[0:00] Hallelujah! We thank God you've tuned into this message by David Entry at Caris Church. No hand can help you with the fulfillment of your destiny but the Word of God. May God's hand align you further into your destiny through this Word.

[0:15] I believe we are seeing the beginnings of revival. It hasn't fully hit. When revival fully hits, people will be, when there's meetings, there will be a lot of inactivities out there.

[0:32] Yeah, you can talk about people are streaming in God's house and shops are not even opening because people are just going for revival meetings. And sin goes down.

[0:46] Amen. Amen. Because there are people here shouting but you are still in a certain territory. So it's important to understand what's going on and what steps to take.

[1:03] Because revival is not just abilities to come for prayer meetings in our numbers. If what happens here doesn't translate to what happens after we have left here, then we haven't met God.

[1:20] It's not divine encounter. But if it's divine encounter, then it's a different story altogether. And our theme for this prayer, this prayer is our scriptural theme is the theme of the year.

[1:38] Year of revival. Year of revival. Year of revival. Year of revival. Year of revival.

[1:49] I see it happening in the name of Jesus. So shall it be. Amen. So shall it be. Amen. In the mighty name of Jesus.

[1:59] Amen. So if it is revival, then number one main thing about revival is a genuine move of the Holy Spirit. And when the Holy Spirit moves upon us, He begins to accomplish things that only God can accomplish in our lives.

[2:19] You begin to pursue God in a way that naturally you couldn't. How many of you in the past have attempted to pursue God in a certain way and have attempted to pursue God in a way that was not successful?

[2:39] You were genuine. You wanted it. But your strength failed you. You want to be genuine. You want to be genuine. Some people try to fast for three days.

[2:53] And you cease the fasting 10 a.m. The first day. Permit me to read from that text.

[3:09] In Acts chapter 2, verse 17, it says there, And it shall come to pass in the last days, says the Lord, says God, I will pour out my Spirit upon all flesh, and your sons and daughters and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams.

[3:34] And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit, and they shall prophesy. Here ends the reading of God's Word.

[3:47] Hallelujah. This is a prophecy God gave by Joel, and which could never be fulfilled before the resurrection.

[4:02] So Peter was saying that after all the activities that led to the resurrection, and post-resurrection, actually, it could not be fulfilled before the resurrection, but much more, it could also not be fulfilled before the ascension.

[4:17] The ascension comes after the resurrection. The resurrection comes after the crucifixion. So there was the need for crucifixion, resurrection to validate the crucifixion, and then the ascension to authorize the sending of the Holy Spirit.

[4:35] So verse 33 in Acts chapter 2, it said, And then Jesus Christ being exalted to the right hand of the Father, the right hand of God exalted, having received of the Father the promises, it was a promise, but he had to ascend and sit on the right hand of the Father before that promise could materialize.

[4:56] So that promise could never be. The outpouring of the Holy Spirit upon all flesh could never be before the cross, and if it could never be before the cross, then any other thing that follows the cross must be in place before the Spirit comes.

[5:12] And so after the cross, resurrection. After resurrection, ascension. After ascension, enthronement, or sitting in session. And after he sat in session, he received.

[5:26] He had to sit first to receive. In Ephesians, Ephesians, Ephesians chapter 1. That's a powerful scripture. Bible talks about how Paul said, I want you to know the power that is at work towards you who believe.

[5:44] And he said, Even the power that raised Christ from the dead and seated him on the right hand of fire, far above principalities and power.

[5:55] So he raised him far above principalities and power, seated him on the right, far above principalities and power and might and dominion. Every name that is named. Not only in this world, but that which is to come.

[6:06] And guess what? Look at what happened. And has put all things under his feet. So he had to be seated. Then all things be put under his feet. And then what happened? And then after his feet, I gave him.

[6:20] That's the pouring out of the Spirit. He had to sit in order to be given. So he was given to the church to be the head of the church.

[6:34] As I said yesterday, what a privilege it is that you, we, should be called the body of Christ. Do you know what that means? Even to be called a member of the royal family.

[6:45] See, no. To be called a member of parliament. Of United Kingdom. It's such a huge privilege. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. When you enter, you can't enter into the royal family because, but if you're adopted into the family, that's just, I mean.

[6:59] Yeah. So like the American lady married into the royal family. It's such a huge privilege. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Let alone not just be counted as a member of the royal family, but to be counted as the co-reigning king.

[7:20] So now the king is reigning, but he can't reign without you. So now the two of us should reign. Now Jesus Christ says, you are now, I'm going to be the head. But you know, the body of Jesus, you.

[7:34] Wow. Hallelujah. I think it sounds like an overkill. Yeah. Oh, yeah. That you should be the, we should be the body of, hey, the body of God on earth.

[7:50] The body of Jesus. Amen. Amen. Amen. This is serious. It's serious. But that couldn't have happened until he sat down.

[8:02] And after he sat down, he was giving. Like the way satellite sends. So whatever is being transmitted is what is receiving is, what is being transmitted for us to receive here.

[8:16] So there's really no difference from between the transmission. It's a safety. So he was seated in heavenly places and everything was put under his feet. And he will look at it again.

[8:28] Ephesians chapter one. And was giving. Bible says that, and he gave him to be the head over all things to the church. And then he says, just in case you don't know, look at what he says, which is his body.

[8:42] Wow. The church is his body. And the church is his body. The fullness of all, the fullness of him that fills all things. That, that is even another nice statement.

[8:53] So let me, I'm not doing Ephesians, but let me break this down. Okay. The church is one. Christ's body. Yeah. And being Christ's body means that the church is also the fullness of him.

[9:13] Put it on the screen, please. Let's see that. The body is the fullness of Christ. Did you see that? The church is the fullness of Christ. So, so then when you are looking for Christ, you make a mistake to look outside the church.

[9:28] because everything Christ is can only be found because the church is the fullness of Christ. Everything Christ is on this earth can only be discovered in the church.

[9:43] That can only be, because the church is the fullness of him. And Christ is the one who fills all things. Who, who, who fills all in all.

[9:54] Oh my goodness. So as we have gathered like this, we are the fullness of the body of Christ. We are his expression. We are his counterparts.

[10:06] Hallelujah. Now, so the Holy Spirit could not come without the giving, the Christ sitting in session. So this is the, let me tell you the process, the process, God's, God's process of building the church or making a church.

[10:26] or creating the church. Creating. We have, Bible says that we are the workmanship of God. Created. Efficient chapter two, verse 10. For we are the workmanship, the appointment, the skillful act of God.

[10:39] The, the, the, the, the masterpiece. We are the masterpiece. If you want to know, don't go to Niagara Falls. It's nice.

[10:50] But if you want to see what is nicer, look at the church. We are the masterpiece of God. He finished creation, creating everything natural on the sixth day, including man.

[11:02] But on the resurrection, which is the eighth day, he created the church again. We are the masterpiece of, masterpiece of God.

[11:13] Created in Christ Jesus. We are the masterpiece of God. Created in Christ Jesus. Unto good words. We go, God has a fraud in for us to work in.

[11:25] So we are created. The masterpiece of God. God created the church. Now, the, God had to go through, ooh, a process. In creating the church.

[11:39] He didn't just sit down like, he said, let us make man, and a man showed up. Or let, let there be light. He couldn't do that with the church. God couldn't speak the church in existence.

[11:54] You know what the church is? The church is the mingling of the divine God with fallen humanity to form an entity called the body of Christ. So the fallen humanity, what are you going to do?

[12:08] You can't just speak because you already created and there's sin living inside us. How can God take his holy self and mix, to mix his, his holy self with sin? Sinful nature.

[12:18] Sinful clay. Sinful dust. He has to do something to, because you can't, you can't, you can't assimilate God. How, how, it doesn't matter how hungry you are.

[12:30] You can't eat sopo. It doesn't matter how thirsty you are. You can't drink the washing up liquid in the kitchen. You go and, you can't do it. Why? Why can't you do that?

[12:42] Because you don't have what it takes to process that in your system. So if you are not born again and God wants to put the spirit of God inside you, it's not possible.

[12:52] You can't, it can't be processed. God, we can't assimilate God into our system. But when somebody is born again now, you assimilate. Bible said, he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit. It's a mingling.

[13:04] It's not just like an isolation. You are there and God is there. No, it's mingling. It's, it's, it's, it's, it's a fusion. It's a, it's a, the right word is ming.

[13:15] God has made, the way you put tea bag in hot water and you can't get the water again. The water has been tea-ified. Let me talk about this process and I can move on to the main teaching.

[13:27] God had to go through a process. Say process. Say process. God had to go through a process.

[13:38] What's the process? Number, first step of the process, okay, there are two aspects of it. Preparing the grounds and then descending. So he prepared the grounds by calling Abraham.

[13:51] Abraham. And he called Abraham. When he was calling Abraham, he had in mind to himself become man. That's why he called Abraham. That's why he said, in you shall all the families of the earth be blessed.

[14:04] When he was calling Abraham, Genesis chapter 12, right from there, chapter 12, verse 1, 2, God said to Abraham, move out of your father's house and then verse 2 says that, and I'll bless you and make you a blessing. And then verse, I'll make you a blessing and I'll bless thee and make thy name great and thou shalt be a blessing.

[14:18] Look at verse 3. That's where the secret is. Verse 3 says, what does it say? And I'll bless them that bless you and I'll curse them that bless you. And indeed, indeed, there's something inside you.

[14:29] In you. It doesn't mean that within your abilities. My calling you has endowed you with something and that thing is in you shall all the families of the earth be blessed.

[14:45] And Abraham believed it. Because when he believed it, that's why I've taught this before. Galatians chapter 3, verse 7.

[14:57] God, the scriptures, knowing that God would justify the Gentiles through faith. Okay, verse 8. And the scriptures, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preach before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, that's the gospel Abraham had.

[15:13] The gospel is about Jesus. Don't forget it. The gospel is about Jesus. Jesus. Anything that doesn't contain Jesus is not part of the gospel. So, if Abraham had the gospel from scripture, I'm not saying it.

[15:24] Scripture says it clearly that the gospel was preached to Abraham. So, that means Jesus was preached to Abraham and Abraham believed it. And what was the gospel that was preached? The gospel, he defined the gospel over there.

[15:35] He said that, indeed, the gospel was preached to Abraham, saying, that's the gospel, indeed, shall all nations be blessed. That's all. That's all. That's all.

[15:45] The gospel Abraham had. The English language. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven words. The gospel. Complete gospel. And Abraham believed the gospel. He believed the gospel.

[15:58] What is the indeed? That indeed is talking about Jesus Christ. The reason why I'm calling you is because Christ in you. And so, when Jesus came in Hebrews, he says that, a body thou has prepared.

[16:10] Oh, my God. I'm going too far from my main message. A body, wherefore, when he comes into the world, he said, sacrifice and offering thou has no place.

[16:21] A body thou has prepared for me. So, this body, the body, the physical body Jesus was wearing, it came from Abraham. That's why in Matthew chapter one, verse one, he calls him Jesus, the son of David, the son of Abraham.

[16:35] God called Abraham and started preparing a body for himself. So that when he comes on earth, he has a body that he can wear. He has a body that has been prepared for generations through calling out special people, giving them his word, working by his word, working by his instructions, working by his law.

[16:56] The word of God, they had the oracles of God's word for generations. And so, listen, sit down, please. Listen, because they had the oracles of God, the word of God for generations, when you keep the word of God in your midst for a long time, it begins to prepare grounds for God to move on earth in a way that nothing can prepare.

[17:19] So a church that is not saturated with the preaching of a certain type of word will not see the move of God in a unique way in the church.

[17:31] There will be a repeated way of normal dance clap and dance and that normal way of doing church. It's not bad in itself, but if God has to move on earth, that is why when you come from a family where the Bible has been the center of the family, not for one generation, some of us are first generation believers.

[17:52] Don't be in a rush, you will not be disappointed, but something bigger is about to manifest in your son or in your daughter and much more, something greater is if you keep the, if you keep the, your urim and the tumim, if you keep the act of the covenant, if you keep the oracles of God in your family, your grandchildren, what is about to happen?

[18:12] They may not even have to be preachers, but they will be inventors. There will be people who, when they speak, society moves. Please sit down, sit down. Why do you think the Jews are so, have been so much influential?

[18:28] Many great inventions, you can trace it to Jews. Most of the big, big organizations in the world now, most of them are led by Jews. They don't have to be preachers, but they are custodians of what the word of God can do to a people when they accommodate it across generations.

[18:55] Are you guys what I'm saying? When you accommodate, don't be in a rush to be seen. Be busy. Don't sacrifice the word of God in your family for money. Don't push your children to education, education, education at the expense of accommodating the word of God.

[19:12] Morning devotions, letting the Bible be read, doing church service, that I believe very much that there must be certain services that is for all generations. Not only children service here and adults service here and youth service.

[19:25] Those things might be good, but there must be certain services that entire family are sitting together. Children not playing with iPad for goodness sake. And the whole family, mom is sitting down, dad is sitting down, brother and sister are sitting down, all listening to God's word.

[19:42] God. And by the time you realize, a prime minister per assalam is being raised in a family without anyone knowing.

[19:54] Why do you think Daniel, Mezhak, Shadrach, Abednego, all these guys, wherever Esther, wherever they get you, something, when they speak, it's like, what? What? Do you know why?

[20:06] Because when you accommodate God's oracles, it does something to your DNA. It does something to your generations. Oh, when I call to remembrance, the faith that first dwelt in your grandmother Lois, that was in your mother Lois.

[20:22] Second Timothy chapter one. Oh my goodness, verse five. That is now, I am now persuaded that it's in you also. I charge you to stay out of the gift of God which is in you. I command it.

[20:36] Listen, fathers, mothers, doing church is not a waste. See, we live in a society that will do anything to squeeze God out of you. If you bring other foreign gods, no problem.

[20:49] But this Yahweh God, whose word changes life, Satan has put his hand on the Western community so strong. So strong. So strong that you don't have to explain it to anybody.

[21:05] They won't get it. When someone is mentally gone, that was says that God gave them up. But, the reason why God has called some of us here is because of the founding fathers.

[21:24] They labored and some of them, you see, God doesn't need everybody. Only a few, a few, the remnants, if they can, if there are remnants in the UK who accommodate the doctrines that were given to them by their forefathers and keep it and keep it and keep it, there's no way anything can happen around this nation.

[21:46] Potentially, there are some people doing it. So God has called some of us to bring us and stay our spirits because some custodians are still keeping it in this land. God deals with lands.

[21:59] He looked over Jerusalem and wept over Jerusalem. There's no other people over the land. Now, God prepares a body. So that's the process.

[22:11] The first one is to prepare a body. That's why no one could wipe out the Jews. Satan tried it from the beginning. He tried it. Wipe out the Jews. Right from Pharaoh's days.

[22:24] Tried to wipe them out. It didn't work. And in the wilderness, tried to wipe them out. It didn't work. In the days of Esther, tried to wipe them out. It didn't work. It's tried the generation, Nebuchadnezzar, generations after generation, tried to wipe them out.

[22:37] Why? Because there was a seed within the people. And the only thing that was protecting the seed was the oracles of God they had. The word of God they had. That is why Jews don't joke with the word.

[22:50] They teach their children. They know the Torah. You have to teach them generations after generations. He said, teach these things when you sit at home. Teach them. Talk about it when you walk on the street. Talk about it when you are eating.

[23:00] In fact, they tie it on their forehead. Deuteronomy chapter 6. They tie it. He said, and thou shalt teach them diligently. Say diligently. Unto thy children and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house and when thou walketh by the way and when thou liest down and when thou riseth up.

[23:20] That's the only way you can sustain a move of God. So when the word of God is contained and accommodated within a people for a long time, something of God breaks loose to help humanity.

[23:33] He said, and you must shatter higher. In you shall all the families, not only some people, all the families. God had the world in his mind, but he had to keep the word in one man and then form a community who accommodated the word so that everyone will be blessed.

[23:49] So Abraham had the gospel. That is how God prepared a people. Now, that's the process. First of the processes on earth is to prepare people. Second is what is called the incarnation.

[24:02] In Galatians 4, when the fullness of time was come, God said, now this is the right time. Did you see what the Bible says? In the fullness of time, when the fullness of time was come, God sent forth his son, born of a woman.

[24:17] What's the importance of that? It's necessary. Actual human being. There's no proper human being who is not born but of a woman. Born of a woman and born under the law, the oracles.

[24:31] There was a crucible within which he could come and operate. He couldn't have been born in the UK. Yeah.

[24:41] He couldn't have been born in Europe. He couldn't have been born in America. He couldn't have been born in China. No. He couldn't. It couldn't happen. God couldn't come to China because there's no landing path there.

[24:53] God couldn't come to Germany because there's no landing to the Anglo-Saxons or whatever they used to be called in those days. There was no way God could have come. Jesus, even in his days, never came to Europe or this part of Europe.

[25:09] He didn't come here. So there was no way God, when he was coming on earth, could have come to Africa. There's no way.

[25:21] Why? Simple. Because the word must be in place for generations to prepare the grounds. So he says that he was born of a woman born under the law.

[25:34] Could he have been born outside of the law? No. The law, the Torah, the word of God given to his people to keep for generations. So born under the law.

[25:45] So it is called in biblical terms or in theological terms the incarnation. He existed. That's why we celebrate Christmas is born. That is necessary.

[25:56] It was the beginning of the divine process. You called Abraham the number two. Now, the main beginning. Now, so two aspects, preparing the grounds and then the other aspect is when he's coming.

[26:06] So he poured the ground through Abraham with the Jews and now he himself had to descend. He descended through the womb of a woman. The Bible said not count himself, not count robbery to be called with God or something to grasp onto.

[26:24] Philippians chapter 2 verse 5, 6. But the Bible says that he made himself of no reputation and he made himself and took upon himself the form of a servant and was made in the likeness of man.

[26:36] That's the incarnation. It's a process. Say it's a process. Oh my goodness. Thank you, Jesus. It's a process. And he made himself in the likeness of man. That's one. And then after he became a human being, he lived the full spectrum of human life because he could have died when he was five years old and every dead be dead.

[26:54] Death. He could have died. He could have died. In fact, when Herod was trying to kill him, he came to die. So why doesn't he die? No, he had to live the full spectrum and fulfill all the requirements of the law.

[27:06] Fulfill everything. So it can't be said that he doesn't know what it means to be tempted when you are a teenager. It cannot be said it doesn't know what it means to be hungry.

[27:19] So he lived the full spectrum of human life. And then when he was 30, he started his ministry. And then he was crucified. The crucifixion was part of the process.

[27:29] So incarnation, the human living, crucifixion, burial was part of it because something must go down. Burial was part of it and the resurrection was the crowning of all the process.

[27:41] So he crowned the human experience with the resurrection. As I taught yesterday, without the resurrection, his death would have been as ordinary as any death. But if his death was a sin-bearing, vicarious death, the resurrection was what validated the quality of the death, the meaning of the death.

[27:59] So without the resurrection, we don't have the crucifixion. It's an ordinary cross. Without the resurrection, the cross is bogus. But the resurrection gave the cross its meaning. So what's the human process?

[28:12] What's the main process? Incarnation, human living, crucifixion, burial, resurrection. But it looks like that should have been all. No. Two more processes.

[28:25] Two more stages of the process. ascension and enthronement is called the process. So then, when he was enthroned, now he could be poured out into us for us to, you can now eat him and if you eat soup, it will bother you.

[28:43] Like, you now have what it means to take, God is assimilatable. You can digest, not digest, but you know, we can receive God into us.

[28:56] That's why nobody could receive the Holy Spirit before all this process. There's no human being that had Moses, it comes upon him to work, but inside him to live.

[29:07] No, no, it can't be. Because we can't have what it takes to process God in our life. So God has to go through a process. He became the processed God. He was processed so we can receive him.

[29:22] Am I teaching you? This is the core of Christianity. What we really mean. It's not just, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah. Then it gives meaning to you, hallelujah.

[29:34] Okay. So that means that you who are born again, you are walking around, you carry God. I carry God. I know they walk alone. I walk with God the Father, walk with God the Son, walk with God the Spirit, all of them in done.

[29:50] I get back in old. I know they walk alone. That's why it's not back in old. It's I carry God myself. Wherever I come to, God is there.

[30:01] Wherever I show up, God is there. When we gather like this, you are, God is in you, God is in you, God is in you, God is in you, and we gather like this as a people of God. We are the body of Christ.

[30:14] So when he ascended, he received the Spirit and poured the Spirit out on us. Now when we talk about revival, we are talking about the move of the Spirit. The move of the Spirit.

[30:27] The move of the Spirit in a radical way, like what happened on the day of Pentacles. You couldn't deny there was something unusual happening. You couldn't, even if you didn't like anything God, you are forced to admit there's God moving.

[30:42] The Bible says when it was noise abroad. The noise went everywhere. Hallelujah. So now, we are praying because we live in a very dark terrain.

[30:56] The Bible says that darkness shall cover the people and cross darkness. We live in, when we talk about darkness, I'm not talking about physical darkness, spiritual darkness. darkness. Because there are things people can do and the way people can insult God.

[31:11] But I'm telling you that sometimes the people who claim to be standing for the church, they are the ones who pave the road, they create the room for Satan to dominate the church.

[31:23] Some of you know exactly what I'm talking about. That's why everywhere there is revival and churches are growing, pastors must wake up. I think what I'm about to share might be helpful for where there is revival, especially in Africa.

[31:38] What do we do to sustain a revival? Should I tell you? Number one, constant prayer.

[31:55] You can't have revival without prayer. if you attempt to have revival without prayer, you will be left with removal. Removal.

[32:09] Everything good God has done will be removed. It only takes prayer to protect and preserve every move of God. It takes prayer to generate, to protect, to enhance, to sustain, to elongate and to perpetualize prayer.

[32:33] Other than that, it's going to drain out, it's going to be removed. Constant praying. So, that means that if we are genuinely looking for revival, these meetings should translate into a means of some constant praying.

[32:50] Incessant prayer, the apostles, they said, get some people to take care of these things, but we will give ourselves constantly. Constantly.

[33:00] We will give ourselves continually. Say continually. Say it again, continually. That's why today we are beneficiaries of what started with them. And do you remember I said they continued in the apostles' doctrine, apostles' prayer, apostles' fellowship, breaking of bread, and prayer.

[33:18] Prayer must continue. Colossians chapter four, verse two. It says that continue in prayer. That's how say that. Continue in prayer. Say it again.

[33:29] Continue in prayer. That's how you can see it, brother. Continue. Anna was in the temple. Anna, Luke chapter two. Constantly praying, continued in prayer until the Messiah showed up.

[33:45] Simeon was there. Praying continuously. Someone must pay the price to pray. He doesn't want, God doesn't necessarily need everybody.

[33:56] But he needs yielded vessels who sacrifice to stay in prayer. And I believe there are some people here. You haven't caught revival if you haven't developed a taste to stay in prayer.

[34:10] You have not been revived. I'm telling you. You have been reversed. You haven't been revived. Because if you, if you have been revived, there's a natural proclivity to want to stay in a place of prayer.

[34:24] That's how come some of you couldn't stop praying. Couldn't stop coming. But what is more important is that we have got dead to seek the Holy Spirit to fall upon us. There's a hunger for the Holy Spirit.

[34:36] I don't know about some of you, but this thing can't leave me. Really, Pastor, it's not revival I'm really looking for. It's the Spirit. It's the Spirit. It's the Spirit.

[34:47] Come upon me. And if you want revival, do it. If you want anything, build it, do it. Come upon me. I want the Spirit. Jesus said, the Spirit of the Lord is upon me.

[35:01] For He has anointed me too. It is He who chose what I'm doing. It's not me who defined what I want to do. It's He who chose what I'm doing. So number one, constant prayer or continual prayer or better still, incessant prayer.

[35:19] Number two, this is where my brothers and my colleagues and my highly respected compatriots who have been privileged to be part of the African revival need to take this one serious.

[35:39] Doctrine. without sound doctrine, the revival will just be a noise. Without sound doctrine, I'm talking about what the Bible calls wholesome ways, healthy ways.

[36:00] The only way a revival can be sustained is the teachings. When people gather and they are seeking God. the Bible says, and can you imagine, in Acts chapter 2 verse 42, what did they continue in first?

[36:12] First. First is the doctrine. First is the doctrine. It's your doctrine that will determine the quality of your prayers. Doctrine. It's sad to know.

[36:25] There are many people in churches who don't even know who Jesus is. He died on the cross, marriage, boy. I said, you know about Jesus? We don't know what it means. What does He actually mean to be born again?

[36:36] You don't know. A pastor, you are pastoring people who have sat under your ministry for two years and they can't even define what it means to be a Christian. It's a very dangerous thing you are doing.

[36:49] You are doing a bad job. Yeah. I submit this to you, pastor, with all respect. Your people may not last when tribulations come.

[37:06] They won't last. They are just excited, but they won't last. Bible says that hold to sound doctrine.

[37:17] In fact, it says that look after yourself and your doctrine. First Timothy chapter 4, verse 14, verse 16. Look after yourself and your doctrine. And it said, for in so doing you will save yourself and the people who are listening to you.

[37:31] let them be counted worthy of double honor. Let the elders be counted double. First Timothy chapter 5, verse 17.

[37:42] Let the elders be counted worthy of double honor. Especially those who labor in the word and doctrine. Say doctrine. Because Satan, Bible says that in the last days, people who follow deceiving spirits and doctrines taught by devils is already in the church.

[37:57] 1 Timothy chapter 4, verse 1. They will follow doctrines taught by devils. Seducing spirits and doctrines taught by devils.

[38:11] So, for our revival not to turn into a cult. Because there might be, when it's a revival, there's something that is attractive.

[38:23] People just get so addicted to it and they love it. If we don't make sure we'd uphold sound doctrine, Satan will come and also be enjoying it like he's enjoying it.

[38:33] By the time you realize people are prophesying false prophecies and catching this one and telling you, God said this, not your wife, go and marry this one. God said, all kinds of rubbish! The Lord said, you were supposed to marry me before you married that woman.

[38:48] So the Lord said, I should tell you. She's about to die and so, all those kind of rubbish. If we don't teach doctrine, somebody will get, that is when people begin to fight over Titus.

[39:04] Sound doctrine paves the way for spirituality. Most people think spirituality is just engaging in spiritual activity. I am that.

[39:17] You are not spiritual. I'm about to say something quite sensitive. They are godly results, not your spiritual gifts. You are prophesying about this.

[39:30] You are doing that. You are doing that. And yet, when we look at your godly result, it's all very limited. It doesn't even transcend one generation. Limited.

[39:41] The level of conversion under your ministry is very scanty. It's very economical. People are not getting changed. They are not getting converted. They are not coming to Christ. How many people are doing the work of God when they came into God with you?

[39:55] That's what determines what kind of pastor you are. That's what determines not how many people you delivered from demonic dreams. I can't sleep. I mean, I have demonic dreams.

[40:07] And that's good. It's part of it. The anointing, the Spirit of the Lord anointed me to do this. But after that, raise some Timotis. Yeah, yeah.

[40:18] Yeah. Yeah. Raise some Timotis. Raise some Titus. Raise some Epaphrases. Raise some Phoebes. Ragadabashata Hayabahanda.

[40:30] It takes a Timothy. It takes a Titus. It takes an Epaphrase. It takes people like Philemon to sustain a revival. Else revival dies with the tiredness of the leader.

[40:47] When you are tired, that thing is also tired. Doctrines. Sound doctrine. He said, they are setting me poor.

[40:57] Heaven said, I authorize you to withdraw yourself from them because of this kind of doctrines they teach. I can't affiliate with someone with wrong teachings. I can't. Because my job is to contend for the faith.

[41:12] The only hope of Christianity is the sound doctrine in the church. Did you hear what I said? The strength of Christianity, the strength of any congregation, the strength to go far, it's determined by the soundness of the doctrine, not the fire-ness of the puppets.

[41:31] We have a lot of fiery puppets in a lot of African churches, which is good. That's where it starts, actually. You need a fire to start that thing.

[41:42] Yeah, yeah, yeah. That's where it starts. But don't stay there alone. Don't keep it just there. Migrate. Move on without leaving the prayer, without leaving the...

[41:53] Move on to sound doctrine. Some doctrines are too shallow, too flimsy.

[42:06] The only thing that can sustain the revival in Africa is what I'm talking about. It's not the masses coming in. Half of masses, they come and go. They all can fizzle up with one bad news about the pastor.

[42:22] And they'll say, that's why I know this thing. I know it's fake. I don't follow this whole church. I don't do church again. When he hears how he says, I used to be in church, but I've stopped. I don't do church again. It's because they didn't get good doctrine, doctrinal foundation.

[42:34] If you had good doctrinal foundation, no offense can move you away from sound, sound, sound, sound believers life. Your, your believership is not sound until you are part of the fellowship.

[42:46] They continue in apostles fellowship. Why have you stopped fellowship? Because you have bad doctrine. You don't understand what Christianity is about. You don't. Magadash Shatahaya.

[43:00] Number three, to sustain revival, there must be movements. Movements. People must be moved.

[43:12] When you stay in one place, the thing is about to die. In Acts chapter 8, verse 1, the church scattered and they preached everywhere they went. Oh yeah, that's how the revival spread. There must be movements.

[43:23] movements. So, there must be movements. Say, it must be in your heart that I'm looking for the day I'll be sent out. Amen.

[43:35] When they were having a good time in Acts chapter 13, verse 1, prophets, teachers, in the church of Antioch, the Holy Ghost said, send them up. Verse 4, said that when they were sent out by the Holy Spirit, verse 4, and being sent, it's the Holy Ghost who removed them and sent them out of Antioch.

[43:51] It's a revival. revival. If people, if there are no movements, revival will never spread. New branch process, you must have it in your heart, else this whole thing, you hijack it for your own ego and importance.

[44:05] You must have it in your heart that you have to release and send people. You have to send people, they must go. You must have it in your heart that we must send people because who's going to tell them that Jesus loved them?

[44:18] Who's going to tell them there's a better way? that's the only way we come in there. Please, for goodness sake, after the air, be ready to go.

[44:31] That tells me you have met God. Be ready wherever it takes you. Someone listening to me? Wake up. If you don't wake up, we will leave you because some of us are determined we will give our lives for this revival.

[44:46] Yeah. The only way we can sustain revival, there must be movements. There must be movements. And if there must be movements, that means that quickly you have to understand some points on the movement.

[44:58] There must be structure and order. There must be order. You can't wait for a pastor to show you where to sit. I'll just have to do that job. There must be order. Other than that, the revival is at stake.

[45:12] Never say that I have to see the pastor personally. The devil is a liar. You don't have to see a pastor personally. If it's of the Holy Spirit, he won't tell you to break the order and continue and go, no, it's not the Holy Spirit.

[45:27] So you don't know, you think you are sounding spiritual, but you are so carnal and potentially demon influenced. Because you think in your mind, you are genuine.

[45:38] You are not bad. You are very genuine people, but your operations are demonic. Because it undermines the flow of the Spirit. Am I teaching at all? So if there's going to be movement, there must be structures and order.

[45:56] There must be administration. All the branch pastors, they have to send their reports regularly. You have to report what you are doing. How many souls you have won this week? How many visitations?

[46:07] There must be some administrative work. Order! Structure. administration. And if there's movement, there must be training.

[46:21] Don't just get up and well, I call pastors to pray for you. You two have gotten up to come for you to be prayed for. Who born you by mistake? What makes you think that you are...

[46:31] Today you are in trouble. These are some of the things that tell me where your heart is. If your father can't correct you, you are a bastard.

[46:43] No, Bible said it's a Bible word. Hebrews chapter 12, okay, verse 9 is there. Hebrews chapter 12, yes, it's there. It's there.

[46:55] King James, King James. Yeah. Verse 8, rather, yeah. It says you are a bastard if they are not correcting you. You are a bastard. It's a Bible word.

[47:06] Bible. Bible. Bible. Bible. Bible. Bible. Bible. Bible. Bible. Bible. Bible. Bible. Bible. And not a son. Bible. Bible. You can't be my son when you like women so much. Oh my god. Stephan. We have different DNAs.

[47:20] God, where did you get this DNA from? Number four, evangelism and preaching. There más constant evangelism, constant preaching. That's how you can sustain revival. Number five, sensitivity to the Holy Spirit.

[47:33] If you are sensitive to the Holy Spirit, you will grieve the Holy Spirit. When you grieve the Holy Spirit, you automatically quench him. You can quench him without grieving him, but you can't grieve him without quenching him. Bible said don't grieve the Holy Spirit and don't quench the Holy Spirit. And then last one, number six, there must be sustained spiritual activities. Factors that destroy revival, prayerlessness, wealthiness, unchecked carnality. Unchecked carnality. It must be checked.

[48:02] If you don't have bad intentions, it won't offend you. So prayerlessness. Factors that declare revival, prayerlessness, wealthiness, and we want to be like the world. Everything we are doing, we are just almost trying to be like the world. Unchecked carnality, which is also sexual sins, contentions. People are fighting. Who do you think we are? I'm better than you. I'm more anointed than you. All those kind of contentions. And then materialism.

[48:30] Materialism now is the kind of shoe you wear. The kind of shoe you wear is what determines who you are. All those things undermine revival. They undermine revival. They decline the thing because now we are becoming material. Because now you bought a very nice car. You park where you are not supposed to come so people can see you. When Osher said don't park here, he said no, I can't have anyone to park. Because when we close, you want people to see. You see, materialism, flesh is at, carnality is at rife. It's post-revive.

[49:00] Post-revive. Yeah. Sustained spiritual activities. And we have to follow the pattern. So the pattern laid down. We have a meeting to pray. Let's do it. We meet to pray. We fast.

[49:11] Let's do it. Follow the pattern. We read the Bible. We go to K-group. Follow it. Follow the pattern. We do new breed. Follow the pattern. Keep it up. So factors of decline, prayerlessness, worldliness, unchecked carnality. That is sexual sins.

[49:25] And it happens easily when there's revival in their young people. Sexual sins. There's definitely somebody you like. Oh, come on. There are some people you have serious crush on. Even we are looking for.

[49:39] But you did this. So unchecked carnality. Number four. False teachings. And number five. Broken focus. Amen.
