If you’ve ever felt like your spiritual battery is running low, this message offers a vital recharge. Learn how the righteousness of faith, modelled by Abraham, provides a foundation for victory that doesn't depend on your own perfection but on your trust in God’s promises.
[0:00] Hallelujah. We thank God you've tuned into this message by David Entry at Caris Church. No hand can help you with the fulfillment of your destiny but the Word of God. May God's hand align you further into your destiny through this word.
[0:17] Let's pray. Father, thank you so much for the privilege to hear your word. I pray that you guide my thoughts, guard my heart, govern my ways.
[0:35] As I speak forth your word, may the focus of the teaching be you and nothing else. So, our faith will come alive. Our encounters with you will be definite.
[0:53] And our testimonies will be undeniable. All to your glory. In Jesus' name. Amen. Hallelujah. In Romans chapter 1. Romans chapter 1 verse 16 and 17.
[1:10] For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth, to the Jew first and also the Greek.
[1:23] For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith, as it is written, the just shall live by faith. Here ends the reading of God's word. Praise God.
[1:36] Praise God. Now, if you read the NIV version of it. Let's look at the NIV from the screen. It says that, I am not ashamed of the gospel because the gospel is the power of God for salvation of everyone who believes.
[1:59] Everyone who believes for their salvation, the gospel is the power of God for salvation. So, everyone who believes, then it says that for the Jews, then the Gentiles.
[2:16] Why? Why? The next verse. NIV. Because in the gospel, a certain type of righteousness. Righteousness.
[2:27] Righteousness. For in the gospel, a righteousness from God is revealed. A righteousness that is by faith from first to last.
[2:47] By, this righteousness is by faith from first to last. I'm talking to you about faith from first to last.
[3:02] Faith from first to last. Faith from first to last. The reason why people backslide is they run out of faith. Some people, first week of the year, they have run out of faith.
[3:17] Yeah. Some of you remember, you came to give your life to Christ together with some other friends. Some, instead of being at faith seminar, they are at a foundation. Why?
[3:28] Please. When people run away from church, don't judge them. Don't judge them. It's a faith problem.
[3:39] Sometimes they run out of. There are people here who, throughout this year, you missed so many offering and tithes. Can I come close?
[3:50] No, no, no. No, no. No, no. No, no. No, no. No, no. You are operating in low battery mode.
[4:01] Because your faith has taken a hit. In first Timothy chapter one, verse 19, it talks about some people have made shipwreck of their faith.
[4:13] So there are people who have had shipwreck of their faith. Having faith and good conscience, which some, having rejected, concerning faith, have suffered shipwreck.
[4:28] But that will not be your testimony any longer. But this whole thing, the hinge of relationship with God, the hinge of godliness, or the door of godliness, the door of relationship with God, hinges on faith.
[4:48] If your faith is off, your door is down. You can be screaming, Amen, Amen, Amen, and it doesn't mean squat. Because it's bankrupt of faith.
[5:03] He said, for from the gospel, a righteousness of God is revealed, a righteousness which is by faith from first to last.
[5:18] Then he said, just ask this, it's not something new. This faith life is not new. Faith life is God's way of living.
[5:29] What makes you think, faith is not New Testament philosophy. Faith is a God thing. Faith is a God thing.
[5:41] So, you read Hebrews, and practically, Hebrews chapter 11 actually doesn't make mention of people in the New Testament. He's only talking about people.
[5:53] So, if faith was a New Testament thing, the biggest chapter of faith in the New Testament doesn't mention New Testament folks. It only focuses on the Old Testament folks.
[6:04] And it's just telling us that, listen, we are on the side of the Testaments, but those who were before us, they made it by faith. Because when it comes to God, it only takes faith.
[6:18] Faith! If your faith is weak, your God is weak. If your faith is strong, God is strong in your life.
[6:30] The strength of God in your life is at the mercy of the state of your faith. It's so, he says that, for from it, the righteousness of God is revealed from faith, by faith from first to last.
[6:54] As it is written, the just shall live. So, it takes us to the Old Testament. It's not a new document. And faith is not old fashioned.
[7:07] There are some things that can never be old fashioned. Your circulatory system can never be old fashioned. Your digestive system is not old fashioned. Your respiratory system is not old fashioned.
[7:20] Your reproductive system is not old fashioned. It's not old fashioned. In other words, many years ago, 2,000, 5,000 years ago, or 3,000 years ago, the way they were reproducing is the same way.
[7:39] The way their nervous system was working is the same way. Medicine has changed, but the systems haven't changed. The same human beings, as old fashioned as their mouth might be, it hasn't changed.
[7:54] It's still the same way. It is called nature. In the same way, God, as old fashioned as faith might seem, it has never changed.
[8:07] You want to deal with God, better get into faith. Use your faith gear. You don't have an option. You either walk by faith or die like anybody.
[8:20] We heard Pastor was talking about how you have to fight to walk by faith. Fight to stay in faith. Because if it's going to be God, then it has to be by faith.
[8:33] 2026, as we get ready to enter the year. They that have strong faith in God are those who have the supernatural testimonies. So we see how essential faith is so much so that Christianity is called the faith.
[8:55] The faith. The faith. Because it is faith from first to last. We are saved by faith. We are justified by faith.
[9:09] We stand by faith. We walk by faith. We understand by faith. We live by faith.
[9:21] This whole thing is faith from first to last. It's faith. That's why we preach. It said, Romans chapter 10, the word of faith which we preach.
[9:37] It said, what sayeth it from verses 6, 7, 8? Romans 10, 6, 7. It said, what sayeth it? The word is near you. Where? In your heart.
[9:48] What word are you talking about? The word of faith which we preach. Where? We preach it but the thing is in your heart and in your mouth. The word we preach.
[10:01] The word of faith. So it's called the word of faith. It's a word of faith. Word that brings faith. In Galatians, today we are reading Galatians chapter 3.
[10:13] And it's a chapter of faith. Very beautiful. I was reading and I said, God, you set us up. Because you care that much about us. Little did we know.
[10:25] I was reading Galatians chapter 3 and I could tell. It's talking about faith, faith, faith, faith, faith, faith. In the verse 2. Yeah, faith from first to last. In the verse 2, it talks about the hearing of faith.
[10:38] The hearing of faith. So when you study scriptures very carefully, you will see different, different, different verbs or adverbs used to describe faith. So of course, it talks about the word of faith.
[10:52] We hear the hearing of faith. In 2 Corinthians chapter 4 verse 13, we hear the spirit of faith. In Romans chapter 3 verse 27, we hear the law of faith. So we keep hearing of faith. So we keep hearing of faith, of faith.
[11:03] In Ephesians chapter 6 verse 16, we hear the shield of faith. We hear that. And then in Romans chapter 4 verse 11 and verse 13, we hear the, I like that much.
[11:19] I like that. The righteousness of faith. The righteousness of faith. The righteousness of faith. Verse 13, the righteousness. It talks about the righteous, through the righteousness of faith.
[11:31] The righteousness of faith. The righteousness of faith. that text, the righteousness of faith. When you look at the text, it says that for the promise that talking about Abraham, that he should be the heir of the world, was not to Abraham or to his seed through the law, but through the righteousness of faith.
[12:08] God gave him a promise. What did he do to merit the promise? It's not because he was behaving right, but he was believing right. He believed right. God said, I'm not looking for behavior because we had one of our pastors talking about how Abraham didn't have it right from the beginning.
[12:31] So if God comes to look for rightness from the beginning, you'll be disqualified. Righteousness or right believing will all be, right behaving will disqualify all of us.
[12:46] But God comes to Abraham and asks, looks for right believing. So in Genesis chapter 15, verse 6, Bible says that, and Abraham believed God, he believed in the Lord, and God said, this believing, you haven't done anything, but the mere fact that you believe, it has been accounted to you for righteousness.
[13:07] Righteousness here means right standing with God. You have done everything right. The fact that he believed God, it has, by, look at the terminology, it was accounted, it was credited to him as someone who has always been behaving right.
[13:26] Just by believing, so he believed God. Somebody say, I believe God. I believe God. Say, I believe God. I believe God. So you heard our speaker say that, Rahab had not done a lot of things right, but she just believed God, and she became righteous before God.
[13:45] She just believed. How did you end up here? I believed. Rahab, what, Rahab, who's that? Rahab what? Rahab what? What is Rahab doing in the choir?
[14:01] Rahab is an usher. Rahab is in Bible school? Rahab is preaching? How?
[14:13] Rahab, you have to show us your secret. What did you do? What are the things you did? I didn't do anything, but how come you are in the choir now? I believed God. I believe.
[14:25] Oh, do I have a believer in the house? I believe God. Do I have a believer in the house? I believe God. So you see, when it comes to what, God has to do for you and God has promised to do for you, it's on the account of the righteousness of faith.
[14:42] So you can see clearly in Galatians chapter 3, verse 6, it says that it was, he believed God, it was accounted, and Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for, it was repeated even more than the just shall live by faith.
[14:57] he believed God in Romans chapter 4, verse 3, he believed God, and it was accounted, look at it, Romans chapter 4, for what does the scripture say? Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.
[15:12] Look at verse 22, it's replicating scripture, verse 22, Romans chapter 4, verse 22, it says, therefore, it was accounted to him for righteousness. in James chapter 2, verse 23, Abraham believed God, and it was, James chapter 2, and the scriptures was fulfilled, which says, Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness, and he actually went further, calling him he's a friend of God.
[15:39] God said, that's my body, body, what has he done right? He just believed. He just believed. We tied. God said, we tied. Me and Abraham, we tied. We cool, man. We cool. He's my body, body.
[15:50] He's my body, but God calls somebody his friend on what grounds? Because he believed God. Do you understand why Satan is trying to fight your faith?
[16:05] The easiest way he has to fight your faith is cause you to hear the wrong stuff. Because faith is always at the mercy of hearing. So the more Satan bombards you with wrong information, wrong information, Satan knows how to trap you with the wrong stuff to distract you.
[16:28] Even at critical moments when you need to receive a word, suddenly you begin to see he knows the news you like. Oh, come on.
[16:38] Some of you don't like news. You just like documentary. So Satan has a way of distracting us and causing us to veer off. But, Bible calls this thing the righteousness of faith.
[16:53] In other words, believing God and appearing right before him just purely on the ground of your believing. Not, you haven't done anything. That's how come a thief can die on the cross and make it to heaven.
[17:08] because he didn't, listen, on the cross your hands are pinned. Your legs are, you can't do anything. All you can do is to talk. You see, faith works as long as they didn't crucify his mouth.
[17:28] He can be saved by the righteousness of faith. The righteousness that comes by faith. Believe it. The righteousness that comes so we can see righteousness of faith.
[17:43] Listen, faith is when it comes to walking with God is, I've always believed is foundational. But I realize that it's not just foundational.
[17:59] It's the foundation, it's the middle, it's the end, it's everything. It's the realm. It's the, it's the, it's the basis on which God can relate with you and basis on which he continues to relate with you and basis on which he can give you attention, the basis on which he can smile.
[18:15] God can smile over a life that is void of faith. It's not void of actions. No actions. You can copy somebody's action but fail to copy their faith.
[18:29] But you can copy somebody's faith and you, it will produce its own action in your life. So if someone mimics your action, they are making a mistake because it's an action that is born out of faith and for them to have the result that action gets, they need to go to the source of the action which is the faith behind the action.
[18:51] The righteousness of faith. Faith from first to last. As it is written, the just shall live by faith. Habakkuk chapter 2 verse 4, the just shall live by his faith.
[19:04] Romans chapter 1 verse 17, the just shall live by faith. Galatians chapter 3. Today, Galatians chapter 3. Galatians chapter 3 is supernatural. I'm telling you. Today's reading is so supernatural.
[19:14] Galatians chapter 3 verse 11, the just shall live by faith. And Hebrews 10 38, the just shall live by faith. We live by faith. We walk by faith.
[19:24] We do everything by faith. I want to quickly talk about understanding what we talk about. Since we live by faith, it's very important to understand this whole subject of faith.
[19:36] Faith. Galatians chapter 3 verse 6 how Bible calls Abraham, that he believed God to us, accounted to him for righteousness. Verse 7, Abraham is made mention of.
[19:49] Verse 8, he mentions Abraham. Verse 9, he mentions Abraham. Verse 14, he mentions Abraham. Verse 16, he mentions Abraham. Verse 18, he mentions Abraham. Verse 29, he mentions Abraham.
[20:01] Chapter 4, verse 22, he mentions Abraham. Abraham becomes a very dominant person when he comes to the subject of faith. So he's in Galatians chapter 3, Galatians chapter 4, Romans chapter 4, Romans chapter 5.
[20:14] Abraham is heavily represented when he comes to the subject of New Testament faith even though he wasn't the only one who worked by faith. Because when you study the scriptures very carefully, Hebrews chapter 11, the whole of faith, Abraham was not the first to mention.
[20:29] He mentioned them in chronological order who came first. So he mentions that Enoch, by faith, by faith, the elders obtained a good report. By Abel, then he said, Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice.
[20:45] Then from Abel, he goes on to Enoch walk by faith, a walk with God because without faith it's impossible to please God. Then he went to Noah. Then he went to Abraham. So before Abraham, there were others who were walking by faith.
[20:56] But what is it about Abraham? Abraham, Abraham's faith was so unique because it's the faith that God said that this is what actually depicts salvation. Righteousness.
[21:08] Now, we heard it. Abraham didn't start from big faith. Abraham's faith was a very interesting faith because, brothers and sisters, that is where I feel we come in.
[21:22] Now watch this. In Galatians, today's reading, Galatians chapter 3, verse 7 particularly, it talks about those of us who have the faith of Abraham.
[21:33] Look, it says that, therefore, know that only those who are of faith are the sons of Abraham. Look at verse 9. It says, so then those who are of faith are blessed with...
[21:48] It's like we get tied, we get connected, we get tuned into Abraham once we come into faith. What is it about Abraham that should tell us about this faith thing we are talking about?
[22:00] Abraham, it seems, Bible recognizes him as the father of faith even though faith didn't start with him first. Abraham offered a more excellent sacrifice by faith.
[22:12] The first sacrifice in the Bible was faith-based. The first sacrifice of history was faith-determined. So Abraham was not the first. But Abraham's faith was...
[22:25] We can identify with this so much in what way? Abraham was living in Mesopotamia in the land of the childies, in the land of the air of the childies.
[22:39] According to Acts chapter 7 verse 2, and God appeared to Abraham. Bible says that the God of glory appeared to our father Abraham.
[22:54] God of glory appeared to Abraham our father or our father Abraham when he was in Mesopotamia before he dwelt in Haran. Many years. Who started this whole thing with Abraham?
[23:06] God. From first to last, God starts faith. God so that you can say as for me, you know, I wish I had faith like somebody.
[23:20] Everybody, if God is going to bless you, he will donate you with faith. so in Romans chapter 12 verse 3, he said, every one of us a measure of faith is given.
[23:31] He said, for I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who is amongst you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think so badly as God has dealt with each one, a measure of faith.
[23:47] If you are saved, God gave you faith. Ephesians chapter 2 verse 8, for by grace are you saved through faith.
[24:00] So if you are seated here, that means God gave you a measure of faith you can build on, a measure of faith you can build on. God, faith actually starts with God himself.
[24:13] The Bible faith didn't start with man. The Bible state, that's the kind of faith Abraham had. Listen brothers and sisters, you might not realize that Abraham's faith was built on appearances of God.
[24:29] God appeared to Abraham several times, you know. So before Genesis chapter 12, verse 1, 2, 3, before God has said to Abraham, move out of your father's house, God has already appeared to him according to Acts chapter 7, verse 2.
[24:43] God has appeared to him when he was living in Mesopotamia. God appeared and Genesis chapter 12, verse 1, 2, 3, God appeared. Genesis chapter 12, verse 7, God appeared.
[24:55] Genesis chapter 13, verse 14, 15, 16, 17, God appeared. Genesis chapter 15, verse 1, 2, 3, God appeared. God kept appearing to Abraham.
[25:05] God kept appearing to Abraham. God kept appearing. That is why God brought you here. God connected you to this place so he can appear to you. God kept appearing.
[25:19] God kept appearing. God kept appearing. God kept appearing. That became the reason for the robust faith Abraham had. God appeared. See, it's in the scriptures. God appeared to Abraham multiple times.
[25:31] Multiple times. So if we are talking about faith from first to last, it is the kind of Bible faith you are talking about is the faith that comes based on what God himself starts with you.
[25:44] It's God. Faith comes from God. Bible faith is God born. So if someone wants to develop Bible, listen, not exposing yourself to good preaching, Christian fellowship, you will not grow faith.
[26:00] You can't say to others, okay, you know what, it's not everybody who goes to the gym to keep fit. Yes. So it's actually not everybody goes to the gym to keep fit.
[26:13] Others do a lot of walking. Others have their own stuff at home. They do their own training at home and different, different things. What am I trying to say that when it comes to God, the only way to start by faith is first of all expose yourself to a godly environment.
[26:31] You need, it's non-negotiable, you need a godly environment to build a godly faith. You can't live a normal life and walk by faith. you can't because faith is not always repository.
[26:47] Faith is not always resident. Faith, Romans chapter 11, sorry, chapter 10 verse 17 said, faith comes. So that means faith isn't there.
[26:58] You have to, there is a way, a system to get it coming in. You have to put that system in place to keep faith coming in the coming year.
[27:09] Listen, you are responsible for the outcome of your life. Stop thinking your pastor is, your pastor isn't. You are. You are.
[27:22] Thank God for mobility of information. Nowadays, you can watch many messages on your phone, you can watch messages, you don't need a television, all you need, you don't even need a radio, all you need is a phone, a phone, a phone, a phone, a phone, and you just click, there are so many platforms and you have to take the responsibility.
[27:44] You are believing God for a miracle baby and you are not listening to messages concerning that. You are believing God for miracle jobs, you are believing God for a miracle ministry.
[27:55] How do I know you are so serious? I have to just check what you've been listening. When I get, how can someone say I have a special medical exam, next week I really want to pass, and we come to your house and you're only playing video games.
[28:12] For the past two months, every time playing video games, you are not reading them, and yet you want to have a stance. You can see somebody and know that this person is not going anywhere.
[28:24] But the things they give themselves to, didn't we see in scripture, Paul told Timothy, give yourself only to these things. 1 Timothy chapter 4. said give yourself, from verse 14, said give yourself.
[28:36] What you give yourself to will determine what comes out of your life. Stop making others, listen, you are old enough now.
[28:47] you are old, you are of age. You are of age. As long as you are not under 10 years old.
[28:58] You are of age. Stop blaming your dad's absence. Stop blaming your mom's absence. Stop blaming your mom's overworking. Stop blaming what happened to you.
[29:11] Stop blaming the government. Stop blaming the government. Yeah, yeah, yeah. stop blaming the budget. Stop blaming rich people.
[29:31] Don't do that. Blame your lack of faith. Blame your lack of faith. Blame your lack because the same Lord is rich unto all.
[29:44] Unto all. same Lord. Same Lord. Stop blaming your skin color. Stop blaming your gender. Stop blaming things that are not responsible for where you are.
[30:01] People have double what you say if you are claiming if I had only a little of it. Some people's own is worse times two of yours and they are doing far better.
[30:14] the problem is maybe with all humility and respect please permit me maybe you are just lazy. Physical exercise profits little.
[30:29] But spiritual things. You have to exercise yourself spiritually to build your faith. Other than that you will be blaming witches. you will be blaming bad lecturers.
[30:42] You will be blaming the weather. You will be blaming the government policies. Nobody can keep you down when your faith is up. No system.
[30:53] I'm telling you, no system. No system. No institution. Nobody with enmity and bitterness and anger in their heart can keep you down when your faith is up.
[31:07] Nobody. Nobody. Because no one can compete with God. When your faith is up, God gets involved personally. God. God gets involved personally.
[31:22] Even not hereditary problems from hereditary. No. There are things my dad suffered that I have escaped because of my faith.
[31:36] Because of my faith. Because of my faith. Some of you, I'm just describing next year for you. Next year has been secured.
[31:51] Next year has been secured for somebody already. Next year has been settled for somebody already. In the name of Jesus.
[32:01] In the name of Jesus. So shall we be. So quickly, let me finish by adding this. To understand faith, faith is of God. Let's all say faith is of God.
[32:12] Faith is of God. So how does it come then? It comes by the word of God and then two, by encounters in God. Sometimes you have an encounter with God.
[32:23] Sometimes you have an experience with God. God. That's why I said God appeared to Abraham several times. Not just because he spoke to him. Abraham experienced God in a certain way that his experience with God left a deposit in him that became the platform for his faith.
[32:44] Do you understand that? God left something with him. God infused something of himself into Abraham by virtue of his encounters. That is why sitting in an atmosphere like this or tuning into an atmosphere like this.
[32:56] It's actually changing your story. It's changing your story because something of God is coming. It's being infused into you. Something of God is being. Listen, you are not wasting your time.
[33:08] Listen to a message from above. You are not wasting your time. You are not wasting your time. You are building your future. You are building your opportunities. Quickly. So faith is of God.
[33:21] Number two, faith is of the heart. Faith is of the heart. It's not a mind game. Listen, please.
[33:32] It's not an ideology. Faith is not a religious ideology. Faith is a condition of the heart. Something has entered somebody's heart.
[33:44] So in Mark chapter 11, verse 23, he says that, if you shall say to this mountain, for surely I say unto whosoever shall say to this mountain, be thou removed and be cast out into the sea and does not doubt in.
[34:00] So sometimes you can be doubting in your mind, but your heart is full of faith. And does not doubt in his heart.
[34:11] Does not doubt in his heart. Does not doubt in his heart. Romans 10, 10, with the heart. Romans 10, 10, it says that, with the heart, one believes unto right.
[34:23] Where does believing happen? The heart. The word is near, verse 8, Romans 10, 8. What says, Romans chapter 10, verse 8. But what does it say?
[34:34] The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart. Not in your mind. In your heart. Faith, true faith is of God.
[34:45] True faith is of the heart. That's why you have to guard your heart. Guard your heart. Sometimes the anger in your heart is poisoning your faith. Sometimes the jealousy in your heart is poisoning your faith.
[35:00] Husbands and wives, you have to be careful. When you want to walk by faith, your spouse can irritate you and hurt you so much that your heart is bitter. Your heart is so down.
[35:11] You can't be able to poison and weaken your faith. Because faith lives in the heart. That is why you have to be careful when you are about to choose a spouse.
[35:24] How you feel about them now is not as important. You see, don't give your heart to anyone whose heart has not been given to Jesus. He means good, but he can't sustain it.
[35:41] So faith is of the heart. Shall we all say faith is of the heart? And number three, your faith is in your mouth. Your faith is locked up in your mouth.
[35:57] Your faith can never grow above what you are saying. I don't know what you are saying. Sometimes some thoughts will fly through your mind, but you better not say them.
[36:11] You better not say them. How can a decent, godly person open your mouth and say, so what if I have cancer? Even when the doctor says we suspect cancer, I say, doctor, you are wrong.
[36:29] You have to speak back, say, no, no, no, no, your suspicion is wrong because cancer doesn't do me. But what if the doctor is right? That's why he'll be right for you. God is right there.
[36:42] Your faith is locked up in your mouth. Satan has not stopped harassing you because he hasn't heard you speaking. If it is faith, faith speaks.
[36:53] We didn't see Romans chapter 10 verse 8. What says it? The word is near you. Where? Where is the word? Where is the word?
[37:04] I can't hear you. Where is the word? It's in your mouth and in your heart. What word are we talking about? The word of faith with the pastor is preaching. It's actually already in your mouth, ready to work.
[37:18] So faith is of God, faith is of the heart, and faith is in your mouth. When we listen to you talk, we will know whether you are a man of faith or not.
[37:31] Every little thing, hey, I'm there though. Some people have their confidence. They tell, oh, things are very, very bad. Very, very, very, very bad.
[37:43] They have to add very, very, very, very bad. upon all the teachings, upon all the teachings, life and death lie in the power of the tongue.
[37:57] Faith speaks what God said. Faith speaks not what you think, not what you, Facebook will ask you, what's on your mind?
[38:10] Faith, Facebook will ask you, what is God saying? saying? God has said, so we will boldly say, Hebrews chapter 13 verse 6, verse 5 and 6, God has said, so we will boldly say, don't be quiet.
[38:34] Oh, one great man of God, years ago, I heard him say that, me, I won't be quiet. Even if I'm going to the grave, I'll be screaming and kicking, going, I won't go quietly.
[38:46] I'll be speaking, I'm blessed, I'm blessed, I'm blessed, I'm blessed, I'm blessed, I'm blessed, I'm blessed, I'm blessed. Learn how to speak what you've seen in God's word regarding your future.
[38:59] That's how faith works. Some of us parents, stop saying those things about your child, because listen, there's something called, I mentioned it earlier on, the hearing of faith.
[39:10] Galatians 3, 2, the hearing of faith. There's a certain hearing that warrants faith. It authorizes faith. It generates, it's called the hearing of faith.
[39:22] So, quickly, faith is in your heart. So, faith is of, sorry, faith is of God, faith is of the heart, faith is in your mouth. And I said it earlier on, everybody has got a measure of faith.
[39:37] faith. If you are a Christian, you have a measure. You can't say, as for me, I don't have faith at all. I don't know why. I don't have faith. Then you are not born again. So, what you have got to do, you have got to be born again.
[39:53] Number five, true faith is living. True faith is living. If it's genuine faith, it's alive. All right.
[40:04] So, number one, I'm talking about understanding faith. Faith from first to last. You have to understand how faith works. First of all, number one, faith is of God. Number two, faith is of the heart. Number three, faith is in your mouth.
[40:16] Number four, everyone has a measure of faith to start with. Number five, true faith is living faith. So, it's alive. It has life.
[40:28] James chapter 2, verse 17 and verse 26. Verse 17 says that, as the body, that, that's, James chapter 2, verse, it said, that also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead.
[40:45] So, is it possible that you are trying to breastfeed a dead faith? Breastfeed a dead faith? There are people, their faith is just sitting in church and enjoying the atmosphere.
[41:02] that's the faith. When they get, when church finishes, that's it. So, you will never see any smear of church on their decisions outside after church.
[41:14] You won't see the smear of faith in God's word. That's why usually, one of the areas, permit me to calm down, one of the areas to enjoy, to practicalize faith, is after you've heard the word of God.
[41:30] You can demonstrate practicalizing your faith through your giving. Giving is a major area of demonstrating your faith. Giving.
[41:41] It's a major area. I have never seen someone who works by faith and struggles to give. And when people are strong in faith, it shows in their sacrifices.
[41:55] Look at Abraham. Abraham was willing to give a whole Isaacle. Isaac is a serious deal. Isaac is a big deal. It is a reflection of the kind of faith he had.
[42:09] Unbelievers always, what was funny is unbelievers think they have the right to detect how church must be. I find it so laughable. Bizarre.
[42:21] Bizarre, absurd, very, very, very, madness, paradoxical. Mind boggling. Because they think, okay, they have got it.
[42:34] Why is someone just jumping like that? Why is jumping like that? Get on again, you understand why we are jumping? Why are you always going to church? You two, why are you always watching football?
[42:44] always going to the pub? Why are you always working? Even Christmas day, you are working. And you think you are smarter because someone is doing church.
[42:59] You are making a destiny mistake by thinking you are smarter because you are not doing church. You are dumber because you are not doing church. why are you eating Christmas turkey when you won't see Christ?
[43:16] You see, when you begin to describe their case, then they begin to get irritated. But they think they have the right to speak to you anyhow because you are a man of faith.
[43:30] Me too, I have the right because I'm a man of faith. I have the right to tell you the dictates of faith because you are a man without faith. faith is shaky.
[43:44] Faith is your only hope for it. Sister, what the doctors are saying is true. Okay, let me say it again.
[43:55] Listen, they are no joke, you know. They've gone to school to train to find that problem. Some have been practicing for 30 years just to locate your problem. so what they are saying is true.
[44:11] But there is a higher truth. There is a higher truth. Did you hear Pastor Joshua or Pastor Phoebe? He said, she said, or he said, you can choose believers.
[44:26] Believers, we have an option. if you are not a believer, you don't have an option. You don't have that option. You are stuck with what the doctors are saying. You are stuck with the natural situation.
[44:42] That's the only option you have. But when you are a believer, Bible says, we walk by faith and not by sight. We walk by faith and not we have an option.
[44:54] Tell three people, I've got an option. I've got an option. I am here to send a public notice that from today onwards you are on the side of victory.
[45:12] From today onwards, let your enemies take notice. Victory is on your side. Victory is on your side.
[45:25] Victory is on your side. in the name of Jesus. If you believe this shout, I believe in Amen. Faith is living.
[45:42] Romans, sorry, James chapter 2 verse 17 says that faith can be dead. Verse 26, James 2 26, it said, for us the body without the spirit is dead.
[45:53] So faith without works. stop getting concerned about how people interpret your works of faith. At least you are not using their body.
[46:10] Reverend Eastwood said something some time ago, I've never thought about it like that. You know, it takes the wisdom of God to help people understand things differently. He said people are complaining that people are giving their money to church.
[46:21] Is it your money? Is it your money? minister, sir, this is what I don't understand. You spend your money on what you want to spend your money on. And you accuse me for spending my money on what I want to spend my money on, which you think is not wise, but I think yours is also stupid.
[46:41] Leave me alone. Let my faith dictate how I spend my money. Let my faith, let my faith, let my faith, let my faith, let my faith. I've been younger now, never have I seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seen bread for bread.
[46:59] Leave me alone. Leave me alone. Leave me alone. You are spending your money on Netflix. And is it not showing?
[47:13] Is it not showing? And I'm spending my money on, in the direction of my faith, in the direction of my faith. That's why you have to be careful when you are choosing a marriage partner.
[47:27] Some don't do faith, and it will become the rest of your life, fighting to maintain the direction of your faith. Some of us, before we got married, there was this lifestyle of faith we practiced, and that even informed the kind of spouses we chose.
[47:48] Your faith is very personal. That's another point. It's so personal. It said Habakkuk chapter 2 verse 4, the just shall live by his faith. It's so personal.
[48:00] Stop running on your mother's faith. I know your mother is a professor, is a lecturer, is an emeritus, but she can't write your GCSE for you.
[48:18] You can't drive with another person's headlamps. They just shall live by faith. Faith is so personal. Take the personal responsibility of growing your faith.
[48:29] And as a mother, you can use your faith to believe God for your children's future. You can use your faith to believe God for your wife, your husband. You can use your faith to believe God for your ministry. You can use your faith to get things happen.
[48:41] Because it happens based on your faith. But first of all, faith is personal. Somebody's faith must be working. For us to be able to be here today, somebody's faith is working.
[48:55] Somebody got to believe for us to be here. You also know it's your turn to believe for others to be somewhere. Believe for your children to do well. Believe for your marriage to be a good marriage.
[49:09] Believe to have good health. faith is personal. Faith is personal. I can't hear you.
[49:20] Faith is personal. I can't hear you. Faith is personal. Don't let someone sitting online tell you what kind of faith you should work. Do you know there are private practices?
[49:32] Where are their physical results? Hebrews chapter 13 verse 7. It said that the people, Hebrews 13 7, before it said Jesus Christ remember those who have ruled over you, who have spoken the word of God to you, whose faith follow, considering the outcome of their lives.
[49:52] In other words, there are some people you don't have the right to follow because you don't know the outcome of their lives. you can't see proofs. You can't see proofs of the noise they are making. They only don't make noise, they can't make news.
[50:08] Please, grow up! Grow up! Take personal responsibility for development of your faith. Don't even give it to a pastor. Let alone someone who sits online doesn't know you.
[50:21] faith is living, faith is personal, and then let me add these three things. We live by faith. We live by faith.
[50:33] We live. That's me. That's my life. I'm a man of faith. I'm a woman of faith. That's what. My children, sorry, if you want something else this way, I'm a man of faith. Your mom is a woman of faith.
[50:45] Your dad is a man of faith. It doesn't matter when the enemy hits. Our first language is we believe God. And we stay strong in faith and fight the good fight of faith.
[50:58] We fight the good fight of faith. If you don't like it, then you are stuck with me. Church, your pastor is a man of faith. The next point about faith is, faith is the victory.
[51:13] That's why we talk the way we talk. If you have faith, don't worry, you've got a victory. You've got a victory. people must be careful about you if you're a man of faith.
[51:25] Because the tithes will turn in your favor. Faith is the victory. 2026, faith is the victory. It's going to spill over in 2027.
[51:36] It's going to spill over 2028. It's going to spill over 2029. It's going to spill over 2030. He said, this is the victory.
[51:48] 1 John chapter 5. This, verse 4. Whatever is born of God, do you remember faith is of God?
[52:00] It overcomes the world. That's why I said, if you're a man of faith, if you're a woman of faith, those who are dealing with you, they have to be very careful. They should go and ask Mordecai.
[52:11] They should go and ask Daniel. They should go and ask Shadrach, Mezah, and Abed Neville. They should go and ask Joseph and Potiphar's wife. If you're a woman of faith, if you're a man of faith, things will begin to turn.
[52:27] Sometimes, it happens so quickly. If God is on somebody's side, and things begin to change, you, the one fighting him, you are in trouble.
[52:39] Because Mordecai's wife said, if Mordecai be a seed of the Jew, before whom you started falling, then your falling will never end. It will be one thing.
[52:51] That's how sometimes it is. My friend, I had a friend, he says that God is slow to anger. That's what the Bible says. God is slow to anger, right? But he says that if you are slow to repentance, slow anger will catch up with you.
[53:08] If you don't stop this harassment of the people of faith, if you don't stop it, if you don't stop it, Herod, Herod, you won. I don't know which Herod I'm talking to.
[53:19] If you don't stop this harassment of the church, if you don't stop this negative demonic campaign, if you don't stop it, if you don't stop it, your days are numbered.
[53:33] Your days are numbered. Your days are numbered. Your days are numbered. You might be in power, but you're already out of power.
[53:47] Every woman of God, some of you have become persecutors of people of faith. You are in trouble in advance. You are in trouble in advance.
[54:00] Hitler can never survive. Hitler will go down. every Hitler goes down because you chose to come after people who God is making history with.
[54:12] They might have their own faults, but it's not for you to take them on because you don't have that pay grade. Listen, if you be a woman of faith, I feel sorry for the one fighting you.
[54:28] If you be a man of faith, I feel sorry for anyone fighting you. I just said it. Live to see. You'll be the negative statistics.
[54:40] You are going to be the negative statistics. Brothers and sisters, stand strong in faith. Be a woman of faith. No one can temper with your children.
[54:55] No one can temper with your house. No one can temper with what belongs to you. Get busy building your faith.
[55:08] Building your faith. Let them throw the stones at you. Get busy building. Suddenly everything will turn suddenly. Faith is the victory that overcomes the world, even our faith.
[55:25] So that means that if you don't give up on faith, eventually everything will begin to change. everything aligns in your favor. Say, I've got the victory.
[55:38] And then finally, the language and the currency of God is faith. You can't talk to God if you don't have a faith language. Jesus said, Lazarus is dead.
[55:52] Let's go, and I'm going to wake him up. They said, but if he's dead, faith, the currency and the language of God is faith. God's operating system is faith.
[56:04] The currency. You want to have interaction with God, better have some faith in your heart. He says, for he who comes to God must believe that he is, else don't bother coming.
[56:19] Anyone who is going to come to God must, it's a necessary requirement, must believe. Hebrews chapter 11 verse 6, must believe. If faith is the language God understands, that if you pray with our faith, you are wasting time.
[56:37] Because God said, you know, when you are talking to somebody behind a glass, he can see, but he can't hear you. Yes, yeah. Huh? Huh? Huh? Huh? Huh?
[56:48] Huh? Huh? Huh? Huh? Huh? Huh? Huh? Huh? Huh? Huh? Huh? Huh? Huh? Huh? Huh? Huh? Huh? Huh? Huh? Huh? Huh? Huh? Huh? Huh? Huh? You tell your problems to God on what grounds?
[57:02] What is the word? What's the word basis? What's your word basis? Who told you God solves problems? Where do you get that idea from? That's why people say if there's God, why are people dying?
[57:13] What does that have to do with God? Is it the one killing them? When someone tells you I'm a genuine Christian, he's as gentle as a dove, they don't kill.
[57:24] The only thing we have that is very aggressive is our message. Our message which gives birth to our faith. We have violent faith.
[57:35] The only violent thing about a Christian is their faith. Not our faith. Our faith. Not our faith. I can't say anything about other religions.
[57:47] But you can even insult our God and we'll pray for you by faith. Religion is not the problem of man. It's the faith Christians.
[58:00] The language of faith. And the currency of faith. You want to buy something from heaven? Everything is there. Your kidneys are there. New kidneys. New job.
[58:10] Husband. Wife. That's why when you come to church and it's time to give. Don't just give money. Exercise faith. So let your giving be a reflection of faith.
[58:24] That's how transactions happen. heavenly covenant transactions happen on the grounds of faith. God understands the language of faith and accepts the currency of faith.
[58:38] He doesn't accept dollars. God doesn't accept pounds. Some of you didn't know. God doesn't like your pounds. Because it's not enough for him.
[58:50] The smallest person in the kingdom with faith is more valuable to God than the richest man with our faith. Did somebody receive something? Thank you for listening to this message by David Entry.
