The Lamb Slain Before the Foundation of the Earth

[9:03] I'm mad at the devil when I see the devil taking God's people captive at his will amen I'm not gonna preach I just won't throw that at you we need to learn that when somebody offends us or whatever they do what but maybe they say something about us and it makes us mad even if it's true even if it's true even if it's not true the smart immediate reaction should be I forgive you you don't have to say to them because you're mad at them but the Bible so clearly says that if you do not forgive then your heavenly father won't forgive you if you don't if you hold a grudge against somebody you forget praying anymore because God ain't gonna hear another prayer until you say I forgive you and if you hold it long enough you're gonna have to go to them look them right in the face say I am sorry I forgive you if you do it real quick you don't have to do it in the face because they don't even know you're mad

[10:09] I've had people come up to me and say I've been mad at you I've been mad at you I said well shame on you I ain't been mad at you but I am now that you told me you mad at me we got a special singer here tonight brother My heart is full of sorrow I can't believe how much I've let you down I dread the pain that waits for me tomorrow When the sun reveals my broken dreams scattered on the ground Please forgive me

He has a way of explaining things to me through his word that is from his perspective. And tonight I want to talk a little bit about the lamb slain from the foundation of the earth. See the word of God came from God to man. So you can just right there. It had to be filtered. Right there it had to be filtered brother man. Hold on I forgot to do something. I want to thank God tonight. This ain't me up here. I haven't merited anything he's did for me in the last year and a half. All I've did is try to keep my eyes on Jesus the best I could and keep them off of everything else and keep walking towards Jesus. And when I started doing that and I started looking up instead of looking all around at this person and that person and what they're doing. And

[14:45] I'm human. I get my eyes off Jesus just like anybody else. But when I get down I get them back on him. When revival comes I get them back on him. And we can stay in revival inside of our own soul. All the time. See for a whole year straight I was in revival. Not by anything I did. By God's blessing. By getting a vision. The other night when we... Y'all got to bear with me tonight. I was... The other night I was... We got in here and we got drunk in the spirit and we... I mean we... These guys don't even know where they went the other night. You don't even know where you went the other night. I was telling brother Darryl and Burr Van today. They don't even know... Us five guys don't even know where we went the other night.

[15:37] You got a visitation that should change your life forever. Listen I've only had one other visitation from God like that. And that's why I'm here. That's why I'm here. That's why God has changed me. You see when you get that head realm experience. When that Kabo glory punches you down and puts you on the floor. And it impresses you with his love. With his all. He starts sharing secrets with you. He starts saying I love you. I love you. I love you. I don't want you to be ignorant. Burr Van that was right on time what you were talking about. Sister Treva that was right on time. Now I'm gonna tell you I got the answer. Hey God had me in the word of God today for the answer to that. It's called fixing your eyes on Jesus. It's called fixing your eyes on the lamb slain before the foundation of the world. Hey you don't understand what that means. That means out of time before creation the eternal unbegotten Lord God Jehovah begot his son the Christ or the Torah the truth and took that lamb and slain him. So right there this is before time this is just God and the lamb. And then through that blood that flowed out of the lamb all things were created. All things were created. All things were created. All things in the world. All things in the universe. All things through the lamb. Slain before the foundation of the earth. Before my God ever set the plan into motion. He made the provision. The blood. You see what I'm saying. Before he ever set the plan into motion. Before he ever created our soul brother Daryl. He made the provision brother. That's awesome to me. That's shouting material.

[17:36] that means that hey how about we just turn to let's go to Philippians 2 9 through 11 I would have y'all stand but we got a lot of scripture to go through in a short amount of time alright Philippians 2 and 9 through 11 praise the Lord some of these I didn't want alright everybody there alright praise the Lord Jesus Christ is the name above all names there's no other name if you've got a son people in here that's got sons they know that when that son he's got your name he's heir to everything you have you know he's the one that's gonna further your after you're gone he's the one that's gonna further but see God's always gonna be there in this case it's a perfect version of that and I

[18:58] I'm very unworthy to talk about what I'm talking about I just wanna let y'all know and I'm very ignorant but when I get ignorant it seems like God starts whispering in my ear and he starts saying I wanna tell you something dude I wanna let you I wanna let you I wanna let you in on a little secret but I gotta start from my throne I gotta start from my throne and and filter it down to you so so I have to take it like this Philippians 2 9 through 11 says wherefore God hath highly exalted him and given him a name which is above every name that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow of things in heaven and things in earth and things under the earth and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father see that is that is a profound such a statement right there that is such a statement that you know keep your mind on the lamb slain before the foundation of the earth

[20:04] God's only son but in unity perfect unity with the Father we're all a bunch of Jesus in the name folks so you know but it's all about unity three in one it's basic stuff stuff we should all know except for the new people and we're gonna get there hopefully time permits God I need help I need somebody to get up and I need them to give me some help cause there's some powers that don't want you to hear this word tonight hey there's some things out there that we need to get under the blood right now Father we ask you Lord to open up our ears Lord not carnal ears but spiritual ears so that we can hear your word Lord and we we praise you Lord we thank you we give you glory we just want to increase in the knowledge of Christ so that we can live and fix our eyes on you and not be caught up and get caught by Satan's snares

[21:12] Lord so that we'll have power to overcome power to go on Jesus we love you Jesus we praise you Jesus we adore you thank you Jesus Lord glory glory this verse was almost an understatement almost an understatement name above all names it's the name before all names it's the name before all names listen it's the name before all names there is no other name before that name except for the eternal Lord God you hey blah hey tetragrammaton name of the Lord there is no more now we come down here and all things were created through him then I want you to go to let's go Romans 8 28 we all know it but for the ones that don't well we we we say we know it we quote it when everything comes our way yeah no because when you know something in the Bible the Bible speaks when you say no or knew it speaks of an intimate knowledge of it speaks of not just got it memorized but you're it's part of you it's in unity with you that word lives in your heart and we need this at this church because yeah the spirit's high there's there's there's awesome things happening but I found

[23:03] I found just in my little short time that that where there is great anointing and great power of God there are great demons and great oppositions that we have to learn in the knowledge and increase in the knowledge of Christ and put on Christ because in and of ourselves they're going to whip us they're going to take us captive at their will and these ain't even Satan these are just his his buddies these are just his peons you know am I right brother Van just like I was talking about the strange woman of all back I don't want to get into it but she was a demonic angel coming at our church and we got her under the blood not us but Christ in us and God sends people to point them things out just like Sister Treva she says hey she's a hey that rebuke and reprove that's right we need that we got to learn how to take that we got to learn how to take it but if we'll fix our eyes on Jesus it's like whatever whatever you want me to do it doesn't matter what do you want me to do should I walk should I walk out here and do it on the street should I should I just get out there and preach Lord or should I should I get in my prayer closet 24 hours whatever it takes should I fast for a month should I what do you want God should I give up my clothes should I give up my cigarettes should I give up whatever hey and you just keep on praying and praying and pushing and pushing and God will come through on his end of the bargain he will come through cause all things he give us all things the father gave him all things and he give us all things that's the good and the bad we a lot of times when we talk about all things we don't always talk about any of the good stuff the good stuff is so great a salvation that brother boy that message right there fueled that revival he preached great don't get me wrong all the rest of the night but how can we neglect so great a salvation it has so many friends benefits as if the new city wasn't enough or heaven wasn't enough as if reconciliation to God wasn't enough we got friends benefits he's awesome tonight he is he's holy he's righteous there ain't none higher to him people can people can say well you know

[25:46] I like to do this or I like to do that yeah it's alright if you like to do something just don't put it in front of God don't put it before coming to church because hey if you're out there by yourself there's a I'd say at any given moment there's 10,000 demons or devils or spirits trying to jump on you when you're outside so hey if one will put a thousand in the flight then you're already beat so you need a brother or sister in the Lord or you need to call on the name of God Jesus Christ keep that name going in your head and God will be faithful and confess them false when God shows them to you don't get so so much in a pity party because the light that's what the Holy Ghost is it's light it's implanted inside of us and it starts revealing the darkness in our heart planted in there in seed form and as God reveals that darkness he's not going to show it to you just to just to make you feel bad he's showing it to you because he also wants to take it out he also wants to replace it with more light that way so you'll be walking around and people won't see you anymore they'll see Jesus let's read this verse

[27:06] I probably won't get very far tonight and we know that all things work together for good to them that love God to them who are the called according to his purpose for whom he did foreknow he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his son that he might be the firstborn among many brethren moreover whom he did predestinate them he also called and whom he called them he also justified and whom he justified them he also glorified what shall we say then to these things if God be for us who can be against us he that spared not his own son but delivered him up for us all how shall he not with him also freely give us all things the good and the bad the mercy and the wrath hey he's going to give it all to us and he's not just going to give it all to us he's going to give us the power he's done gave us the power to use it the right way to be conformed into his image that means less of us and more of him hey who's going who's going to who's going to bring up your past in here anybody who's going to bring up your past it ain't the world that justifies you it's faith it's God it's faith in God's blood it's faith in that invisible supernatural blood that was shed before time in eternity past it's that supernatural blood hey that that was the most

[28:47] I'm not taking anything away from the cross I'm just wanting you to know that God made the provision before he ever set it into motion that way even the old people said the old testament saints went to here and went to there no he made a provision for them I'm here to tell you they're not Adam and Eve he made a provision for them Cain and Abel he made a provision for them Noah and his family he made a provision for them some of the most wicked people in the Bible he made a provision for them of his eternal blood his invisible eternal blood that not only it covered them and it it cleansed them from their unrighteousness it was through ceremonial law that it happened but all through the word of God it's like that he made a provision all things all things work together hey he's the cause of all things for that cause he raised up Pharaoh just to be glorified you see you're in here tonight because you've been called you've been called to walk in newness of life you've been called to come back he's saying come back that song go plead with your mother for the words that's a picture of the bride of Christ right he sent the prophets or the children at the to get the bride but they said no our hopes ain't gonna change or we can't do it so hey then he went the bridegroom went himself and said

[30:26] I give my life I give my life for my bride and that's what Jesus Christ did for us you gotta understand there's so much more to it than we all know hey you wanna get in constant revival you gotta let you gotta get in here you gotta pray and you gotta study and you gotta say God I'm not leaving until I increase in your knowledge God I'm not leaving until I get a bite of something that's gonna take me on God I love you God I need you God I can't quit God I gotta go on if I die right now I gotta go on I don't care who comes at me I gotta go on there is no option there is no backwards there is no backsliding it's gotta go forward forward in him only only he is glorified he is holy I come to make his name known brother Ben came to make his name known not ours you think we do this for our health act like a jumping up and down and hollering and screaming no it's cause we got conviction in us conviction that when God knocked me down and he blinded me he blinded me all I seen was him and I've been running for that ever since hey

[31:49] I tripped someone fall but as brother said one time what do you do when you're running you fall a lot more well when you fall what do you do to keep on running you tuck and roll you tuck and roll I'm not perfect I'm not perfect I'm just forgiven but I don't go out and set out to sin you know I'm not looking Lord you're going to have to make my voice come a little further oh thank you Jesus go ahead and turn to Ephesians chapter 1 and we might get a couple more I'd love to be able to go through all these verses that's why you got to get revived all the time because it won't be nothing for brother Van or brother Darrell or one of the other ministers in church to preach half the night to get your mind stayed on God and you'll realize that hey this is life to me this is what hey when they start preaching my eyes don't get off of them because hey that's my mentor right there that's the one who ain't did nothing thus far but point me to Jesus Christ my Lord and Savior he ain't pointing me nowhere but Jesus he's not pointing me nowhere but Jesus Christ sure I didn't like everything he had to say because every time he's preaching on me and I don't get in this word just say hey oh right there that's that's Sister Missy

[33:29] I see so many and meet so many people that got it so wrong I feel so sorry for them because they get in the word and the first thing they think about is everybody else just because that man was talking about alcohol and smoking it was hitting me up one side down to the other even though I don't do neither of those things anymore if you got a spiritual mind God's gonna reveal to you what the preacher man is saying you'll just listen to the spirit of the Lord who uses his servants who allow their bodies they say hey God I used to be demon possessed why not be God possessed now why not be God possessed full of him why not be possessed of Jesus because everywhere Jesus went when something was wrong he took care of it not by his power he never made his name no once his name is the name above all names he's awesome he's awesome had y'all turn to

[34:41] Ephesians chapter 1 alright Paul an apostle of Jesus I'm gonna show you why I started at the lamb slain before the foundation I'm trying to make you hungry tonight and maybe give you a little little bit I wanna you know the Holy Ghost it ain't me my eyes crucified it's not me it's Jesus you know it's not anything I do Paul an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God to the saints which are at Ephesus and to the faithful in Christ Jesus grace be unto you and peace from our God from God our Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ blessed be the be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ see he's already blessed us with all the spiritual blessings through his grace they're all attainable the measure of the stature of Jesus Christ is attainable not through our our works but through his blood and then once we get the blood on us and it sanctifies us it sanctifies our way and our walk and our service then we can actually begin to do something not for our own motive or not for our own purpose

[36:08] I struggled with that when I found when God said I was called to preach I struggled with that what's my motive I found myself every day hearing this and sometimes it was the devil and sometimes it was the devil I was looking at in the mirror saying what's your motive but I thank God through Christ Jesus that he took that motive and he sanctified it it's not it's not I do this because my boss tells me to I do this because my boss tells me to if nobody ever gets nothing then that's okay because I did what my boss told me to and I'm telling you what my boss tonight he says I want all y'all to know this stuff I want all y'all to be able to to read this and get a vivid picture of what's going on because without vision the people perish and see I got a vision of Jesus Christ I got a vision vision of the bosom of the father I've got a vision of the new city and they're all in Christ in God it's that simple I've got a vision of where I'm going and I've got a vision behind me it's called hell and I don't want to go there and I've got a rope of grace tied around me that video game thing the other day we was in the car and Brother Van was sitting there and I think me and

[37:28] Chuckie talked about it one day I said look it's kind of like a video game I hate to compare life with a video game but you know except for this video game life you don't know how many chances you're going to get you see in spiritual life you get more than one chance everybody knows that but nobody knows how many chances we're going to get so you get so far and Satan will catch you captive in your ignorance because it's not just those little demons anymore because God fights off the big demons when you first get saved but once you start increasing in the knowledge he's going to give you the power you see he's blessed you with all spiritual gifts all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ so that means you're in Christ and that means you have the authority of Christ to say hey Satan get behind me and the spirit of the Lord will raise up a standard against them and it won't come around anymore they'll send they'll be like hey that guy's too much for me why don't you go and they'll tell the next bigger one and they'll come you know so look out you're never going to get through with them but if you get in here and you're increasing the knowledge of Jesus Christ then they can't take you captive at their will we're not ignorant of his devices tonight folks we're not ignorant of this this thing it says blessed be the God

[38:52] Father of our Lord Jesus Christ who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ according as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world see he was thinking about us when he was slaying the lamb that was slaying before the foundation of the earth he was thinking about us then because hey what good is being God if you can't create something and then your creation choose you again tell me come on that would be no fun for God I believe God's got a sense of humor somewhat you know I believe this tonight praise God praise him he was thinking about us before the foundation of the world he already chose us everybody in this room he chose that's a comforting fact thing tonight the least we should want to do in our heart's desire and if it ain't your heart's desire tonight to grow and increase in the knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ then there's something wrong and you need to get saved

[40:01] I had to say it brother man because it's the truth these old these New Testament saints of the New Testament church when they got it they got something real when I got saved I got something real ain't no devil out of hell gonna tell me I didn't I got something real I'm not saying you don't grow in grace and God isn't merciful I'm just saying that even though I was still smoking even though I said a few cuss words after I got saved my heart's one desire always was to serve my Lord and God was to increase in his knowledge in his word I wanted to know what he was about I wanted to read his love letters to me he's awesome because it goes on to say according as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world that we should be holy we should be holy why are we not holy we're not letting

[41:07] Christ live through us what Burd Boyd said I've lost my shoulders holy and without blame before him in love he's awesome God is so awesome having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself whoo y'all don't even know what that says man hey he adopted us back then before we were ever made he was gonna make trillions and trillions of souls but you know what the ones in here tonight he adopted and he said they're coming back to me because I made a provision for them they're gonna choose me because I made my provision for them before I ever sent them out into the world before I ever put them in the time he already had the provision it's like you ever seen somebody that just takes everything sets it all up the game everything make sure it's all just right and then then they start whatever they're doing they set everything up just right like an artist or something before they paint a picture they take everything and they set it all up make it all look right you know all the pinks here all the blues there all the greens there all the canvas here the extra canvas is in the side case they mess up about a hundred times you know but you know in God's case he's not going to mess up here's one picture he's painting is us back back with him and he painted and he made everything possible that he was ever going to need plant it all out put it all in the lamb slain why'd he slay the lamb have you ever asked that question why'd he slay his son because everything was in him everything was through him everything was by him and everything's going to be to him that's what this just said isn't it is that what that said to you what it said to me see how Paul starts chapter one of Ephesians he didn't start down you need to get saved you need to you know the New Testament saints start out there

[43:29] God's perspective and they bring it down to man that's how they started these letters we're still studying them today I just wish that I had half or a fourth or a tenth of the brain capacity that the apostle Paul had and the spirit that he had according to verse 5 having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Christ Jesus to himself according to the good pleasure of his will to the praise of the glory of his grace wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved Jesus Jesus Jesus yes hath past him made us accepted in the beloved in the bosom in a place we got we got up there in that head round prayer and that situation

[44:29] Thursday night and it was just so awesome couldn't get up sister pat couldn't get up off the ground because hey the cabal was there and you were you were kind of little scared to get up you scared you might see God and you might fall down dead it was that thick I'm telling you you can say it's fake you can say whatever but I know in whom I have believed hey my Lord loves me so much hey he showed me a vision of him he let me in his holy tabernacle he let me go in the holy of holies he let me sit at his feet he let me he let me he let me before the foundation of the earth he had all this planned out he started painting and then he pushed the start button it all started but he had already finished the end of the book before he started it but we don't know the end of this book unless we get in here we increase in the knowledge of

[45:40] Jesus Christ people say people say God knows everything but we don't that's right but he he loves us so much that he's even sharing that with us because it makes it a whole lot more comfortable to know that I was chosen before the foundation of the world makes that it's comfort right people say why are you preaching on that what's that guy through hey it makes me comfortable to know that this work he started in me he's gonna he's gonna about it's about serving him with all you have putting everything on the altar if you can't put everything just put something but do something every day do the best you can because he's done did the best he could he's done did the best he could and I want to see everybody here in the bosom of the father all united no carnal pleasure could equal to the love of God that we're gonna feel the secrets he's gonna tell us see I'm a big knowledge buff always have been so when somebody started talking about the knowledge of

[61:50] Christ who strengthens me not through Jesse who strengthens me it's not me it's a Christ Christ empowers me to do good now Christ empowers me to make the right decision it's not me I don't make the right decisions my flesh makes the wrong decisions every time 1 John 4 and 4 we are God little children and have overcome him because greater is he is in me than he is in the world yeah and James 4 and 7 after all them things you can say I submit to you God and then you can resist the devil and he'll flee because the spirit of God will raise up that standard I was talking about earlier y'all give God a praise I pray that somebody got what they needed tonight I pray that that this revival will keep going in your hearts you know sometimes

[62:52] I need to push too so if somebody feels like going to church during the week somewhere hey get a hold of me I'll go we'll go over Christ gospel I don't care if you want to go to a Baptist church we'll go hey I try the spirits so if it's got Jesus Christ then I want to be there you know and sometimes I need that push and I need that tug too so if we all help each other we all get together nothing can stop this little church because it's not going to be this little church anymore it's going to be Christ we're the body of Christ all things were put under his feet if we're the body of Christ that means we're put under our feet brother man I just praise God tonight and I thank y'all for giving me this time praise God what you have to realize is what his main message was tonight was that all things all things but every one of us is on a different level of spiritual growth and moral development but we all started in the same place the only reason that

[64:07] I'm where I am tonight is because I started out 35 years ago amen if I'd have waited until the day to start out I'd be exactly where you are if you started out today some people God puts on a fast track Jesse just happened to be one of them that got on the fast track covers a great distance in a short time most of us we come to church and the devil clouds our minds but the way that we learn something is that is that something has to make an indention in our brain if we don't if there's no indention in our brain we leave out of here never hearing a word that was said and the only way you're going to dip my brain is I got to hear it over and over and over and over then I finally get it I remember brother teaching years ago he said that you know you'll be sitting in church and all of a sudden you know the preacher preaches something and you'll say and he's done preached it a hundred times the very same thing but all of a sudden
