Provoking Divine Speed -

[0:33] I want to talk about provoking divine speed. Someone say divine speed. Divine speed. Say it again. Divine speed.

[0:44] In 1 Kings chapter 18 verse 44, the Bible talks about how I like that text very much.

[1:01] 1 Kings chapter 18 verse 44. Then it came to pass the seventh time that he said, there is a cloud as small as a man's hand rising out of the sea.

[1:17] So he said, go up, say to Eva, prepare your chariots and go down before the rain stops you. All right. So this is Elijah.

[1:29] After three and a half years of drought, no rain. He prayed that there's going to be rain. And then he was on the mount of God praying. And he sent his servants that go and check and see if you see anything.

[1:43] He was focusing on prayer. He sent someone, go and watch for me. And the servant went and came back. He said, I don't see anything. He said, go again. Went and came back. He said, I don't see anything.

[1:53] He said, go again. So then he went. After a few times he went and he said, verse 44, he said, I can see. He said, I can. He came to pass it. There is a cloud as small as a man's hand.

[2:06] Rising out of the sea. So he said, does it. Doesn't need to be a big one. Then he said, go and tell Ahab. Prepare your chariots. Ahab was the king at that time.

[2:17] Prepare your chariots. Go down before the rain stops you. Now this is a very interesting text. Because for three and a half years there have not been rain. In fact there was so much famine.

[2:27] That people were beginning to sell their children to eat them. I mean it was that bad. So slaughter their children to eat them up.

[2:42] And so that's how bad the famine was. And they haven't seen rain for over three years. Then suddenly the prophet of God tells the servant, go and tell the king, rush, quickly get into your limousine and leave and quickly run to the palace.

[3:01] Because where we are, the kind of rain that is coming, if you don't go quickly, the rain will stop you. Now, by now, people have become used to not seeing rain.

[3:15] They have become used to things happening in a certain way. Members of your family have become used to marriages not happening. People with your kind of certificate and background have become used to not having jobs and good jobs.

[3:38] So it's kind of normal. You know all your classmates, you finish uni, you finish the course, all of them only two have got a job out of 38. Two have got a job.

[3:49] So for you not to have a job for the past three years and actually working with, doing something, you can't use your certificate, it's normal. So for a long time, some things have become a norm.

[3:59] Some of us, you apply for a job and you receive a response that come for interview. You are surprised because you've been doing this for the past three years. Nothing has been happening. So suddenly you are, hey, what's happening?

[4:11] Why are they calling me for an interview? Or maybe this is a trick one. A trick, they don't have to trick me. Because, watch this. Because the abnormal has become normal.

[4:24] Anything that is not supposed to be normal, which Satan has made normal in your life. In this season, the rain is about to come very fast. The rain is about to come very fast.

[4:37] In the name of Jesus. Yes. Let's see. Shout divine speed. Divine speed.

[4:48] Shout divine speed. Divine speed. Divine speed. The devil is a liar. He came to Eve. He said, has God indeed said he shouldn't eat of any of the trees?

[5:03] He has to first of all distort God's word. So as soon as you begin to accept the distortion, that's where your doom starts. Don't accept any distortion that where you are is okay. It's not.

[5:16] Satan has normalized the abnormality for many people. If you keep a person in prison long enough, he doesn't think about going out.

[5:26] Because human beings are just an acclimatized. Right. So if you don't take care, Satan will make you normalize that abnormal state you are in.

[5:39] And then once your mind begins to accept it, that's where you cap your destiny. So 1st Kings chapter 18 verse 44.

[5:53] He said, go and tell Ahab that go down quickly before the rain stops you. Say divine speed.

[6:05] Divine speed. Shout divine speed. Divine speed. Divine speed because where we are, we will need the hand of God to come alive. Because if you look at where you are and this abnormality has been normalized, you will need the hand of God to move you from where you are to where you must be.

[6:27] Shall divine speed. Divine speed. Shall divine speed. Divine speed. Verse 45 of 1st Kings chapter 18 verse 45.

[6:39] It said, now it happened in the meantime that the sky became black with cloud and wind and there was a heavy rain. So Ahab rode away and went to Jezreel.

[6:53] Then the hand, that's where we are going. Then the hand of the Lord. Then the hand of the Lord. Then the hand of the Lord came upon Elijah.

[7:08] And he gathered up his noise and ran ahead of Ahab to the entrance of Jezreel. He overtook the man physically. Ahab was using chariots.

[7:19] He was on his, just without any, just on his bare feet. He ran and overtook him. Why? Because the hand of the Lord. That's the season we are in. Okay?

[7:32] Some of us are too comfortable with mediocrity. It's abnormal. It's abnormal. Samson ended up in prison. Grinding.

[7:44] This man was supposed to be a judge. They took off his eyes. He ended up grinding. But once upon a time. The only time in scripture when Samson prayed. They said, Lord.

[7:56] Lord, give me my last power. God may avenge myself of my eyes. The only time he prayed. Bible says that. The enemy didn't know that the seasons have changed.

[8:09] His hair was growing back. They thought they shaved your hair off. But they don't know. I can't see. The thing is growing back. Your hair is growing back. Your hair is growing back. Your hair is growing back.

[8:21] Your hair is growing back. You know. What happened to you? You should have been finished.

[8:32] But if you are still standing. Then you have to begin to take steps. Take some steps. Stop the funeral ceremony. Stop it. Stop the funeral ceremony.

[8:44] And start to leave. Take some steps. Take some steps. Move ahead. Move on. Show it. Show it.

[8:55] Show it. Listen. Don't allow this week to end.

[9:06] Take some steps tomorrow. The devil is alive. That situation is not normal. Your condition is not normal. Your condition is not normal.

[9:18] You are a prince. You are a prominent personality. Don't sit there like a pauper. Don't allow many things. Listen. Never allow your background. Or your history to define your destiny.

[9:31] It's alive. It cannot. What is not? Somebody's blessed. You got to take responsibility.

[9:44] Take hold of your life. Deliver yourself like a gazelle from the hand of the hunter. Take hold of your life. Say that I'm going to work this thing.

[9:56] I'm going to work it by the hand of God upon my life. I'm going to work it. And see if it won't work for you. Abraham. Abraham sent his servant to go and get a wife for his son.

[10:10] And when the man was going. Genesis 24 verse 12. Then he began to pray. He said. Then he said. Oh. The Lord God of my master Abraham. Please give me success this day.

[10:23] And show. I need the King James. Give me the King James. I like the King James. He said. Oh. I pray thee. Send me good speech this day. Wow.

[10:33] Good speed. Say good speed. Good speed. I need speed. Because the master's business requires haste. He says in Luke chapter 18. That verse 8.

[10:45] He said that. Shall he not avenge his elect. He shall avenge him speedily. I believe in divine speed. I believe in divine speed. There was a man called Paul.

[10:57] He said. When Jesus was resurrected from the dead. People saw him. Different people saw him. The apostles saw him. Everybody.

[11:07] And then last of all. Me too. I ended up seeing him. As like one who was born out of due season. The time he saw Jesus. The time he came in.

[11:17] He shouldn't have seen him. But he got divine speed. First Corinthians chapter 15. Verse 7 and 8. He said. And then finally. He was seen by me also.

[11:32] After that. He was seen of James. And of all the apostles. Then verse 8. And at last. It said. And last of all. He was seen by me also.

[11:43] As one born out of due time. It's like me. I wasn't born. The proper time I was supposed to be born. Because the time people were seeing him. I wasn't anywhere. So when I came.

[11:54] He has finished and left. So I shouldn't have seen him. Because he was an ascended Jesus. He was an enthroned. He has already entered into session. You remember.

[12:05] He was in session. When I came. So it was too late. When they were granting people. Opportunity to buy fast. Fast. Fast. You were nowhere. Now you are going to.

[12:16] Don't worry. Don't worry. Don't worry. Divine speed. Shout divine speed. Shout divine speed. Shout divine speed. Just connect yourself and collect.

[12:27] Connect and collect. Take it. It belongs to you. Take it. If lepers. Could get so much opportunity.

[12:40] To the standard. They even let us say that. What we are doing is no good. Because this is a day of opportunity. Why is it that you. As agile as you are.

[12:51] As intelligent as you are. As smart as you are. Things must stay sterile. Stale. Stagnant. It is an error. It is an error. And you have God on you.

[13:03] This year. Begin to move. Start living this year. Yes. Start living again this year. Yes. Win some souls. Yes. It is well with you. Amen.

[13:15] And. Someone say unusual accomplishments. Unusual accomplishments. Unusual accomplishments. When you have divine speed. You have unusual accomplishments. You begin to achieve some things that is.

[13:25] Accomplish some things that are. Quite outstanding. Unusual accomplishments. And then you surpass human expectations. That's.

[13:37] When divine speed comes on you. You surpass human expectations. You always keep going. Higher than the expectations. They place on you. Say divine speed.

[13:47] Divine speed. God told me to come and tell somebody. Take some steps. Start walking. You haven't gotten admission yet. But do all the things that are necessary for that job.

[14:00] So by the time you get the admission. They say. Do you have this. Oh I got it. They say. We've been looking for a candidate like you. Where have you been? But. I sent my CV the other time. Are you the same person?

[14:11] Yes. I'm the same person. So what's the difference? Now divine speed has come upon me. Yeah. Your story is changing now. Yeah. Listen. I'm saying this to you.

[14:22] So. You surpass human expectations. And then. I like this one. When divine speed comes upon you. So first thing I said. Just one or two things I want you to notice.

[14:34] So you can begin to expect this kind of things. Okay. Because when divine speed comes. You see. Gone are the days where we just talk. We don't see the results. I'm blessed.

[14:44] I'm blessed. I'm blessed. I'm blessed. Every time I'm blessed. I'm blessed. I'm blessed. You know. You never know. One day. One day. No. No. No. Today is the tomorrow you spoke about yesterday. You didn't hear what I said.

[14:57] Today is the tomorrow you spoke about yesterday. So. We have to see some things. Now. I realize that. When God is with you. It shows in the results.

[15:09] So. Let's just stop saying that. Hey. We are blessed. So. Things are happening. Where is it? Yes. Where is it? Yes. Yes. Where is it? Some people must shatter. Because when they see your results.

[15:20] They are quiet. Yes. Yes. They are quiet. But they didn't. They didn't say. It won't happen to you. But they are. They see your results. They are quiet. Yes. They call themselves seniors.

[15:31] But they see. They see your results. They say. Yes sir. Ah yes sir. Well done sir. I am describing somebody now. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. He said.

[15:43] I return and show that the race is not to the swift. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. So. Time and chance is a determining factor. Your time has come.

[15:53] Your chance has come. Take advantage and take a step. Yes. Yes. Yes. so you overtake many when defiant speed comes on you overtake many watch this, it's very important you don't compete you run in your own track don't compare yourself to people you will hurt yourself don't compare okay, he's bought one bedroom flat so okay, me too, but at least I have to target one bedroom flat shame, shame is that what is in your spirit?

[16:24] is that what your capabilities will do? yes, it can someone's achievement, someone's progress can propel you can provoke you, but that shouldn't be your yardstick because there is more in you there is more in you I said there is more in you somebody's blessed I love you so you overtake many you overtake many do you know that it's popularly said it says that the beautiful ones are not yet born what it means is that there's always an opportunity for someone to always also come to the limelight do you think all global news makers are finished?

[17:13] no there are more of us we are here more of us more of us more of us if we can just apply the principle stay consistent and stay focused time and chance will prove that God's hand is also on us do you hear what I'm saying?

[17:33] overtake and then unbeatable in competition when divine spirit comes upon you it becomes an unfair thing for anyone to compete with you because they can't beat you it's like me the way I look and I'm wearing this shit I jump into water I want to swim faster than a dolphin I can't move faster than a dolphin it's an unbeatable I'm born into the wrong realm but if he makes a mistake the penguin makes a mistake or dolphin comes on ground and even though I may not be unresemble I know that that's why I'll deal with it you see what I'm saying when you go to the jungle you want to be jumping from tree to tree you break your legs don't do that with a monkey a monkey can be one finger and be holding and then swing you can't do that so what I'm talking about is that you must know your track now when divine speed comes upon you you operate on a very unique track so I'm telling you

[18:34] Elijah Ahab was running to Jezreel Elijah was also going but they were on different tracks they were on different tracks even though one was on a limousine limousine horse the best of chariots and horses in town but the other one all he needed was the hand of God it does not take time it takes it doesn't take time it takes I said it doesn't take time it takes shall it take God shall it take God listen don't listen to the people at your level because they don't see what is in your spirit they will discourage you they ask you where are you going say I'm going to the stage I want to check the price of the properties in that area where oh now what is happening do you know the kind of people who live there why are you going there why are you going there so right away they begin to attack your confidence so some things you don't have to talk to some people about it it's not that they are bad they can't understand don't go talking to them rise up don't listen to what they are saying they will tell you it cannot be done they will be distracted by you when you get it done show them it can be done by the hand of God show them it can be done by the hand of God show them it can be done by the hand of God shout divine speech divine speech and most of us have restricted ourselves with issues that in our past and you have defined yourself with what happened to you in the past and they have branded you and given you a special tag and you have accepted it where is it in the Bible where is it in the Bible the just shall live by faith shout hallelujah hallelujah thank you Jesus to activate divine simple we are going to practice that one now it's prayer prayer do as the occasion demands do as the occasion demands do as the occasion demands when you meet those prophets do as the occasion demands first chapter 10 do as the occasion demands first Samuel

[21:01] I'm sorry first Samuel chapter 10 verse 7 do as the occasion demands and listen bro the occasion mom the occasion demands prayer to provoke that hand to come upon you do you know how Elijah did it Elijah he did it he went praying when Ahab was riding the limousine course he was praying so after the prayer he started moving and he was moving on a different track he was moving at a supersonic speed overtaking people who are far ahead of him a complacent strange faith say prayer if you don't engage in prayer you disallow yourself to join in the harvest we're going to pray it's not going to be long we're going to pray a simple prayer and say oh Lord let your hand come upon me let your hand come upon me let your hand come upon me
