Things That Generate Testimonies Part 5

[0:00] Thank you for tuning into this message by David Entry.! Every true revival is a product of the strong preaching of God's Word. May you receive a word from this message that will spark a revival in you.

[0:14] Things that lead to testimonies or generating testimonies. Number one is the Spirit. Number two is prayer. God really likes praying people.

[0:25] So, God likes where there is prayer. Because it gives him the chance to work.

[0:39] So, where there is prayer, God actually likes. Actually, God likes it when we come together in prayer. He actually likes it. There can never be revival anyway if there's no group of people gathering to pray.

[0:55] Prayer. God likes prayer. And then, faith without which no one can please God. So, God will not say no when your faith says yes.

[1:15] God will not say no. So, what you have to master in doing is building your faith. Developing your faith. But when your faith is developed, it does not take time.

[1:30] It takes God. And if it takes God, then all you need is faith. As for negative news and unwanted news, it's part of human life.

[1:46] So, every now and then, depending on the season you are, you might hear some. But faith has a way of not giving the negative news an upper hand or the final say in your life.

[1:59] When you have faith, negative news cannot have the final say in your life. So, something can be said.

[2:11] A fact can come up. And yet, the opposite will be the final outcome. Why? Because faith is speaking. Because faith is in action.

[2:24] When faith is in action, everything in life becomes subject to the demands of faith. So, when they were in the storm, Jesus said, where is your faith?

[2:37] When they said, we are going to drown. They woke Jesus up. Jesus said, where is your faith? Because faith can make anything in life subject to the demands of faith. That's why I said, by faith, Elijah prayed and placed demand on nature.

[2:54] And nature said, I don't have a choice. I will obey you. So, your faith will change your story. I see your faith changing your story.

[3:06] Number four is covenant connections. Who you are connected to will determine what battles you can't win.

[3:28] Yeah. So, who you are connected to will determine what victories or what battles you will win.

[3:44] You see, when God wants to help you, he gets you connected to human agents. Do you understand what I'm saying? Who you are connected to will determine what battles you win.

[3:58] Very important. So, covenant connections. Is somebody learning something? And then, sacrifices. If you don't have sacrifices in your life, you don't have a spiritual voice.

[4:13] In the realm of the spirit, what gives voice to a person in the realm of the spirit is your sacrifice. Even before God. Your sacrifices in Christ is what gives authority to your spiritual pursuit.

[4:32] The spiritual pursuit that doesn't have a backing of sacrifice is not weighty. Sacrifice is what determines the weight of your spiritual input. Sacrifice.

[4:43] That's why fasting works. Fasting, you are pushing yourself and sacrificing some things for a spiritual agenda. Sacrifices carry weight in the spirit.

[4:55] It gives impetus to chanting, to declaration in the realm of the spirit. So, sacrifices matter.

[5:06] Then, commitment to ministry work. Sometimes, for the sake of God's work, some doors must be opened for you.

[5:17] Oh, yeah. He said, have you considered my servant, Job? Have you considered my, not my boy, Job?

[5:27] My servant, he's in service. There's no need to try and stop a bus. That is out of service. It will not take you anywhere.

[5:40] When you go to the train station, they've written, this train camp is out of service. Don't bother. Don't raise your hopes. Some of us, when God comes close, he doesn't have hope because you are out of service.

[5:53] You're out of service. So, are you guys know what I'm saying? Yeah. Right. So, then he says that you shall serve the Lord and you bless. So, you shall serve the Lord, your God, and he shall bless bread and your water.

[6:08] Your bread and your water. He will take away sickness from the midst of you. And then look at the next verse. That's even a serious one. No one shall suffer miscarriage or be buried in your life.

[6:20] See that? Service. Listen. Listen. When you are traveling overseas and you have your passport and you are going to Spain.

[6:33] And then when you arrive, you remember, oh, I didn't take cash. But you have all your cards with you. Is that a problem? When you have your card, you don't have a problem because you don't have a problem for not having cash.

[6:49] Many of us don't even carry cash. All you have is your card. You tap. You don't even. If you forget the P number, some place you just tap. Oh, yeah.

[7:00] The phone. That's true. It's easy. Let's life easy. I don't need to worry about not having cash on me. I don't need to worry about. When you have service, don't worry about things that you don't have.

[7:15] It will take care of the rest. You shall serve the Lord and He shall bless. Then the next point is prophetic encounters.

[7:27] That's one of the heavyweight things that change stories. Heavyweight things. You cannot be stranded in life when you have a prophet. In 1 Samuel chapter 9, didn't the servant of Saul tell him, is there not a sea in this territory?

[7:48] I know a sea somewhere. Let's go and see. He will tell us the problem. Then when they were going to fight Zerubbabel, Zerubbabel was going to fight. 2 Kings chapter 3, verse 10.

[8:01] He said, Is there not a prophet of the Lord here by whom we can inquire? But Jehoshaphat said, Is there not a prophet of the Lord that we may inquire of the Lord by him?

[8:13] And one of the kings, the king of Israel's servant answered and said, Here is Elisha, the son of Shaphat, who poured water. He said, Listen, we can't be stranded where there is a prophet.

[8:25] And then they said, Let's go. The word of the Lord is with him. And then they went to him. And then when they went to him, they said, This is the problem. And the prophet said, You king of Israel, Bad man, I don't want to see you.

[8:37] Had it not been for King Jehoshaphat? You see connections over there. And Elisha said, As the Lord of Hodeleved, Before whom I stand, Surely, Were it not that I regard the presence of Jehoshaphat, The king of Judah, I would not look towards thee, Nor see you.

[8:54] Connections. He said, I wouldn't do it, But Jehoshaphat is here, So, Because of him, Let me consider the matter. Prophet. And then, He said, Bring a musician.

[9:07] Let the ministry, Bring a musician. Get me a, Now, Bring me a ministry. That means a musician, Not a singer, An instrumentalist. Bring me a musician. Anointed one, of course, Like our own.

[9:17] And, Then it happened. When the musician played, That the hand of the Lord came upon him. And then he prophesied, And said, Just say it, The Lord, You shall not see wind.

[9:28] You shall not see rain. Hallelujah. And this valley will be filled. Oh my goodness. And they said, You do not need to fight, In this battle.

[9:41] Praise the Lord. Prophetic encounter. One of the things that, We have always, We always have to thank God for, In our church, Is that, God has blessed us with a prophet.

[9:56] God has blessed us with a prophet. When you have a prophet, He doesn't even have to always speak. When you are walking in town, And you have a, Um, Military officer working with you, With a gun.

[10:09] No, no. You don't have to, He doesn't have to say, Hey, I'm here. No, no. People seem, They just stay inside. Some of you, When you are driving, And you see the police car, Even if it's not on duty. Yeah.

[10:23] A man of authority, Doesn't always have to use his authority. His presence is just enough. Your presence in meetings like this, You're hearing me speak into your life.

[10:34] I might not have to call you, Personally and properly. By hearing me speak, It's releasing divine mandate. It's releasing to financial opportunities into your life.

[10:46] Shout yes, Lord. Prophets. Prophetic connection. And can I add the last one? The last one is, To generate your testimony.

[10:59] Relentless pursuit. You have to relax, For a certain type of testimony. Relentless. Relentless.

[11:09] Some must make, You must make a vow, That I will not miss, Any of the meetings. I will not miss it. I will be here on time, And I will make sure I'm pushing in.

[11:21] Some must, Make a vow, That I will never attend any of the service, Without adding an offering. You have to make a vow. I will seize every opportunity, As long as the Lord gives me the grace.

[11:36] Relentlessly. You keep doing it. Some will say, Well, generally I did the first, It didn't work. And so what? Who told it didn't work? You haven't seen, It hasn't been leading work. It has done foundation, And it's waiting for, You know, We may have something called foundation, Before the main thing.

[11:54] Primer. Yeah, To prime it, And then, Yeah. So, Before you put the color on. So, Don't mind people who say, Hey, Every time we are fasting and pray, Oh God, Oh God, Nothing is changing.

[12:10] You is not changing for, It's changing for a lot of people. Yes. Revival is actually happening. So just wake up. The first thing is work.

[12:21] How many of you can tell, It's working already this year? It works. So, Relentless. Don't hit and run. Be consistent.

[12:33] Be pushy. Be relentless. Be relentless. Unflinching. Keep at it. Keep at it. Mount pressure on the enemy. Mount, Don't hit and stop.

[12:46] Keep hitting. Keep hitting. The prophet said, When I said you should hit, You should have hit more. You need only this three times and stop. Keep it up. Keep at it. Keep at it.

[12:56] Keep at it. Keep at it. He said, Hosea chapter 10 verse 12, He says that, Break up your fallow grounds. He says that, Sow to yourself in righteousness, Reap in mercy.

[13:09] Break up your fallow grounds. For it is time to seek the Lord. Until. So you have to keep going. Till. Jesus said, Wait in the city of Jerusalem.

[13:20] Until. So don't stop it. You have to be relentless. You have to be relentless. You have to be relentless. Keep going. Keep going.

[13:31] Continue down in prayer. Keep going. And your testimony will respond. Because if the devil hijack anything from you, What he can't take is pressure.
