[0:00] Hallelujah! Thank you for tuning in to this powerful message by David Entry at Karis Phase 2, our Christ-centered youth services. You can never find Christ outside of the open Word of God. May Jesus Christ reveal himself to you as you listen.
[0:18] Hallelujah! Today is Easter Sunday. Hallelujah! When it comes to Christianity, there are certain things that are fundamental and cardinal that if those things are not in your life, you are not a Christian.
[0:43] It is not going to church that makes you a Christian. It is not believing in God that makes you a Christian. Because there are others who also believe in God, but they are not Christians.
[0:58] Actually, Muslims believe in God. They believe in one God. One God and Creator. Just like Christians believe in one God. But Muslims are not Christians.
[1:09] So the fact that you believe there is God does not make you a Christian. There are certain fundamental things. It is not your behavior that makes you a Christian.
[1:22] The fact that you don't drink, you don't steal, you don't lie, you've never cheated on a girlfriend, even though you've changed a few of them, you've never cheated on a girlfriend. The fact that you have never done something others have done.
[1:39] The fact that you behave well does not make you a Christian. Good behavior doesn't make you a Christian. Because there are a lot of atheists that behave very well. Very good.
[1:52] There are a lot of well-behaved Hindus. Well-behaved Muslims. Well-behaved Buddhists.
[2:03] Well-behaved Scientologists. Well-behaved Occultists. And well-behaved Atheists. So, if you're talking about behavior, then behaving well, if that's what makes you a Christian, then all Hindus who behave well are Christians.
[2:24] But that's not what makes you a Christian. What makes you a Christian? It is the fundamentals of the faith. So, in the book of Jude, verse 3, it said, content for the faith.
[2:39] Faith there means a set of belief systems that have been committed to you as a believer. In Acts chapter 2, verse 42, it says, they continued in the apostles' doctrines.
[2:53] So, there are some doctrines that apostles taught. There are a set of beliefs that apostles gave to those who became Christians. Now, when you become a Christian, those are the beliefs your Christianity is built on.
[3:06] Are you getting what I'm saying? So, Christianity is, being a Christian is based on your belief. What faith you have, which you live by.
[3:17] Because the faith that does not become what you believe, if it doesn't become how you behave, you don't believe it. True belief will have an impact on your behavior.
[3:30] If you believe that Jesus is Lord, then you will live as though he is your Lord. If you believe that Jesus is Lord, then it's not what your friends think that matters to you.
[3:45] It's not what your cousin thinks that matters to you. It's not what society thinks that matters to you. It's not what others think that matters to you. But what he says is what matters to you.
[3:56] In Acts chapter 2, verse 36, Let the house of Israel be known that this Jesus, whom you crucified and God raised, God has made the same Jesus, both Lord and Christ.
[4:10] To some people, he is only a Savior, but not Lord. If he is not Lord, he is not your Savior. You can't just have him as Savior without him being a Lord.
[4:20] When he is Lord, it means that he is the one in charge of your life. He is the one in control of your life. And I believe that this day, somebody's life is seeing a turnaround.
[4:34] There are fundamentals of Christianity. If those things are not in your life, you are not a Christian. Number one, if you don't believe that Jesus is the Son of God, you are not a Christian.
[4:55] Number two, if you don't believe that Jesus died on the cross for sins, maybe you believe he died on the cross, but not for sins. He died for our sins.
[5:09] 1 Corinthians chapter 15 verse 3. He died for our sins. He didn't die his own dead. That Christ died for what? Our sins.
[5:20] So if you don't believe that Christ died on the cross for our sins, you are not yet a Christian. But, but, but, but, I go to church.
[5:32] Is this building a church building? This is not a church building. This is a venue. It's not a church building.
[5:45] So then, it might look like you have not come to a church. You three are not in a church building, but we are having church. So, the fact that you go somewhere doesn't determine who you really become, who you are.
[6:03] There are many people who go to the stadium regularly every week, but they are not footballers. They actually wear Chelsea, Manchester, you know, Manjui, Jesse, and everything, the scarf, but they are not footballers.
[6:20] You can wear number, whatever, but you are not the one who plays the number, whatever. There are things that if you don't believe, you are not a Christian. One, the most fundamental of all of the beliefs is that if you don't believe in the resurrection of Jesus Christ, you are not a Christian.
[6:38] If you don't believe in the resurrection of Jesus Christ, you don't believe that he rose from the dead. After they crucified him, he rose from the dead. If you don't believe that, you are not a Christian.
[6:51] And that's what Muslims don't believe. Hello? Buddhists respect Jesus. Muslims respect Jesus.
[7:03] Other religions, Jesus is respected, but he's not accepted that he died and resurrected. That's where the separation happens.
[7:16] Are you a Christian? Yes. On what grounds? I'm a good person. Sorry, the other people were also good people. On what grounds are you a Christian? I believe that he died for my sins and he resurrected.
[7:28] That's it. So 1 Corinthians chapter 15, verse 3 and 4. I caught it in verse 3 previously. It said, That is the gospel that saves.
[7:53] If you don't believe this, you are not yet saved. If you die without believing this, you are going to hell on an elevator. You are going on an elevator.
[8:10] Descending. Fast track. Oh, but how can God do that? How can God do that? He's doing everything possible to get you saved while you have the chance?
[8:23] Because have you noticed that not everybody has thousand pounds? Some have got million. Not everybody has million.
[8:36] Not everybody has million, but some have got millions. Not everybody has hundred thousand, but some have got hundred thousand. Not everybody has thousand, but some have got thousands.
[8:47] Not everybody has hundred pounds right now. but some have got 100. Oh, it's true. That's the fact.
[8:58] So, when you are not in a plane, you will not be in a plane that will crash. Say amen. But when someone is on a plane and the plane is about to crash, they won't ask, who has got O-level, GCSE, maths, or English, A-level, who has got a PhD, it doesn't matter.
[9:17] Everyone will die the same. Whether you have a thousand pounds or you don't have a thousand pounds. Whether you have billions or you don't have billions. Whether you are a king or a queen. Whether you are a pauper or a manager.
[9:30] Whether you have a job or you don't have a job. One day, everyone is going to die. And that one day, no one can tell when that one day will come. No one can define when the one day is coming.
[9:43] You can't plan the day you will die. You can't plan it. So the truth is, we might have different levels of statuses in society.
[9:54] However, everybody will die. Now, when you die, we are all at the same level. Now, there's going to be only one question. When you die, it's only left or right.
[10:08] Whether you go left or you go right, so it's only heaven or hell. I don't believe it. Wait till you die. Wait till you die.
[10:20] Okay. The one who said, I don't believe it. Haven't you said, I don't believe that my girlfriend doesn't like me? And later on, you found out that you were wrong.
[10:33] Haven't you ever said, I don't believe something, and later on, you found out that you were wrong? The fact that you said you don't believe doesn't mean you are right. Who are you?
[10:47] How much do you know? What have you experienced? How old are you? Look at the number of things you don't know. Compare them to the things you know. The things you know, as compared to the number of things you don't know, are so minuscule.
[11:01] So you cannot run your life only based on the things you know. The things you have seen. I have never seen my brains before, but I know I have it.
[11:14] You don't have to see it before you believe it. Now, when you die, how many of you know everybody will die? And none of us is ready to die, right?
[11:29] The resurrection is the foundation of Christianity. And if you don't believe in the resurrection, you are not a Christian. And without the resurrection, there is no gospel.
[11:40] Without the gospel, there is no salvation. And without salvation, only hell. I don't know who I'm talking to. There's no amount of words I can say that can convince you.
[11:54] But the Holy Spirit can speak to you as I'm speaking. The Bible says today, if you hear his voice, don't harden your heart. You can choose to make your heart hard.
[12:08] No. No. No. No. Today! If you will hear his voice, harden not your heart, as in the day of provocation.
[12:20] We saw from this text we just read that Paul said, if some people say there's no resurrection, then by implication, you are saying that Christ did not resurrect. And if Christ did not resurrect, that means that we are, our preaching is vain.
[12:37] What's the point of preaching when resurrection did happen? What's the point? Why am I standing here sweating? What's the point in preaching if there's no resurrection?
[12:49] The early church, everything they did, they did in the Bible, the New Testament church, was built on the truth of the resurrection. The resurrection.
[13:01] Say the resurrection. The resurrection. The resurrection of Jesus Christ. It says that if Christ did not resurrect, then your faith is in vain. Wow. And if your faith is in vain, it said then you are also still in your sins.
[13:14] That means there is a direct correlation with the resurrection, between the resurrection and freedom from sin. Wow. Listen to this. See? Let's already allow from this.
[13:24] Let's go. Did you notice the word still? So there are human beings who are still in their sins and there are human beings who are no more in their sins.
[13:42] That's what I'm talking to you. Make sure by the time you are dying, you are not in your sins. Don't jump from the boat into the water with all these metals hanging on your head.
[13:59] You will sink. Get the life jacket before you jump it. So you either are wearing your life jacket or you have natural lead hanging on your legs.
[14:15] Can you imagine, the Bible says that if Christ has not been resurrected, you are still in your sins. What does that mean? It means that because he resurrected, not everybody is knowing their sins.
[14:31] But those of us who have put our faith in the resurrection are no more in our sins. What does that mean? God does not deal with you based on your sins anymore.
[14:42] God will not deal with you based on your sins anymore. He deals with you based on his resurrection which you have put yourself in.
[14:54] Why? I told you, if you say you believe in the resurrection, it will have an impact on your behavior. There are people who perpots, presume they believe, but they don't.
[15:07] I want to believe what you say, but what you do shout so much, I can't hear what you say. Your behavior is a testimony of the condition of your heart. So, I am not dismissing behavior, but pure behavior does not do anybody justice because the Bible says all have sinned.
[15:31] How well can you behave and have 100% with God? When God says the exam, the exam is perfect and for you to have 100%, you must be perfect, but you and I know you ain't perfect.
[15:46] You ain't perfect. So, the resurrection is a game changer. The resurrection, someone say the resurrection.
[15:56] The resurrection, the message about the resurrection dominates the New Testament. the message about the resurrection is the high point of the gospel.
[16:08] The message of the resurrection, the message of the resurrection is, or the resurrection is the divine vindication of the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross.
[16:20] In other words, when Jesus died on the cross, God said, I'm raising him up to prove you wrong. When Jesus said, I am God, they said, no, you are not.
[16:31] He said, yes, I am. They said, no, you are not. The next time you say you are, we will kill you. He said, yes, I am. They arrested him. They went, they took him to court.
[16:43] The judge said, but he's not guilty. He's very innocent. I've examined him. Every evidence shows that he's innocent. They said, we don't care about the evidence. He said, he's God. And the judge said, well, what's the problem? If he's God, what's it?
[16:54] He said, no, no. So, according to our law, anyone who says he's God must die, so kill him. They just said, I don't want to kill him. He said, if you don't kill him, you are not a friend of Jesus. You are against the constitution. You have to kill him.
[17:06] But politicians are always interested in their city and their popularity. So, he said, okay, I'll do that for you. But I washed my hands off his death. And then he authorized his execution.
[17:18] Why did they kill him? Because he said he's God. God said, all right, I'll raise him to prove you guys wrong. That what he said, he's really God. So, what does it mean what is the meaning of the resurrection?
[17:30] The meaning of the resurrection is that Jesus Christ is God. There's no, there's no religion, no society, no organization, no community, no race, no generation who can produce somebody who died and resurrected and is still alive.
[17:51] No, they can't. So, as soon as you bring in the resurrection, it changes the game. Let's assume, let's assume it's about death. Did Jesus die?
[18:03] Anyone who tells you Jesus did not die is speaking on the behalf of the devil. It's in the Bible. In the book of 1 John. It said that anyone who says Christ did not come in the flesh and Christ did not die is the antichrist.
[18:15] Yeah. Anyone who says Christ did not come in the flesh is the antichrist. So, Christ came in the flesh. Every spirit that confesses not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God.
[18:26] And this is the spirit of the antichrist. Whereof ye have heard that it should come in the world. Even now, it's already around. So, you meet them in town. When you say, Jesus is not God and God didn't come in the flesh, that's the antichrist.
[18:40] Even if a preacher tells you that, it's the antichrist. So, now, the, the, Jesus Christ died, right?
[18:52] He died. Every other person who ever lived, great people, all of them died. So, if you're just talking about death, then what is different between Jesus, what is the difference between Jesus and them?
[19:07] Because, Gandhi died, right? Jesus died. Gandhi died. Jesus died. Caesar also died. Nero died.
[19:19] Confucius died. Mohammed died. Right? So, if you are talking about just the death of Jesus, everybody died, excuse me, and everybody would die.
[19:31] So, why are you making so much fuss about the death of Jesus? Oh, no, no, no, no, no. Do you know why? His death is very different. Excuse me. What makes his death different? His death is different because he didn't die and they killed him.
[19:43] Yeah? There are other people who were also killed. Some were murdered. Some were assassinated. There are presidents who have been assassinated. So, what was the problem? No, but this one, he was murdered.
[19:56] But, so what's the problem? No, his murder, when they murdered him, they were not murdering him and he embraced the murder, he embraced the death. Why? Because he wasn't dying for himself.
[20:08] What, what do you mean? He died for somebody? Yes, he did die for somebody. In what way? He died for our sins because the Bible says the wages of sin is death.
[20:21] How many of you have sinned before? If you can't spell sin, you're actually a sinner. And if you don't know what sinning is, that tells me you have sinned.
[20:34] Everybody have sinned before. And he says the wages, when is time, the end of the month, they're about to pay you your wages for sin. What is it? Death. So, when, when you sin, you are to die.
[20:47] Bible says the soul that sineth must die. So actually, we are all walking around sinning and there's a death sentence on our head.
[20:59] But God wants you to live because he has a plan for your life. God wants you to live. He has a plan for your life. And Satan said, no, he's guilty.
[21:11] He must die. And God wants you to live. So God said, no, but if I don't punish him, I'm not fair. So I have to punish him, then I'm a fair judge. That's justice.
[21:24] The soul that sins must die, so let me punish the soul that has sinned. That means all of us must die. According to Ezekiel chapter 80 verse 20, the soul does sin.
[21:34] Romans chapter 3 verse 23, Romans chapter 6 verse 23, for the wages of sin is dead. So anyone who has sinned must die. The wages of sin is dead.
[21:45] So then, but God said there's a condition. I can apply that clause. When someone owes another person money, let's say, owes St. Brie's money because he has gone for St. Brie's card. And they don't pay.
[21:59] St. Brie's can charge them for the money. And then St. Brie's if they are not paying, Vodafone can send the one who is not paying to court. And then you have CCJ.
[22:10] Yes. You have CCJ on your record because you didn't pay. And then they can send beliefs to your house. But when they have CCJ, before they give you CCJ, they will send you final warning by the lawyers.
[22:22] Now, when they send the final warning, you owe 300 pounds you have to pay. And he said, I don't have money. And then your brother comes and says, why are you down? I have to pay. Other than that, I'm going to have CCJ.
[22:33] Your brother said, I'll pay for you. And he calls the company, these are my card details, can I pay you off? They said, yes, of course, of course. But they can't say, after my brother has paid, they said, no, but we want you also to pay.
[22:44] No, it can't be. So, God, we owe the debt because of our sins. And then Jesus came to come and pay the debt for our sins on our behalf.
[22:56] Now, that's very important. This is what is called the gospel. He came to pay the debt for our sins. How can someone who lives many years ago death have relevance in my life?
[23:09] That's why I'm preaching this message. Because he lived several years ago, you don't even know his cousins, you don't know his friends, you don't know anybody around him. What has his life got to do with you? Wait a minute, I'm going to explain it.
[23:21] So, Jesus comes to pay for the sins of the world. John, chapter 1, verse 29, Behold the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world.
[23:33] Is someone following me? So, Jesus comes to pay and that's why he went on the cross to die. You remember before he died, he told his disciples, I have to go to Jerusalem and die.
[23:43] Peter, in Matthew, chapter 16, Peter took him aside and said, you can't go and die, you are the Messiah. Jesus said, Satan, get behind me. Why? Someone who wants you to leave, you are telling him, Satan, no, because my agenda, I came with an assignment, I came to die.
[23:57] What are you coming to die for? In Matthew, chapter 1, verse 21, he said, he will save his people from their sins. So, he came to save us from our sins. That is why he came, so that you no longer have to stay in your sins.
[24:12] You no longer have to still be in your sins. So, you can live a life without being in your sins. It doesn't mean you are sinless, but it means you sinless.
[24:29] So, he saves you from your sins. Matthew, chapter 1, verse 21, he shall be called Jesus because he will save his people from their sins.
[24:45] Somebody needs to be saved from sins. So, Jesus Christ comes and he goes, he's now ready to die, he goes on the cross. 1 Peter, chapter 2, verse 24, Bible says that for he himself bore our sins.
[25:01] Can you imagine? Who himself bore our sins where? In his own body where? On the tree, that's on the cross. So, whilst he was on the cross, he was bearing our sins.
[25:15] 2 Corinthians, chapter 5, verse 21, God met him who knew no, he was sinless. God met him who knew no sin to be seen for us, that we might become the righteousness of God.
[25:31] In him, if you are not in him, you are not righteous. So, he came on the cross. 1 Peter, chapter 3, verse 17, and verse 18, particularly verse 18, but it makes sense to start from verse 17.
[25:47] It says, for it is better, if it is the will of God, to suffer for doing good, than for doing evil. Now, look at verse 18. For Christ also suffered, how many times?
[25:59] for what? What did he suffer for? Whose sins? Not his sins, because he didn't have sin. He suffered for our sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God.
[26:14] Why did he suffer? So, oh, there is an existing problem between you and God. Bible says, to be carnally minded is enmity with God.
[26:27] So, Romans chapter 8, verse 7, if you, the way you think by nature, naturally, it even makes you an enemy of God. In Romans chapter 5, verse 1, he says that he has reconciled us.
[26:42] We have been reconciled. Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. We have peace. Look at verse 2. Verse 2 says, we have peace through whom also we have access by faith to the grace where we stand.
[26:56] and rejoice in this. We were enemies to God, but Christ, 2 Corinthians chapter 5, verse 18 and 19, he reconciled us. So, how many of you have had someone you fell out with before?
[27:09] And then somebody comes to reconcile you now, you are best of friend. That's what it is. So, because of, watch this, because of sin, there is a wedge between us and God.
[27:20] And you want to come to God, but you can't come. God wants you, but he can't come. Why? Because there's a sin problem and God is holy. A holy God cannot embrace a sinful man.
[27:33] He's too holy to deal with sin. And so, Jesus Christ had to come and take the lamb of God who taketh away the sins. So, he had to come and take away the sin.
[27:44] How? By suffering for us. 1 Peter chapter 3 verse 18, as we are reading, he says that he suffered, Christ also suffered once for sins, the just for the unjust.
[27:57] Why? That he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but made alive by the Spirit. So, he died in the flesh. Jesus died on the cross.
[28:08] Why? So, he can bear for our sins and bring us to God. Now, why are you not saying Peter's death, Peter, his death also bring us to God?
[28:19] Where's Abraham? He's dead. Where's David? He's dead. Where's Moses? He's dead. Why are you saying that Moses' death is not bringing us to God? The difference between the death of Christ and the death of Moses and the death of Elijah and the death of David the king and the death of Abraham is that Jesus' death was a sin-bearing death.
[28:39] Abraham's death was not a sin-bearing death. He died as a sinner. Jesus died for the sinners. Two different things. The question is, why are you saying that?
[28:51] What is the difference between his death and his death? You are just saying die for the sinners. Is there any proof of the resurrection? The resurrection. The resurrection is the evidence that he didn't die for his sins.
[29:06] The resurrection is the evidence that his dying was an assignment. Whilst he was dying, he was working. After going through all this and dying for you, it is not smart to die in your sins.
[29:17] That's why we celebrate Easter. That's why the resurrection is the high point of Christianity. The high point of true preaching and true gospel.
[29:32] If you talk about Jesus and you don't talk about his resurrection, you haven't done justice to the topic. We are talking about him who died. In Revelation chapter 1, he said, I am him who died.
[29:46] I died and I am alive forevermore. He died. He's the one, the only one who died and rose again. He says that when he saw him, he fell to his feet and he touched me.
[29:57] He said, do not be afraid. I am he who lives. I was dead and behold, I am alive forevermore. Abraham cannot say that. David cannot say that. Moses cannot say that.
[30:08] Peter cannot say that. Isaac cannot say that. No great person or religious leader can say that. It's only Jesus who can say, I am the one who is alive.
[30:18] I was dead. Moses died and was still dead. David, in fact, in Acts chapter 2, he said, David died and his tomb is still with us. Acts chapter 2, verse 30, 31, 32.
[30:31] He said, David, the patriarch David, let me speak freely about the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried and his tomb is still with us. He is dead. His bones are still dead.
[30:43] But this Jesus, this Jesus, the disciples went to the tomb, they looked inside. He's gone. He's not there.
[30:55] So the angels asked the disciples in the book of Luke chapter, or John chapter 20, or in the book of Luke chapter 24, verse 4, 5, 6, he said, why are you looking for the living among the dead?
[31:08] Jesus is not in the category of the dead. And, oh wow, as they were afraid and bowed their faces to the earth, the angels said to the women, why do you seek the living among the dead?
[31:21] He is not among the dead. Look at the next verse. He is not here. He is, he is not here.
[31:37] He is not in the grave. Jesus is not in the grave. He's risen. He's risen. This risen. He was born. Others were also born.
[31:50] He cried. Others also cried. He ate. Others also ate. He drank. Others also drank. He died. Others also died.
[32:01] But he resurrected. No one could resurrect. No one could resurrect. Do you, do you know what that statement means? When he says, why are you looking, why are you looking for the living among the dead?
[32:14] He said, that statement means that put him, he is not in the class of those who couldn't come back. He's not, you are making a mistake when you compare Jesus to any other human being.
[32:25] You are making a mistake because they died. Not even the greatest man who is alive now. Not even you. Because you will die.
[32:37] Pastor, how can you say that? This is just scientific. I'm just being scientific. Facts. Facts check. You, me, everyone will die.
[32:50] And when we die and they look for us, they have to look for us among the dead. Now, our beloved late Queen Mother, when they write their name, late, it's among the dead.
[33:09] But when they write the name of Jesus, there's no other name. Ha, ha, ha.
[33:19] Peter said, there's no other name. Acts chapter 4, verse 11 and 12. No, no, no, is there salvation in any other.
[33:31] For there is no other name under heaven given amongst men by which we might be saved. Shout, Lord Jesus. Shout, Lord Jesus. So, you see, salvation is in His name.
[33:47] Why? Because the grave couldn't hold Him. If you are in Him, the grave can't hold you. Does that mean you are also going to resurrect and you won't die?
[34:01] When you die, you die a natural death. But you won't stay there forever if you are in Christ. A day is coming. Oh, a day is coming. Now, listen to this. Actually, to be honest and to be fair, everybody is going to rise again when they die.
[34:16] But as I started by saying, when you rise, you are going either left or right. This is how Jesus puts it in John chapter 5, verse 27, 28, 29.
[34:30] He said, a time is coming in which all who are in the grave will hear His voice. Oh, my goodness. Somebody, you are sitting here, you are hearing His voice. It looks like even though you are alive, you are already in the grave.
[34:43] Because your life, things are not good. You look very polished, but your life looks like punished. On the inside, your life is shattered.
[34:59] You don't have peace. Okay, I got a job. My health is good. My family is good. How about peace with God? You don't got it. You don't got peace.
[35:10] Permit me, I'm fake American English. You don't got peace with God. You got no peace with God. I'm telling you, you got no peace with God.
[35:23] Even though you look, you drive in a nice car, you live in a nice house, you do a good job. You got no peace with God. You got no peace with God.
[35:35] You got no peace with God. The Bible says in Romans chapter 5, verse 1, we have peace with God. There are some people who have peace with God.
[35:52] If I have peace with God, if God shows up right now, I won't run away from him. I'll run towards him. Welcome, Daddy. Have you two seen people, you attempt to preach to them, you say, I don't want to hear that.
[36:03] I'm not interested. They're running away from God. The easiest way to run away from God intellectually is to say, I'm an atheist. It's fake. It's not true.
[36:14] Nobody's an atheist. You have just made yourself an atheist and convinced yourself that you are one. But deep in your heart, hey, deep in your heart, you know you don't have peace with God.
[36:29] You have done everything possible to convince yourself that this God thing is not real. but there's something in your heart that is pointing. Bible says, God has put eternity in your heart.
[36:44] God has put eternity in your heart. John chapter 1 verse 9, He is the light that lightens every man that comes. When you are coming on this earth as a human being, God sparks a certain light of himself inside you for you to seek him.
[36:57] For you to seek him. It doesn't matter how far you run away from him. You can never run away from oxygen. As long as you are alive, you can't run away from oxygen.
[37:09] You need oxygen to live. You will have peace with God. You will have peace with God. Amen. So the point I'm making here is that his death is different because his death is the sin-bearing death.
[37:28] He came to carry sins so that you don't have to be found in your sins. You don't have to die in your sins. You don't have to live in your sins.
[37:40] You don't have to live without peace with God. You might have peace with your family, but you don't have peace with God. Listen, when you are lost, you know you are lost. Oh, yeah.
[37:51] If you are not in Christ, no one needs to tell you. You know. Some of you have come here today and you are sure people can be at this happy. If you have an ounce of the happiness we have, you will be very peaceful.
[38:13] You are using laughing gas. It's still not doing it. You are vaping. It's still not doing it. You are using girls, boys, sex.
[38:26] You've watched so much porn. Now, your eyes, your eyes are so red, we can see naked legs in your eyes. We can see naked legs. You weren't happy.
[38:48] You weren't happy. You've tried parties. Tried drugs. You've been with the gangs.
[39:00] You've tried all sort of music. All sort of movies. All sort of vacations. Vacations. Staycations.
[39:13] You've gone to Afro-Nasias. You've been everywhere. You've been everywhere. But after all that, after all that, you're empty.
[39:28] Why are you doing this to yourself? Why? Why? Why? Why? He who the sun sets free is free.
[39:40] He. He. He. He. He. He. He. He. He. He. He. He. He. He. He. He. He. He. He. He. He. He.
[39:53] He. He. He. He. He. He. He. He. He. He. He. He. He. He. He. He.
[40:11] He. He. Yeah. Jesus is the sweetest name I know. Jesus said, whoever is thirsty, let him come to me and drink.
[40:23] Come to me and drink. And out of your belly. Come to me and drink. Because you are drinking what doesn't quench your thirst.
[40:39] You are chasing skinny rabbits. And there's no solution. But today is a different day.
[40:54] As I end, I want to advise somebody. A very friendly advice. Or a brotherly advice. Very from my heart.
[41:06] Today, make up your mind that you draw a line. Leave your sin on the cross. And walk a free man. Thank you for choosing to listen to this message by David Entry.
