[2:44] Lagging means you are slowing down whilst others are going ahead of you. You are lagging. And he said, when it comes to diligence, some black people don't like diligence.
[2:58] They don't like how I reckon. Listen, success is a function of hard work. Success is not a matter of luck. It's not luck.
[3:09] Oh, you try a lot. No! Success is a function of light. That makes you work hard. It should be very bad.
[3:24] Never let anyone hear you say this. Oh, as for me, my hobby is sleeping. Anyone who loves sleep ends up in poverty.
[3:37] The reason why the developing nations are poor is most people, they have too much time. They are free. As for you, every time somebody calls you, oh, I need someone to do this, oh, I'm free.
[3:51] I need someone to help me go to that, but I'm free. I need somebody, my fridge is shaking. I need someone to help me, I'm free. You are always free.
[4:04] That's why you are living on the government. I grew up in a beautiful country called Ghana.
[4:19] Listen, in Ghana, hey, you will see somebody, like 40 years old man, 26-year-old man and 38-year-old man, they are all sitting down.
[4:35] Afternoon. They are sitting down, just watching me poor person. And they say hello. You will see, you will see, you will see a 56-year-old man sitting, wake up in the morning, drink porridge, put cloth around his, come and sit by the roadside, and a young one-man person, he will call you, hey, hey, you don't respect, you need to see me here.
[5:06] Can't you greet me? Can't you greet me? Can't you greet me? Most of you, you are from families, some of you are from families, from some places.
[5:18] When there is funeral, when there is a problem, the elders in the family make a lot of noise. Hey, you have to do this. But when you tell them, okay, bring money, they are quiet. They have time to argue.
[5:32] They have time to fight. But they don't have time to be diligent to make money. And they will go to churches for pastors to put their hands on their, hey, you become rich.
[5:47] I make you a millionaire. I make you a millionaire. Receive. That's kind of foolish prayers. How you can't meet? I will first let my hands on myself.
[5:58] I become a millionaire. How many of those kind of prayers? Can't you imagine you are traveling, and then you get to the airport, and the pilot comes here, and the pilot can say, today I'm going to be flying the plane.
[6:11] And he says, wow, you're trained. He said, no, me. I went to my church. Pastor called me. Pour oil on my head. He said, you become a pilot. Become a pilot. Become a pilot. You believe in prophecies.
[6:22] Why don't let that person fly you? Hospital. Your surgeon, he's coming to catch you. He said, me, by anointing. Can you imagine?
[6:40] You have received and received and received, but you are not diligent. See, that exam you fail. Prepare and write it again. You want to change your earning power?
[6:53] It's not only prayer. Polish your certificate. Add to it. Add to it. Add to it. Some of us, we are too old to add some things.
[7:05] So just believe God and work hard. Because many people are making it out there. They have not been prayed for. They have been.
[7:19] So, okay, then we don't need prayer. No, no, no. You need prayer because there are other things that people can meet, which will fraud them. When you have God's back, it can't fraud you. You have to pray very hard and work harder than everybody.
[7:36] Some of you. Some of you. One time, I'm going to say, hey, I must be in bed. Look at you. Babies who sleep for eight hours. Babies. Babies.
[7:47] Babies. An old woman like you. An old man like you. Don't be sleeping for eight hours. You are wasting your destiny. Sleeping too much. Well, after they become, how long, how many hours he sleeps?
[7:59] I'm sure some of them, they don't sleep more than five hours. In 24 hours. And you are sleeping 12 hours. And yet you are believing God, you become great. How? Oh, no, it's a mistake.
[8:12] You can't be great with that. Listen, you can't be great sleeping. What am I saying?
[8:27] Because me, I don't sleep a lot. No, no, no, no, no. If I oversleep, I feel so uncomfortable. I feel I'm destroying so many things in my life. And you young woman, young man, your hobby is, I lie in.
[8:43] Oh, I like to lie in. 11 a.m. 11 a.m. You are still sleeping. And you are not sick. 11 a.m.
[8:54] Why? Why? And I say, oh, racism. They don't like me. You're sleeping is what is destroying you. You know somebody else like you. A lot of people didn't like Obama, but they didn't have a choice. Yes. Because he can deliver.
[9:07] There are footballers who people don't like, but they can score their goal, so they keep them there. You see, success does not know color. If you can't clap, I understand.
[9:25] You are taking it. Shout hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. This morning, I met some of the ladies who were supposed to be here for a welcome team.
[9:37] Some of them came late. Instead of being here by, I think, 9, some of them were 9.30. I told them, my friend, listen, we are helping you.
[9:49] We are helping you to build discipline in your life so that you can make it out there. Because some of us, we were, our parents allowed us to lie in so much that it has become second nature.
[10:02] That's why you fail some exams. Not because the teachers didn't like you. Because you are not steady. You are not steady.
[10:13] You are not steady. Charlie, I'm serious. I'm serious. There are too many failures in our community. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. And if you check down, down, down, they blame it on government, blame it on policies, blame it on others by themselves.
[10:31] Yeah, yeah, yeah. You go to the interview, you want to work in the city, you are going, you are going to wear a man, you want yellow suit. Yeah, yeah. Yeah. And crocodile shoes with metals and orange tie and socks with lapel flower.
[10:57] You are going to work Royal Bank of Scotland with yellow suits. No, as soon as they see you, they'll look, they'll look at you and for political correctness reasons, they'll say, welcome sir.
[11:12] Before they start talking to you, the receptionist have told them there's a strange person here. And then you say, oh, I claim the job.
[11:24] I claim the job. The pastor said it and it's mine. But the thing was supposed to be yours, but you spoil it. There are too many people who are running their lives on common sense.
[11:40] That's why they get common results. He said, not lagging in diligence.
[11:55] Not lagging in diligence. God said it. Don't lag in diligence. Work hard. Work hard. Work hard. That's why you have your strength.
[12:06] Work hard. Too many of us failures, people who fail, too many of us like entertainment too much. You've watched every movie they release. What have you produced?
[12:18] What have you produced? There's no party you don't go. Every party you are there. And you are the one in the center.
[12:29] Everywhere you are there. Now, are you listening to, I'm saying some serious things. Please. People don't respect you if you are not productive.
[12:42] If you are not productive, they won't respect you. You have to take the responsibility with the help of God that I will work hard. Please, I beg you.
[12:53] If you didn't hear anything, cut down that sleep. It's too much. It's too much. It is the, that is what is killing you but you don't know. The sleep. You are sleeping too much. I'm praying so much for you but your sleeping is pulling the prayer.
[13:08] Sleeping too much. Sleeping too much. Never let anybody hear you as adult, as healthy as you are. Oh, as a normal human being, I need eight hours of sleep.
[13:18] Who told you? It's for babies. But people who are succeeding, people who are making it, they don't sleep too much. They don't sleep too much. Not that they don't have sleep.
[13:29] They don't sleep too much. They don't love sleep. They are waking. When they are even sleeping, they are waking. They are thinking. When I wake up, I know what I'm going to do. I will. I have to tell you, every time you oversleep, you are going for interview, you have overslept.
[13:43] I'm telling you, that's why our black boys are failing. And all they want is trainers. All they want is some trainers, designer shoes, designer watch, designer for earrings.
[14:00] Common sense. Why? Why? And they walk in town. I'm the one. There's nothing in your head.
[14:11] Young ladies, all there is in you is what is on your head. But inside your head, nothing. If a man makes a mistake and follows your body, you have a regret of his life.

[15:36] And you just think that life is waiting for you. You are deceived. People, people are moving on when you are sleeping. The fact that you failed your exam doesn't mean others will fail you.

[18:52] They say go. That means there's a problem with you. I'm telling you. There's a problem with you. Stop saying they don't like me. People are taking advice. They don't know me. I have a great picture. They don't know. Please, please, please, please.
[19:06] When they are making people redundant, you should be the last one they must say to be. Because, did you hear that lady's testimony? Chief accountant or something. Alex.
[19:18] No, Alex. Yeah, Alex's testimony is amazing. Yeah, she said they got rid of her, but they brought her back. That's what God's power can do. But, I believe that they wouldn't have brought her back if she wasn't working hard.
[19:31] She was delivering. She had results. But, that lady, Mary, what's, what's, what's the position again? Why is she? Divisional accountant.
[19:42] They were laid people off. But, she was laid up. Because, she had results. They employ you for what you can deliver.
[19:55] Not for how you look. Unless, it's a, a brothel or, some places. Okay, what?
[20:07] Car, car showroom. And, you see, the lady walking, by the car. Sometimes, I see them, and I feel so sorry for, for, and most of them, you go to, I've been to exhibitions, a few exhibitions, for, we call church items, and some of them, you can tell.
[20:27] The person is so dumb. But, it's just standing because of the way she looks, so that she can distract people towards her. He has to buy this. So, what does this, this, I don't even know.

[22:36] He will say, please, please, I will change anything, for you. I will do anything, for you. Yeah, when a man, sees your character, and because of that, he sees your value, and he says, I will do anything, for you.
[22:48] Then you are talking. But if all you know, is to wear tight, tight things, and then, the man sees you, he's coming after you.
[23:05] No, it's not his head, that is coming up. He's not coming after you, with his head. Why is he putting pressure on you, so much?
[23:19] Oh, let's have sex, let's have sex, let's have sex, let's have sex. Yeah, because his head, is not coming after you. Even when you tell him, that oh, I think I have some sickness, he said, don't worry, don't worry, let's have sex. Because of that, you come to church, you condom in your bag, let's have sex.
