Your Faith Cannot Rise Above What You See

[0:00] Welcome. Thank you for choosing to listen to another faith-building message by Pastor David Entry. Faith comes by hearing and by hearing the Word of God.

[0:12] May your knowledge of Jesus Christ increase as you listen. Be blessed. Amen. The Holy Spirit has been given to us or sent to us by God, who is God.

[0:27] The Holy Spirit is God. He has come to us because God does not want us to be without help. Because in our humanity, we are so limited and restricted.

[0:41] And I said the other time that you can't walk by faith carnally. To walk by faith, you have to walk by the Spirit. So to be in the Spirit, you have to be spiritual to be full of faith.

[0:56] You can't be full of faith carnally. Then that is positive thinking. Positive thinking is significantly different from faith.

[1:08] Faith is making decisions, taking steps solely. Your confidence and your soul step is based on God's Word.

[1:19] So if it's not in God's Word, that's not what we are talking about. By seeing God's Word, your confidence is in what God has said. And you are walking by it. You are walking as though what the Word is saying supersedes.

[1:33] Or it's more real than what the physical situations are dictating or pointing to you. So it's very important now. There's no way you can walk by faith without being in the Spirit.

[1:47] Because in 2 Corinthians 4, verse 13, it says we all have the same Spirit of faith. We all have the same Spirit of faith.

[1:59] Since we have the same Spirit of faith. So actually, the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of faith. The Spirit is the Spirit of faith.

[2:11] We need the Spirit of faith. So to be able to walk by faith, it must be a function of the Spirit of faith. Now, in Romans 10, verse 17, it says that faith comes by hearing and hearing of the Word of God.

[2:30] Now, this is very important. If you want to build your faith, you need to hear God's Word. You need to hear from God. You need to hear from God. In what way does the Holy Spirit help our walk with God?

[2:41] Now, hearing from God, there are a few ways God speaks to us. Primarily, number one, when you read the Bible very carefully, you see God spoke to people directly. God told Abraham in a dream.

[2:54] God told Jacob. God told Moses. And you hear, and God said to Moses. And God said to Abraham. And God said, and God said. God has always been speaking. Even in the New Testament, God has been speaking to people.

[3:07] But because the Bible, the Word of God is complete now. He might not always. So those of us who, you try to sell your spirituality by saying, oh, the Lord told me.

[3:21] The Lord told me. The other time, the Lord told me. I shouldn't use the train. I shouldn't use the bus. Every time, the Lord said. Every time. In a day, you say about 20. The Lord said.

[3:32] The Lord said to me. The Lord said to me. Just to validate your spirituality. It's not a sign of spirituality, please. It's your results. The results on steroids. It's those results.

[3:45] Those results that make people say, we have never seen it like this before. We have never seen anything like this before. Yeah. Those are the results that can point to the quality of the decisions you are making.

[4:00] Whether it's of God. Or it's not of God. So sometimes, I always do not want to encourage people. Some people have made it their mantra. Or in fact, they prefix everything they say.

[4:13] If they want to look important and spiritual. They prefix everything they say with, the Lord told me. God said to me. God said to me. God said to me. Pastor, are you trying to suppose that God does?

[4:25] He does speak to us. He does speak to us. But mainly from the scriptures. And not only the scriptures. That's where I'm going. Now, so faith comes by hearing.

[4:35] And hearing by the word of God. But it's not just the reading of scripture. But when you read the scripture, God speaks to you by his word.

[4:46] All right. So I'll get to that. So now, God speaks to you. There are times where God will speak directly to people. He said, do this, do this. But there's nothing God will say that will contradict his word.

[4:57] His written word. There's no spoken word that contradicts the written word. The written word is the final judgment for everything. It's just like a constitution in talking to God and relating to God.

[5:10] Anything that falls outside of the constitution, the word of God. Anything that falls outside of this, the Bible. If it falls outside of it, it's the devil who is now acting.

[5:23] Because God does not act outside of his word. He told Jeremiah in Jeremiah chapter 1 verse 12. For I watch over my word to perform. God said, I watch over my word to perform.

[5:35] I hasten my word to perform. For I am ready to perform my word. It is his word that he performs. And so, the word of God is the final authority.

[5:46] You remember when I was teaching on how to understand the Bible, I think, how to study the Bible. I spoke about how we have what is called sola scriptura. Sola scriptura means the scripture is the final authority in everything it addresses.

[6:02] What the scripture says about marriage is the final authority for the believer. Any other thing that contradicts what the scripture has said is not in the plan of God and is not the truth.

[6:15] So, to the believer, sola scriptura means the scripture has the final authority on everything it addresses. Any subject it addresses or any subject it tackles, it speaks about.

[6:27] What the scripture says is final. The Bible says, let God be true and every man a liar. Romans 3, 4. Let God be true and every man a liar.

[6:38] So, whatever anyone has said, let God be true. I think Titus 1, 2, I believe so. God cannot lie. Which God? Who cannot lie? Yeah. So, God cannot lie.

[6:49] He cannot lie. Once he says it, it is so. In Numbers, it said, Numbers 23, 19. For God is not a man that he should lie. As he said, and he will not, shall he not do it?

[7:00] Have he spoken, will he not make it good? Now, coming back to the point. So, God's word is the final authority. Now, so God speaks to us directly. Second way God speaks to us is through his word.

[7:12] In Psalm 29, verse 3, it says that the voice of the Lord is upon the waters. Hallelujah. The voice of the Lord is over the waters.

[7:23] The glory of God tundes. The Lord is over many waters. So, the voice of the Lord, you see, in Ephesians, it talks about with the water of the word.

[7:34] Sometimes, most times, the word of God stands, water stands for the word of God. And so, when it says, the voice is over the waters, it is talking about the voice of God. Every page of scripture, every page of scripture, you can hear God.

[7:50] So, sometimes, how many of you have read the Bible? And when you're reading the Bible, you could tell that this thing is talking to me so bad. Sometimes, it gets so scary. Sometimes, you're reading the Bible and the thing is talking to you.

[8:02] The Bible is talking to you. Actually, this is how I put it the other time. It's like, I read the Bible and the Bible is rather reading me instead of me reading the Bible. The Bible is reading me. You read the Bible, it reads you.

[8:13] Martin Luther said, the Bible speaks to me. It has mouth. It speaks to me. It has eyes. It keeps staring at me. It has feet. It runs after me. It has eyes. Some of you know what I'm talking about.

[8:25] If you really have been working with God, if you really have been relating to God, you will know that the Word of God comes after you. The Word of God is life. Hebrews 4, verse 12.

[8:37] It said, the Word of God is life. It's quick. Sharper than any tool and sword. It's life. The Word of God is life. It has life. Hallelujah. It is life. The Word of God is living and powerful.

[8:49] Praise God. So, when you take any scripture, God speaks to you through the scripture. God and, but you can't receive the message from God because you can only receive the message from God spiritually.

[9:05] Remember, spiritualia, spiritualite examinatu. Spiritualia, spiritualite examinatu is Latin, which means the Word of God can only be understood by the one whose spirit is opened up to God with reverence.

[9:23] Spiritualia, spiritualite examinatu. I like that Latin. It's so nice. You know, so, that's 1 Corinthians.

[9:37] According to 1 Corinthians 2, verse 14, it says that the carnal man cannot receive the things of God. Why? Because they are spiritually discerned. Neither can he know them because they are foolishness unto him.

[9:50] Neither can he know them because they are spiritually discerned. The natural man does not receive the things of the spirit of God. But the natural man does not receive the, the, the, the natural man does not receive the things of the spirit of God.

[10:05] For they are foolishness to the spirit of God. For they are foolishness to him. Nor can he know them because they are spiritually. Everybody say spiritually. Spiritually. Say spiritually.

[10:17] Spiritually. It takes a certain level of spirituality, spirituality to be able to access the clear voice of God. Now, so God speaks to us through the scriptures.

[10:30] That's why you have to read the scriptures. You have to read the scriptures. You have to read the scriptures. Read your Bible. Today, we have been reading Acts chapter 17.

[10:43] Read your Bible. Those of us, those of you whose parents, you had the privilege of your parents taking you to church when you were a child. The Sunday school, some Sunday school teach.

[10:54] If you want to grow, if you want to grow, read your Bible. Pray every day. Pray every day. Read your Bible. But nowadays, we have church leaders who don't read their Bibles.

[11:07] They don't read their Bibles. We have church members. There are a lot of people in churches who don't read their Bibles. But they believe that God owes them prosperity. God owes them a breakthrough.

[11:22] They don't read their Bible. How can you work with God well if you are not reading your Bible? How? If you are not reading. How can God speak? Even when God speaks to you, how would you know this is God speaking to me?

[11:34] Because there is no point of reference. There is no point. Satan can also speak to you. Didn't Satan speak to Eve? Didn't Satan tell Eve that what God was saying is a lie in Genesis chapter 3 verse 5?

[11:48] Didn't he tell Eve what God is saying is not true? God is lying. He knows that the very day you eat it, you shall be like him. You shall know between good and evil. So he is telling Eve, God was lying.

[12:01] So Satan can also speak. Satan speaks. God speaks. But thank God that when God speaks, if you are a child of God and you are in the Spirit, you are able to pick the signals very clearly.

[12:13] Your radar system is very good, accurate. You can pick the signals. So you need to be in the Spirit. Now, when I say read the Bible, God speaks to us through the Bible because the Bible, Jesus said, he opened the Bible, sorry, the Bible says, Jesus says, when the scroll was given to him to read in Luke chapter 4, he opened the place of Isaiah where it was written.

[12:37] And when he read it, he said, today, this scripture is fulfilled in your hearing. He was written about himself in the Bible. In the Bible, it was written concerning him.

[12:50] John the Baptist in, I think in John chapter 1 verse 19. He said, now this is the testimony of John. When the Jews sent priests and Levites from Jerusalem to ask him, who are you?

[13:04] Verse 20, please. He confessed and did not deny, but confessed, I am not the Christ. So they said, then, who are you then? Are you Elijah? He said, I am not.

[13:16] Are you the prophet? He answered, no. So they said, who are you? Tell us to go and tell the ones who said. So they said to him, who are you that we may give answer to those who said as, what do you say about yourself?

[13:29] I like his answer. Look at verse 23. He said, I am the voice of him crying in the wilderness. Make the way straight. NIV put it. He replied in the words of Isaiah, the prophet.

[13:42] So he practically quoted what Isaiah the prophet said and he applied it to himself. He said, I am the voice. He was quoting, but he was talking about himself. Do you know what I'm trying to tell you?

[13:53] I'm trying to tell you the scriptures is talking about you. If you read it, you hear from God. You see that it says that in Hebrews chapter 5, sorry, chapter 10, I think chapter 10 from verse 5.

[14:05] It says that it's low. I've come for in the volume of the book is written concerning me. Jesus, when he came, he found himself in the Bible up to now. Any believer, if you can walk with God and you can listen and open your eyes, you will see the Bible.

[14:20] You have been documented. Oh my God. Your marriage has already been documented in the Bible. He said, then he said, behold, I come in the volume of the book. This is talking about the Bible.

[14:30] It is written of me. Someone said, it is written of me. It is written of me. Say it again. Say, it is written of me. It is written of me. Your parents, your parents might have had you by accident.

[14:46] You, it can't even be that you were an unplanned child. But guess what? It is written of you. There is somewhere as you read the Bible and you open your spirit, you are there. And until you open your spirit, God can speak to you.

[14:59] That's what I'm saying that when you read the Bible, God will speak to you from the Bible. He will speak to you from his word because the word is about you. You are there. It is real. So, listen, may I tell you, David entry, it is written of me in his word.

[15:14] It is written of me. It is written of me. So, every time I search the scriptures and I read what is written of me and I keep hearing the Lord speaking to me from the scriptures. And that's how my faith keeps growing because I found out it is written of me.

[15:31] It is written of you. So, God speaks to us directly. He speaks to us through his word. And let me say the last one. The reason why I brought this point.

[15:42] He speaks to us through the Holy Spirit. As the minister to the Lord and fasted. You know, I like that scripture. Acts chapter 13 verse 2.

[15:53] As the minister to the Lord and fasted. The Holy Ghost said. Ah! So, God speaks by his spirit. In the book of Hebrews chapter 3 and chapter 4.

[16:04] He said, as the spirit has said. Today, if you hear his voice. Harden not your heart. As the Holy Spirit has said. As the spirit has said. Today, I think chapter 3 verse 7. Hebrews. As you hear our 4 verse 7.

[16:16] As you hear his voice. Do not harden your heart. The Holy Spirit is a speaking spirit. God speaks to us by his spirit. Therefore, as the Holy Spirit says.

[16:28] Today, today. Today, today. When you hear his voice. The Holy Spirit. God speaks to us by his spirit. In Acts chapter 1 verse 16.

[16:38] When Jesus left. And Bible says. They went back to Jerusalem. Simon Peter. He got up among the 120. And he said to them. In those days. Peter stood up and he said.

[16:49] Men and brethren. The scriptures had to be fulfilled. Which the Holy Spirit spoke. The Holy Spirit spoke. By the mouth of David.

[17:01] Concerning Judas. David never saw Judas. Physically. Intellectually. Never knew about Judas. But he spoke about Judas. How? By the Holy Spirit. Who did they speaking?

[17:13] The Holy Spirit spoke. The Holy Spirit spoke. And he is still speaking. God speaks to us. By his spirit. The Holy Spirit spoke.

[17:25] By the mouth of David. He is still speaking. In Revelations. Chapter 2 verse 7. He who has an ear. Let him hear.

[17:36] What who? The spirit is saying. To the churches. The spirit speaks to us. God is speaking to you. By his spirit. My brother. My sister.

[17:47] God is speaking to you. By his spirit. Sometimes the Holy Spirit can speak. By the mouth of Pastor David. But you know. God is speaking to you. The Holy Spirit says to the church.

[17:59] Revelations. Chapter 2 verse 7. He who has an ear. Let him hear. What the spirit says to the church. Can I quote a few more scriptures. The same thing. As you know. I love doing.

[18:10] Revelations. Chapter 2 verse 11. He who has an ear. Let him hear. What the spirit says. To the churches. Revelations. Chapter 2 verse 17. He who has an ear.

[18:21] Let him hear. What the spirit. Revelations. Chapter 2 verse 29. He who has an ear. Let him hear. What the spirit says. To the churches. Revelations. Chapter 3 verse 6. He who has an ear.

[18:32] Let him hear. What the spirit says. To the churches. Revelations. Chapter 3 verse 13. He who has an ear. Let him hear. What the spirit says. To the churches. Revelation. Chapter 3 verse 22.

[18:43] He who has an ear. The spirit is still speaking. The spirit is the speaking spirit. He will speak. He will speak. he will speak. God speaks to us through his spirit.

[18:56] Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. So if you want to walk by faith, you have to bend your ears from listening, bend your ears to hear.

[19:09] That is why, oh, can I take you a little bit further and I'll run up. Oh, thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Lord. Now, watch this. In the Bible says very clearly that God speaks to us by his spirit.

[19:28] Jesus puts it this way. He said, John chapter 16, verse 12 and 13. Guys, I feel the anointing. Somebody's been healed right now. I'm preaching. Somebody's been healed. I feel the anointing.

[19:40] He said, I still have my daiko shada. I still have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now. What will make you be able to take it?

[19:52] You don't have the processing system to bear them now. It's like when a child, an infant, okay, a baby, a baby, you are trying to feed baby with meat.

[20:04] The baby system can't process it. It doesn't have what it takes to process it. They are starting foods. If you eat it, you will have problems. You will have indigestion.

[20:16] You will have serious tummy issues because your system can't process that. Your system can't process that. Jesus said, I have things to tell you, but where you are at, you can't process it. However, somebody say, however, however, however.

[20:31] Hallelujah! Thank God for the howevers of scriptures. Hallelujah! He said, however, however, however, however, however, however, however, when the, when he, the spirit of truth is come, he will guide you into all the truth for he will not speak.

[20:53] Ah, so he's a speaking spirit. He will not speak on his own. Ah, so he came to speak. Ah, ah, ah, focus. He, he's the spirit that will give you the accurate focus of that guy you are about to go into a relationship.

[21:06] Wow. Yeah. About that course you want to enroll in. About that house you're trying to buy. About that guy you're trying to do that job.

[21:17] He can tell you ahead so you can have an advantage and no, no, it's not a good investment. I don't have to go this direction. The spirit of God is a speaking spirit.

[21:29] In 1st Corinthians, can I quote some few scriptures please? In 1st Corinthians chapter 2 verse 10 he said, you don't know, nobody knows what is in a man except the spirit of the man.

[21:41] God, he said, these things God has revealed to us by his spirit for the spirit such is all things. The deep, the Holy Spirit searches the deep things of God and then reveals it to us.

[21:51] Look at the next verse. No one knows what is, for no one knows the things that are in a man, the things of a man except the spirit that is within him which is in him. What does this mean?

[22:03] As you see me or as I see you, some of you are quiet. You are watching me like a movie. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay.

[22:13] So, somebody is thinking is the Thai green or is it blue? I don't know. I don't even know that's what you are thinking. Are you see some of you too?

[22:24] You know, I'm also wondering is it real hair or wig? What is it? Is the wig falling off? But you don't know I'm thinking about that. But you know, so nobody knows what a man is thinking except the spirit that is in the man.

[22:41] Even so, someone shout even so. Even so. Even so, no one knows the things of God except the spirit of God. Watch this. And so what? Watch this. Look at the next verse.

[22:52] Now, we have received not the spirit of the world but the spirit who is from God that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God. The Holy Spirit. Look at the next verse.

[23:03] Look at the things we also speak not in words which man's wisdom teach but watch this. Oh, wow. But which the Holy Spirit does what teaches.

[23:14] This way, Magister Veritatis. He's the teacher. He's the teacher. The Holy Spirit teaches us things and do you know what he teaches us? He teaches us the deep things of God which no man knows.

[23:25] He teaches us the deep things of God. The deep things. The Holy Spirit is the Magister Veritatis. The Master of the Truth. The Master Teacher. The Ultimate Teacher.

[23:37] You can't learn anything better than what the Holy Spirit can teach you. He's our teacher especially when it comes to the things of God. The Magister Veritatis. He says the Holy Spirit teaches us these things.

[23:48] The Holy Spirit teaches us. He speaks to us. He makes us see. Now watch this. I'm about to move into something slightly different. You can't walk by faith. Faith comes by hearing and hearing of the Word of God.

[24:00] But really it's not when you read the Bible. Yeah, it comes by the Bible but if you don't hear God when you read the Bible your faith is not coming. Mmm. So you read the Bible when you hear God when you hear God you won't doubt God.

[24:16] Mmm. Yeah. Why do you think Abraham left when God said go? Because he had God. Mmm. He had God. Mmm. The quality of your faith has everything to do with how you are hearing God.

[24:29] Are you hearing God? Are you hearing God? This year this is the victory that overcomes the world. It's our year of victory.

[24:40] The victory that overcomes the world can't even mention the attire and cain. It is our faith. But how can you walk in faith if you are not hearing from God? If you are not walking in faith that means your victory has been compromised.

[24:55] Mmm. If you don't hear from God you can't walk in faith. If you are not walking in faith you can't see the kind of victory that you are supposed to see.

[25:08] So to walk by faith you have to hear from God. Not just reading the Bible. You have to read the Bible but when you are reading it you have to get your spirit open. That's the next point I'll make in and we'll pray.

[25:19] You have to get your spirit open so you can hear from God because it takes the Holy Spirit. It takes the Holy Spirit to help you to see what God is saying to understand.

[25:30] Listen. Brothers and sisters I'm about to say another strong thing. Listen. when it comes to the realm let me read something. When it comes to the things of the spirit when it comes to the things of the spirit your hearing hearing always precedes seeing what you hear is important.

[25:55] What you hear is important. What you hear is important. I want to show you something. In the book of Revelations it says wow wow this is amazing this is amazing this is amazing listen Revelation chapter 1 I'm looking in the wrong camera Revelation chapter 1 let me use this camera I'm really fired up Revelation chapter 1 Revelation chapter 1 Revelation chapter 1 Bible says in the verse I think verse 9 he says that and I John your brother verse 10 verse 10 said I was in the spirit on the lost day and what happened and I heard behind me a loud voice as of a trumpet he heard behind him he has no sin in the realm of the spirit hearing precedes seeing so if your ears are dull it will cost you so that's why in Hebrews chapter 5

[27:10] I think verse 11 or verse 10 or 11 he said of whom verse 11 of whom we have many things to say concerning Melchizedek but he said seeing you are dull of hearing of whom we have many things to say but hard to explain since you have become dull of hearing there's a problem with your hearing so your hearing is important but watch this I'm going somewhere and I'll run up is someone getting what I'm saying I don't want to get you confused are you getting what I'm saying now watch this so your hearing I didn't say it's important that you're seeing but it precedes so if your ears are dull God always speaks so it starts with your hearing but look at verse 11 is it verse 10 revelation yeah verse 11 he said verse 10 talks about I was in the spirit and then I saw and I got trumpet and then verse 11 says that saying I am the alpha and the omega the first and the last what you see write in a book and send them to the churches now he heard first but they told him it's not what you are hearing which you are writing what you are seeing so after he heard they began to

[28:15] God began to show him things and he said I tend look at verse 12 then he said then I tend to see the voice that spoke to me and having 10 I saw 7 golden so when I saw he began to explain what I am seeing and then he told me what I am seeing is what I should be documenting so watch this the point I am making is until you begin to see you can trust God very well but I am not talking about physical sight you have seen the letter you have seen the account no I am talking about there is an inner seeing which is in your is the eye of your spirit and that is what the Holy Ghost will grant you when you read the Bible and you see yourself in the scriptures no one can tell you otherwise you have seen it yourself you have seen it no one how can someone manage to convince you that I am wearing a black shirt will you ever be convinced even if I say the Holy the anointing saw me listen I am wearing black shirt what would you ever believe that I am wearing you you won't believe it if I say if someone tells you

[29:23] I didn't come on the zoom today pastor didn't come on the zoom you won't believe it because you saw me you saw me you you saw me you saw me in French we say saw me I am kidding I am kidding don't worry you you saw me so what what you have seen it will be very difficult for you to doubt what you have seen it will be very difficult for you to doubt and when you read your scriptures the Holy Spirit's job is to make you see God when God speaks to you he speaks in pictures in Isaiah chapter 2 verse 1 he said the word of the Lord which Isaiah saw you have to see Kadiah the word the word that Isaiah the son of Amos saw you see he'll see he'll see he'll see he said I'll stand upon my watch to see what he will say to me Habakkuk 2

[30:24] I will stand upon my watch set myself upon my right hand and to watch to see what God will say to me when God speaks you can see but when you are not in the spirit you won't see when God is so you read the Bible and you are just reading stories that's why when people tell you I've been in church a long time I know the Bible you never saw it you are just reading it you didn't see yourself in the book you didn't see your family in the book you haven't seen yourself in the book because you are just reading but it's time we bend to the Holy Ghost we bend towards the Holy Spirit so that the Holy Spirit will show us I'm not talking about visions I'm talking about you see God in his word I'm not talking about images you have seen but the eye of your spirit can see things you can see things I'm not talking about most of us when we say see you want visions you want to see visions what is happening in your neighbor's house oh listen God doesn't have time for that crap showing what other people are doing in the house he doesn't have time for that crap that is Sabrina the teenage witch influence that is happening to you yep those things are not spirituality it's not spirituality look at the Holy Spirit helped us to see in Revelation chapter 3 verse 18 he said anoint your eyes with eyes so you will see anointing helps you to see he said

[31:42] I counsel you to buy of me go refine in fire that you may be rich and white garments that you may be clothed and the shiver and anoint your eyes with eyes that ye may see it takes the anointing to see the Holy Ghost is the anointing an anointing comes oh my God I feel like preaching this thing has been waiting in my spirit for too long the anointing comes upon you for you to be able to see and when you see you automatically believe and when you believe you will behave it when you behave it that is it that just shall live by faith you can live by faith of a word you haven't seen for yourself so when we are preaching as you are listening to me preach God the Holy Spirit is beginning to paint pictures by the word of God so you don't just hear you are supposed to see you are supposed to see what seeth thou oh man of God what are you seeing oh man of God that's what the angel said to actually the Lord said to Jeremiah what seeth thou verse 1 chapter 1 verse 10

[33:50] God said you have seen well for I will watch what you have seen to perform I will watch what you have seen well is when you see that is when you God you set God on a course to manifest in your life that's why Moses was able to forsake Egypt as one seeing the invisible Hebrews chapter 11 verse 26 and 27 he was able to forsake Egypt as one seeing he was seeing he was seeing and to see is the major work of the Holy Spirit the Magister Veritatis anoint your eyes with eyes out that you will see Moses saw what him who is invisible things that human beings will see Moses was seeing in 2nd Corinthians chapter 4 verse 17 he says that whilst we look not at the things let's go to verse 18 sorry verse 18 while we do not look at the things which we see but at the things which we don't how can you look at what you don't see if you are not seeing with the eye of your spirit and those are the things we are supposed to see look at the things you are which we do not which are not visible whilst we look whilst we look not at the things at the things which are seen but at the things which are not seen so there are things that are real but are not seen oh there are things that are real but they are not seen and they are real your husband has not been seen you haven't seen it your wife you haven't seen it your children who are not yet born you haven't seen, no one has seen them but they are real, they are there in the realm of the spirit, they are there some of them are already crying mommy, mommy why don't you continue believing so we can show up mom, dad dad believe dad see the word we want to come your sin will authorize us to come

[35:44] I'm telling you there are things that are available for you but you haven't seen it it is not in the visible realm you have to go in the spirit ended by the Holy Ghost that is why we need the Holy Spirit he comes to I have to calm down he comes to help us to see anoint your eyes with eyes out it takes the Holy Spirit to see but now let me end by saying this you can't enjoy a walk with the Holy Spirit if you are not spiritual if you are not spiritual as I said carnality is causing the church modern day church has become so calm so people can't even walk by faith pastors are fighting among themselves people are lying church leaders are lying church members are behaving like worldly people like the church of Pergamos Titeria and Laodicea we are behaving like Laodiceans like Corinthians like the church of people of the church of Pergamos like people of the church of Titeria

[36:53] Jezebel was their teacher Jezebel was their teacher and Jezebel was teaching them to commit Jezebel calls my servants to commit fornication and eat food sacrifice to idols Jezebel he taught them so that so much that they began to practice some people are operating just with a Jezebelic spirit online especially those people feel very comfortable operating online because online you retain a lot of non-accountability yeah yeah yeah you just get up and try and find some fancy people some some women sometimes I don't understand them you have you want to go and teach online the Bible and you have dressed like someone who is who is going to a night dinner dinner party and you are showing certain parts of your cleavage and your body and you want to teach the Bible it's not the Bible you are teaching you are trying to sell yourself go sort out your your self-esteem issues it takes a certain level of spirituality a certain level of spirituality to be able to access the voice of the Holy Spirit to access the things the Holy Spirit is showing us it takes a certain level of spirituality and the modern day church we are losing spirituality at a very aggressive rate the same systems gadgets we are using for church services we are using those same gadgets for demonic services hmm those same gadgets those same phones oh pastor okay no I will use two different work for them that's how smart we are becoming this generation we want to reason ourselves around everything pastor okay

[38:38] I will use my computer for zoom and my mobile phone but my old iPad I can use it for all those things that's no it's the same eyes no wonder the Holy Spirit is showing you things and we are so blunt blind our ears are done of hearing we can't hear let alone to be able to see anything and so faith has been compromised and every time this is what our generation is master has mastered or we are this generation has mastered in doing relinquish all responsibility for spiritual activities to certain spiritual gurus prophet a man of God powerful man of God so you do the fasting you do the declaration let me live like a devil you do the declaration and let me receive what God has got for me no no no no no no no no the chief assignment of the man of God is to draw you to Jesus yeah it's not to collect things from Jesus for you it's to draw you to Jesus so you can claim yourself wow that's a fundamental job I have I have failed if I

[39:39] I don't get you closer to Jesus and you do well in your work with Jesus and I'm able to do everything you get marriage you get your children you buy the biggest house you do successful and all that and yet you have actually gone farther from Jesus I am a major failure if I contributed to that I oversaw that yes and some people it's easy to stay online and without accountability because nowadays we live in a generation it's my own space you can be in the crowd but you have your own music you have your own thing you are watching and you are in a bubble by yourself so we always have our I don't want interference so no church is not like that this morning my preaching if you didn't listen to it please try listen to it again listen to it again we are stones for the building of God's house for a spiritual house we are stones for the spiritual house and holy priesthood to offer services you can't be a growing Christian by yourself you need others we grow together so I want to encourage somebody it takes the Holy

[40:46] Spirit but if you want to hear from God and enjoy receiving from the Holy Spirit let me simplify it by saying it requires a certain level of spirituality you have to be spiritual you have to be spiritual you have to be spiritual there are so many people in church that are so carnal they are not spiritual they are arguing this one they are fighting this one and they are very impudent about it they don't care I will say anything I will do anything you are in church and you are dating somebody's husband somebody's husband and you say he will be divorced very soon please he is still a married man by paper if you are trusting God why don't you do it clean you are preaching why are you adding other things if you are going to get a job do you have to keep lying and get a job because God says bless you with a job and you say God has blessed people with a job no don't add what doesn't honor God to it don't add to it we are in church and some of us can lie we lie we lie regularly lie in the morning lie in the afternoon lie in the evening and then top it up with hallelujah top it out with hallelujah engaging in all kinds of things like the world when we see you at a party we would never believe you are the same person who have been sitting on the zoom like an angel that's why some people don't want to show their pictures because per adventure somebody sees them is not the lady
