[0:00] Thank you for choosing to listen to today's message by Reverend Dr. David Etrie. We know you will be blessed as you seek and serve God. We believe that this message will stir up a desire for more of God even as you listen.

[0:13] Be blessed. Luke chapter 8, he said that, verse 22, And now it happened on a certain day that he got into a boat with his disciples.

[0:30] And he said to them, let us cross over to the other side of the lake. And they launched out. Why did they launch out? Why did they launch out?

[0:42] Jesus said that let's launch out. And so they launched out. But unfortunately or fortunately, as they launched out, out.

[0:56] But verse 23, But as they sailed, he fell asleep. And a windstorm came down on the lake. And they were filling with water and were in jeopardy.

[1:09] Your life is at stake. Your marriage is at stake. Your health is at stake. Water is quickly filling your life.

[1:23] You are on the high seas. And water quickly filling your boat. And it wasn't filling the boat. And they were filling with water.

[1:39] Okay. So it was not just trickling to the boat. Filling. It was getting full. It's not. How many of you know that's bad news? It was very bad news.

[1:50] Bad news. If you are on land and water is filling your boat, it's okay. It's not the best, but it's okay. Don't compare water filling a boat to flooding in a house.

[2:06] Your bathroom is flooding. It's never anywhere near water filling your boat in the high sea. That's a life and death situation.

[2:17] And water was filling. They were filling with water. And they were in jeopardy. Life's worse.

[2:29] What does the next verse say? And they came to him. They were going to sleep. And they came to him and awoke him and saying, Master.

[2:40] Master. Master. We are perishing. We are perishing. We are perishing. These are fishermen. It's interesting he chose fishermen.

[2:53] Master. We are perishing. Some of you, you said that this week. You said it. Lord, I am perishing.

[3:06] Lord, it's over. Master. We are perishing. Master. We are perishing. Master. Then he arose and rebuked the wind and the raging of the water.

[3:24] He said, come on, water. Behave yourself. Wind. Come on. Order. Order. He repeated. Come on. He woke up out of his sleep.

[3:37] And he went to action. Wow. Wow. Wow. Wow. rebuked the raging sea and he said to them. After rebuked, he said to his disciples, where is your faith?

[3:54] I thought all along you're a believer. Believers don't get drowned. Believers don't get drowned. Water has never been a threat to a believer.

[4:06] Why do you think? He said, let's go. And he slept. He was asleep, but that was not a problem. What he was trying to say is that he didn't have to rebuke the wind.

[4:20] I didn't have to rebuke the wind. All you needed was just stay in faith and we'll get to the other side because faith is what is taking us. The wind can't stop you when you're on the train of faith.

[4:34] Do you get what I'm saying? Look at the text very carefully. He rebuked the wind and he said, where is your faith? Water was filling, but they were not drowning. Where is your faith?

[4:47] When your faith is in place, life is in order. In spite of the storms you see. No, storms can drown someone in faith.

[5:00] You can't be drowned. The actual problem you have is faithlessness.

[5:12] It's not, your problem is not the devil. Your problem is, where is your faith? I thought you were a believer. Why are you so scared?

[5:24] Why are you so scared? I thought you were a believer. Why are you so scared?

[5:39] Tell somebody, fear not. So it's a fight of faith and the fight of faith has to be fought. How do you fight the fight of faith? I thought I would finish this message two weeks ago, but how do you fight the fight of faith?

[5:53] First of all, you don't got to fear. Permit my American type of English. You don't got to fear. American, I'm not a American man.

[6:08] You don't have to be afraid. You don't have to be afraid. Why should I be discouraged? Sometimes you have to ask yourself, why should I be discouraged? What is my how?

[6:20] What is my worry? What's my worry? What's my worry? Why are you losing sleep?

[6:32] Because of... They said the football match is likely to be postponed. And you are not a footballer.

[6:42] You are just a fan every time you watch. And you have lost sleep. You don't have... You don't have to stay awake when you have paid security guards to be awake.

[6:56] Oh, wow. You don't have to stay awake. You don't have to stay awake.

[7:07] Just sleep. I'm surprised. I'm surprised. You know, I'm surprised that the prime minister doesn't carry guns on herself. I thought she should carry guns to defend herself.

[7:19] No, she doesn't have to do that. Because others are having their guns to protect her. She just... American president doesn't carry guns. She just has to walk. The guys around him are trained enough to carry their guns.

[7:30] Yes. Yes. He may be a very powerful fighter and very good with guns. But he doesn't need to carry it because others are paid to do that. He said, he that watches over Israel will not sleep nor slumber.

[7:45] So the one who is watching over you is not sleeping. So why are you also joining him not to sleep? Why have you joined him not to sleep?

[7:57] I know one or two mothers whose babies have... have to be kept in hospital. And at night, they ask their mother to go, who's my baby?

[8:09] No, they will take care of... There are nurses there. They will take... You don't have to stay. Just go and rest. Come in the morning, because we are going to take care of the baby in the night. I don't know how many of you have had a friend, a loved one in hospital before.

[8:24] Sometimes you want to stay with them, but you have to go. Why? Because they must rest, and there are people paid to take care of them. Go and rest. Come tomorrow morning. It will be okay. Don't lose sleep over that situation.

[8:39] Amen. Thank you, Lord. You are too afraid. You are too afraid. You are not a believer. Too afraid. Too afraid.

[8:51] Too afraid. And Jesus keeps telling him, fear not. Fear not. Whisper to somebody, fear not. Fear not. Believe God. Believe God.

[9:02] Believe God. Believe God. Believe God. Believe God. Believe God. Fear not. The same chapter of Luke 8, chapter 8, verse 49. A man's daughter was lying at the point of death, came to call Jesus.

[9:17] Whilst they were going, somebody blocked, like interrupted Jesus' journey. end. They heard the news that, your daughter is dead.

[9:28] Whilst he was still speaking, some came from the, from the ruler's synagogue, saying to him, your daughter is dead. Do not trouble the teacher anymore. The person is dead. We came from the house to tell you he's dead.

[9:40] Jesus turned to the ruler, and what did he say? And then, but when Jesus heard it, he answered him, saying, don't be afraid. Only believe in Jesus.

[9:51] He said, your daughter shall be well. When I, I came to you because she was not well. You don't hear, did you hear? Jesus was still talking like, you know, he started the journey, I'm coming to your house.

[10:04] Why? Because your daughter is not well. The journey was because the daughter is not well. But they didn't finish the journey, and now she's dead. And Jesus was still using that is not well. The situation has changed, and you are still using the old version.

[10:19] At least, you should have said, she will live. Yeah. Why say she will be, they said she is dead. They didn't say, she is still not well. No, she is dead. Or the situation has aggravated.

[10:32] Yeah. They said, she's now dead. The ultimate has happened. Forget it. But Jesus said, do not be afraid. Only believe.

[10:42] Ah, this is a very interesting one. So, you know what? Do you know who determined the state of the girl?

[10:55] It wasn't Jesus who was determined. Watch this. Watch this. Jesus said, what is it? Do not be afraid. Watch this. What should you do? Only believe.

[11:06] What will happen if you believe? She will be well. I got, this got my attention. And. Lord, I believe.

[11:17] Yes. He said, believe, and she will be well. So, when you believe, it will make her well. Yes. Do you understand? Believe and it will be well. Lord, I believe. Lord, I believe.

[11:29] Lord, I believe. I believe. Most of us are surrounded by unbeliever Christians. We have a lot of people who call themselves Christians but are not believers.

[11:46] A lot. All around. They are nominal Christians. And then there are others who are active Christians but their believing are just dwindled. These things were not written for decoration to show the power of God.

[12:02] Bible says that these things, watch this, these things have been written so that you, through the examples of scripture, might have hope. Romans chapter 15, verse 4.

[12:14] The things that were written in scripture were written that you might have hope. You see, for the things that were written before were written for our learning that through the patience and comfort of the scriptures we might have.

[12:29] So it has written so we can learn and have hope that our case will be okay. I stand here as a servant of God and I speak over your situation.

[12:43] I, in the name of the Lord Jesus, the risen King, I rebuke that storm in your life.

[12:54] Amen. Amen. I rebuke the wind in your life. And I command the storm be sealed.

[13:06] I command the wind be sealed. In the name of Jesus. Shout, I believe in the name. Amen. Why are you doing this?

[13:21] Sorry, I'm a believer. I believe in the name of Jesus. I believe in the name of Jesus. I believe in the name of Jesus. You see, sometimes, sometimes when you believe, you look funny. Yes.

[13:34] Believing makes you look funny. Yes. Believing makes you look funny. Believing makes some people look down on you, they say, oh, come on, come on. They say, let's face reality. Huh?

[13:45] I'm talking about my reality. My reality is God's way. Yes. That's right. That's right. Reality is God's way. Yes. Your reality may be the things that, it may be the things that are based on your sensory perceptions.

[14:01] You understand that? Yes. Yes. But, but, my belief or my reality is based on what it has been, what has been written.

[14:12] It has been written. Bible says that, I quoted that scripture. It said, they are accusing me of heresy. Yeah. They say, I'm part of a sect.

[14:23] That's right. What they call a sect is the, the, the, the things that our fathers believe. I worship God, the God of, of my fathers.

[14:34] Believing all things, all things which were written in the law and in the prophet. That's what I'm doing. I'm just believing. And then I like what Paul said. Why do you consider it an incredible thing?

[14:48] That God should raise the dead. Acts chapter 26, verse 8. Why do you, verse 6 and 8, face towards 8, why do you consider it an impossible thing or an incredible thing?

[15:02] Why should it be thought incredible by you that God raises the dead? Oh, come on. Come on. You, you don't matter in this matter.

[15:14] Yeah. Yes. You must have this attitude around you that the opinion of unbel, the unbelieving don't matter in this matter of your faith.

[15:29] Yes. Not that belief. Yes. Yes. Yesterday I was preaching somewhere and I told them, why do you go to a doctor whose prescriptions you will not follow?

[15:44] The problem, the impact will not be on the doctor. It will be on you. You are sick. You are dying. Go to a doctor whose prescription you will believe and follow. Why are you going to a doctor who you know is, that's why when he gives a prescription, I won't take it.

[15:59] I'm just going to see him. For what? You are about to die then. In the same way, why do you consider it an incredible thing that God raises the dead?

[16:10] If you are coming to God, you better believe. That's the only way he can help you. Hebrews 11, 6. For he, without faith it's impossible to please God. For he who comes to God must believe that he is, for he who comes, if you are coming, then it's a necessary requirement.

[16:28] You have to believe. Yes. Must believe that he is and he is a rewarder of those who diligently seek him. God is a rewarder.

[16:40] Somebody say God is a rewarder. God is a rewarder. If you come into God, you better believe. Yes, I believe. You better believe.

[16:51] No, I believe. And certain brand of people will brand you as a fanatic, as unreasonable, as unrealistic.

[17:04] It's their problem. Your results will baffle them. You are refluxed. Because faith is not a feeling.

[17:17] Faith is a substance. You didn't get it. Hallelujah! Faith is the substance of things hoped for.

[17:28] The evidence of things not yet seen. So they haven't seen it, you haven't seen it, but you have the substance, the evidence. That's your thing. So allow them, you should understand why they'll be speaking against you.

[17:42] Because they are speaking from a different perspective. And you're also coming from a different, two different perspectives. believes. Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! If you put something on the screen and somebody's sitting behind these speakers over there, they may not be able to read what you are reading.

[17:57] Yes! So you should excuse why they can't read. Yes! Yes! You should excuse why they are just there. Yes! Because they can't see what you are seeing. Yes! Yes! Faith is seeing the unseen.

[18:10] Yes! Yes! Yes! Believe in what hasn't happened yet. Yes! What hasn't materialized here? Tell somebody, fear not. Most of us think that the pastor is powerful.

[18:22] There's no powerful pastor. All those people are comedians and magicians. All those people who make you depend just on them and doesn't matter, just put your trust in them.

[18:37] If they pray, you know, the servants are magicians who pray. Right? Conveillance must be the center of attraction. It must be about them. No, but believers, it's only God.

[18:49] The Bible says the word of faith which we preach is in your mouth. We preach so that you cannot begin to use it. The pharmacist does not take the medication in the shop himself.

[19:08] It's a dispenser. It's supposed to, when you go to the dispenser, they are supposed to give you. So anyone who comes, so I am like a dispenser. I take the medication here, the medicine here, and I give to people, and I'm dishing out.

[19:20] And you have to take it and now speak it. That's what he said. He said the word of faith which we preach is in your mouth. We are preaching it into your mouth.

[19:33] It's there. Romans chapter 8, chapter 10, sorry, verse 8. But what does he say? The word which, the word is near where? In your mouth. What's what I'm talking about? That is the word of faith which we preach. We are preaching the word of faith for it to come into your mouth.

[19:47] So I'm just dispensing it and now you have to put it in your mouth and use it. It only works in your mouth. It only works. The medication must enter you.

[19:57] The pharmacist or the doctor or whoever is dispensing the medication can't take it for you.

[20:10] His own is to dispense it. He says, so here, have it. Can you imagine if we can take medication for people? It would be so easy for motherhood. Oh, when babies are not well, I would take double dose for the child, for the child to be well.

[20:27] But I remember when a child, you know, when you have a baby and it's confident, you are confused. You don't know. And what you don't want to hear is they tell you that you go to the GP, they say, no, take no medication.

[20:38] They're just there to, ah, and the child is, and they say to me, when? And you can't sleep. You wish you could take medication for the child. Some of you, that's how sometimes I feel about you. I feel I could take this, I could speak the word on your behalf, but you have to speak your own way.

[20:52] You have to, you have to speak, you have to speak. So I'm just dispensing it. You hear the guy's testimony. He said, pastor said that people are buying houses. Watch this.

[21:02] There are others who should have bought, but they didn't connect the word. And that's why you don't have a testimony, because you should have believed the word and started taking steps, because it was like open opportunity.

[21:15] Open, you know, sometimes they will open the border before the Brexit or before the Brexit, something. So you have to do it. Take advantage of the opportunity and dive into it.

[21:26] Wind rush. Wind rush, yes. It's an opportunity. But most of us are, and you go home, and you live life as though you didn't go to church.

[21:39] You see where the problem is coming from. You go back home as though you are not going to church. And you continue from where you left off.

[21:52] Because you are coming for the comedian, the magician, pastor, to fix your problem and you go. No. We are dispensed. So you come to receive dispensation, or the dispense, we dispense it to you.

[22:05] You come to receive the dispensing, or the distribution, or the administration of God's word, and then you now go back and speak into the situation.

[22:16] Oh, yes. Oh, yes. Oh, yes. What I don't understand is people who always come to me about, every now and then, I dreamt this. I dreamt. What should I do?

[22:26] I wasn't going to dream about it. What should I do about it? No, I mean, it's different from what you're having attached in your dream where you say, please join me in prayer. That's the different thing. But I dreamt, and I saw one of the lights coming down and going up, coming down and going, and then moving like this.

[22:40] Pastor, I have a dream. I dreamt. So you are telling me, what should I do? I should interpret it. Go to Genesis chapter 41. Joseph will interpret it for you.

[22:51] I'm not an interpreter of dreams. I'm a dispenser of the word. I'm a dispenser of the word. So I'm not God.

[23:05] I'm not, I'm a teacher. I'm not an interpreter of dreams. Those magic, magician like Christian leaders. Who find a way of making you feel that, how can you have a dream for me to understand it?

[23:20] And sometimes when they are telling you, especially to, I'm not saying don't share your dreams with me. Sometimes you can share with me, because it may have some quotes and spiritual news. Maybe, but some people are too much full of that.

[23:30] Somebody will call you on the phone. Pastor, I had a very dream. A dream. So you are calling me. Some of you even don't go to K group. Most of those dreams, go to your K group.

[23:41] Let them join with you. Because you are just coming to complicate my problems. Read the Bible. Speak the word. Read the Bible. Speak the word. Read the Bible. Speak the word. Read the Bible. Speak the word. Shout hallelujah.

[23:52] Hallelujah. Realist, I'm just trying to let someone be just a bit spiritually rational. I just want you to be rational.

[24:05] What do I mean? God, think about it. I'm also a human being. I eat, I eat rice. I eat rice. The way you eat rice. I eat bread. The way you eat bread. I, I, I take tea.

[24:16] I'm the same. We are the same. My job is to dispense the word of God and spend time praying and interceding for you. And so, me too, there are times I have dreams.

[24:27] Oh, Lord. Me too, there are times I have dreams. Oh, sweet. I can't. See my kids. Those type of Christians who always dream and somebody must always interpret for them.

[24:40] You are not a serious Christian. No. Some of the dream, just ignore it. Yes. And speak the word. If you had a dream, somebody was taking your leg away.

[24:53] Yes. You start speaking the word. My leg stays. I'm walking, I'm walking miraculously. What? What are you telling me? What are you telling me? It's okay if you are sharing with one Christian sister, two Christian sisters.

[25:08] Some people are very, very superstitious. So, some of you have superstitious friends and family members who tell, oh, if you dream like this, if you dream like this, if you do this, what do you mean? Some of it, I mean, you can't, you can't reverse the dream.

[25:22] You can't, just pray. Just pray and declare the word of God. And if there is, you feel heaviness, just join other one or two Christian brothers, sisters, let them pray with you.

[25:32] That's all. And when you, maybe you see your pastor, oh, this is the dream I had. Oh, that's fine. Okay. Okay. But don't ask him, pastor, what's the meaning of the, every time you're coming, what would you say? If you say it and I feel there's a meaning, I'll tell you.

[25:45] Are you getting what I'm saying? I don't know why I'm going to that. Because some of you have been having a lot of dreams because you eat, wrong food. Let me tell you something before I move on.

[26:01] Let me tell you something. Listen, listen, listen, listen, listen, listen, listen, let me tell you something. It's for some of you to learn something. The other time we only, we don't watch normal TV.

[26:13] So it's YouTube. So we can choose what we watch. Yeah. Country can't control. So we watch messages and this, we choose, what rewind forward.

[26:23] I don't know. Yes. I just, just, just, just, just. So one day I think, Safari or something like that. You know, sometimes you can see on the side, a lion trying to, or an antelope beady lion.

[26:35] If you are curious, and it's about three minutes. So, okay, let me just see this three minutes thing. And, but why you, why you do that? Then it goes on your history and then recommendations. You know, so, and some of you, your recommendations are bad.

[27:02] So, well, well, well, that's, that's, so, and then just before we went to bed, I think, but I was also something, I think one of the, I think something, a documentary or something about animals of Japan, South Korea, a 60 something year or 80 something year old woman who, something like that.

[27:32] So, you know, afterwards, and there's another thing that I think, in fact, when I was going to take my soul, I said, turn it off. When I came, I saw someone in the deep dive in the sea, you know, that, that, like with all the soups under the sea, it doesn't have any, I'm not into all those things.

[27:51] So, I saw it, that's cool. And I said, okay, I said, turn it. He said, why? I said, I don't know what next is coming. I don't want to go to bed, having just seen snakes. I don't want to go to bed, having just seen a lion eating a rat.

[28:10] I'm, I'm likely, because my spirit is very sensitive. It's likely to play, continue playing. You, watch everything. You are telling me your son is having nightmares.

[28:25] What have you been letting the son watch? It's not a prayer matter. It's a discipline matter. Stop some things. Stop their killings. Stop them from watching certain things.

[28:36] It will go into their dreams. Don't be, don't give the responsibility to the magicians. Take their responsibility.

[28:46] Watch what your child is watching. When they are having nightmares and rough dreams, watch that before you make it a prayer issue. If you watch what they are watching and everything that is coming, then you have to watch it, step into it.

[28:58] Because some of it is scary stuff. There are so many scary stuff. I choose never to give my eyes to scary stuff. Pastor, you're afraid. Yes, I'm afraid. Tell somebody, you fear not.

[29:19] All right. So, number one is, fear not. Number two is, create a wet-filled atmosphere. Number three, focus on what you are expecting. Number four, feed your faith.

[29:31] Grow your testimony, grow your faith through testimonies and through the word. Number five is, be fervent in spirit. This is how to fight the fight of faith. You got to be fervent in spirit.

[29:46] That's how to fight the fight of faith. Other than that, you will drown. And you may think that, you see, and they will tell you that's life. That's not life. Okay, watch this.

[29:57] For some of us, to some of us, life is completely different. Are you getting what I'm saying? To some of us, life is completely different. What happens to people normally, doesn't just happen to some of us.

[30:12] Why? Because we are operating a higher law. Feed your faith. Be fervent in the spirit, because you can't be in faith when your spirit is low.

[30:27] Did you hear what I said? You can't be in faith when your spirit is low. You can't be in faith. Because faith, watch this, watch this, watch this, you need to hear this.

[30:41] Faith is not a mental thing. It's a function of the spirit, not a function of the mind. Most karma people think, okay, psych yourself, okay, okay, okay.

[30:53] No, no, no, no, no, no. When your spirit is low, your faith will be low. When your spiritual life, that is why you have to keep building your spiritual life so you can be working by faith.

[31:07] If your spiritual life is not being built, you can't work by faith. You'll be working by assumptions. You'll be working by mental projections and positive thinking.

[31:18] It's different. It's different. It's different from faith. Faith is not positive thinking. You can have positive thinking in yoga, which is demonic. I'm not saying positive thinking is demonic, but yoga, it opens you up.

[31:33] For some of you who are doing this, you don't, you don't, you don't understand why your last is growing. I think, one of the third days, I have to teach on yoga.

[31:50] Christianity and yoga. Because it looks like some of you think it's just exercising. I have to just teach it because a lot of Christians are confused.

[32:01] Is he okay? Most nominal Christians, there are some Christians who are not spiritual at all. What do I mean by they are not spiritual? They are not spiritually alert. So a lot of things can be going in the spirit and they are just natural, mundane people operating by natural law and natural senses.

[32:19] is carnal instincts. But spiritual things are real. Spiritual things are real. Be spiritual. A lot of things are not by accident.

[32:34] A lot of people are not spiritual. The way you are fighting with your wife, you may think that it's just differences. There's a certain trend.

[32:45] Why is it that every Tuesday afternoon starts? So people will tell you that, people will tell you that, oh, don't worry, yes, yes, it's just my mind.

[33:02] Let them tell you, this thing is not mind. It's spiritual. You can't walk by faith if you are not spiritual. You can't be fornicating or watching pornography, masturbating, lying, cheating, fighting, and then get there and say, I'm walking by faith.

[33:20] It doesn't work like that. It does not. I'm telling you the truth. It doesn't work like that. Your spirit is so emaciated, it can't carry the faith load. It can't carry the faith load.

[33:32] These things, finally. See these things? They are called rigging points. Right. And every one of them have specification of the weight it can hold.

[33:46] Most of these ones are about 1.5 tons or one ton. They can carry. So anytime you want to come to a venue like this and you have lights and you want to mount them or rig, it's called rig, hang them, there's a special certified engineer who must check the weight of everything before, you know, so that's why we don't hang our lights here because it's a whole different process you go through.

[34:14] You, it can hang this, actually, this can hold all the four speakers. Yeah. Wow. This. It can hold all the four speakers. But if you add more, there's another one, these ones, I don't have to show you, the other ones, they can hold heavy stuff.

[34:30] So if you bring this load on those ones, it will break. Your spirit, man, is what determines the weight, the faith, the faith weight you can carry.

[34:44] So compromising on your spiritual work is actually affecting more than what you can imagine. So not doing some things and not working in sin is not for the sake of the church or the pastor, but it's just for the sake for your own sake because your faith will be dry.

[35:03] You can operate by faith when you walk by sin or when you are spiritually low. Low. Low spiritual frequency will result in low faith.

[35:16] So Romans chapter 12 verse 11, it said, be fervent in spirit. Fervent in spirit. Someone say fervent in spirit. How many of you want to walk by faith?

[35:29] How many of us want to fight the good fight of faith? That means you have to be fervent in spirit. Guy, be fervent in spirit else you are in trouble. Be fervent in spirit.

[35:42] Be fervent in spirit. Amen. That's why if you want to be fervent in spirit, this black and white church attendance must stop. Come see, come say.

[35:54] Today you are in tomorrow. Today you are in tomorrow. Some of you, some of us, we play our church attendance alternate like, you know, the chessboard.

[36:05] Black and white, black and white. Like a pendulum. Pendulum. Oscillates from here. Today you are there. So sometimes we don't, we can't guarantee we'll see you in church. That's right. There are certain people you know it's not likely they'll show up.

[36:21] And they show up once every time just to take a religious box. Your faith will be compromised because spiritually, how many of you agree with me that our generation, United Kingdom, maybe England, but better still, London, the atmosphere is very spiritually dry.

[37:30] So when they see you going to church they don't understand why you are doing that because they think that is not necessary. You can't imagine. It's not necessary to be going to church every time.

[37:42] They think if you go once every two months it's fine. They will ask you are you the one who killed Jesus? Why? They don't understand it. They don't understand it.

[37:53] They don't understand it. Some of us take church attendance very lightly. If I were you every opportunity to be in church I would grab it with both hands and legs.

[38:04] Unless practically impossible. Maybe you the nature of your job and other things so you can't be everywhere every time. But you must prioritize worship that will build your spirit man because London and United Kingdom and this generation things are too dry.

[38:22] You are running very low. You are low in spiritual fuel. And you are flying a long flight. Spiritual fuel is so low your plane may end up somewhere.

[51:16] This is a serious one. Satan has requested, has sought permission that I'm going to shake this one, give it, shake you. And normally, Satan tends to have some of the requests.

[51:28] Ask Job. So Jesus didn't say the request was not granted. Yes. He has asked. So it looks like he has gotten the opportunity to shake you.

[51:39] But Jesus said, I have prayed that your faith doesn't fail. Prayer can save faith failure. That's the point I'm trying to make. Jesus said, I've prayed for you.

[51:52] Prayer can save faith failure. Because faith failure is very similar to heart failure. Wow. Because the just shall live by faith.

[52:04] So if that's what you are living by, if it fails, you are dying. Your heart, you live by your heart. If your heart fails, you are dying. Faith failure is detrimental naturally in the natural heart failure.

[61:57] Stay in fellowship. Sometimes I find it very difficult to understand how someone can be a Christian, a church-going Christian, and all their friends, their main friends, are all on church people.

[62:11] They have this type of brand of clergymen and pastors who tell you, no, no, no, you have to be with your friends. As though life is about friends. Life is about purpose.

[62:26] Purpose. If your friend is in drugs, cut off. After you are doing with him and you have changed, and you are trying to help him, and they have made up, my friend, I'm not changing, let's get on, let's get on.

[72:38] This morning, I was reading Psalm 4. It blessed me. I felt like throwing that in. It says, Psalm 4, it says that, Hear me when I call, O God of my righteousness.

[72:55] You have relieved me in my distress. Have mercy on me and hear my prayer. How long, O you sons of men, will you turn my glory to shame?

[73:05] How long will you love worthlessness and seek falsehood? But know that the Lord has set apart for himself him who is godly.

[73:18] The Lord will hear when I call. Be angry and do not sin. Meditate with your heart on your bed and be still. Offer the sacrifice of righteousness and put your trust in the Lord.

[73:32] And put your trust in the Lord. There are many who say, who will show us any good. Lord, lift up the light of your countenance upon us.

[73:45] People will be saying all kinds of things about you. Now let's look at what will happen to them. Let's look at what will happen. Let's see if their God will deliver them. That noise he's making about his God. Some of you, you have become a laughingstock because you're a Christian.

[73:57] Amongst your friends who have gotten better jobs and you have still not gotten it. Don't fear. Just trust God. And expect that it will come anyway.

[74:09] Expect that it will come anyway. The position will come. If I don't tell you it will come, I'm lying. Satan will not watch you fight and his friends are behind his back. When you begin to fight, he will still fight.

[74:21] And he's not fighting you. He's fighting your faith. People will mock your faith. Sometimes you want to step out in faith, but you feel very embarrassed because of what people have said about you.
