Uncover how to engage the supernatural in your daily life. This message by David Antwi reveals the three powerful pathways—prayer, prophetic encounter, and active faith—that invite God's intervention and transform the seemingly impossible into tangible reality.
[0:00] Hallelujah. We thank God you've tuned into this message by David Entry at Caris Church.! No hand can help you with the fulfillment of your destiny but the Word of God.! May God's hand align you further into your destiny through this Word.
[0:15] Yesterday we spoke about the supernatural. So yesterday and today, two days of the supernatural.
[0:27] Somebody say, I believe in the supernatural. May the supernatural respond to you based on your confession. Somebody say, I believe in the supernatural.
[0:45] Tell some, announce to somebody, I am a believer of the supernatural. I believe in the supernatural. Being a Christian means, in the first place, you have a supernatural dimension to your living.
[1:01] And then number two, you are open to the manifestations of God. Yesterday I quoted a very important scripture which said, 2 Kings 3, 17, You shall not see wind.
[1:21] You shall not see rain. Yet that valley shall be filled with water. This prophecy came as a result of King Jehoshaphat and a team of kings were going to fight.
[1:38] And they got to a place and they had run out of water and there was no water in the valley. And they still have days to travel.
[1:52] And they are, those days, their cars were the camels and their horses. And all their horses and camels who depended on water were now about to die through dehydration.
[2:09] And the people themselves, even if they find water to drink, why are they going to give them enough water for their animals? But they didn't have tap water.
[2:21] Their source of water was either river or stream or water bodies. And they were in the valley and there was no water.
[2:33] So they were so worried they were about to die. I think in the verse, from verse 9, somewhere from verse 9. So the king of Israel went and the king of Judah and the king of Edom and they fetched a compass of seven days journey and there was no water for the host and for the cattle that followed them.
[2:55] And the king of Israel said, alas. Alas means like, ah, finally. Alas, that the Lord has called these three kings together to deliver them into the hand of Moab.
[3:08] They are going to fight the Moabites. And king of Judah, king of Israel, verse 9 again, the king of Israel, king of Judah, and the king of Edom.
[3:19] They've come together to go and fight the king of Moab. And they got to a place and there was no water. It's like you are traveling to Scotland and you get to somewhere in Birmingham and you run out of fuel.
[3:37] And there's no, all those of you who use electric cars, and your electricity is finished and there's no charger around again. I mean, how are you going to go? Alas, you are finished.
[3:50] And so the king of Israel said, no, God is not with us. And the king of Israel said, God is not with us. He has this delivery in us. Then the verse 11 says that, but Jehoshaphat said, he's the king of Judah.
[4:03] Is that not a prophet? We are in a precarious situation. We are in a frustrating situation. A situation that is working against us.
[4:16] But he said, if we can find a prophet. Because what we are in requires the supernatural. I want to announce to somebody, you have come to a place of a prophetic manifestation.
[4:35] One of the common characteristics of prophets in the Bible is that there were supernatural manifestations that accompanied them.
[4:49] That's why they believe that Jesus was one of the prophets. Because of the things that he was doing. So that's why Jesus himself said, a prophet is not without honor, but except his own family.
[5:02] And then he says that, the Bible says he couldn't do much miracles because a prophet is supposed to do some stuff and speak. And when he speaks, God confirms his word. So Jehoshaphat, who understood the dealings of God.
[5:16] Somebody said the dealings of God. The dealings of God. He understood the dealings of God. God said, is there not a prophet? There's no water, but if there's a prophet, we'll be fine.
[5:28] We don't have water, but if we can find a prophet. Somebody has come into a prophetic atmosphere. I know you may not have water.
[5:39] But thank God, there's a prophetic atmosphere you expose yourself to. What you need is not just water. You need more than water. You need the hand of God.
[5:51] So he said, is there not a prophet we can inquire? And then he said, oh, there's Elisha, who used to pour water on the hand of Elijah. And he said, let's go to him.
[6:02] The word of the Lord in his mouth. That's how we did it. It's the word of God in the mouth of the prophets. So Jesus said in Luke chapter 4, 23, 24, that in the days of Elijah, there were widows, but to none was the prophet sent to sustain.
[6:26] And in the days of Elijah, there were a lot of lepers in Israel, but to none of them was the prophet sent.
[6:38] It says that many lepers were in Israel in the days of Elijah, the prophet, and none of them was cleansed. You see the prophet's job?
[6:50] Because leprosy was incurable. But when you meet a prophet, so the prophet was an epitome of opportunity for divine manifestation.
[7:05] So the prophet was an epitome of divine manifestation. There are some places when you go, please listen, expect the supernatural to manifest in your life.
[7:20] And I'm happy to let you know you are in such a place. Somebody said, I believe in the supernatural. Lift up your right hand and say, I believe in the supernatural.
[7:32] I believe in the supernatural. I believe in God. I believe in God. Who is the God of the supernatural. God of the supernatural. You know one thing about God? He likes to show up.
[7:43] He's not interested. He's interested. But as to how to provoke his manifestation. He's interested.
[7:54] God really wants to show up. So sometimes people can die out of tests because they didn't learn how to engage God.
[8:05] If God has showed up, they wouldn't have died out. So then people ask, but if there is God, why are people dying out of tests? No, God expects to be engaged. God wants to be engaged so he can show up.
[8:20] God doesn't interfere with human affairs just like that. Even if he wants to do something in your life, he either has to provoke prayer, intercession in somebody's heart for you.
[8:34] Like when Peter was put in prison. Or he has to send you so your path can cross with a prophet. Somebody operating in the capacity of a supernatural agent.
[8:47] God has got agents in town. And I'm happy to let you know that we have come to such a place. So when they were about to die, they said, is there not a prophet?
[9:02] They said, there's Elisha, son of Shepard. And they said, let's go to him. And Elisha said what he could say. And he said, okay, just get the instrumentalist to play.
[9:14] And as the instrumentalist fluid Bible said, the hand of the Lord came upon him. Wow. And he said, the 17th, he said, that saith the Lord.
[9:27] You know, normally to have water, you need rain. And then sometimes you need the wind to introduce the rain. But it says that, that saith the Lord. You shall not see wind.
[9:38] You shall not see rain. And yet, that valley will be filled with water. That ye may drink. Both ye and your cattle and your beasts.
[9:50] If you believe it, shout yes Lord. He says that you shall not see wind. You shall not see rain. But the supernatural is going to kick in.
[10:02] I don't know where somebody is at the moment. But I believe that you are not far from a supernatural manifestation. First, I say, what should I do?
[10:14] It's easy. Yesterday I explained that Abraham prayed. And Abimelech's household was healed. Prayer brings down the supernatural.
[10:27] We saw in scripture, prayer, prayer. So, that's why I'm saying you are not very far from the supernatural. Because you are actually in a place of prayer. Number two, if you want to provoke the supernatural.
[10:42] Number one is prayer. Number two is encounter with the prophet or the prophetic atmosphere. Don't underestimate that.
[10:55] Never underestimate that. Unbelievers don't understand it. So, sometimes they struggle. Encounter with the prophet.
[11:06] What do I mean by a prophet? An agent sends from God with your testimony. Let me show you something.
[11:17] He says that in the days of Elijah, there were many widows in Israel. Many widows were in Israel in the days of Elijah.
[11:30] In the days of Elijah. When the heavens were shut for three years and six months. And there was a great famine throughout all the land.
[11:41] Verse 26. But to none of them was Elijah sent. Did you see that? Elijah didn't just get up to go. He was sent.
[11:53] Prophets are sent with people's testimony. God came to Moses. He said, I have heard the cry.
[12:05] Exodus chapter 3. I have heard the cry of my people in Egypt. Therefore, I have come down to send you. He said, come now. I will send you.
[12:16] God told Moses. I will send you. In the verse 12, 13. He said, I have seen their problems. And he says that I will send you. Come. I have come. I am sending you. So God came to send Moses to accomplish what God wanted to do.
[12:31] In that sense, Moses went as a prophet. He said, I will certainly be with you. And give me where he said, I will send you. I have come to send you.
[12:43] I think you should. Who is there? I have come. And I am sending you. God comes to send. And then it says that, come now.
[12:53] Therefore, I will send you to Pharaoh. Because of my people. Meanwhile, verse 6 says, I have come down to deliver them. Or I have come down to help them.
[13:05] He says, I have heard their cry. I know that. And I have come down to deliver them out of the hand of their Jesus. Then he says to Moses, I will send you. So my coming down is expressed through the sending of the prophets.
[13:23] And the people did not know God was sending somebody. And Moses said, they will not receive me. He said, don't worry. I am with you. Go. Go.
[13:34] And when he brought them out, but when Pharaoh was stubborn, Pharaoh got to know. His magicians said to him, Pharaoh, this is the finger of God.
[13:45] This is not from Moses. This is not a trick. This is not magic. This is not something that he has concocted. And he is doing it by himself. Exodus chapter 7. Chapter 8.
[13:57] Then the magicians said to Pharaoh, this is the finger of God. This is the. Why? Moses, the finger of God was with Moses.
[14:07] Why? Because he sent Moses. And Moses was carrying, was a courier man. What was he carrying? The testimony. The blessings. The miracle of the people God wanted to meet.
[14:21] That's the place of a prophet. He's carrying other people's goods. And when you encounter the prophet, divine or covenant laughter, or supernatural activity happens.
[14:34] That is why I am confident that somebody's story from today is changing. Shout, Lord, I believe. Lord, I believe. I'm announcing to you. I don't know who is next to share your big, that big life-changing testament.
[14:48] But how do you provoke the supernatural prayer? Number two, how do you provoke the supernatural prophetic encounter? Number three. I think let me add one.
[14:59] Number three. They were in the boat. And there arose a great storm. Jesus was also in the boat. Let's start from Mark chapter 4, from verse 37.
[15:10] So they were in the boat. And a great storm arose. And the wind beat into the boat. So that it was already filling with water.
[15:22] It was filling. Water was filling boat. There's nothing wrong with the boat being in water. But there's a danger when the water is in the boat. So it was filling with water. And verse 38.
[15:34] It says that, but he was, Jesus was in a stand, asleep on a pillow. And they awoke him and said, teacher, don't you care that we perish?
[15:49] And then he arose. Remember, as soon as they woke him up. Bible here, it said he arose. And what did he do? As soon as he arose, he rebuked the storm. Just like Mark chapter 135 and other places.
[16:02] In Jesus' life rebuking things. He arose and rebuked the storm. And the Bible says that when he rebuked the storm, he said to the sea, peace be still.
[16:13] And the wind ceased and there was. Those of you who are believing God for that testimony, you will say it. There was what? There was what?
[16:25] I see that same thing coming into your life. There was. So he rebuked. He rebuked the sea. Wow.
[16:36] He rebuked. He said, peace be still. He rebuked the wind and said to the sea, peace be still. And there was a great calm. And this is where I'm coming. There's 40 seconds. And he said unto them, why are you fearful?
[16:52] Where's your faith? If you have faith, you don't have to wake me up. Your faith is enough to make the supernatural show up.
[17:05] Your faith. Your faith is enough to make the supernatural show up. So when you look at the Matthew account in Matthew chapter 8, verse 22.
[17:18] Or 23 particularly. 23. It says that, and when he was entered into a ship, the disciples followed him. 24. And behold, there arose a great tempest in the sea, insomach that the ship was covered with the waves.
[17:33] But he was asleep. 25. 30. 31. 32. 32. 34. 34. 34. 34.
[17:44] 34. 34. 34. 34. 34. 34. 34. 34. 34. 34.
[17:55] This one. Mark said he just got up, we picked their seed, and came and said, where is your faith? Now here he said, why are ye fearful?
[18:06] Oh ye of... They had faith to be with Jesus, but it was so little, it can't take them, get them to deal with this matter. So, full faith is not little faith.
[18:19] Full faith. When your faith, when you have faith in Jesus, it's not little faith. So he says that, look at the next verse, and rebuke the storm and all that, but they were mavel.
[18:31] He said, what manner of man is this? That even the... What? It's a man of faith. Even the wind. He said that even the wind and the seas say yes to him. I see conditions about to say yes to somebody.
[18:46] That is the supernatural! What happened? Is that 28? Is that 28? And when he had come out, okay, let's go to the Luke version, chapter 8, verse 22.
[18:58] I will show you something. Luke chapter 8, verse 22. Now it came to pass, and certainly as he went into the ship with his disciples, and he said unto them, let us go over to the other side of the lake. And they launched forth, but as they sailed, he fell asleep, and there came down a storm of wind on the lake, and they were filled with water and were in jeopardy.
[19:24] And they came to him and awoke him, saying, Master, Master, we perish. Then he arose and rebuked the wind and the raging of the water and said, and there was a calf.
[19:38] Mark said, great calf. Luke said, a calf. And he said unto them, what is your faith? And they've been afraid, was wondering, they are focusing on him.
[19:49] What kind of man is this? And he's also saying, this is a faith work. It's a faith work. It's a faith talk. It's a faith walk. Someone came to Jesus in Matthew chapter 8.
[20:02] He said, my son, Jesus said, I'm coming home from verse 7. And he said, no, no, no, you don't have to come. Just speak the word. My servant shall be healed. And Jesus was marveled. Jesus was surprised. Wow. You have faith like that?
[20:14] Jesus was marveled, and said that, I'm telling you the truth. I've not found, I've not found so great faith. No, not in Israel. And he began to tell them that when a son of man comes, shall he see faith on it?
[20:26] Then, the verse 13, Jesus turns to the man and Jesus said to him, the centurion, go thy way. And as thou hast believed, so it shall be done. Pointed what the last thing. And his servant was healed at that same hour.
[20:41] The same hour. When his faith provoked Jesus to speak, the servant was healed at that same hour.
[20:51] I see somebody's testimony showing up this very same hour. Last scripture is in Mark chapter 11, verse 23.
[21:02] If you have faith, like a master's seed, verily I say unto thee, whosoever shall say unto this mountain, be thou removed, and be cast into the sea, and shall not doubt in his heart, but believeth that those things that he saith, he saith, shall come to pass.
[21:19] He shall have whatever he says. But before that, he says that, verse 22 says, that's how faith works. When you have faith in God, you begin to walk and speak some things. I'm telling you, if you have a prayer life in place, if you pray about some things, it engages the supernatural.
[21:35] If you encounter prophetic atmosphere, it engages the supernatural. And if you see yourself in God's word, and you begin to act, believe it and act, you begin to see the supernatural.
[21:48] These three things, wherever you use, you are going to see the supernatural. Listen, it's about time you believe that something is about to change your life. It's about time you believe your testimony is here.
[21:59] It's about time you believe. Don't just say amen. Let your heart see it. Be resolution.
[22:12] If it will happen to somebody, it must have a crazy kind of faith for a crazy manifestation of the supernatural.
[22:25] So shall it be for you. So shall it be for you. When your faith comes alive, it feeds on the supernatural environment, or it feeds on the prophetic nature of the environment, and provokes results.
[22:45] Even without laying on offense, even without a direct word to you, your faith collects everything that you are due for. Your faith, I see somebody's faith collecting your testimony.
[22:58] In the name of Jesus, I want you to exercise your faith for something that looks impossible, but needs to happen for you. That needs to happen for you.
[23:11] Exercise your faith for something that must take God in your life. Exercise your faith. Don't be fearful. Don't be fearful. Believe in the Lord your God, and you shall be delivered.
[23:27] 2 Chronicles 20, verse 21. Believe in the Lord your God, and you shall be established. Believe also in his prophets, and you shall prosper.
[23:39] Prosper, that means you will see progress. You will see what you want to see shall happen for somebody. Thank you for listening to this message by David Entry.
