[0:00] Welcome. Thank you for choosing to listen to this Spirit-filled Word by David Entry. A time to hear God's Word is a time to be visited.
[0:11] May you receive a visitation as you listen to this message. Be blessed. Somebody shout hallelujah! Hallelujah!
[0:22] Shout a believing hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! It says, Behold, bless ye the Lord, all ye servants of the Lord, which stand by night, stand in the house of the Lord.
[0:44] Lift up your hands in the sanctuary and bless the Lord. Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah!
[0:54] Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! He said, lift up your hands in the sanctuary and bless the Lord.
[1:04] Before we take our seats, I am very much aware that God is visiting individuals here. Hallelujah!
[1:15] Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! I am very much aware that God is visiting individuals. I am very much aware. Hallelujah! But before we take your seat, there is something about God and thankfulness.
[1:33] God reacts very strongly to thankfulness or thanksgiving that is born out of thankfulness.
[1:45] Yes, for all Of Of Of Of You. Thank You! Praise This has written my pleasure. Thank your Thank You! Thank You! You have to La Circle of Faith The Lord, Michele, who has , thank you, Let theありがとうございます! Peace you! Amen!
[1:55] There is a thing about Jesus, which was JSJ. Because of Jesus' authority for the Lord, who is closed, placed only at the doors of prayer, but that He should-ech on in every opportunity to give God thanks and use it! Yes! Seize it! Yes! Seize it! Thank God! Uh! Thank God!
[2:06] Okay! I am very much aware it speaks of the sakes ofуется, and He does not just believe in my speech. heart behind the song. So sometimes we may not sing long but there is this gratitude. It says, enter into his gates with thanksgiving. Psalm 100 said, enter his gates with thanksgiving and into his courts with praise. Come in. You are coming in looking for opportunity to say thank you.
[2:54] I was telling something about, I was telling something, I was saying something to Pastor Ho this afternoon that last week Bishop Wede Pua actually said it in a pastor's conference. He normally would not say that but he said it that one of the major secrets behind his life, his breakthrough, his progress, his greatness and the greatness of their assignment, one of the greatest secrets is thanksgiving. And then I was sharing Pastor Ho how they do thanksgiving a lot.
[3:26] And then he said, I told Pastor Ho, Bishop Wede Pua told me about five months ago, he said, thanksgiving must be intentional. It's not like okay, you came with your thanking God so you also lift your hand.
[3:43] No, but you are, you, sometimes you don't even wait for singing. You intentionally create an atmosphere or express. It's my thanking God. You see, most of the time, it's very easy to take what God has done for you for granted.
[4:01] For granted. Sometimes you almost fell into trouble, you really prayed. Pray that God let this, after the situation, you forgot to even say thank you.
[4:14] John 78, Luke 17, 17. Where are there not? Where, where, where, where, where are the nine? That's why the psalmist said in Psalm 103, forget not. Forget not because it is human to forget.
[4:31] So it must be intentional to give thanks. Because it's human to forget. Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not his benefits.
[4:43] So, thanksgiving must be intentional. You believe God for a job, you got it. You should never let a day pass in that job without remembering to say, Lord, I thank you. Lord, I thank you. Several things could have gotten wrong.
[5:02] How many of you have ever had something slight in your body and it didn't go. And then later on, you found out that the thing is a serious situation.
[5:16] Because doctors said, ah, this one. See, the human body is a very complicated situation, complex thing that most of us take for granted. So many things can go on at a time. One little thing that can go wrong will waste all your time, your resources, your energy, and so many things can go.
[5:39] Nobody is alive because of medical doctors. People, you are here because God kept you here.
[5:50] The psalmist said, if I go to the grave, how can I thank you? I cannot, the dead cannot praise you. So keep me alive and I'll praise you.
[6:05] So giving God thanks shouldn't come because you are in church and... See, when you are thankful, you create room for God to flex in your life.
[6:20] Thanks, thanks. Thankfulness is more powerful than just praying. Because the truth is, how many of you know you can pray for a particular job, a breakthrough, which is not in line with God's will, but you really wanted it.
[6:40] So really, that's not God's plan for you. And you prayed, or you prayed it so much because your neighbors are mocking you, your family is mocking you. So you wanted to make a statement. So you really believe God for this marriage.
[6:54] When you are... God, you prayed about... Samuel's mother said, for this child, I prayed.
[7:04] God, you prayed about... God, you prayed about... I prayed about... What you have to now do, thanksgiving is not an inspiration by the Spirit. Don't wait for inspiration to be thankful.
[7:17] Just think thoughtful. If you are thoughtful, you will be thankful. I said this some time ago that the Israelites did not enjoy the manna, the blessing.
[7:31] They did not enjoy the manna. Not because it was not enjoyable. But whilst they were eating the manna, they longed for something better. So you're worried this one, this one.
[7:42] You're giving me what is it? I could have even gotten better results. I could have gotten a better salary. You're so happy about your job. Until you realize all your contemporaries are having twice what you have.
[7:58] Then instead of being thankful, now begin to remember. Thanksgiving must be intentional, else you will be grounded in life.
[8:11] Don't forget this. God reacts to thanksgiving. So Jesus took the loaves. He said, Lord, I give you thanks. Six loaves of bread, John chapter 6.
[8:25] Sorry, five loaves of bread, John chapter 6, to feed 5,000 people. He took the loaves, small boys' lungs. How many people can have it? But Jesus, instead of saying, but this is not enough.
[8:38] He took it and said, I thank you. Thank you. So when they were making reference to that miracle, they didn't say when he commanded heavens to open.
[8:50] They said in verse 24, 25, they ate the bread after he had given thanks. So the miracle was a function of thanksgiving.
[9:01] Bread after the Lord had given thanks. They came from near the place where they had eaten bread after God had given thanks. Jesus gave thanks. So the bread they ate was a function of the thanksgiving he gave.
[9:14] Did you understand what I'm saying? The year is about to end. God, this is not time to be asking too much. This is time to even thank more.
[9:27] Because I studied here, God told me he would take death from amongst us. Amen. Amen. Be thankful.
[9:40] Be thankful for your health. Be thankful for your family. Not everything will be perfect, but at least you are better off.
[9:50] Yeah. You are well off. Yeah. But my target was to have gotten married this year and I didn't get married. There's a reason why he didn't get married because it was actually, you should be thankful that you are even here with two legs to say.
[10:06] Yeah. It says, it says that some, I think one, one, two, somewhere there, or one, one, six, it talks about how if you, that I will be able to, be able to, can I thank you now for what you have done?
[10:29] And, you know, it says, speaks about how, um, all that men will praise you. All that I'll have enough tongues. I'll be able to quantify what God has done so much.
[10:44] God has done so much. Some of you, where your, your mother comes from, the witches are macho, macho witches. They said, is that what he said?
[11:03] They are like dragons and they use computers. It doesn't matter where you go. They have all the information they type on here. And yet, yet, yet, he has not given us as prey.
[11:19] To the teeth of our enemies. This year has been a very good year for you. In spite of what you have seen and the challenges you have been through, I can tell you this year has been a very good year for you.
[11:38] And for that matter, if we are standing here, it is necessary to lift our hands and open our hands and say thank you. Thank you. And say thank you.
[11:49] And say thank you. Thank God for your husband. Thank God for your wife. Thank God for your children. Thank God for your education. Thank God for your examination results.
[12:00] Thank God for that admission into that school and university. Thank God. Thank God for that job. Thank God for your health. Thank God for your church.
[12:10] Thank God for his word. Thank God for forgiveness of sins. Thank God for deliverance. Thank God for his goodness, for his mercies, for his kindness.
[12:23] Thank God for your life. It could have gotten very wrong. It could have gotten out of hands, but God kept you. God sustained you.
[12:36] God sustained you. The psalmist said, if it had not been the Lord who was on our side, let Israel say, when our enemies rose up against us, they would have swallowed Psalm 124.
[12:50] They would have swallowed us. Thank God for his kindness.
[13:00] Thank God for his kindness. Thank God for his mercies. Thank God for his goodness. Oh, come on.
[13:10] Somebody give him praise. Somebody give him thanks. Give him thanks. If I were you, I would throw up my hands and tell him I thank you. And tell him I'm thankful.
[13:25] I am grateful. I am grateful. Grateful for my job. Grateful for my health. Grateful for my marriage. Grateful for my family.
[13:37] Grateful for my daughter. Grateful for my son. Grateful for my church. Grateful for my finances. Grateful for deliverance. How you delivered me from getting into trouble.
[13:50] Grateful. Grateful. Lord, I'm grateful for my life. For my life. I am still standing. I am here. Thank you. I did not lose my mind. Thank you. I'm not in hospital. Thank you.
[14:01] I could have died. Thank you. I could have gotten out of here. But I'm here. I am here to say thank you. Thank you, Lord. I will bless you, Lord.
[14:14] I will bless you, Lord. I will bless you for 2023. I will bless you, Lord. You. I will bless you, Lord.
[14:26] I will bless you, Lord. I know I love you, Lord. I will bless you, Lord. I will bless you, Lord. I will bless you, Lord. I'll bless you, Lord. I will bless you, Lord. GodThere might be me. I will bless you, Lord. I will bless you, Lord. I scanner.
[14:38] God bless you, Lord. Give thee me. God bless you for my life. God bless you, Lord. I will bless you, Lord. I will bless you, Lord. I will bless you. Son, God bless you. I wop baking you.
[14:49] I stand here to say thank you for my life. Thank you, Lord, for your goodness. Thank you, Lord, for your kindness. Oh, thank you, Lord.
[15:04] Thank you, Lord. I am thankful, Lord. I am thankful, Lord. I'm thankful, Lord. I'm grateful.
[15:19] Thank you for all that you have done for me. Thank you for all that you do for me. Thank you for how you've kept me. Thank you for how you kept me.
[15:33] I am grateful. Oh, Lord, I'm thankful. Oh, Lord, I'm thankful.
[15:49] Lord, I'm thankful. Lord, I'm grateful.
[16:07] I am thankful, oh, Lord. Thank you for my family. Thank you for my health. Thank you for my husband. Thank you for my wife.
[16:20] Thank you for my children. Thank you for my mother. Thank you for my job. Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord.
[16:32] Thank you for my God. In the name of Jesus. The psalmist said, lift up your hands.
[16:43] Psalm 134 again. I read it earlier on. He said, lift up your hands and give him thanks in the midst. Give him thanks. He says that lift up your hands in the sanctuary.
[16:58] And yes. Bless the Lord doesn't mean telling God, God, you are blessed. Bless the Lord means that I make you big. I speak well of you.
[17:09] I don't complain against you. If I have complained, then you have been better. I should complain against myself. But not you. I speak well of you. You have been too kind to me, God.
[17:21] That's what it means to bless him. Bless is to speak well of somebody. And he said, lift up your hands in the sanctuary and bless him. And bless him.
[17:33] The psalmist said in Psalm 35 verse 18. That I will give you thanks in the midst of the great congregation. Oh, I can do it privately. But there's something about standing in the people.
[17:46] Standing amongst people. I will give thee thanks in the great congregation. Oh, oh. I will wait when I'm alone.
[17:57] You know, I'm a shy person. So when I'm alone, I sing a lot in the bathroom. Please, please. He said, he said, I will sing praises amongst many people. Much people.
[18:07] I will praise you. I'm with you. People must hear me. People must know that there is somebody here who is thankful to God. There is somebody here who is grateful to God.
[18:20] There is somebody here who appreciates God. People must know in the congregation, whether they believe it or not. In the congregation, I will give thanks. But amongst much people, I will sing praises.
[18:33] Somebody lift up your hand in the sanctuary and bless the Lord. Bless the Lord. Bless the Lord.
[18:44] Bless the Lord. Bless the Lord. Bless the Lord. Bless the Lord. Bless the Lord. Bless the Lord.
[18:55] Oh, my soul. And all that is within me.
[19:05] Bless the Lord. Bless the Lord.
[19:17] Bless the Lord. Thank you for the kıshnak. Oh, my soul. Amen. That is within me. And all that is within me.
[19:29] Oh, my soul. Bless the Lord. Bless the Lord. Bless the Lord. Thank you for the That is within me. He has done great things.
[20:04] He has done great things.
[20:34] He has done great things. Let me see. Let me see. One more time.
[20:46] He has done great things. He has done great things. He has done great things. God, let's go with me. Lift your hands, lift your voice and say, He has done great things.
[20:59] He has done great things. Lord, I'm here to say thank you, Jesus. You have not.
[21:11] Bless His holiness. We bless you, Jesus. Holiness. He has done great things.
[21:22] He has done great things. Lift your voice and say, He has done great things. He has done great things.
[21:36] He has done great things. He has done great things. Come on, somebody bless me. Bless His holiness.
[21:47] Bless His holiness. He has done great things. He has done great things. He has done great things. Lift your hands and tell Him, You have done great things.
[21:59] You have done great things. You have done great things. From just one into December, Lord, you've been so good. Yes, you have great things. So I lift your hands and say, You have done so good to me, Lord.
[22:14] Somebody bless His holiness. Bless His holiness. Holy holiness. Between me.
[22:27] Between now and the end of the year, be thankful. Thanks. You can't be thankful and be dying at the same time.
[22:40] No. God will sustain you. You can't be thankful and things get out of hands. No.
[22:51] You see, a lot of people are not spiritually sensitive enough, so they miss the highway through which blessings flow.
[23:02] Instead of always making demands and demands and demands. In fact, He said, the reason why you shouldn't be anxious is, but in everything, my prayers and supplications, let your requests be made. With thanksgiving.
[23:13] He said, in everything, be thankful. Giving thanks all the time. You have to be thankful that guy didn't marry you. Yeah, because the two of you, the way your DNA is, you would have produced an arm rubber.
[23:29] If you wanted to erf You don't see what people say as a missed opportunity.
[23:53] It's actually an escape. It's an escape because God is so good to you. In fact, when we get to heaven, you look back and realize you cried very stupid cries a lot of the time.
[24:09] Yeah. Yeah. Sometimes you can want something so bad, God just has to intervene to make sure you don't have it.
[24:21] Yeah. Because the devil is going to use it to ruin you. Yeah. So, whether it goes the way you want to or it doesn't go the way you want to, you have to be thankful.
[24:35] That's Christianity. Or that is someone who works with God. If we work with God, you will never run out of thanks.
[24:46] But it's when you don't understand God, that's when you expect everything to go the way you think. But God says, my ways are not your ways. Now my thoughts, your thoughts.
[24:57] The way you think you will do it, you will do it a different way, but even a better result. Someone shall thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Jesus. You don't come around me without hearing me saying thank you, Jesus.
[25:12] No. I say thank you, Jesus, a lot of the time. Because thanksgiving must be intentional. Say it a minute. Remind yourself every time.
[25:23] Remind yourself. Sometimes you forget you are breathing. How many of you forgot there? Yeah, you forget you are breathing. But every now and then you remember. Remind yourself. Remind yourself.
[25:34] Oh, some of you were told to come back for a medical test. And then they said, good, they'll send you the result. The result didn't turn out the way we could have. Others go, they say it's cancer.
[25:47] Oh yeah, and you've got that, that, that, that. I'm telling you. And some of us have had, have been cleared of cancer. It's a big deal. You are the one to be quick to forgive a lot of other people.
[26:01] Is that the one? And be thankful. These two things. Forgive people and be thankful. They will never be ahead of you. You will never be disadvantaged in life. When you are thankful and you are merciful.
[26:14] Wow. Because people will cross you. People will hurt you. People will disappoint you. People will say what you know, they know they shouldn't say.
[26:26] But you know what? The more you are thankful, the easier it is to be merciful. So thanks, thankfulness holds a major place in the thriving, the life of a thriving Christian, the life of a godly person.
[26:44] So what I'm trying to tell somebody is that don't, we are too quick to ask God without saying thank you. So when it comes to a season like this, 18, 17 more days for the end of the year, a time like this, you should don't be reflecting.
[27:01] Reflecting. Reflecting. Reflecting. Remember how some prayers that only you know He answered. Because you can't share the testimony because it doesn't look good on you.
[27:12] So yeah. Some testimonies you can't share it because you shouldn't say it. But you should be singing in your heart to the Lord.
[27:23] How many of us are thankful? Some of us say God shouldn't have given us a testimony. How many of you agree with my mentor?
[27:35] Yeah. Some of us, they are setting testimony God shouldn't have made a mistake and given us. Because we don't deserve it by any means. You deserve it.
[27:46] Because you see the other believers think you are okay. Because everybody think you are playing by the rules. We are.
[27:57] Everybody think oh this one is okay, this one is okay, this one is okay, but you know that there's still a little bit more. Of yourself that has been following you from the past and you don't really like this.
[28:14] But God seems like He winked and said just let Him live. Let her live.
[28:25] Let her cross. Let her cross. Let her cross to 2024. Because of what I have for her in 2024. Because of what I have for Him in 2024.
[28:36] Oh come on. If I will throw up my hands and say thank you Jesus. Thank you Jesus. Yes. Oh Lord.
[28:48] Oh Lord. I am grateful. Oh Lord. I am grateful. Oh Lord. I am grateful.
[28:59] Oh Lord. I am grateful. Oh Lord. Oh Lord. Oh Lord.
[29:14] Oh Lord. Listen, we'll be sitting here in a minute and then we'll get ready to cross.
[29:39] Because already God is showing me some things, prophetic and mad. Listen, we're about to sing this song again. You, please, be genuinely grateful of you.
[29:52] Your mother, you could have buried a mother. Be genuinely grateful. And when you are singing, oh Lord, I'm grateful, don't just sing. Think. I'm grateful I didn't get caught.
[30:07] I am, you have to be grateful that God forgave you. Yeah, yeah. You have to be grateful that you didn't get into trouble.
[30:19] Because the path you took, you could have easily gotten into trouble. I don't know who I'm talking to, but you could have easily gotten into trouble. You have to be grateful. And then you have to be grateful for the job.
[30:33] For the results, examination, for the admission. You know, some of you, the examination results, you, that alone, if God doesn't do anything alone, that thing is a major statement from God.
[30:49] Your son's education. Your son's education. Your daughter's school. Your daughter's results.
[31:00] Your sister's results. Look at the house in you go. Can you imagine? Someone was sharing testimony with me that someone came and told me, our landlord has given us a few weeks, about, I think three weeks, to leave the house.
[31:21] Because he's a good guy, but he's selling the house. He said he doesn't have a choice. Selling the house three weeks at the end of the month. And he said, we don't know what to do.
[31:32] But he said, I trust, I know the God of courage is a faithful God. I said, don't worry, remain faithful. Because he's always faithful. So if you, the faithful you are, the more you plug into his highway.
[31:47] And then, it didn't take long. The landlord said, the one who was trying to buy the house has pulled out. I think the mortgage, the thing didn't go well. So, but the landlords, I still have to sell this house.
[32:01] Because if I don't sell it, I think they are about to possess it. So I have to sell. So it slashed over 100,000. He said, if you are interested, I will just sell it to you. Now, someone who was about to be homeless is on the way to becoming a girl.
[32:15] You know, sometimes, you don't know how God can turn things around so quickly for you.
[32:28] Yeah. God can turn, listen, don't forget what I'm just saying. God can turn things around so quickly for you. Turn down with your worry and increase your thankfulness.
[32:48] Job said, even though he slays me out. Change again. Confuse the devil. He throws his words at you and you are saying, thank you, Jesus.
[33:03] Even if you are saying, even if I don't understand how you are doing it, I know you are fatal. I'm thankful. I'm thankful. I'm grateful. Oh, Lord.
[33:16] I am grateful. Is somebody grateful here? Somebody grateful. Oh, Lord. Lift your voice.
[33:28] Lift your hand and say, oh. Lord, I am grateful. I am grateful. Lord, I am grateful.
[33:38] I am grateful. Lord, I am grateful. I am grateful. Lord, I am grateful. Oh, Lord. I am grateful. Lift your voice.
[33:48] Lift your hand and say, oh. Oh, Lord. I am grateful. Lord, my heart say, thank you, Jesus.
[34:02] Oh, yeah. I am grateful. I'm grateful. I'm grateful. I'm grateful. I am thankful.
[34:16] Lord, I come to say thank you. I'm thankful to you. I am thankful. As a church, we stand together and we say, we are grateful.
[34:29] Oh, Lord. I am grateful. Lord, we are grateful. Lord, we are grateful to you.
[34:43] I am grateful. Somebody lift your voice. Lift your hands. Say, I am grateful. Lord, I am grateful. Lord, I am grateful.
[34:55] You've been so good to us, Lord. Yeah. I am grateful. You've been so good to me.
[35:09] So good to me, Lord. So good to me. Lord, you've been so good. Lord, you have been so good to us.
[35:21] No more. No more. To be a way. Besides that, you made a way. You made a way. Oh, where there was no way. Lord, you said, let there be anywhere.
[35:32] You made a way. You made a way. You made a way. Oh, that's why. Lord, my heart is grateful. Now somebody say, oh.
[35:43] Oh, I am grateful. I am grateful. Lord, we are coming to say thank you. I am grateful, Jesus.
[35:57] Oh, yeah, yeah. I am grateful. Lord, we are thankful. I've come to say thank you, Jesus. Oh, yeah, yeah.
[36:07] Oh, Lord, I am grateful. We are grateful for all you've done for me. Oh, Lord. I am grateful.
[36:19] You've been so good, Jesus. Oh, Lord, I'm grateful. Oh, Lord. I am thankful. We are thankful.
[36:29] We come to say thank you, Jesus. Oh, Lord. I am grateful.
[36:58] I am grateful. I am grateful because the psalmist said, if it had not been the Lord on our side. Psalm 124.
[37:10] If it had not been the Lord on our side, may Israel say, if it hadn't been for God, your enemies would have had an upper hand. But he said, he did not give us as prayer.
[37:23] I can't imagine. God did not. He said, no, no, they won't get you. He did not give us as prayer to their teeth. He didn't give us as prayer to the teeth of the enemy.
[37:35] The snare is broken. Oh, the snare is broken. Our souls have escaped. Like a bird out of the snare of the father. We are grateful, Jesus.
[37:46] Thank you, Jesus. We pass on Jesus. We have lots of power. That's the prayer of Jesus Christ. Thisks will get toast Nietzsche. Then, we are grateful. If there will be a Pete and B clip, Lord, we will live by intimatePN time.

[42:58] How can you stand in church In your door In the sanctuary It is not your sanctuary It is his own When you go home You can have the door But when you come into his sanctuary Praise him in the sanctuary Praise him in his mighty firmament In fact When you look at everything he has created Verse 2 Quickly It says Praise him for his mighty acts Praise him according to the excellence Excellent greatness When you think about how great he is Let's try and generate a praise That at least can match his greatness in your mind So that's what David was doing And someone was laughing at him Someone said You are How can you come He said Hey Do you know before whom I was dancing Did you know that God before I was dancing Because he esteemed God so high His dancing and his praising God Was based on his estimation of God Not his reputation But God's estimation And then He says that Praise him with the sound of the trumpet
[44:00] We don't have some But all the doubt You have the Praise him with the lute and the harp Praise him with the timbrel and So timbrel Timbrel is like tambourine He said Praise him with the tambourine And the dance So I don't know why you find it so difficult To dance in church You think you are posh You are not It's not a sign of gentility Because you are not that gentle When it comes to food And other things that I can't talk about Have you seen someone with a running stomach who is gentle When you are running And you just go You are not gentle When it comes to God Forget about reputation And give him from your heart
[45:01] He said with the dance Praise him with the string instrument And the flute Praise him Praise him With the loud cymbals That's very gentle If you don't want to let yourself Are you looking for a wife or what Can't you just let yourself Praise him with the clashing cymbals Then Then he said No one Let everything Let everything Let everything in the hands Hey Hey Praise the Lord Come on Praise the Lord Thank you for listening to this message by David Entry
