'll get to your destination. You are not drowning in the sea.

[26:57] You are not drowning in the sea. So, don't, don't let what the devil is suggesting to you overshadow you for, suddenly for you to say, master, alas, we perish.

[27:08] Master, don't you care that I'm perishing? Jesus, don't you care I'm perishing? Where is your faith? Where is your faith? Trust God. Trust God. If you tell, tell a child, blindfold a child, and say, open your mouth, they are likely to do, but if you go and do it to your mother, you see what she will do to you.

[27:27] I can't imagine me telling my mother, close your eyes, and then, yeah, if you give me something, give it to me, please don't bring this kind of, so, so, so, children are easy to flow with.

[27:46] They flow. They flow. I want to encourage somebody, learn how to flow with God. When you come to church, when we come for service, learn how to flow, please.

[27:57] I want to beseech you. I beg you. I beg you. It will determine so much. It will determine how well the kingdom of God will be, will belong to you. It will determine how well the forces of darkness, devils, will be dislodged, unseated, from your territory.

[28:15] because the kingdom of, it takes the kingdom of God to overpower and overrule. That is why I had to prepare myself and believe God that grace flows through my life as I sit before you and I minister, the power of God flows through me.

[28:32] And as, as, once you're on the platform, some people are benefiting just by mere fact that you're on the platform. but you, it's, it's, it's intensifies towards you once you receive the word and believe it.

[28:44] Once you believe it. See, watch this. Oh, are you learning something at all? Yes. Lord. Watch this. When, when you believe in the man of God, okay, when you believe in the man of God and the man of God said, God is visiting you.

[29:01] You know, people have been, people have said in their testimonies, my man of God has said it. I said my man of God, no problem. Yesterday we had a testimony like that. We keep hearing it. Some things are going on, but pastor told me, pastor prophesied.

[29:14] He told me, I know it's fine. Why? Can you imagine if you don't believe the man of God? You see what I'm saying? If you don't believe he's a man of God, then you are, you are not sure if the word is actually a word from God.

[29:29] If the word will actually, you are not sure. But when you believe in your, in the man, that is why God also does never leave himself. without a witness, when God is with a man, you will see, hey, Nicodemus told Jesus in John chapter 3 verse 2, he says that we know God is with, because no man can do these things.

[29:52] No man, no one can do these things, these signs that you do unless, unless, unless, and so, but when Jesus preached, they bore witness.

[30:05] So God, first of all, will try and give you signs and wisdom to let you know that he is on the seventh. And now, as you receive the word and your faith is in God, but you believe, you believe in God, believe in seven.

[30:21] Okay, but God is, you are believing in seven because you believe in God and you believe God uses a seven. In fact, if you read the Bible and believe in the Bible, you believe God uses men. You believe God uses men.

[30:33] If you don't think God uses men, I don't think you have actually read the Bible properly. Because when you read the Bible throughout, even the Bible itself, God didn't write it himself from heaven. There's no ink and paper in heaven.

[30:44] They don't need it. It's earth, we need ink and paper and material things. So he used human agents. So the Bible is a product of God and man. It can't be a product of man alone and neither can it be a product of God alone.

[30:57] In the same way, and counterfeits, God is real and God is here.

[31:12] Hallelujah! God is real and God is here. Hallelujah! God is real and God is here.

[31:24] So he says that anyone who comes to God must first believe, Hebrews chapter 11 verse 6, that he is. And it's a rewarder of those who diligently seek.

[31:35] So when you are coming to God, you better believe else don't bother coming because it will not work. It doesn't work like that. You don't approach God on your own terms.

[31:48] You approach God on his terms and his terms is belief. Now as soon as you believe a childlike faith, trusting God and trusting purely in his word, once it's in alignment with his word, you believe it.

[32:04] I am telling you, some of you, listen to me please. This, I'm about to make a prophetic utterance. some of us or some of you might be listening to me right now and it's been kind of a very rough couple of days.

[32:21] Rough. And sometimes it's like, what's going on? Ali, Ali, my God, my God, why have you forsaken me?

[32:35] Trust God. Trust God. Trust God. He hasn't forsaken you. I had, years ago, I had a story of, I think some of you might have heard it before, that a guy who, I think the, the footprints, the footprints at the seashore.

[32:55] This Christian guy who, in his walk with God, every time things are rosy, anytime he has, he had a dream, he saw him and he's walking at the seashore, he, anytime he looked back, he saw two footsteps like two sets of footsteps.

[33:12] So, footsteps of two people. So, but he's the only one walking, but when he looks back, he could see someone else is walking with him. so, every time, anytime, things are rosy, things are good, and it, he's a strong Christian, anytime he had a dream, he will see, anytime he had a dream and he was walking on the seashore, when he looks back, he will see two, two sets of footsteps.

[33:35] So, two people are walking, by what he was walking, he's walking alone, but when he looks back, he's two. Then, the days of crisis came upon him, and he had dreams again, and anytime he had a dream in the times of crisis, walking at the beach, when he looks back, there's only one set of footsteps, one person walking.

[33:56] So, so he concluded, oh, so when I'm going through crisis, God leaves me. So, he went into prayer, he said, God, why is it that, when you, you abandon me, in times of crisis, when I need you most?

[34:12] God said, I never abandon you. He said, but you abandon me, because I always see, only one footstep, one set, a single, one, a pair of footsteps, or one set of footsteps, but when, things are good, I see with me, but when, God said, oh, the footsteps you see, when you're in trouble, is not your footsteps, it's my footsteps, I'm carrying you.

[34:33] Oh, I'm carrying you, so you are not the one walking, when you are in crisis, and actually, I give you, extra treatment, by carrying you.

[34:45] Sister, I'm telling you, God is carrying you, yes. Amen. God is carrying you, my brother, God is carrying you, in this difficult time, of your life, God is carrying you, I'm hearing people's testimony, where is my own, God is preparing your own, it takes, sometimes, sometimes, listen to this, sometimes, you know, when you, look at, elephant, it takes a long time, for elephant baby, to be born, you know, baby elephant, to be born, it takes longer, than even, conception, I didn't check the statistics, but I know, the concept of a baby elephant, is, it takes longer, than the conception, of a human being, and the conception, of a rabbit, oh, it takes just few weeks, how about, chicken, no, as for eggs, just few days, hatches, and, you see, but when an elephant, lands, a baby elephant, is almost like a cow, like a grown, full grown, a full grown cow, so, you might be,
